Tui Blue Barut Andız-All Inclusive-Adults Only Hotel

My husband and I spent week in August here and couldn't fault the place. It really is a lovely hotel and the staff can't do enough to help. The manager is constantly walking around chatting to guests at all hours of the day and night. Our room was a swim up room on the ground floor. To be honest we didn't really use that pool as it was at the rear of the hotel and we preferred to be by the main pool. The room was very clean and spacious with good AC. The pool area is immaculately clean and there's plenty of sunbeds. People do reserve beds from around 8am which is a bit annoying but we always found a space. I took part in aquarobics most days and there's a full programme of sporty activities to take part in. The beach is a short 2 minute walk away with a private section with loads of beds and parasols, drinks and snacks available. There's a promenade that you can walk along to Side. It's about a mile each way. A pleasant walk but VERY hot in August even in the evening. Evening entertainment at the hotel is very good. A lot better than other hotels we have stayed in. We particularly enjoyed juke box bingo! The hotel is small and felt like a boutique hotel. We made friends with a few other couples and 100% recommend

This hotel has everything you need. It's one of the best all in hotels we've been to. The drinks / food and all the staff was amazing! They did everything they could to make it your best holiday. The rooms are very good. A big big thanks to the staff. Animation was perfect. Everything you need. Shops and Side are just a walk away.

Firstly I am sorry we are a bit late in reviewing , we visited in July ! Our review reflects what others have also posted , such as fabulous hotel and location . A fantastic team of staff who run a perfect hotel . The General Manager Savas who I am sure has a twin ! is everywhere all day and evening keeping things running smoothly ! Ismail who is all things you want from an employee, polite , hard working , nothing is to much trouble for him lovely person , just a special thank you for my coffee in a morning when I just loved to sit an hour before the sun popped up x Nuri the Culinarium king who so professional in his position . Halit keeping glasses full and wonderfully creating cocktails that are delicious. The restaurant manager and staff , the bars manager , the reception staff who produced a very quick check in , the bars people not forgetting the wonderful service we had on the beach , the TUI reps you were just all so lovely and the food was fantastic. A special mention to our cleaning lady ( swim up rooms ) I am sorry I can’t remember your name , so lovely always had a quick word , a lovely smile and kept our room spotless . Guests of all ages who we met and talked to there were so many as the hotel has such a friendly atmosphere. In fact it was so good we have booked for June/ July 2026 . Thank you ! We have been to this hotel 6 times now, and it has always been fantastic. Savas has taken over as GM this year. We expected to have the same excellent service and was not disappointed. Savas has made excellent subtle changes to improve Guest satisfaction, with better furnishings in the downstairs pool areas to an excellent addition of a chill out area by the cullinarium. Occasional cushions on the loungers for extra comfort. The pool party was excellent and he has made it next level, by making it more classy. We took my wife's parents this year and her mum did have a medical episode, the team were caring and savas made sure we were taken in his car to and from the hospital, amazing service. As usual Nuri, Halit, Mehmet in the olive branch, Mehmet in the dining downstairs to name just a couple of people always making us feel at home. Shout out to Craig and Eric TUI reps for making sure everything was perfect and making sure the parents in law were looked after on the travels back. Thank you as always see you next year.

We stayed for a week and found this hotel to be incredibly friendly, excellent service and the cocktails are the best we've ever had. It's immaculately clean and we met so many wonderful guests and staff. I definitely recommend it.

After reading all the wonderful reviews on Tripadvisor & Facebook groups, I made a booking with Tui at a very good price for August. We arrived late at the hotel and were offered a welcome drink and our luggage was taken to our swim up room straight away, while we had drinks with friends who had arrived the previous day. Check in was very swift and welcoming, we were given room keys with a map and meal times were explained to us. There are sandwiches & Fruit available in a fridge by the lobby bar if you need to eat if arriving late due to Tui’s wonderful flight times! We had great service in the lobby throughout the holiday by the wonderful Halit. ROOM Our room was in a fabulous location, we were on the end, nearest to the main pool, which had a handy short cut straight to the pool plus we also had our lovely swim up pool. We had cakes, chocolates and apples on arrival along with a bottle of red wine. Room had everything you need, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Hairdryer, Fresh towels daily. Coffee/Tea making facilities, along with a mini bar stocked with water, beers and juices, this is refilled daily if required. Room cleaning was excellent from Feride – Thank you We pre booked 2 a la cartes and also the timeless dinner which was amazing, the food was so good. The Tui Blue app is excellent and we were able to pre book the cocktail making before we left the uk – bookings opened 48hours before the event, This was hosted by Burak, great mixologist, such a good experience – make sure you do this as places are limited to 12 I believe, was great fun. POOL We were at the pool most days around 8am, there were always beds around, but if you like a certain spot, you may need to head down earlier. Pool games and aqua were on daily, also had the floating meditation beds which were popular. 1 thing to note, but not to compare, we had previously stayed at the Acanthus and were disappointed there with the sun bed comfort as not all padded, but here at Andiz, every single bed has a padded mattress, also on the beach, which is a must if you suffer with back issues :) Pools were cleaned and all areas hosed down every night and beds re arranged for the next day. We received amazing service from Ismail who works like a trojan, always with a smile on his face, delivering any drink you require, also comes round with a cocktail trolley/Fruit/Freezing ice towels to cool you - :) Beach was literally a 2 minute stroll out of the back of the hotel, re entry is via your room key. Beach was manned by the lovely Ercan, who comes round with drinks, fruit, sandwiches. There are showers on the beach too along with the padded sun beds. Beach in Side is beautiful and sandy and a great temp in August. FOOD Breakfast on offer was excellent with a varied choice in the buffet, oh was pleased that they had smoked salmon on offer along with omelettes and lots of other choices cold and hot available. Lunches were spent daily in the Culinarium, served by the lovely Nuri

Fantastic hotel. Public areas spotless. Staff were amazing. Food was great with fab selection to suit all. Entertainment was great too. Says it all when a lot of the people around the pool were multiple time guests. Will definitely go back

We had an unforgettable, lovely week at the hotel. It was pure, wellment service from we arrived till we left. Great atmosphere, wonderful location and they had lots of activities offers. The staff are just amazing! Always with a smile and a chat. Beach was beautiful, also with very good service. We will be back.

Hotel is beautifully maintained. It is so clean everywhere and great attention to detail. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and eager to please. I can see why so many people return. The food and drink quality were superb. The pool and beach area are spotless and staff serving ate very attentive. The manager is visible and clearly committed to delivering great customer service. The ancient town of side is beautiful and a lovely 20 min walk away along the sea front. Thank you for a great week !

Great hotel, staff, food, pool. In this hotel you can forget about all the troubles that you have at home. The beach is really good, the entrance is convenient and sand! For me, this is the best hotel in Turkey.
