Bosphorus Sorgun Hotel

The hotel was absolutely amazing the staff was very welcoming and friendly, if you had a problem they will 100% solve it. The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe. The food was nice especially the sea food but the meat wasn’t really impressing and didn’t have a good taste, the cakes were the same everyday but there was a variety of them. The rooms were really nice and spacious the beds were really comfy and extremely clean. The housekeepers would come everyday and clean and make ur bed and stock up ur fridge with drinks. The housekeepers were very nice though they couldn’t really understand English but u could tell they were good people. The cleanliness in this whole hotel was crazy in the plates u couldn’t find one crumb or stain in them at all, and the overall place was clean, I was amazed. There was different events every night at the back of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake where pirate ships would pass often, although the smell of the lake near was really bad it smelt like chickens which wasn’t very pleasant. The drinks and cocktails were very good, there were 5 bars total in the hotel and none of them disappointed. There was a Starbucks and the workers there weren’t exactly nice but they served you well. The beach was absolutely beautiful but it would be easily to drown in it. The water goes really deep 4 steps in and the waves are 2 meters tall, it was fun and peaceful though. The food at the beach was great I enjoyed it a lot and the workers there were very friendly! This hotel overall is amazing and not so expensive, it has some cons but the pros make it up

Stayed there in the second half of July 2024. It was an extremely pleasant place, the staff is so nice and helpful - they have found my lost camera❤️ for which I will be forever grateful. We have always managed to find spots at the pool - and even more to choose from at the beach. The food was really good however I could imagine that it gets repetitive after a week or so. Door to the bathroom and toilet is in fact half transparent😝

Great place. Good location. Mostly nice service. Rooms a clean but the bathroom is basically integrated in the sleeping room so you loose a bit of privacy. We never struggled finding a place on the pool or beach which is great. But the you have to like some party atmosphere as from the morning to the evening the music can be very loud.

Biggest downside are all the russian tourists that behave like savages that never saw food in their lives. The amount of food that gets wasted every day is just crazy, as they load the tables full of everything and then leave most of it untouched. It's also quite stressful to fight your way each time true this groups of orks.

The overall experience would be much better if the management would desite to stop working with russian agency's. For myself I would be happy to pay 20% more and return frequently if they do so ;)

The hotel itself makes a big and good first impression with it looking really modern instead of mimicking some old Türkiye architecture. It looks even better at night with all those neons. I was afraid it might cause problems with sleeping, however the room for me was almost ideally dark. Service was good, no problems on check-in, internet is fast and has good coverage throughout the whole hotel (it's even on the beach though there it tends to get full so you can't connect). Bars could work a bit better though the drinks and cocktails were good. There is a strict rule for check-out for 10euro per hour which is non negotiable (at least I didn't manage to). There are some events everyday in the lobby and the party outside by the river (it ends around 23). Spa center has a big steam and finnish saunas so it's a nice way to end the day (unfortunately almost no one does it the right way and stays in plastic swimming underwear). There is even a Starbucks inside though it only offers coffee, the patesier part is from the hotel which isn't the best in my opinion.

The best hotel in Türkye! Went there 2 years ago and i was amazed. Everything was wonderful, from rooms to service to food, absolutely everything. I stayed there for 6 nights and let me tell you, the best holiday i ever had in the past few years. I totally recommend this hotel to families and couples also. Is good for people of all ages . All the best !
