Staff always nice and helpful. Security team jumps into action quick if you leave something valuable in a room at checkout, views of Waikiki beach are great if you pay for a room with a view of Diamond Head

Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is perfect for relaxing and there’s beach access. Customer service was good, not over the top but you’ll will get the answers you need

Great hotel with spotless rooms and extremely good service. Their housekeeping staff is outstanding. Our entire family enjoyed the 9 days we stayed in Sheraton Waikiki

Great location with a good view. If you are lucky and get one of the Ocean viewing rooms on the top floor you experience of staying in the hotel increases 10 fold

The rooms are good size and clean. The balcony is of good size with 2 chairs, a drink table and a lounge chair. The elevators are fast, so I never had to wait long for a ride up to the 24th floor

The restaurants on property were very good and there are a couple other places one block away. The pool is not huge but of decent size, and it was clean

They have towels you can grab from the fitness club to take out to the beach. We made good use of their laundromat located on floor 3. Cute trifle flowers for your hair on check-in. Ask the valet for towels or water too

Starbucks was on the lobby floor there are a couple good tasting Grill venues and if you catch the right evening prime rib at about $26 for the whole Buffet

Not our best experience with Marriott. Upon arrival, the parking garage elevator was broken. When I asked about partial reimbursement at the front desk I was shut down

The experience at this resort area was great the location is downtown Honolulu plenty of shopping food and Recreation within walking distance it does offer valet parking and a self parking garage but arrive early it gets full the room was with two double beds Linens were clean and the bathroom was fine

I would not recommend paying $40 a person for the breakfast buffet as it is simply the type of food you can get at Denny's. There wasn’t anything remarkable about the food. The storefronts are nice, but they are pricey

Once, we were given a piece of paper asking us to go to another parking garage three blocks away due to the possibility of no available parking. Overall, I don’t have anything significant or wrong about the hotel

Our biggest complaint was the parking garage, as many individuals not associated with the hotel can use it, which takes up the already limited space

The garage is small, and it doesn’t help that many drivers speed around the corners, almost causing accidents

They gave us rooms in different towers (same family) and were not very quick to fix, nice or understanding. Would have gotten all 5 stars without the desk

The hotel overall is convenient and in a great location. The rooms are decently sized, and the views (if ocean side) are great

The food was good but not $35+ tax good. There were not enough options for $35. Thank you again for all that you do. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

Beautiful hotel and great location! Check in was easy, rooms are good size and very clean. They have a great gym, two tennis courts and a baseball hitting cage that was fun. The breakfast buffet was pricey but worth it

All in all though highly recommend if your planning a trip. Good work staff and keep it up it definitely made our trip

The pool is a good size and overlooks the beach. The beach bar is very chilled and the food is really yummy

The staff are very professional and courteous. They made our PCS departure a pleasant one. They offer great military rates and free parking for TLA. The only down fall is the buffet

Loving this resort! Everything about this place has been renovated. This is a diamond if you are able to get a room. There is an infinity pool with a great view of Waikiki Beach

Plenty of restaurants and shops in close proximity to the hotel, so there is always something to do when staying at the Outrigger!! A few downfalls would be the view from a good majority of the rooms do not offer a great view of the beach

We had a great stay at the hotel. I was traveling for business and was able to bring my wife on this trip. Since I would be gone during the day this was a great location for her to be able to be right on the beach

It took 15 min foe the attendant to find it. The rooms are fantastic but, the should give a water to every guest in the room instead of only 2 bottles everyday. It's not fair if there are 3 or more guests there

If you come to the dole plantation you'll have a great experience. And if you love pineapples you'll be in heaven! Dole plantation has some of the sweetest pineapples. They literally have everything pineapple

Staying in a partial Ocean View room and it is comfy and clean. Staff are friendly and the activities desk helped us plan different things to enjoy during our stay and was able to save us some money

Staff very friendly and helpful. The key needed for the chair needed by guests who are disabled needs to be in the same place all the time and the staff needs to always know where it is

The restaurant had good food and a friendly staff. The room was perfect, good size, clean, nice view, everything was in good working order and the bed was really comfortable

The shower had very good pressure, clean with modern fixtures. Everyone we encountered was nice and respectful

We stayed at this hotel during our recent visit to Waikiki. It was in an excellent location, across the street from the International Market Place, and a few blocks away from the beach

Tee was so nice he did such a great job making sure we were comfortable and happy in our room. it was great having such good food downstairs too!

The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, the beach and more. The staff was friendly and helpful. Valet staff was friendly too and very pleased with the service

The staff is FANTASTIC!!!! I wish I could stay here forever. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but not something to complain about. The staff is very, I mean VERY helpful

They also have stunning ocean views. We ate at some of the hotel's restaurants and found the food and service to be excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would easily stay here again

The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you to different parts of Waikiki during the day. The gym is also open 24 hours which is a good way to work off all the delicious food you’ll be eating

We had such a wonderful stay at Prince Waikiki! All of the hotel's rooms offer stunning ocean views and windows that open wide to let in the breeze. The hotel rooms are stylish, clean and very comfortable

The hotel is large but quiet and has plenty of parking. The location is great; It's not in the middle of the busy Waikiki resort area, but it is very close to some of the area's popular attractions

The elevators are fast and have great views. The pool terrace and bar are comfortable, attractive and fun to relax in. The pools themselves are clean, warm and great for swimming and swimming

Exactly what we were looking for. Excellently located right in the city and right on beautiful beach

This time we came straight here and added the advantage of a nice pool deck just steps from the ocean. The rooms are comfortable, and even our limited ocean view has a lovely balcony with a nice view

Last time we stayed at Outrigger on the Reef and found ourselves always walking down to this beach anyway because of how much nicer it is

Bonus points to housekeeping for keeping up with the sand and dirt that inevitably gets in after beach and waterfall treks. And the biggest boon this place gets is it's partnership with Duke's restaurant, which we love

We were unhappy with our room and they made it right by moving us and giving us free breakfast vouchers. Would stay here again for sure

It is a really nice and friendly hotel, but some smaller gripes. They are valet only and have no real area to load/unload and that was before the construction which now has pedestrians in the way

The rooms has adequate space and we're very well kept and clean. I met the maid service in the hall and the woman was really sweet and welcoming. Definitely recommend and I would certainly return!

Surprising experience here! A high cost- performance hotel at the heart of Waikiki. Four main advantages: nice staff, convenient location, deposit free, and brand new room

Of course, the ocean view is not as good as hotels beside the beach, but still acceptable

The rooms were very comfortable, but smaller. It was in a convenient location. The front desk was very helpful with any questions- they even knew my name and used it when I approached the desk

The pool was on the smaller size, but it was nice because you could order food as the little restaurant was right there. The hot tub was hot and felt great!

We stayed here for the night before our flight out. We had a baby and requested a crib which was actually a crib with a nice mattress instead of a pack and play. This was a nice change from the other hotels

Very few hiltons still make diamond members feel valued but at this hotel the opposite is true. Diamond status at this hotel still means something. A hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of waikiki

So many great things to share about Ka La'i Waikiki. An amazing welcome from Ami and the team. We were made to feel like we were being welcomed home and nothing was too much trouble

Our family are here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we were gifted a beautiful bottle of prosecco. Additionally, the team congratulated us throughout our stay and made us feel like real VIPs

Our front desk check in persons KATHY and Alex went above and beyond to make us feel welcomes and cared for. She got us checked in early and to a beautiful room

My husband is a Pilot and we have traveled extensively, and the attention that the staff gives each guest, is top notch. I was asked if they could do anything to make our stay better, all I need was extra tea

An absolutely lovely Hotel, staff from the minute we arrived have been outstanding. Food, facilities and location are all first class

Had dinner in one of the ballrooms for a fundraising event. Dinner was great, service was excellent. Hotel is high class (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) with immaculate gardens and grounds. Restrooms are clean with bidet toilet seats

Warm & friendly attentive staff and their moist & flavorful coconut cake is out of this world! Beautiful views of the ocean, and if you dine there in the late afternoon/evening there is very fine Hawaiian entertainment (music & hula) performed by well known local talent

In the evening, they have very classy Hawaiian music and hula show at the terrace downstairs by the beach. We could hear and enjoy the music from our Lanai in the evening

This was not our first stay at Halekulani. We our annual visitors and always have a fantastic visit and feel right at home. The staff feels like extended family

From check in to our sad check out this hotel has customer service and a luxurious ambience down. Our room was beautiful, opening up to a gorgeous courtyard, pool, and ocean view

There was champagne chilling for my husbands birthday and the ice bucket was full each evening. The bed and bath were immaculate and elegant

This is a really good place. The room was clean and everything needed was provided for a temporary stay away from home. We definitely had a good time there.

We've been to Hawaii many times. This time we stayed in the Grand Islander and were very happy about it. The hotel manager, Tianya, was very kind, professional and helpful. She made our stay very enjoyable.

I felt relieved because the anti-corona measures were also firm. I was particularly impressed with the room cleaning. There were inconveniences in restaurants, shops and premises because it was a corona disaster

However, this was inevitable, and even so my stay in Waikiki was quite satisfactory. Hoping to return to a proper Hilton after the Corona disaster, I would like to plan my next stay again

Very nice hotel. We stayed in a suite and it had awesome view (22nd floor) and very nice rooms. Price is high but it's worth.

Speaking of pools, they'll a bit modest for such a luxury resort. Considering every storefront is a designer boutique, every light fixture is extravagant, and the toilets have heated seats, you'd expect a bit better pool

Rooms are pretty small. Not gonna lie. But the location is amazing. You can walk to almost anywhere. The bar is great and so is the pool. $42 a day to perk is INSANE, bit still a good place.

I once booked a room for my mom on the wrong date, and the staff was so accommodating and let me make last minute changes to my reservation over the phone, just in time for my mom's arrival two hours later

We went for our honeymoon and stayed several nights. I let them know it was our honeymoon before we arrived. When we got to our room there was a great flower and towel animal display

We had a great room with a great view of the mountains, but not all views would be great. The pool is an oasis in the city center. All the staff were very nice and very helpful

The biggest downside is - parking - but that's Waikiki in general. It cost more to park for a night than it did to rent the car for two days

Kahala exceeded our expectations. The staff were immediately responsive and friendly; we went during the off season and found everyone very happy to help us with everything from best excursions to laundry

There is a small shopping center with some fast food about 2 miles from the resort you can go to without getting into all of the traffic. We stayed in the Dolphin Lanai ground floor and it was really nice

It keeps things moving and you'll rarely wait more than a few minutes for whatever you need. The views from within the resort are spectacular, and walking the length of it is highly recommended

If going with someone else it it is helpful that it had two sinks with mirrors separate from each other which was nice when getting ready. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit there

Beautiful beach, pool, hot tub, dining (nothing inexpensive though) sauna, work out room, light shopping and great places to just sit and watch the world go by

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Kahala. The staff, the location, the vibes, all were incredible and it was such a treat to stay here for the week

The floor was quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The made to order breakfast is mostly open and there was a good selection of breakfast items

The breakfast was excellent as well as the snacks and drinks provided early evening. The staff were friendly fly and the location was convenient as well the close proximity to the beach.

We were greeted so well by the bell hop and the front desk. Every single employee was kind and smiling which set a great tone for the trip. One employee in particular stood out however

But overall we liked the location near the beach and the fact that they have 2 pools and 2 dining areas so everyone in the hotel isn't in the same area

The hotel itself is one of the highest grossing and trafficked hotel in the Hilton portfolio, however the crowds in October is markedly less than in the heights of summer

Staying here for for our first Hawaiian vacation. Ocean and mountain views off our balcony. Great amenities on-site while still being close to several local spots

The hotel itself is very nice, with friendly staff, that's doing an amazing job with the strike going on. Outside of all the racket,you hardly notice that there's anything going on

The complex is a little dated but kept in very good condition. Extremely clean and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. The Hilton lagoon was loved by the children

I was surprised because the price was really good. Free valet parking and all the staff was super nice. Room was basic but clean and had an amazing view of the beach and ocean

Valet, Bell and front desk were friendly. Only complaint was no coffee pot in the room. Otherwise the rooms were clean - the room was small but that's ok. We needed somewhere to sleep and clean up

The views are amazing from the top floor corner suites! One of a kind. The suites have been completely renovated and updated
