Paloma Oceana Hotel

We have just come home early this morning from our 8th visit to the paloma ociana in turkey and I must say it was one of the best yet , this hotel has it all great food , beautiful surroundings lovely beach amazing swimming pools and most importantly the best staff you could ask for if there is anything you need they will always go out of their way to make sure your holiday is as best as possible some of these people we have made friends with over the years and some are new staff which have now become friends so I would like to name a few firstly it is our two friends which we first met in 2015 at the villas nizam and lutfi these guys are awesome 🤩 and have become close friends to our family so a massive thanks to them then it’s the two eisa lady women who make sure your room is cleaned perfectly every day at the villas they are such lovely and happy people , ilan at the restaurant curio can’t do enough for you and it’s always a pleasure to see him smile, erdowan at the wabi sabi always gives us a laugh then we have our cocktail man kadir he makes excellent cocktails and always delivers them with a beautiful smile . I would like to mention the management who again are so helpful and always make an effort to greet you and have a chat to make sure everything is ok these are muammer ceylan he always made sure we had our regular drinks 🍷,, then it’s muhitin restaurant assistant manager always time to greet us ,Erhan mr arifs hotel managers assistant this gentleman always made an effort to talk to us ,and last but not least mr arif atack the manager of this hotel again this gentleman whenever he saw us always had time for a chat . Hopefully see you all next year and love from wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Ilhan, Baris, Mustafa, Ramazan, Orhan and Fatima were the best staff. All the staff were superb but these were superstars. The whole place is fantastic

My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay and we have had the best time. I traveled with my sons 7 and 12 and my husband and brother. From the first moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the hotel receptionist. Our room was a very large size and was absolutely spotless, the adjoining room was perfect for us with having a teenager in toe. The room also had a fridge which was stocked every morning with cokes, fantas, waters and beers etc which was included in the price. Our room was cleaned every day to a really high standard. Every member of staff was so friendly, so hard working and couldn't do enough for their guests. The service we received was outstanding and consistent all week. The food choices were really good for an all inclusive and tasted great. There was even an option to go to three different la carte restaurants on site again included in the price. The house wine was very good and all drinks were branded and lots of cocktail and moocktail options. I would book the la carte restaurants as soon as you arrive though as they get booked up quickly. The indoor pool was great and very well used as we went out of season so it was too cold for the outdoor pool. They aslo had a childrens play area and lots of sporting activities. The hotel is situated right next to lots of markets, shops and cafes etc and a tax rank right opposite. We used the taxi service a few times and they were very reliable and it was a good price. My husband and I used the spa which was fantastic and I would highly recommend the Turkish bath and full body massage. Well worth the money we paid. The hotel is also a beach front and there is a bar where you can order drinks and food to have on beach. The hotel has its own cats so if you love cats this is your hotel. My son even got over his fear of cats and was cuddling them by the end of the holiday. To be honest we are struggling to find anything negative to say about this hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to come back and next time we would like to come in season as I'm sure it would be even more amazing with the sun shining. Thanks so much Paloma Oceana for a perfect holiday.

We’ve just returned from Paloma after a 2 week stay, starting on Christmas Day, the stay itself was very god and I would definitely return. Food was very good and plenty of choice, breakfast consisted of eggs (cooked in every way - scrambled, fried, omelette, boiled and poached), salad, cold selection of meats, cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, pastries and plenty of fresh bread along with many, many more things. Lunches were amazing lots of different dishes daily, meat, veg, salads, pizza, fresh grilled items and again, fresh bread and 2 soups. Dinner was the same style as lunch but always had different dishes on so you didn’t get that Deja vu feeling. There was even late night snacks from 11pm-1am if you fancied something after a drink which mainly consisted of 2 soups, bread, desserts and 4 hot dishes, one was always rice. We booked in at Avare indoor which was incredible! Could not fault the food or the staff there, it was truly amazing. The beach bar was amazing too, the food was very good especially the pizza as it was all fresh. The only downside was that the food was never really hot, in the main restaurant, it was always lukewarm and sometimes cold, it was very disappointment for a 5* hotel. The rooms were spacious and kept extremely clean throughout our stay, the cleaner was amazing and always smiled and said good morning when we saw her. She even made my night clothes in to little shapes every morning which always made me chuckle. The pillows left a lot to be desired even after having additional ones sent to the room. They definitely needed replacing as a whole. There was lovely shampoo, body wash and conditioner supplied by the hotel which was refilled when we needed it and also, there were cotton bud, cotton pads and hand soap supplied. The real highlight of the whole hotel were the staff. They were constantly going the extra mile to make the stay memorable, once we had been there for a few days they even knew our drinks order and the table service felt like a real luxury. We were constantly greeted with a warm smile. Especially those who were in the Piano bar, the bar staff were 10/10 and the waiters/waitresses were amazing. The hotels clientele made the stay uncomfortable sometimes, being about the only British people there we did feel out of place and made to feel it by the people holidaying there! I found them to be very rude throughout. There are definitely things that could be done to improve the hotel and truly make it a 5*, as it stands I would say it’s a good 4* with great potential, however like I said I would definitely return!

We went to the vacation to Paloma Oceana for 2 weeks in December, 2024. Pretty nice hotel, contains a lot of stuff to do even in winter: really good indoor pool, tennis courts, table tennis, billiard, cards, chess, mini-golf, gym. The food is nice as well. We would like to show our gratefulness to the guest relationship manager Begimai is extremely nice and was always friendly and helped in all cases. She made our vacation better and always helped, when we have questions or issues.

We have really enjoyed our stay in Paloma Oceana. The beach is very nice, comparing the others. You will see it during the walking around. Rooms are clean, and the cleaning service is adequate. The food is tasty, from my point of view, more international. Staff is polite, and service in the restaurant is quite fast taken into account the occupancy of the hotel. Special thanks to the staff of the beach bar, excellent service.
