Went to the restaurant for Thanksgiving Brunch. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable . The food was amazing, the duck wrapped in turkey was delicious, and the ham and turkey were good as well. The winter roasted vegetables, and the stuffing was wonderful. The seafood was good. There was breakfast food as well and several yummy desserts. There were just too many food options to try. The servers were knowledgeable and recommended several different drinks for Thanksgiving. I went with one they recommended and it was wonderful. The whole Thanksgiving Day experience was absolutely amazing.

Food and drinks in Bar Margot... Did not meet my expectations. Based on the reputation of this establishment and brand. The level of customer service was inconsistent. The staff was not as professional as others in the same category. Perhaps adjustments to protocols and practices would enhance the experience.

Had a Spa day here and it was fantastic. Great attention to detail and great amenities. We ate poolside and when I tell you the burger is great I mean it. The club sandwich was incredible too and what can I say about the amazing service.

Excellent hotel, staff very attentive and always willing to help you, from the valet parking, reception to room service. Hotel rooms are very clean, neat and comfortable. Food at Bar Margot is very delicious and plenty. Will definitely come back and recommend it to family, friends and colleagues.

Im very picky about my hotel stays. One star down from 5 * because pool area showed wear and tear. There’s only half a hot tub, disable chair apparatus blocks the entire view. Towels in the room are hard and smell like bleach. Toilet paper is the cheap paper kind. Asked for city view, ours was a vacant dirt lot. Not what I was expecting.
Having said that, service was impeccable. Our room was very clean. The bed was very cozy. They set up a birthday cake on our room unexpectedly. The restaurant I booked South City Kitchen is right around the corner. Walking around the neighborhood was nice and safe even at night. We took Marta from the airport $5 20 min ride also very safe, 2 blocks from hotel.

One of the best in Atlanta. Stayed here for a few days and loved everything about the place. Will have to go back to spend more time at the spa. Their Bar Margot is open, Park 75 is closed right now. I really wish their pool hours were extended for a late night swim after a day out in the city. Their food is always five star. Have tried almost all of their signature drinks, they did not disappoint. The oysters were great!

We have stayed at this Four Seasons many times over the last 5-6 months and there is not enough character space in this review area to brag about this location. From the moment you drive up and meet one of the concierge staff, to the front desk staff, and then to the staff in their own restaurant, everyone is the best. They greet you like a good friend or family member and are always quick to ask what they can do to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And it is amazing how many of the staff remembered our names when we returned, asked about our family, and were genuinely kind when they greeted us. Thank you all so much and we hope to see you again when we are in the area.

Great customer service, COVID precautions and a nice clean room. We had a breakfast package and the food did not disappoint. Great location, walking distance to eateries and other local favorites. Will definitely be back. Only downside was the text message service they offer, never received a response from 3 days ago when it was sent. But the personal service was great.

My Husband & I enjoyed our stay. The staff was phenomenal & the service was awesome. The room location was perfect with the terrace. The booking process made it simpler. Front desk staff were helpful & professional..

Beautiful! I have stayed at this hotel before in Houston and it was great and the hotel here in Atlanta was great too! Great staff, food, atmosphere and everything! I booked them this time and brought my puppies and when I arrived there were dog beds and dog food in the room. It was the cutest thing ever! I loved it and my puppies loved it! I would book again and I have already booked the amazing spa treatments they have there too! Great place
