The hotel is well located, close to the centre of side. Very well-groomed, green territory of hotel is buried in verdure. The rooms are small but cozy. Is enough activities for adults and children. Nice sandy beach, fine sand. Gentle entry into the sea.

The room cleaning service is some kind of misunderstanding, even though we left a tip every day, our mini bar was not replenished, and the cleaning was not as it should be. The service of the waiters is fine, but so the fact that they fly more where there are more tips.
At a live performance of a certain performer, no waiter came to our table for 30 minutes while we were sitting.
They ran where German tourists give a dose of tips.
This is a luxury 5* hotel everyone in the area told us we will not be disappointed.
However we didn’t feel our stay was enjoyable as don’t feel this hotel is best for families, there are a lot of business people, people in suits, elderly couples which I would say is more of the hotels clientele. We saw some families. We felt the rooms were quite small, they did change our room for free to a sun/sea view room. Service is excellent don’t get me wrong but just not the right family vibe for us. We are a family of 3. I don’t want to have to tell my child to be quiet and behave when we are on vacation nd have raised eyebrows not that he isn’t but just the mood of the place I personally did not like. I think we could have had a better experience at a more reasonably priced resort.

Indoor heated pool, we used the spa which was good.
Staying here for a week I am on day 4 now leaving this review.

Food was good with various options for anyone to get satisfied. Loads of salads, starters and desserts.
They have great entertainment as well, except the bingo night.
Loved the variety of different restaurants available for snacks and sweets. Children were happy with the available options. Cocktails were nicely done and friendly bar staff. Overall friendly and caring staff in every single restaurant/bar.
Spa facilities were great. Nice clean facility.
NYE party was superb with cocktails, violin music, sit down dinner and entertainment. Entire family enjoyed it. We loved the hospitality and the facilities available.
Didn't really enjoy our room, over looking a busy and noisy main road, and bed quite uncomfortable.
Food and gourmet restaurants very good but limited choice for breakfast.
Location, great for walks into Side and the ruins.
Would we return? Yes, booked to return in May for my 60th. Seaview this time 😁
