Our room was very clean, everything worked as it was supposed to. A/C was cold, water pressure was adequate, sheets were clean. Service was spectacular both at check in and check out. Allison was very professional. Breakfast was a delight. Definitely would recommend and would stay again!

The only stars I could give honestly would be the location because I couldn't check-in because apparently they don't accept Chime Credit or Debit Cards. No mention of this on the website. I called and chatted ahead of time to speak to someone regarding a different request and no one mentioned this. So what happens if you have people coming in from out of town during a busy weekend? Not only that, what if a guest does mobile check-in? How would you know if they used a chime card? Fosse won't tell you that. I fail to see what reason there would be. If the funds are available, then you still get the money. It makes absolutely NO SENSE! I've worked at several Marriott properties over the span of 3 years, corporate AND franchise, as well as stayed at plenty of properties on several occasions. NOT ONCE, was I denied because of my bank. That is ridiculous! I understand it's not the employees' or even the manager's fault. And I completely understand policies. My issue is that there is NO notice of this policy at all. They wait until you have driven from wherever you drive from, get to the hotel to check-in, and then tell you they don't accept your card, which by the way is FDIC insured. It's a freaking credit card! Bottom line is... They need to ensure that potential guests are aware of this policy before they get to the hotel. Then on top of all that, I was told they would cancel the reservation with no charge (I would hope no charge being that you denied me from checking in). But low and behold, I get a notification around 3 in the morning that a transaction was denied from that same hotel. Apparently, they didn't know to process the reservation out after cancelling it to ensure the cancellation fee didn't attempt to charge during Night Audit or to place the W6 (Waive Cancellation) code on the reservation. (I wasn't lying when I said I've worked for Marriott going on 4 years.) Because of this negative experience, even if I had a different bank, I still wouldn't return here. At least the front desk agent was polite. I give them that much credit. All in all, since they apparently can't inform people of their policy before they arrive, I'm letting everyone know to avoid this hotel if you have a Chime card or a cash app card according to them. Unless you have a different method of payment.

Some of the staff were extremely helpful, shout out to the short lady that works in the morning, and keep up the good work. I really appreciate your great customer service. Some of the other staff just didn't give a damn. The rooms were in pretty good shape. I did find a piece of chicken in the corner of the room, I'm sure that's something they probably just missed. I also had issues with the dead bolt on my door it would not lock. They said somebody would fix it the next day, but no one came to fix it.

Came to the area for a concert. The room was great, the location was great. The only weird thing was the parking. It's $7 a night, paid on a website via QR Code. What do you get? A guaranteed designated spot? Nope. Valet parking? Nope. Parking lot security? Nope. Just the privilege of parking in the parking lot of a place I've already paid to be at.

Highly recommended. Excellent location. New hotel facilities. Spacious rooms. Convenient parking (scan QR code for daily payment). The front desk is also very nice. The breakfast is great (compared to several similar hotels nearby).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the SpringHill Suites Perimeter Center, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of magnificent! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home.

The suite was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing the perfect retreat after a long day. The comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start my day.

The location was also fantastic, with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the commitment to guest satisfaction that the hotel staff displayed throughout my stay.

I highly recommend SpringHill Suites Perimeter Center to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to return!

This was our 2nd time staying at this location while visiting our daughter who now lives in the area, and was pleasant both times. Our room was clean, spacious and welcoming. Enjoyed the complimentary gift bag. The hot breakfast selection for each day were delicious. Coffee could be a better quality. I guess gotten use to Starbucks at other Marriott hotels, but other than that everything were excellent. We didn’t get to use the gym or pool area, because we had a very busy schedule but will for sure for our next stays. Will definitely return each time we are by Perimeter Center area for visits.

Parking is an absolute scam and room felt dirty and smelled weird. They make you pay for parking and it’s literally their own giant parking lot. It’s not a garage or valet either, they just want to take your money just because they can. You should NOT have to pay to park in their own giant parking lot when you are paying to stay there. Sleazy business tactics There are far better hotels in the area. Won’t be back.

We got to our room and it stunk like pot. I called the front desk to change our room and he said they are fully booked. He offered air freshener. I took my shoes off before bed and stepped onto the carpet and felt something wet. I took my white sock off and could see wetness. I know this hotel doesn't accept animals but does service dogs. It was either dog or human urine for sure. Not cool at all.

It's alright. Lots of little problems that are easily fixable. The place smells like marijuana. Toilet water runs 24/7. TV is mega slow. TV also started itself in the middle of the night waking me up. TV also randomly stops working. There's a new parking fee so budget for $8-10 a night for parking. The room is meh and smells a little weird. People and service is great.
