Overall this is a great place to stay in downtown Waikiki. The rooms are smaller and it is most definitely crowded… but the location is the key element with the Sheraton. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is perfect for relaxing and there’s beach access. Customer service was good, not over the top but you’ll will get the answers you need.

Great hotel with spotless rooms and extremely good service. Their housekeeping staff is outstanding. Our entire family enjoyed the 9 days we stayed in Sheraton Waikiki. Kids enjoyed the main pool, water slide, and hot tubs. Adults only Infinity Pool is a nice place to relax and watch the sunset. There are good restaurants in the hotel and there are enough places to eat within walking distance.

The beachfront rooms have spectacular views. The infinity pool that blends into the ocean horizon was very cool. They also have a regular pool, plenty of lounge chairs, some table games like billards and a spa. My room was clean and the staff a super friendly. This is a nice resort hotel. The rooms are good size and clean. The views are fantastic. The balcony is of good size with 2 chairs, a drink table and a lounge chair. Not our best experience with Marriott. Upon arrival, the parking garage elevator was broken. When I asked about partial reimbursement at the front desk I was shut down. Perfectly located right next to beaches, tons of restaurants and shopping. We made use of their laundromat on the 3rd floor- it's a nice, big area. Waikiki is crazy expensive for anything so hit up happy hours when dining.

Loving this resort! Everything about this place has been renovated. This is a diamond if you are able to get a room. There is an infinity pool with a great view of Waikiki Beach. This hotel is just so beautiful! Located literally on the beach. It worked out for us since we brought our baby with us, whenever we needed to head back to the room for nap time, it was just a couple of steps away. The pool is small but the views are so stunning. It is a really nice and friendly hotel, but some smaller gripes. They are valet only and have no real area to load/unload and that was before the construction which now has pedestrians in the way. Surprising experience here! A high cost- performance hotel at the heart of Waikiki. Four main advantages: nice staff, convenient location, deposit free, and brand new room. Of course, the ocean view is not as good as hotels beside the beach, but still acceptable.

The hotel was beautiful with great views of the ocean. It was a short walk to Waikiki Beach. The only thing we didn't like about our stay was that the rooms were very warm, even with the a/c turned as low as it would go. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned daily. If you want to stay in the heart of Waikiki, this would be a great place.

We stayed here for the night before our flight out. We had a baby and requested a crib which was actually a crib with a nice mattress instead of a pack and play. This was a nice change from the other hotels. Maui Brewing is also on site and the hotel is convenient to shopping. It is definitely in the center of the action.

The rooms were very comfortable, but smaller. It was in a convenient location. The front desk was very helpful with any questions- they even knew my name and used it when I approached the desk. The breakfast was good. The pool was on the smaller size, but it was nice because you could order food as the little restaurant was right there. The hot tub was hot and felt great!

There was a mix up with the room we thought we had booked and the room were were given. I booked a room with a Waikiki view but got a room with a view of a wall and commercial extractor fan right outside the hotel room. Came here for a week of relaxation. The hotel is beautiful, 2 bedroom suite was great BUT all we heard the entire time we were here was yelling and chanting and drumming of the employees on strike. I never could go out on the balcony to read or relax. It was constant. Service was poor. Had to call several times for items over the time of several hours. The one bedroom is a nice size. Comes equipped with just about everything that you need, including a waher/dryer, which is handy. You, unfortunately, are away from the Hawaiian Village resort area and beach. The hotel itself is very nice, with friendly staff, that's doing an amazing job with the strike going on. Outside of all the racket,you hardly notice that there's anything going on.

The complex is a little dated but kept in very good condition. Extremely clean and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. The Hilton lagoon was loved by the children. The apartment we stayed in was well set up and very comfortable - full kitchen and modern washer and dryer.

Beautiful complex close to the beach. Our room view wasn't the best, but still had a lovely view of the mountains. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hospitality was on point, and covered all of our needs. The kids loved it. Would definitely go back again!

Stayed here for a week. This place is terrific. Location is great. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The entire building is clean, quiet and well taken care of. Rooms are well outfitted. The pool/bar is awesome and the staff there go above and beyond. We will without a doubt be staying here again on our next trip back!

The motel was in a great location. Unfortunately the rooms were small and definitely not 4.5 ⭐️. The beds were hard, uncomfortable and seemed smaller than a normal double bed. I used the parking garage here as I was going to see a show at BlueNote - Hawaii at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Hotel. The Outrigger provides 4-hour parking for $6 with BlueNote validation. Nice, large, clean rooms. Pleasant view even on the city side. Friendly staff. Convenient to Waikiki Beach, shopping, restaurants and local transportation. In room amenities include iron and board, safe, mini fridge, tv, hair dryer, and coffee maker.

For most of the stay this has been a normal, as good as expected, hotel. Last night, we realized that our transportation today would be more complicated than expected. Roy (at the front desk) spent an hour calling places and trying to find us the most effective/affordable option. I absolutely will check here first when I come back.

One of the friendliest hotels on the planet. They really know the meaning of aloha. They greet me by name every time I walk in the door. The rooms are delightful the maid service is impeccable and the prices are reasonable. Plan to make this our home away from home weather for business or pleasure when we are in Honolulu.

When we pulled up it definitely looked like your basic hotel. Once you get close it's actually impressive. Beautiful modern rooms. My city view room was actually breathtaking. I would send anyone.

The service here is by far the best. The front desk staff took care of us the moment we arrived, but, it didn't stop there. Our room has a great view and the room is clean. Complementary breakfast is provided and has a staff that cares about YOU. !! The food is good, and we couldn't be happier. Were coming back next year !!!!

First time starting with the holiday inn Express in Waikiki. Hotel is chic, well decorated and well appointed rooms. Breakfasts are hot, plenty of food although could use a little variation. Pool is nice, with a large hot tub, raised decking and plenty of deck chairs. Overall really well maintained and reasonably priced for Waikiki. Have enjoyed our stay here so far!

Amenities are nice. Breakfast is actually impressive (diversity in foods). Rooms are way too packed in. Doors slamming all through the night will wake you up. Loud housekeeping if you decide to sleep in past 8am. Non-insulated doors are a big problem with this hotel. Exceptional value and location. I could not be happier with this hotel! Rooms are small, but they are new and very clean. Free breakfast includes hot food and the normal cold cereals. Staff is very friendly. Location is a short walk from the beach. The ABC store across the street is a great place to buy cheap essentials ie., water and snacks. When I come back I would gladly stay here again
