Elite World Grand Istanbul Kucukyali Hotel

We've been twice to this hotel now, both times were pleasant stays. The hotel generally has very nice internal architecture and decor. Front of house staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is semi-decent too as it's walking distance from a shopping mall and easy to take a taxi to other parts of the city.
By far our favourite thing about this hotel is the Spa facilities, which are included as part of the stay. They are genuinely top tier, with a spacious and clean hamam, standard Steam room, sauna, a cold ice room, and a very unique room which gives the effect of various tropical rain waters including sounds of birds etc; something I haven't seen anywhere else.
If they put more advertisement into it I think they could attract a lot of customers who look for these particular amenities like myself.
There's also a separate women's section, which, I haven't used but expect should be a safe and private space.
They also have a semi decent gym and indoor as well as outdoor pool. Last year when we came we were told our children couldn't go in with us into the outdoor pool. This year we saw families with kids in there, so possibly the rules have changed (typical for Istanbul hotels, they literally make up and change ridiculous rules particularly for pools).
One thing that was quite disappointing was that both shampoo and shower gel had completely ran out. Both being large bottles and completely empty meant that it likely wasn't being regularly checked, as they'd have checked and refilled when low at the very least. If you're like me, you don't check the shower gel before going into the shower, so it's quite frustrating to find it empty when inside.
Last year we also got small complimentary snacks, which isn't important but it does add to the overall feel.

Very pleasant stay, nice and tidy hotel. The spa was very impressive for a hotel spa and the gym equipment was very good. The hotel staff is also very friendly especially Yusuf who brought us room service several times during our stay. Yusuf was very attentive and made sure that we were taken care of through our entire stay.

First time in Istanbul, and booked Junior Suite. The suite was very clean and beautiful and very spacious. The grill on the 15th floor was fabulous plus the breakfast in the morning is good with a lot of options. The cafeteria is again good with delicious cakes . My personal favorite was red velvet cake. Great indoor and outdoor pools. An issue we faced during our stay was Room service, which was slow and lack of communication probably language barrier between us and staff.

Stayed 14 nights in July 2024 and loved it. The staff, room, restaurants, buffet, spa and pools are all top notch. Was in town for a medical procedure with another friend and we found the hotel a perfect place to recover and relax. The hotel is very mixed use, there were business professionals, a wedding, many families, and quite a few people undergoing procedures similar to ours that we instantly bonded with. Guest service was always responsive and kind. If you can, upgrade to the sea view, the view is breathtaking. Thank you Elite Team. :)

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel. Always great service, best room experience. In my current visit the staff service was just superb. I had a nasty experience with a tax driver, the staff provided me support to lodge a complaint and offered a fruit salad plate to compensate for the day bad experience. I was truly grateful.

Yusuf was really nice when he came with the food. I’m on a solo trip and he talks to me, and making me feel welcome and really special. I hope everyone can experience such hospitality. Good service and food. Thank you for good total experience.

Absolutely love this facility. The amenities and service is unparalleled. This is my 2nd time in Istanbul staying at this property and I have been treated with the utmost respect. The staff is well acquainted with great service. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym and spa areas have all you need to stay active and healthy.

My favourite part is the restaurant on the 15th floor. They offer a great menu with a spectacular view of the ocean. Service was provided by Melek, Ramazan, and Devrim. They were attentive and understood my individual needs. The food is also amazing, they have great chefs. Tried everything from the pizza all the way to the veal chop. Everything tasted spectacular and the great service was the cherry on top!

I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Spent 11 days there. The spa is really good and free unless you book massage. The reception always helps you out. The breakfast is outstanding. The outdoor pool is only open during summer/fall, that is understandable. The hotel is very clean. A good shopping centre is nearby, but for visiting the tourist areas in the center, the hotel is a bit far away.

My daughter and I just completed our 10 day stay at this hotel following her surgery. We frequently ordered room service as she could not leave the room. I wanted to point out that Yusuf, who often delivered our food, provided excellent customer service. His kind attitude and friendliness ensured we felt comfortable and taken care of!
