Hotel staff very friendly, nice, maintained cleaned, lots of people coming and going. Pools close at 6pm Feet away from actual beach .. ocean water very WARM, FRESH feeling. Balcony was closed due to “safety reasons” -sucked If you walk/drive down towards HONOLULU ZOO there’s actual MAN MADE rock boarder .. where KIDS can swim freely … WAVES BLOCKED BY ROCKS. Remember to WEAR SUNSCREEN/ be in the...
This hotel is just so beautiful! Located literally on the beach. It worked out for us since we brought our baby with us, whenever we needed to head back to the room for nap time, it was just a couple of steps away. The pool is small but the views are so stunning. The only thing I dislike was the towels on the pool chairs to make it known as it being “used” while nobody is near the chairs for hours...
Loved our stay at this hotel. They upgraded us to an ocean-view room. Make sure to book rooms inside the tower to ensure the rooms are not dated. The lobby area, restaurants and the access to beach were amazing. The only things we didn't appreciate were that the pool beds were all occupied (with towels!) from 7 AM, making it impossible to find a bed next to the pool. Also, the beach chairs and umbrellas...
We loved that we received an upgraded room, especially as we had travelled from Australia. The ocean and beach view was magnificent!
This hotel was beautiful. First we were given a room overlooking the roof of the next wing. My husband called to ask for a beach view and they had one for us the next day. It was amazing. The maid service was wonderful and very helpful. Fabulous water view with pool too. This hotel was wonderful.
What a beautiful hotel! My camera doesn't live up to expectations! If I could redo my holiday, I would choose to stay here. The location was perfect for an easy walk to all the best shops. Swimming at this end of the beach was nice because there were no rocks in the shallow water to scratch your feet like I had at the other end. Finding a valet was easy and there are plenty of great coffee/cocktail...

The hotel and grounds are stunning. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated with fresh towels and beds made daily. Guests here can share space with the Sheraton Hotel, which is a nice bonus. It's a popular spot, so beach and pool lounges can be tricky at times, but the staff will try to accommodate. We enjoyed the early mornings at the coffee bar...
We stayed here having booked through the Fine Hotels Collection with AX Platinum. As such, we got an upgraded room overlooking the ocean, free daily breakfast and some cash credit to use on the property. Our room was small (as is generally the case in Waikiki), but well maintained. The beds were comfy, and the amenities were nice. The only issue we had in our room was that the a/c had a hard time...
We stayed at the Royal Hawaiian during our wedding week, and the experience was exceptional! Special thanks to Melody Swan, the manager, who went above and beyond to help with important wedding details. Her care and attention truly made our stay unforgettable. The hotel’s service, stunning location, and thoughtful staff made everything feel seamless. We highly recommend the Royal Hawaiian for anyone...
Magnificent heritage building which still retains (and celebrates)the charm, romance and grandeur of yesteryear. Incredible front entrance through remarkable trees and tropical gardens. Hotel team members extremely hospitible and helpful. Absolute beachfront location.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating (one woman who brought room service to our son brought him a toy car on one of our last day, which made his day ?). However security came to our door because someone complained that they heard our toddler screaming all day and night, which was not accurate. The man who came to our door seemed to understand that there was nothing we could do, our toddler was...
Excellent experience at the Royal Hawaiian-- the location is wonderful with perfect views of diamond Head and best beach access. The rooms are good, and the food (especially breakfast) is great. I'm a platinum member, and the staff went above and beyond to make us welcome and even upgrade to a room at an busy time. Recommend if location and staff is a priority to you.
Awesome gracious historic hotel with lovely amenities and traditional style. I stayed in the historic building which was a buz of activity but inside the rooms, were spacious, beautifully appointed with nice amenities and very quiet out of the fray of tourist noises and convenient base of operations for the guests. Super clean and the maid staff was polite and gracious when asked for additional water...

We stayed at this hotel for eight nights on 14 floors with a view of the ocean. The view of the ocean cannot be fully enjoyed due to two buildings blocking the view in front of the hotel. Location is good, close to the beach. The breakfast isn't great, but it's not terrible either. The thing that bothers me the most is the ice machine on the floor. it makes loud noise while making ice and doesn't allow...
Our stay at Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach was a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location, just a short walk from the iconic Waikiki Beach, made it easy to explore the vibrant neighborhood. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a spacious layout that made us feel right at home. We were particularly impressed with the hotel's friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to...
The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and modern. Staff are very friendly and always helpful with any questions or needs. Breakfast was included and very good. There are three water bottle fillers and a $5 snack credit each day which is great for the kids. The location is excellent as it is very close to the beach, zoo, shopping and the Waikiki Trolley stop. Restaurants close by include Denny's...
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. This is indeed a great hotel. I especially want to highlight the spacious room, which has been recently renovated. As for the downsides, the pool area is quite small and not very attractive. However, that wasn’t a big deal for us since the wonderful ocean is just nearby. So, no other complaints. Let me repeat, this is a very good hotel. We were particularly pleased...
We stayed here for a couple of nights with family and friends. The location is excellent and the staff went out of their way to make sure that our stay a great one. There was a minor complication with our booking upon arrival, but the desk agent went above and beyond to sort it out and make sure there were rooms to accommodate us. The included water bottles were a nice perk. Breakfast was very good...
Room is spacious and great. Hot breakfast is very good. Pool is small but ok...on the 3rd floor. Location is great as it is 2 blocks to Waikiki beach. I couldn't give 5 star because the front desk is very slow. When checking in there were 5 staff and only 1 was checking folks in. Every stop at the desk during my stay was slow, but when I got up to the desk, the staff was nice. I had a late...

The complex is a little dated but kept in very good condition. Extremely clean and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. The Hilton lagoon was loved by the children. The apartment we stayed in was well set up and very comfortable - full kitchen and modern washer and dryer.
The apartment and view, and staff were amazing. Highly recommend. Absolutely delightful place to stay
Beautiful complex close to the beach. Our room view wasn't the best, but still had a lovely view of the mountains. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hospitality was on point, and covered all of our needs. The kids loved it. Would definitely go back again!
We had a two room suite which was great. The staff was wonderful and the location is right in the heart of Waikiki.
This tower is tucked back behind the Lagoon tower, so you definitely need to get a condo on the Lagoon tower side for the better view.....but the resort and grounds are beautiful. Condos are nice.
Pools are NOT heated!!! Great beach and nice location, lots of stuff to do and restaurants nearby. However we were told there was a heated pool, but there isn't. With a baby it is nice to have a heated pool. Pretty amazing that Hilton isn't willing to invest in a heater for a kid pool as this is the main reason we won't come back. A great city hotel in the heart of the tourist center. A 3-minute walk from all main restaurants and 5 minutes from Waikiki. We were traveling with two kids, so Waikiki was not the best choice for us. It's too crowdy and waived. The best options for kids are Ala Mohana beach and Ko Olina lagoons. Amazing arrival. We were greeted immediately by the valet staff, walked us into the lounge area and assured us that our luggage would be right up. Overall this is a great place to stay in downtown Waikiki. The rooms are smaller and it is most definitely crowded… but the location is the key element with the Sheraton. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is perfect for relaxing and there’s beach access. Customer service was good, not over the top but you’ll will get the answers you need.
Great hotel with spotless rooms and extremely good service. Their housekeeping staff is outstanding. Our entire family enjoyed the 9 days we stayed in Sheraton Waikiki. Kids enjoyed the main pool, water slide, and hot tubs. Adults only Infinity Pool is a nice place to relax and watch the sunset. There are good restaurants in the hotel and there are enough places to eat within walking distance.
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort Spa and I must say that it was a 5 Star experience. The location of the hotel is superb, being one of the few true beachfront hotels in the heart of Waikiki 12. The hotel has a lot of resort amenities that cater to all your needs. This here is a very nice cute boutique hotel. They are cozy, cost effective and the staff are super nice and very accommodating. The water machine is really cool, the snacks in the room aren’t an extra cost, even the valet is cool. My only problem (which has nothing to do with this business) would be parking your car in the lot directly next to them. It belongs to the building next door but they have...
Solid location close to the beachwalk and a lot of affordable restaurants, cafes, and food halls to choose from. Rooms are more of a 2.5/3 star quality but service is alright and attentive. You may want to bring or buy your own soap as the shower gels are very watery and hard to use. The restaurant in the hotel can be convenient but food isn't that great and you're better off walking 2 minutes down...
I had a great stay at Shoreline Hotel Waikiki! The decor and vibe are like a modern spin on vintage - I loved the colors and everything! We really enjoyed the great pillows and shower!! The pool on the roof was lovely and we liked the comfy bed. The Hotel is very central and our little walk to the beach was just right. Cheap food at ABC stores and enough to choose from in next door bars and eateries. Loved our stay. Thank you!!

Food is great with multiple restaurants and a buffet. Rooms are spacious and everything is modern. I will be staying here again!
Beautiful hotel and great location! Check in was easy, rooms are good size and very clean. They have a great gym, two tennis courts and a baseball hitting cage that was fun. The breakfast buffet was pricey but worth it.The pool is a good size and overlooks the beach. The beach bar is very chilled and the food is really yummy. All the staff here are great
Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very professional and courteous. Super accommodating. They made our PCS departure a pleasant one. They offer great military rates and free parking for TLA. The only down fall is the buffet. The food was good but not $35+ tax good. There were not enough options for $35. Thank you again for all that you do. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
The hotel is nice they appear to be recently updated and everything seems top notch. The staff has been outstanding and super helpful I couldn't ask for more. The rooms themselves are out dated a bit but not too much in my opinion. The view if very nice if you have an ocean side view. Nice clean room. A safe in the room as well enough enough space to unpack if your staying for a few nights. The amenities were a bit badly signposted. Beautiful view and convenient location. Rooms were large and comfortable but in need of renovation. Common areas of hotel also could use some attention. Cushions on pool chairs were old, railings & floors in need of cleaning. Buffet breakfast while expensive, was good and service was attentive.
Elevators take a long time. Breakfast is crowded but decent: eggs, meat, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, etc. The breakfast staff were accomodating and work their butts off. The hotel overall is convenient and in a great location. The rooms are decently sized, and the views (if ocean side) are great. I would not recommend paying $40 a person for the breakfast buffet as it is simply the type of food you can get at Denny's. There wasn’t anything remarkable about the food. The room was beautiful and spacious. I appreciated that the vanity area was huge and separate from the bath and toilet. The best part—the toilet had a bidet! Beware of hidden "resort fees", illegal in most countries other than the USA. These fees are NOT declared up front in online quotes, and then you get slugged with this mandatory surprise cost when you check in. Whilst not illegal in the USA because there is currently no law prohibiting this practice, it is devious and immoral. Be honest and up front about your actual costs, and tourists will return...

It was adequate for our purposes. We needed a single night prior to meeting the rest of our group at a resort. That said it's a fairly standard motel, but it happens to be in the middle of an industrial district. The state park behind it was sketchy at best and full of leering homeless people. Absolutely everything. It was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the pool area was beautiful. The restaurants and the pool food was amazing.
This was not our first stay at Halekulani. We our annual visitors and always have a fantastic visit and feel right at home. The staff feels like extended family. Particularly the House Without A Key staff at breakfast, the pools staff and Auntie Melba who leads the Friday morning Back of the House tours. This hotel is an oasis amidst the chaos of Waikiki with direct beach access. Luxury at its finest...

There was champagne chilling for my husbands birthday and the ice bucket was full each evening. The bed and bath were immaculate and elegant. We dined twice at House Without a Key and had a lovely dinner and sunset with...
This review is for House Without a Key: I came here for an after-valentine's day dinner with my girlfriend. Drinks were great, the Mai tais are really as good as they say. Food was good, perhaps a little expensive. The atmosphere was remarkable! Great view and live music made for a great time
Very magical place. We stayed at the ocean front room on our honeymoon. You'll see beautiful ocean, diamond Head, sunset, with sound of waves and birds. In the evening, they have very classy Hawaiian music and hula show at the terrace downstairs by the beach. We could hear and enjoy the music from our Lanai in the evening. It was magical. Staffs are very attentive, and makes the stay very pleasant...
Had dinner in one of the ballrooms for a fundraising event. Dinner was great, service was excellent. Grounds are clean. Hotel is high class (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) with immaculate gardens and grounds. Restrooms are clean with bidet toilet seats. Hotel is on Waikiki beach strip, with ample shopping, restaurants and swimming. Expect to spend some money.
