This hotel is in a great location! Literally a block away from Waikiki beach, 15 min walk from Diamond Head, and a mile walk to Leonard's Bakery! The only downside is you have to pay a daily fee to use the parking garage, which since I was staying in the hotel I though would be included, they will also get you with a daily fee if the pool is open. The room was clean and had shampoos and lotions provided and there was a coffee maker, rice maker, and kettle provided! I will totally be staying there again, but four stars for the parking garage fee.

Rooms need a upgrade desperately dirty capet,stains Furniture scratches chipped. Pool unavailable, no bbq and the older not too old employee who checked me in needs a refresh in his customer service skills,rude not friendly at all

Thank you again for your kindness while we were vacationing there in April. I want to express my gratitude to both of you for showing “Aloha” and helping me while I was visiting your beautiful island. 😊

The only things good about this hotel is the location & kitchen. Furniture & carpet is almost as old as the hotel. All curtains have holes in them & are worn out. I stayed in several rooms do to leaving for home a week at a time then coming back for work. Im glad I didn't have to spend my money to stay.

Amazing place. I traveled solo with my 2yo and it was a blast. Great location, we had a view looking at diamond head. loved it. the playground is great. the elevators are annoying but no problem except one day, we had to walk and I carried my stroller down 11 flights of stairs hahah

AirBNB'd A room for a great deal of $100 a night. Was a comfortable nice room with the a fold out futon for the 3rd person of our group. The pool is very nice and clean. Ours came with parking included which was nice. It is a short walk to the beach and many hotels and Restaurants.

We stayed for 4 nights.
The whole place is dated but a lot of Hawaii seems to be stuck in the glory days of the 80's.
I was advised that all the holiday units are individually owned which explained how different all the rooms look. To quote "Some owners care about the appearance of the rooms and some don't."
So if you're booking, keep in mind that the photo's will be of an apartment that is the best high end but you could end up in a room like the one we originally had where the bed was so old that it was sunk in the middle and was like sleeping in a bowl. The staff were kind enough to move us to a better room in better condition but it still wasn't the resort modern looking place we originally payed for and were looking forward to.
Staff are really helpful and friendly and they have a nice pool with a nice view and the location is great which I have given an extra star for.
No way whatsoever in any universe or dimension that could be measured by any mathematical formula now or into the future is the price per night worth what they are charging.

Great location with nice ocean views. Beach is a block away and waikiki shops and beach road are very close by. Suites are very spacious. Great hotel if you manage to get an upgraded suite. Rooms that are not upgraded are really dirty and filled with roaches. Room service is great.

The staff were helpful and courteous. Our suite was clean and we had a unobstructed view of the ocean! We had our meals out in the lanai each day, which was very relaxing! Housekeeping came everyday and performed their daily general cleaning. She also, replenished our coffee. The parking we paid 7 days in advanced so it was $60 instead of $70 for 7 days, which is cheap! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, not bad for the price considering the close proximity to the beach!

The staff was polite and helpful. They have a decent pool and tons of BBQ grills and kids area. They also have a free DVD rental that is nice. The parking is expensive through the hotel but if you drive around you can pay cash for a week and cut the price almost in half. The rooms are huge and you can cut off the beds from the living area. Great for family stay.
