Residence Inn by Marriott Intracoastal

After our cruise, we decided to use a day pass at this hotel to relax before our late flight, and I’m so glad we did! The hotel was a perfect choice to unwind after a busy trip. Jeffery at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with our belongings, making the check-in process smooth and easy.

The facilities were great, and everything from the lobby to the common areas was well-kept and inviting. While I haven’t yet stayed in the rooms, based on the overall quality of the hotel, I’m confident they’ll be just as nice. As a travel advisor, I always want to experience a place before recommending it to clients, but I have a feeling this will be an excellent option for future stays in the area.

The only minor downside is the location – while not too far from the cruise port, it’s about a 20-minute drive, which isn’t the most convenient. That said, it’s a small price to pay for such a relaxing atmosphere and the level of service provided.

For my next cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale, I’ll definitely be staying here again, and I’ll be happy to recommend it to my clients once I’ve experienced the rooms firsthand. A solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, laid-back spot before or after a cruise!

Customer Service was Superb! The entire staff were friendly and accommodating taken care of us from the moment we checked in until we checked out! I've stayed here a few times and love the location!

Very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views of the intercostal. Watching the boats while sipping our morning coffee was a wonderful way to start our day.
The kitchenette and in room washer / dryer was also super convenient.
Would definitely stay here again.
Only issue we had was the microwave was broken. It would run even when it was not programsd. We just unplugged it.

Very nice rooms, with a small kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher), also has a washer and dryer in the room which is super convenient. Lovely view of the canal, and a decent breakfast. Coffee is also always available in the lobby. Overall great experience. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Will stay here again.
