Absolutely incredible place to stay!! I really liked the history and architecture of the hotel. The service was great and they even hooked up our electric car for the night for us. The food was so good for breakfast the next morning too! I highly recommend the chicken and waffles!

I originally came to Austin to vacation with my best friend, but that didn't happen. So I found myself stranded and needed a place to live ASAP. I did a quick Google search and my dog's name is Ella so I decided that yes I will go there. The valet guys are very friendly and fast, I was able to get a room and felt right at home. Enough snacks to get you through and a nice big bath to relax in. The duvet and pillows were white, without a single stain on them. Unheard of. Everything was beautifully stocked and had everything we needed (except toothpaste!) My holiday had turned into a nightmare but this place was a real treat. I wish I could have enjoyed the pool but fell asleep too quickly to get to it but it looked amazing too.

The staff at the front desk was absolutely marvelous. They went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The valet attend was also very attentive. We eat at the restaurant and appreciated the recommendations the waitress provided. This made our stay very relaxing.

We came in town for a memorial so we were already in a somber mood but what a beautiful stay and respite from the hard emotional things that we were going through. We thought it was beautiful breakfast at the hotel was delicious. They were awesome to give us waters as we left for the day and check out was easy as text. I highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed the new menu they rolled out, clearly! Great flavors, good portions - highly recommend. Love the new event series they’re incorporating in their calendar. Definitely going back soon!

My husband and I loved the Ella hotel. It looks like the perfect place for parties and weddings. I stayed at the Ella to convalesce after a medical procedure. The staff was beyond accommodating, and we enjoyed the hotel dining, gardens, pool, and comfortable rooms. The valet staff were very helpful in getting me around when I wasn't feeling my best.

Have come here twice now for work events using their catering services. Highly recommend them if you need to host an event. They are friendly, professional, and put out great brunch choices with options for everyone. They have valet parking and those staff members are also efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful experience here! One of the best in west campus. Beautiful little hotel that has everything you need. Kyle the bartender was great to us, as was the manager with the big ears. Have already booked my next stay. 10/10

Hotel Ella is in a beautiful mansion with porch and pillars. Still, it is very centrally located (10 min walk from UT Campus). I was lucky to have a room in the main building (I'm sure the other buildings are nice, too, but it just felt special to be in the mansion). The room was spacious enough, features a spacious closet, and the bathroom with the huge shower was amazing. Thanks to the weather I was able to sit on the porch with a complimentary cup of coffee. I had breakfast four times, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend the crab cakes. Service was very professional and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
