Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Checking in super easy. Staff always nice and helpful. Security team jumps into action quick if you leave something valuable in a room at checkout, views of Waikiki beach are great if you pay for a room with a view of Diamond Head. Renting cabana and other things at the pools or beach are super expensive. Easy to get into and out of the property if you valet...
Overall this is a great place to stay in downtown Waikiki. The rooms are smaller and it is most definitely crowded… but the location is the key element with the Sheraton. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is perfect for relaxing and there’s beach access. Customer service was good, not over the top but you’ll will get the answers you need.
Great hotel with spotless rooms and extremely good service. Their housekeeping staff is outstanding. Our entire family enjoyed the 9 days we stayed in Sheraton Waikiki. Kids enjoyed the main pool, water slide, and hot tubs. Adults only Infinity Pool is a nice place to relax and watch the sunset. There are good restaurants in the hotel and there are enough places to eat within walking distance.
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort Spa and I must say that it was a 5 Star experience. The location of the hotel is superb, being one of the few true beachfront hotels in the heart of Waikiki 12. The hotel has a lot of resort amenities that cater to all your needs. The staff is very friendly and their service is great. I would like to give a special shout-out to Issac at the front...
This is the hotel you want to take your family. My kids greatly enjoyed the outdoor waterpark. Ice cream served right there too! We had room service delivered to our room for dinner, rolled in with fancy dinnerware big big platters and rolling tables. We had a diamond head and ocean front beach waves view. Absolutely stunning and the staff is incredibly friendly and warm and welcoming and you feel...
The beachfront rooms have spectacular views. The infinity pool that blends into the ocean horizon was very cool. They also have a regular pool, plenty of lounge chairs, some table games like billards and a spa. My room was clean and the staff a super friendly. Also situated very close to a myriad of shops and local restaurants. Would gladly book again.

This is a nice resort hotel. The rooms are good size and clean. The views are fantastic. The balcony is of good size with 2 chairs, a drink table and a lounge chair. The elevators are fast, so I never had to wait long for a ride up to the 24th floor. The restaurants on property were very good and there are a couple other places one block away. The pool is not huge but of decent size, and it was clean...
Not our best experience with Marriott. Upon arrival, the parking garage elevator was broken. When I asked about partial reimbursement at the front desk I was shut down. Also if you are an ELITE member do your research and stay elsewhere. They were unable to accommodate late check out, did not give me an arrival chocolate (as advertised), I received no resort map, and they will only accommodate 1 person...
The experience at this resort area was great the location is downtown Honolulu plenty of shopping food and Recreation within walking distance it does offer valet parking and a self parking garage but arrive early it gets full the room was with two double beds Linens were clean and the bathroom was fine. There were two pools a spa a really nice Fitness Center lots of beach towels so you can go out on...
Pleasant staff, clean rooms, modern ameneties and only a block away from world famous Waikiki Beach.
Very nice but needs updating. Our carpet had a big split in it. View was unbelievable from our room l. Great service, great food, drinks are yummy and poured well. Good shopping and food near by. Room concierge was awesome. Highly recommend this place. I would give 5 but 4 because of showing age. Pool service is great if right service. Valet and bell service top notch.
Perfectly located right next to beaches, tons of restaurants and shopping. We made use of their laundromat on the 3rd floor- it's a nice, big area. Waikiki is crazy expensive for anything so hit up happy hours when dining.

Beautiful view and convenient location. Rooms were large and comfortable but in need of renovation. Common areas of hotel also could use some attention. Cushions on pool chairs were old, railings & floors in need of cleaning. Buffet breakfast while expensive, was good and service was attentive.
Elevators take a long time. Breakfast is crowded but decent: eggs, meat, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, etc. The breakfast staff were accomodating and work their butts off. The valet service is spot on and quick, the valet staff are the stars of this hotel, talkative, helpful and caring. Cost over $50 per day but worth it. Close to beach and get free rentals of towels, chairs, body board, flippers...
The hotel overall is convenient and in a great location. The rooms are decently sized, and the views (if ocean side) are great. I would not recommend paying $40 a person for the breakfast buffet as it is simply the type of food you can get at Denny's. There wasn’t anything remarkable about the food. The storefronts are nice, but they are pricey. Our biggest complaint was the parking garage, as many...
Title: A Mixed Experience at Hyatt Waikiki: Great Location, Good Prices, but Service Issues Rating: 7 out of 10 I recently stayed at the Hyatt Waikiki for 8 nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the location of the hotel was excellent, offering convenient access to the beautiful Waikiki Beach and nearby attractions, and the prices were reasonable, there were a few notable issues that impacted...
The room was beautiful and spacious. I appreciated that the vanity area was huge and separate from the bath and toilet. The best part—the toilet had a bidet! We were lucky enough to have a had an ocean view, overlooking the Waikiki beach, which is right across the street. The location is good, within walking distance of the Honolulu zoo and, further down, the Waikiki Aquarium. We stayed four nights...
This was one of the two best resorts my husband and I stayed at on Oahu. Our top floor ocean view room had a stunning view of the ocean and Waikiki Beach. The customer service was great and the room was clean. The main part of the beach is a 30 second walk away, but this also means there is some noise coming from the street at night. This is the only resort on the island that currently offers a breakfast...

Stayed in the big tower and had an awesome view of the ocean. Rooms were a bit dated but not bad. Had a bigger than excellent lanai. Super super close to the beach and the new international market place
This review is a little skewed because we were at an all expense paid conference. Just based on our experience and not on price, I give it four stars. We didn't swim in the pool because it was rainy most of free time we had. It's in an interesting location at the front of the hotel, but looked nice. The location of the hotel itself is pretty ideal. Same block as the International Marketplace and right...

Loving this resort! Everything about this place has been renovated. This is a diamond if you are able to get a room. There is an infinity pool with a great view of Waikiki Beach. Food is great with multiple restaurants and a buffet. Rooms are spacious and everything is modern. I will be staying here again!
Beautiful hotel and great location! Check in was easy, rooms are good size and very clean. They have a great gym, two tennis courts and a baseball hitting cage that was fun. The breakfast buffet was pricey but worth it.The pool is a good size and overlooks the beach. The beach bar is very chilled and the food is really yummy. All the staff here are great
Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very professional and courteous. Super accommodating. They made our PCS departure a pleasant one. They offer great military rates and free parking for TLA. The only down fall is the buffet. The food was good but not $35+ tax good. There were not enough options for $35. Thank you again for all that you do. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
The hotel is nice they appear to be recently updated and everything seems top notch. The staff has been outstanding and super helpful I couldn't ask for more. The rooms themselves are out dated a bit but not too much in my opinion. The view if very nice if you have an ocean side view. The traffic around town can be a little noisy being from the county it takes some to get used to but that's not the...
Nice clean room. A safe in the room as well enough enough space to unpack if your staying for a few nights. The amenities were a bit badly signposted. The pool is on floor 5 and has a really nice view, sadly the main area was closed from 2pm for a wedding. You could still use the pools and drink service though. The fish tacos were really tasty. This hotel is just so beautiful! Located literally on the beach. It worked out for us since we brought our baby with us, whenever we needed to head back to the room for nap time, it was just a couple of steps away. The pool is small but the views are so stunning. The only thing I dislike was the towels on the pool chairs to make it known as it being “used” while nobody is near the chairs for hours...
Loved our stay at this hotel. They upgraded us to an ocean-view room. Make sure to book rooms inside the tower to ensure the rooms are not dated. The lobby area, restaurants and the access to beach were amazing. The only things we didn't appreciate were that the pool beds were all occupied (with towels!) from 7 AM, making it impossible to find a bed next to the pool. Also, the beach chairs and umbrellas...
We loved that we received an upgraded room, especially as we had travelled from Australia. The ocean and beach view was magnificent!
This hotel was beautiful. First we were given a room overlooking the roof of the next wing. My husband called to ask for a beach view and they had one for us the next day. It was amazing. The maid service was wonderful and very helpful. Fabulous water view with pool too. This hotel was wonderful.
What a beautiful hotel! My camera doesn't live up to expectations! If I could redo my holiday, I would choose to stay here. The location was perfect for an easy walk to all the best shops. Swimming at this end of the beach was nice because there were no rocks in the shallow water to scratch your feet like I had at the other end. Finding a valet was easy and there are plenty of great coffee/cocktail...

Do not be put off by the dark check in area and the somewhat tired, old and shabby looking furniture in the guest area. This place is great!! service was fantastic, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a room on the top floor and had great views of the beach and the sea and the bays beyond Diamond Head. For what they charge it was excellent value. Will go again.
Stayed at an air bnb, service at the security desk was great, and the amenities the hotel offers are awesome. Pool and hot tub quite nice and never too busy to use. Barbecues that are available to use were great too since we didn't have an over and had a very small kitchen
Gorgeous views of the Mauka (mountain side) day and night. Upgraded to a suite which was more than enough space for two. Felt like home as this is a residential condo as well with a little kitchen and living room area. Best part was the views since it was a corner suite we got views of the city with open windows and a patio right from the bedroom showing partial ocean views. Definitely staying there...
Great time here. Friendly staff, clean hotel, fairly up to date, nice big pool and hot tub, great location and very reasonably priced!
Pool, gym, sauna, hot tub. Good security. Really nice views. Very central Waikiki. You can walk anywhere from here. Lots of floors. Don't lose your keys.
It's alright. We don't hate it but definitely don't love it. We wouldn't choose to stay here again. The sliding door to balcony doesn't keep out any noise, so we constantly hear sirens, wind, cars, people at the pool, etc. Our room is also right next to a garbage chute... I think there are 42 floors, and we are on the 11th floor, so it gets pretty loud when people throw garbage down. There's a window...

We had a great stay at the hotel. I was traveling for business and was able to bring my wife on this trip. Since I would be gone during the day this was a great location for her to be able to be right on the beach. The rooms were modern and clean. We had a city view room. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
Lovely hotel. Staff are amazing, they are very polite and kind. Our room was big and comfortable, no issues. The food at the restaurant was adequate and not cheap. Stayed here for a few nights with a family of four and it was really nice. I'd recommend this hotel for families & couples.
This is a very nice hotel. Large sized rooms offer plenty of space. Comfy beds. Decently decorated. Located steps away from the beach, this is an amazing place to stay when visiting Hawaii. Staff very friendly and helpful. The key needed for the chair needed by guests who are disabled needs to be in the same place all the time and the staff needs to always know where it is. It took 15 min foe the attendant to find it. The rooms are fantastic but, the should give a water to every guest in the room instead of only 2 bottles everyday. It's not fair if there are 3 or more guests there.
This place is fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean. They have a really nice and large pool. It has it's own private access to the beach. The beach itself is really nice. The water level does change pretty drastically, but I think that's just a hawaii thing. All in all, the place is beautiful and relaxing.

Although you valet your car the staff was quick and efficient. Many times we had to come and go and they always made sure we had our car in a timely manner.
We stayed at this hotel during our recent visit to Waikiki. It was in an excellent location, across the street from the International Market Place, and a few blocks away from the beach. Our room was on the 15th floor, with a lovely partial view of the ocean. The bed was comfy, and we had a walk in shower. The pool on the third floor was not the greatest, but nonetheless it was a nice place to relax...
Tee was so nice he did such a great job making sure we were comfortable and happy in our room. it was great having such good food downstairs too!

It is a really nice and friendly hotel, but some smaller gripes. They are valet only and have no real area to load/unload and that was before the construction which now has pedestrians in the way. Their elevators are security minded but take a while. The pool is the size you would see in a normal backyard. Excellent location. Good size rooms. Nice stores downstairs.
Exactly what we were looking for. Excellently located right in the city and right on beautiful beach. Surprising experience here! A high cost- performance hotel at the heart of Waikiki. Four main advantages: nice staff, convenient location, deposit free, and brand new room. Of course, the ocean view is not as good as hotels beside the beach, but still acceptable.
The hotel was beautiful with great views of the ocean. It was a short walk to Waikiki Beach. The only thing we didn't like about our stay was that the rooms were very warm, even with the a/c turned as low as it would go. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned daily. If you want to stay in the heart of Waikiki, this would be a great place.
We stayed here for the night before our flight out. We had a baby and requested a crib which was actually a crib with a nice mattress instead of a pack and play. This was a nice change from the other hotels. Maui Brewing is also on site and the hotel is convenient to shopping. It is definitely in the center of the action.
The rooms were very comfortable, but smaller. It was in a convenient location. The front desk was very helpful with any questions- they even knew my name and used it when I approached the desk. The breakfast was good. The pool was on the smaller size, but it was nice because you could order food as the little restaurant was right there. The hot tub was hot and felt great!
There was a mix up with the room we thought we had booked and the room were were given. I booked a room with a Waikiki view but got a room with a view of a wall and commercial extractor fan right outside the hotel room. An absolutely lovely Hotel, staff from the minute we arrived have been outstanding. Food, facilities and location are all first class
Arriving at hotel was a experience in customer service excellence...from valet to the front desk there was smiles and courtesy shown at highest levels. Our front desk check in persons KATHY and Alex went above and beyond to make us feel welcomes and cared for. She got us checked in early and to a beautiful room. Very few hiltons still make diamond members feel valued but at this hotel the opposite...
So many great things to share about Ka La'i Waikiki. An amazing welcome from Ami and the team. We were made to feel like we were being welcomed home and nothing was too much trouble. Our family are here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we were gifted a beautiful bottle of prosecco. Additionally, the team congratulated us throughout our stay and made us feel like real VIPs. Our room is...
Second time we’ve stayed here, absolutely amazing stay in every way. Service is spectacular and incredible attention to detail. Everyone is super kind and attentive without being overbearing. Through AMEX platinum travel, there were some great perks including free room upgrade, breakfast, and free amenities including water bottle gifts, cookies, and chocolate. Rooms were cleaned and fridge restocked...
If it were possible to rate this hotel higher than 5 stars, I would. Excellent location, great people, management is flawless right down to the small details. It was truly a pleasure to stay here.
Trump Waikiki was absolutely amazing. My husband and I just stayed there for a week for our honeymoon and it was incredible. They accommodated us in every way possible. The staff our very passionate about what they do and it shows. They are so friendly, caring, and accommodating without being too "gimmicky" or as if they're being forced to care. Check in was so quick and Doug showed us around and gave...

Absolutely everything. It was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the pool area was beautiful. The restaurants and the pool food was amazing.
This was not our first stay at Halekulani. We our annual visitors and always have a fantastic visit and feel right at home. The staff feels like extended family. Particularly the House Without A Key staff at breakfast, the pools staff and Auntie Melba who leads the Friday morning Back of the House tours. This hotel is an oasis amidst the chaos of Waikiki with direct beach access. Luxury at its finest...
From check in to our sad check out this hotel has customer service and a luxurious ambience down. Our room was beautiful, opening up to a gorgeous courtyard, pool, and ocean view. There was champagne chilling for my husbands birthday and the ice bucket was full each evening. The bed and bath were immaculate and elegant. We dined twice at House Without a Key and had a lovely dinner and sunset with...
This review is for House Without a Key: I came here for an after-valentine's day dinner with my girlfriend. Drinks were great, the Mai tais are really as good as they say. Food was good, perhaps a little expensive. The atmosphere was remarkable! Great view and live music made for a great time
Very magical place. We stayed at the ocean front room on our honeymoon. You'll see beautiful ocean, diamond Head, sunset, with sound of waves and birds. In the evening, they have very classy Hawaiian music and hula show at the terrace downstairs by the beach. We could hear and enjoy the music from our Lanai in the evening. It was magical. Staffs are very attentive, and makes the stay very pleasant...
Had dinner in one of the ballrooms for a fundraising event. Dinner was great, service was excellent. Grounds are clean. Hotel is high class (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) with immaculate gardens and grounds. Restrooms are clean with bidet toilet seats. Hotel is on Waikiki beach strip, with ample shopping, restaurants and swimming. Expect to spend some money.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook.
We've been to Hawaii many times. This time we stayed in the Grand Islander and were very happy about it. The hotel manager, Tianya, was very kind, professional and helpful. She made our stay very enjoyable.
This is a really good place. The room was clean and everything needed was provided for a temporary stay away from home. We definitely had a good time there.
It was a wonderful vacation. I felt relieved because the anti-corona measures were also firm. I was particularly impressed with the room cleaning. There were inconveniences in restaurants, shops and premises because it was a corona disaster. However, this was inevitable, and even so my stay in Waikiki was quite satisfactory. Hoping to return to a proper Hilton after the Corona disaster, I would like...
I stayed in both one room and two room suites. While everything is very perfect and polished, it is missing a lot of, what I consider, important conveniences. Not just the hotel, but the surrounding area. There's no real supermarket anywhere nearby, besides little souvenir shop convenience stores, so just remember to bring even the small things like tea bags, salt and pepper, and ketchup. There's also...
Very nice hotel. We stayed in a suite and it had awesome view (22nd floor) and very nice rooms. Price is high but it's worth.
