The hotel is well located, close to the centre of side. Very well-groomed, green territory of hotel is buried in verdure. The rooms are small but cozy. Is enough activities for adults and children. Nice sandy beach, fine sand. Gentle entry into the sea.

Well looked after from the moment we got there. Just got back after Xmas break. Gala evening Xmas eve brilliant.. Drinks, gala meal then entertainment. We were in 2 bedroom family sea view room, plenty of space and lovely view. Maid service great and mini bar stocked every day. Bathrobes and slippers nice touch.

Worth visiting. The hotel has everything inside to keep people enjoying. We went to Antalya last week and despite it was cold we could enjoy just by being in this place.

Fantastic Hotel, Staff couldn't do any more for you, very helpful and friendly. Beautiful and clean. Facilities are amazing & again spotless. Visited end of November still busy and weather low to mid 20s. Stayed in a jacuzzi room, well worth a little bit extra.

Huge hotel with several different bars, pools and restaurants. Food is good quality and plenty of choice. Service good. Is quite hilly, lots of lifts but we didn't mind the steps. If you had to take the lifts due to limited mobility it might get a bit annoying in high season. Don't bother with the on site spa. Massages good and convenient but is about 2x the price of other local ones and the manager will spend every opportunity trying to persuade you to have more treatments. Apart from this the hotel is really well run, clean, spacious and has a lovely beach of its own.

During our recent stay, we encountered a small issue with our reservation. However, Erdinc at reception turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Without any hesitation, he upgraded our room to a more luxurious one, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond truly made our stay memorable. We are incredibly grateful for his fantastic service and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch hospitality. Thank you, Erdinc, for making our stay exceptional!

Beware misleading information on booking.
I am currently staying at this hotel, and within just two days, I have already encountered several disappointments. I booked this hotel directly, choosing it over another option because the website advertised that suite rooms feature bathtubs. However, upon arrival, I discovered that our room only has a shower. When I complained about this, I was told that none of the suites have bathtubs. If this is true, then the hotel is clearly misleading customers on their website, which states there are bathtubs in suite rooms and even includes a picture of one (see screenshots attached). This was very important for my family as my son is 1.5 years old, making it difficult to bathe him in a shower. My wife also has a leg injury, and a bathtub would have been much more comfortable for her. When I complained to the reception, instead of an apology, I was offered an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi for an additional cost. They provided false information during booking and expect guests to pay to fix their mistake. They also advertise providing robes, but we have not found any. For three people, we only received two bath towels and had to call reception every day to get an extra one.
Additionally, the hotel is not suitable for staying with kids, even though it is advertised as family-friendly. The sea at the hotel beach is very dirty, and the waves are very high, making it unsafe for young children. While the kids' pool is well-organized and has plenty of shade, the loungers around it are often occupied by smokers, which is ridiculous for a kids' space. The playground is very small and has nothing for children younger than three years old except for two swings.
The food is also disappointing. We had much better experiences in other 5-star hotels in Turkey. Although there is some variety, we have not found anything tasty yet.
Overall, this hotel does not live up to the advertised standards and is not recommended for families with young children.

That is one of the best hotels that we’ve ever been to. The territory is spacious and landscape is awesome. Personnel is friendly and helpful, everybody is trying to do his best to serve you. We faced a trouble with cleaning because the baby was supposed to have a daytime nap during cleaning hours. But we told only one time at the reception desk and since now and then the cleaning was made at different time for us. We had a late check out because our flight was in the late evening and the reception manager found a shower room for us to stay in during daytime nap for the baby. Animation team was doing great job, additional gratitude is for kids animators. Our daughter has never missed mini disco. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thanks for creating such a lovely place for a holiday escape.

I spent a week in this hotel with my wife, In our opinion the hotel does not deserve 5 stars.The room we got had a broken balcony door, the air conditioning didn't work properly, which made me sick.
The room cleaning service is some kind of misunderstanding, even though we left a tip every day, our mini bar was not replenished, and the cleaning was not as it should be. The service of the waiters is fine, but so the fact that they fly more where there are more tips.
At a live performance of a certain performer, no waiter came to our table for 30 minutes while we were sitting.
They ran where German tourists give a dose of tips.

We had an epic time — we loved the food, loads of choice — but especially the entertainment / animation team — Albert and Lisa were so good. Super welcoming, but they were all too good at table tennis

We went to the Elegance for 10 days for our anniversary and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. We were given an upgraded room with large balcony, wine and fruit in the room, and champagne in the a la carte on our anniversary night. The hotel is vast and beautiful, the staff excellent and the choice of drinks and meals fantastic. We are already planning for a return next year around the same dates and will stay even longer. We would say, without doubt, that this is the best hotel we have stayed in, to date, and we look forward to seeing you again. Sandra and Tom from Comber.
