Very Nice place. High end. Luckily my Son works at an Omni. Great staff. Awesome building. Neat artwork. Very helpful and pleasant staff from the Valets , Front Desk, Maids and Security. You all helped make my stay less lonely when my Sons were busy or working. Thank You.

We had a great stay here and the valet men were absolutely fantastic. We interacted with Timothy on our checkout and he was so great! He helped me load my luggage in the car and was very attentive! Thank you Timothy!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. A special shout-out to CJ in valet—he went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and stress-free. Five stars for his excellent service! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

Trying to decide on a downtown hotel, we selected this for the location and the great reviews. The place is lovely, clean, and contemporary. The service is excellent and location is spectacular. The rooms are nice and clean, but nothing that blew me away. Small rooms, but comfy beds and otherwise excellent accommodations.
Keep in mind parking will cost you about $60, whether you self park or use valet.

Highly recommend the Omni! Even before I arrived, a manager reached out to inquire if I needed anything. Beck at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. Jarvis was a delight to see every morning and Matt was an incredible valet! He had our car ready and waiting each time we needed it.
The entire staff was amazing. Each and every person we encountered (front desk, housekeeping, bar staff, valet) were upbeat and friendly. I'm super impressed.
Location was great! We walked everywhere right from the hotel.
The rooms are clean and comfortable . Breakfast was delicious and I could have stayed in the pool all day!

Besides the hotel being great, their customer service is FANTASTIC. I stayed here for a week on a business trip. Our food was incredible. And our servers exceeded all customer service expectations. Paulette was our head server and she was so attentive, kind and efficient that I would have offered her a job with me if I were a local. Highly recommended!

Always my go to place when in the area! I recently stayed for my birthday weekend and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They follow all COVID19 safety precautions and will even provide you with a "Careful" pack with hand wipes and masks. It made me feel safe and comfortable while traveling. The facilities were clean and the bar was reasonably priced. The staff, as always, were professional and friendly. Thanks for another wonderful vacation!

Excellent work ethic, very helpful, friendly, caring, smiling, peaceful and just such a pleasure, and I will recommend that everyone I know stay at the Omni. I had the most exciting time. The staff was absolutely professional and nothing but willing to assist in every way possible. The bar staff was quick and prompt to even bring just a soda. Thanks guys!
