I stayed here with a big group for an event and had a great experience! Every person I interacted with was super helpful. In particular, the UPS employees had great attitudes throughout the busy days, and the lobby attendants, specifically Clinton, went above and beyond! Great stay all around. Thank you!

I have been staying here for long term due to business.
The hotel provides many amenities to make my stay comfortable.
Its location in downtown Austin makes it convenient to go anywhere, and the city views are nice.
All the staff here are friendly and provide excellent service.
I am satisfied with everything about this hotel.

I am experiencing a billing issue with your hotel. After checking out and receiving my initial receipt, I was charged for restaurant food that I did not consume. I later received an updated receipt that included this unexpected restaurant fee.
I have contacted customer service twice regarding this matter, and they assured me it would be resolved. However, after a month, no action has been taken. I have also sent several emails and attempted to reach out via customer service chat, but I have not received any response.
I expected better service from this hotel, especially in terms of customer care for guests with billing issues. I am writing this message here as I have noticed that the hotel responds to some comments on this platform.
I hope this issue can be addressed promptly and effectively.

Staying for 2 nights and what can I say! It’s been an amazing experience! The room is amazing, modern and clean! The bar is fantastic. Pool is perfect. Staff have gone above and beyond. Shoutout to J.Ortiz!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Austin! I had an issue with water temps being extremely hot with no way to use the cold water. Notified the front desk around 10pm, and they had maintenance in our room within 5 minutes to fix the issue. After he was done fixing our shower, he noticed we were low on towels and brought some up to us. That was so nice of him and it left a great impression. I wish I could remember his name. He had such a lovely smile, too. 5 star service on his end!
The front desk was also incredibly helpful when I was checking out and with parking. I loved their friendly faces. They were very pleasant to deal with.
My only gripe is that the hotel should make a better effort to manage the volume levels on the meeting floors. The piano was very distracting, along with the loud conversations and cackling from others leaving their meetings. You would think people would know better than to be so loud in that environment. They would not have appreciated the same treatment during their in meetings. I'm sure this will be an easy fix for the hotel for the future

Great staff and nice attention to detail. The front desk will give you bottled water everyday if you ask.
