A great resort and holiday village, ideal for a all inclusive vacation to spend with the family, even though you choose to stay in all your stance, it's impossible to get bored if you look for the right entertainment!

Advertised as a 5 star resort but really it's 4 star at best . Rooms are well maintained but dated. Gardens and pools are beautiful and staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was acceptable but not the best-i have stayed in 4 star hotels with better buffet. Overall I did enjoy my stay.

Location is amazing with both pools, aquapark and beach at walking distance (less than 5min).
Rooms are a bit old but clean.
Staff is very friendly and professional.
Only downsides:
- A lot/most employees only speak Turkish or German (no English)
- Large choice of food offered in "restaurant" but quality is a bit low and not really traditional Turkish (more a German/european tourist pleaser). We would have preferred less choice but better quality and more traditional.
- Internet wifi very unstable in rooms
These small downsides don't overcome overall stay experience, or kids loved the place, very recommended and if you rent a car there is a lot to see at less than an hour drive.

To me, it is not a five-star hotel. The first week something went missing from our room. No reaction from the manager at all. The food is most of the time cold.
We got soft drinks refused in the village, which should have been included.
The only good thing is that the staff are amazing, hard-working people. Unfortunately, they don't really speak much english en it's all german orientated.
So we would not come back again.
To us, it's not more as 3 stars.

Don't go here if you speak English. German ONLY hotel. Staff don't even try to converse with you in English.
Guest relations manager old lady with glasses is possibly the rudest person we have ever met. She shouldn't be working in customer services.
We were served alcohol in the lobby bar despite explicitly ordering from the alcohol free menu and saying we do not drink alcohol. Upon raising the complaint with the bar team it was shrugged off. We then raised this with the guest relations manager who just laughed. This is completely disgusting level of customer service. Again, she shouldn't be working in this role.
Very inaccessible with a pushchair or pram. The lifts are not on the same floor so you constantly need to go up and down various flights of stairs. Not accessible. Again, staff do nothing to help.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience here. The staff was absolutely lovely, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice and fairly sized with a balcony. The pool was nice but a bit on the smaller size. There is also a beach with free sun beds for the hotel. The food was decent, but not amazing. But overall had a wonderful experience, and the staff were amazing.

Nice service, delicious food. Always smiling personal. Facility is quite large in terms of area. Animations are great. Kids are well played by animaters along the day.

Really good food service,recepionist service and overall really good. Worth 5 star!😃 But the wifi has problems connecting a lot of times
