Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, Honolulu1 / 34

Honolulu, 2005 Kalia Road 🧭 Map
Everything is nice in Hilton. We enjoyed our stay here. Please notice that check in time is at 4 pm.
We loved the hotel! It was very accessible to the beach, shops, and dining. We happened to be there during the tsunami warning and the hotel was awesome with communicating with us and keeping us safe
Gina did a great job with cleaning our room every day. Anything we asked for she did it. The only one star I would give is for parking. $72 per day id ridiculous to charge your hotel guests
Right at beach front, a great location for water playing. The hotel is a huge set of buildings that may be the largest in Honolulu
Paying the resort fee and parking fee for 6 days was an extra $700. Be aware if you are renting a car and staying here
Restaurants, shopping, a general store, you name it, all right in the property

Best hotel on Waikiki. Location, rooms, and pool all the best on the *****.
This was the best value hotel we stayed at during our stay (we also stayed at Hawaiian Village and Aulani). Location, quality of service and amenities
I booked this hotel for my dad. He kept raving about the hotel’s location and how close it is to everything else for sightseeing and nightlife.
Wonderful pool and perfect location!
Amazing, can't wait to go back to.
Had enough to keep kids entertained without being as overwhelmingly busy at Hilton. Enough space to relax, the onsite beach is small but always empty

Excellent location just steps from the beach, with fantastic hotel amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on where to go and what to eat. Highly recommended for your trip!
Service at the pool was great. Location was good close to the beach. Be aware of the resort fee of $55 American
Check in staff could have explained procedures better and let you know what amenities were available to use such as towels for the beach and beach chairs. Food at DK steakhouse was average but very expensive
Awesome location and close to the beach. Need more details on the information for example where is the family pool direction etc.
Wonderful stay with memorable !
the hotel is located at a super convenient location right at the heart of Waikiki Beach. Hotel staff was nice too.

I would not recommend paying $40 a person for the breakfast buffet as it is simply the type of food you can get at Denny's. There wasn’t anything remarkable about the food. The storefronts are nice, but they are pricey
Once, we were given a piece of paper asking us to go to another parking garage three blocks away due to the possibility of no available parking. Overall, I don’t have anything significant or wrong about the hotel
Our biggest complaint was the parking garage, as many individuals not associated with the hotel can use it, which takes up the already limited space
The garage is small, and it doesn’t help that many drivers speed around the corners, almost causing accidents
They gave us rooms in different towers (same family) and were not very quick to fix, nice or understanding. Would have gotten all 5 stars without the desk
The hotel overall is convenient and in a great location. The rooms are decently sized, and the views (if ocean side) are great

Love the design of the hotel and excellent location.
The hotel is very convenient. I will book it again if I have the chance to go to Hawaii again! ☺️ The staff are polite and friendly. I am very satisfied!
Nice live performance by the pool and good location
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location was central and it was easy to access tourist spots
The beach was right in front of the hotel and they even lent us bodyboards for free, so we were able to enjoy the ocean to the fullest!
In addition, the pool/bar area closed at 10pm each night, including weekends, and the site stated midnight. Lastly, Saturday night at the bar area on the 5th floor, there were large roaches crawling around

Plenty of restaurants and shops in close proximity to the hotel, so there is always something to do when staying at the Outrigger!! A few downfalls would be the view from a good majority of the rooms do not offer a great view of the beach
Good although a little busy vacation resort. Check in procedure a little stressful as desk systems seem not to work well.
We had a great stay at the hotel. I was traveling for business and was able to bring my wife on this trip. Since I would be gone during the day this was a great location for her to be able to be right on the beach
Location is great! Hotel is quite new. There’s a Starbucks and ABC stores at the lobby. Staff are friendly. Pool is great too.
Had a lovely one night stay here after a flight cancellation. Staff were friendly and welcoming and got us checked in quickly. The room was spacious and clean
Staff are amazing, they are very polite and kind. Our room was big and comfortable, no issues. The food at the restaurant was adequate and not cheap

The front desk welcomed us with a thoughtful gift, and housekeeping kept our room immaculate with daily linen, towel, and pillowcase changes—chef’s kiss! The room had a slightly old-school feel, but it was spotless and absolutely five-star quality, with a spacious layout, separate toilet area, shower, and bath
The infinity pool was open, and our cabana rental was private and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. We also loved the views of Waikīkī and the island, especially from the elevators it was breathtaking
The valet team deserves a special mention. They were fast, friendly, and professional every single time—always greeting us with a warm smile and making sure our car was ready without delay
They made coming and going completely stress-free. Always gave amazing recommendations and without their help we wouldn’t have tried the food they love to have themselves
Absolutely incredible stay—we’re already planning to return, maybe even before November! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional
Coffee downstairs was great as well especially when we wanted to start beach hopping early! We had read great reviews before booking, and now we can confidently say they were all spot on

Location is excellent.  There are electrical water pot and Microwave in the room.  Across the street, there is Target.  One block away from Waikiki beach. The swimming is kind of small.
The hotel locatio is so good and close to waikiki beach. The hygiene condition has room for improvement but in overall acceptable.
Our room was on the 15th floor, with a lovely partial view of the ocean. The bed was comfy, and we had a walk in shower. The pool on the third floor was not the greatest, but nonetheless it was a nice place to relax
Perfect location where you can easily access to beach, restaurants and shops. The room is wide, clean and well-equipped. However, the staffs are not quite helpful so this should be much improved.
Good and powerful water stream, feels like a waterfall and a hot spring. The shower is a huge plus, kind of the best in the US
The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, the beach and more. The staff was friendly and helpful. Valet staff was friendly too and very pleased with the service

Exactly what we were looking for. Excellently located right in the city and right on beautiful beach
This time we came straight here and added the advantage of a nice pool deck just steps from the ocean. The rooms are comfortable, and even our limited ocean view has a lovely balcony with a nice view
Last time we stayed at Outrigger on the Reef and found ourselves always walking down to this beach anyway because of how much nicer it is
Bonus points to housekeeping for keeping up with the sand and dirt that inevitably gets in after beach and waterfall treks. And the biggest boon this place gets is it's partnership with Duke's restaurant, which we love
We were unhappy with our room and they made it right by moving us and giving us free breakfast vouchers. Would stay here again for sure
It is a really nice and friendly hotel, but some smaller gripes. They are valet only and have no real area to load/unload and that was before the construction which now has pedestrians in the way

We've stayed in some amazing hotels all around the world and this one is up there as one of the best, the staff make it exceptional and we highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere where you're made to feel special and looked after
Amazing views of the beach! Excellent rooms with all the amenities. Beds and sheets are comfortable. Cute little robes for the kiddos. They have left nothing out here. Complimentary beach bags with water and towels
Very few hiltons still make diamond members feel valued but at this hotel the opposite is true. Diamond status at this hotel still means something. A hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of waikiki
Our family are here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we were gifted a beautiful bottle of prosecco. Additionally, the team congratulated us throughout our stay and made us feel like real VIPs
The location is super convenient, around 2 mins walk to the beach and only a couple of minutes from the shops and restaurants of Waikiki. The hotel itself has an amazing infinity pool
So many great things to share about Ka La'i Waikiki. An amazing welcome from Ami and the team. We were made to feel like we were being welcomed home and nothing was too much trouble

The hotel is in a good location. There is a shopping mall downstairs. There are many restaurants nearby and a relatively large ABC store. However, the hotel does not provide drinking water
The hotel was in such a great location that we were able to tour Hawaii very efficiently!!! It has become such a favorite hotel that we will definitely book again the next time we come!!!
Even though it was located in the middle of Kalakaua Avenue, which is a great place to go anywhere, it was quiet at night and I was able to relax. Access to the beach was also good
It's like a Hanting Home Inn opened downstairs in Qianmen... good location but low quality... n levels lower than the one in Big Island...
Everything went smoothly, except for the problem of extra charges during check-out. After the reservation service provider processed it, the hotel finally completed the refund. The hotel is in a great location.
It's centrally located and convenient. There were no problems finding food or cafes.

Honolulu, 2199 Kalia Road 🧭 Map
It's convenient and not in a busy area, so the location is relatively quiet. The restaurants are pretty good, and several restaurants are very close to the sea. Room service response speed is good
My children also said that the hotelier at the Halekulani was the kindest and most impressive, so it was the best. Next time, I want to stay from the first day
Very good, but there are too many Japanese people, which makes it very quiet. But this is America! I still like the noisy feeling. But I am very happy and comfortable living here.
The facilities, service, and spa are all very satisfying. When we told them about a family celebration, they even gave us a surprise service. The pool and beach have a calming atmosphere and are geared towards adults.
Perfect design, room, service, view and food. There are kettles, bottled water, coffee machines, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. It is quiet and atmospheric, and it is a hotel worth staying in again.
The only drawback is that there is no direct access to the beach. The swimming pool is relatively small and the distance between the lounge chairs is tight. It is very close to the restaurant

We've been to Hawaii many times. This time we stayed in the Grand Islander and were very happy about it. The hotel manager, Tianya, was very kind, professional and helpful. She made our stay very enjoyable.
This is a really good place. The room was clean and everything needed was provided for a temporary stay away from home. We definitely had a good time there.
I felt relieved because the anti-corona measures were also firm. I was particularly impressed with the room cleaning. There were inconveniences in restaurants, shops and premises because it was a corona disaster
However, this was inevitable, and even so my stay in Waikiki was quite satisfactory. Hoping to return to a proper Hilton after the Corona disaster, I would like to plan my next stay again
Very nice hotel. We stayed in a suite and it had awesome view (22nd floor) and very nice rooms. Price is high but it's worth.
Speaking of pools, they'll a bit modest for such a luxury resort. Considering every storefront is a designer boutique, every light fixture is extravagant, and the toilets have heated seats, you'd expect a bit better pool

Room service was excellent throughout. The amenities were fantastic
We still got a view of the ocean from a side window! The room came with complimentary beach slippers and cute water bottle. The bathroom came equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion
Absolutely wonderful 4-star hotel booked through Costco Travel. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. Our room was the city view king with balcony, and it was super clean and spacious
There’s a decent restaurant on the third floor with a pool, a very beautiful gym on the second floor, and beach chair and towel rentals at the valet near the front desk
Amazing! Can't wait to go back! Booked this resort for a great price at. ᴄᴏᴍ I love this resort and am so grateful to stay at my favorite hotel for less than what I would normally spend
We stayed here for 7 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The view from out room was exactly as it was showed online

Kahala exceeded our expectations. The staff were immediately responsive and friendly; we went during the off season and found everyone very happy to help us with everything from best excursions to laundry
The pool has a nice feature for ordering food or drinks, which is a button system - it also allows for flagging for the check to cash out
There is a small shopping center with some fast food about 2 miles from the resort you can go to without getting into all of the traffic. We stayed in the Dolphin Lanai ground floor and it was really nice
It keeps things moving and you'll rarely wait more than a few minutes for whatever you need. The views from within the resort are spectacular, and walking the length of it is highly recommended
If going with someone else it it is helpful that it had two sinks with mirrors separate from each other which was nice when getting ready. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit there
Big shoutout to the concierge, who went out of their way to provide me with great service and accommodations, and overall just did a fantastic job of making me feel at home

Good option for family. A sofa bet was not comfortable as it was not flat.
Everything was perfect. I'm really glad I changed hotels at the last minute. The cocktail service and breakfast buffet were great, and it was convenient to go anywhere.
There were few amenities, and hand soap, body cream, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided in the room. On the second day, the room was not cleaned, so bath towels were not replaced
I always go there with my family😊 It's great that breakfast is included, but the menu is almost the same every day, with only one or two items changing, so it gets boring🤣
It was my first time in Hawaii (the last time was 25 years ago), so I was a bit worried, but it was the best choice. Free breakfast and evening cocktail service 2
An evening party was held by the pool for about two hours in the evening, and adults were given tickets to drink alcohol, and soft drinks were all-you-can-drink. There were simple snacks such as tortilla chips and celery

Very courteous and professional Staff. Daily housekeeping is excellent. Very clean rooms, lobby and amenities areas. Love the electric blinds with option between sheer and blackout. Love the modern toilet with remote
Very kind and very clean. Good location near waikiki beach and shopping streets.
Due to my specific request being beyond her scope she transferred me to the reservation manager Kelly who greeted me exceptionally well, listened, and not only accommodated my request, but went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Talk about service, I haven’t even arrived yet
My wife and I stayed here for our staycation anniversary trip from Maui and were very impressed. The kamaaina rates were very affordable compared to neighboring hotels. Our room was so clean it blew me away
Can walk to restaurants and shops. Next to the Hawaiian Center Mall with food court. Adjacent to the Sheraton Waikiki. Had a very exclusive adult only feel even though it's not adult only

Beautiful complex close to the beach. Our room view wasn't the best, but still had a lovely view of the mountains. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hospitality was on point, and covered all of our needs
The hotel itself is one of the highest grossing and trafficked hotel in the Hilton portfolio, however the crowds in October is markedly less than in the heights of summer
Staying here for for our first Hawaiian vacation. Ocean and mountain views off our balcony. Great amenities on-site while still being close to several local spots
The hotel itself is very nice, with friendly staff, that's doing an amazing job with the strike going on. Outside of all the racket, you hardly notice that there's anything going on
The complex is a little dated but kept in very good condition. Extremely clean and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. The Hilton lagoon was loved by the children
Stayed in a 2 BR unit at the Grand Waikikian in early October
