- Waste of vacation and money You need to take a taxi, transfer or something like that to get around. Very boring food and always the same They gave us the wrong room and will not change it. We pay for a another room but got the loft room. The room was claustrophobic. And dirty when we checked in. Very small rooms. And Zenhotels.com dident do anything with the situation with the wrong room. Bad employee. Didnt clean it well. When you ask for cleaning they never clenaed the room. But when you put “do not disturb” on they always try to came in. Stupid people VERY BAD SERVICE. I have never experienced such bad service. The hotel is newly opened but the employees don't smile, don't talk and are very slow. Very very such service. no activities at the hotel. boring hotel. even the employee was dissatisfied. the hotel smells of human sh*t. an employee said that a sewerpipe had burst. minibar is not refilled. have complained 8 times in 5 days. we could only get water after 6 days. the hotel's aircondition is f*cked. it is too cold at the hotel inside. dripping water everywhere in the hotel from the aircon. waste of vacation and money. hope zenhotel.com will refund the excess money from the wrong room
