Right at beach front, a great location for water playing. The hotel is a huge set of buildings that may be the largest in Honolulu. It’s a little far from the city center, about 20 minutes walk for groceries and restaurants. Good for family events.

I was upgraded to a pent house room on the 35th floor. The room is decent in size but outdated design. Good location as the property is close to the beach and restaurant. Wish I had more time to explore the place. Will come back again!

Overall this is a great place to stay in downtown Waikiki. The rooms are smaller and it is most definitely crowded… but the location is the key element with the Sheraton. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is perfect for relaxing and there’s beach access. Customer service was good, not over the top but you’ll will get the answers you need.

Great hotel with spotless rooms and extremely good service. Their housekeeping staff is outstanding. Our entire family enjoyed the 9 days we stayed in Sheraton Waikiki. Kids enjoyed the main pool, water slide, and hot tubs. Adults only Infinity Pool is a nice place to relax and watch the sunset. There are good restaurants in the hotel and there are enough places to eat within walking distance.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort Spa and I must say that it was a 5 Star experience. Check in staff could have explained procedures better and let you know what amenities were available to use such as towels for the beach and beach chairs. We had an excellent stay at Waikiki Marriott. The room was spacious and clean. We also did free of charge activities, including lei making and leaf painting, which was a great experience. The pool is small, but that wasn't too bad as the hotel is across the road from the awesome beach. It was also a nice stroll away from shops and restaurants in Waikiki, so it was a super convenient location.

Elevators take a long time. Breakfast is crowded but decent: eggs, meat, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, etc. The breakfast staff were accomodating and work their butts off. This hotel is just so beautiful! Located literally on the beach. It worked out for us since we brought our baby with us, whenever we needed to head back to the room for nap time, it was just a couple of steps away. The pool is small but the views are so stunning. It is a really nice and friendly hotel, but some smaller gripes. They are valet only and have no real area to load/unload and that was before the construction which now has pedestrians in the way. There is a wonderful employee by the name of John Thompson that greets you as you are entering and exiting your car. John is a wealth of information and a great person. The hotel is located on Waikiki Beach Commercial Street in Oahu Island. There are many commercial restaurants around it, and it is very convenient to travel. It is about 20 kilometers to the airport, Pearl Harbor, and Hanauma Bay. It costs about $30 to take a taxi. There are also buses. The room is large, very new, clean and tidy. It was upgraded to a sea view room, which is very good.

Even though it was located in the middle of Kalakaua Avenue, which is a great place to go anywhere, it was quiet at night and I was able to relax. Access to the beach was also good. The best hotel on Waikiki Beach, with a great location and great service. I booked a room with two single beds. The sofa bed can also be opened into a single bed, which is suitable for families with children.

The Kahala is a very nice place to stay if you are looking for a resort on Oahu. I loved the beach front access and the balcony in the room. The one bedroom is a nice size. Comes equipped with just about everything that you need, including a waher/dryer, which is handy. Beautiful facility. Lush, Hawaiian landscapes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place for families.

A wonderful and beautiful place to stay! The staff were all friendly and eager to help. The only problem I had was with the fellow who cleans the swimming pool, who is not an actual employee of the hotel, (the Lagoon Tower)!

It was a great resort. Staff was so friendly. The rooms were clean.

Only got a tour of the place, it is very nice but I'm not into time shares so I can't really give my honest opinion on the matter.

I can't recommend this hotel... breakfast was like from a motel and if you don't want to pay high parking fee you need to park like an hour walk from the hotel

No basic toilet tooth brush no slippers no card access to lift lobby public anyone can go up your level no security check . Breakfast very basic with limited items

Front office 's attitude to service could do much to improve on its ' gentleness ' Inadvertently booked a room for Accessible Roll-In Shower, and was offered to change room and pay the rate difference. I felt the message could have been communicated in a better tone as I didn't complain about the room The room had issues with hot water , complained on day 2 / 3 nd yet Maintenance couldn't fix...

Very poor breakfast and very very poor bathroom 👎
