The pool is small but the views are so stunning. The only thing I dislike was the towels on the pool chairs to make it known as it being “used” while nobody is near the chairs for hours. I wish there was a rule on this
The only things we didn't appreciate were that the pool beds were all occupied (with towels!) from 7 AM, making it impossible to find a bed next to the pool
Hotel staff very friendly, nice, maintained cleaned, lots of people coming and going. Pools close at 6pm Feet away from actual beach. ocean water very WARM, FRESH feeling
Fabulous water view with pool too
This hotel is just so beautiful! Located literally on the beach. It worked out for us since we brought our baby with us, whenever we needed to head back to the room for nap time, it was just a couple of steps away
Lots of food spots and stores near by. Also, the rooms were a bit dated. We stayed on the tower (newer building) and the balcony was closed sadly. Everything was so close as this hotel is centrally located

Guests here can share space with the Sheraton Hotel, which is a nice bonus. It's a popular spot, so beach and pool lounges can be tricky at times, but the staff will try to accommodate
We did like the option to use the pool at the Sheraton Waikiki, our kid loved playing in it as it was more kid friendly
They left chocolate at turn down, and even removed the trash at the time. Used towels were removed, and while there were plenty more towels, they didn't replace the super plush ones
The hotel and grounds are stunning. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated with fresh towels and beds made daily
We also had cocktails and snacks in the bar a couple of times which was equally high quality. One day we preordered the pink striped umbrella and chair set up. The staff helped us get set up and took good care of us
We stayed here having booked through the Fine Hotels Collection with AX Platinum. As such, we got an upgraded room overlooking the ocean, free daily breakfast and some cash credit to use on the property

Our stay at Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach was a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location, just a short walk from the iconic Waikiki Beach, made it easy to explore the vibrant neighborhood
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I especially want to highlight the spacious room, which has been recently renovated. As for the downsides, the pool area is quite small and not very attractive
Restaurants close by include Denny's, Domino's Pizza and MacDonald's. Minor items were that the pool was out of service during our stay and the sliding door for the balcony was hard to open and close
We were particularly pleased that they provided us with several beach chairs and boogie boards for free. For free! I’ve never encountered that before
She has an Asian appearance, and I am very grateful to her. I hope my comment helps them receive a bonus from hotel management. Ideally, everyone deserves a raise. ;) Thank you once again, and see you next time! 🤝
Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a spacious layout that made us feel right at home. We were particularly impressed with the hotel's friendly and helpful staff

A great city hotel in the heart of the tourist center. A 3-minute walk from all main restaurants and 5 minutes from Waikiki. We were traveling with two kids, so Waikiki was not the best choice for us
Honolulu has great shopping opportunities. The sales tax here is much lower than in California or NY, so you can get your Chanel or Prada for $300 cheaper than in your local shops
It's too crowdy and waived. The best options for kids are Ala Mohana beach and Ko Olina lagoons. It's better to pre-book all restaurants, as there are reeeealy long lines
And they have a great selection of items more interesting than in Rodeo Drive sometimes

Pools are NOT heated!!! Great beach and nice location, lots of stuff to do and restaurants nearby. However we were told there was a heated pool, but there isn't. With a baby it is nice to have a heated pool
Pretty amazing that Hilton isn't willing to invest in a heater for a kid pool as this is the main reason we won't come back. No booster seats or high chairs either
Beautiful complex close to the beach. Our room view wasn't the best, but still had a lovely view of the mountains. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hospitality was on point, and covered all of our needs
We had a two room suite which was great. The staff was wonderful and the location is right in the heart of Waikiki.
Would definitely go back again!
This tower is tucked back behind the Lagoon tower, so you definitely need to get a condo on the Lagoon tower side for the better view.....but the resort and grounds are beautiful. Condos are nice.

Lovely and roomy two bedroom condo overlooking the water with a full kitchen (including rice cooker), laundry machine and dryers
We were greeted immediately by the valet staff, walked us into the lounge area and assured us that our luggage would be right up. After the amazing check-in, she walked up up to our suite and gave us a tour
We received a refreshing cool towel that helped to take away some of our travel weary. The desk staff took the time to ensure we had everything we needed and recommended some activities for the family
Only down fall here is that there was NO adult entertainment. Maybe a bar for the adults would be good. Overall, this place is clean, staff is very friendly and safe for the kids. I would totally stay here again!
Absolute luxury! Free valet parking was a huge bonus. Excellent reception and housekeeping. Rooms were exceptional and so was the view. We stayed 5 nights in Premium Oceanfront, level 32. We will be back!!
Just finished up a weeks stay at the Aston Waikiki Beach Towers. The visited started wonderfully with the valet staff greeting us with Leis and the hotel staff greeting us with juice and water bottles

We had a leak in our room and they were very apologetic, washed my clothes that were wet and gave us complimentary access to their terrace room - this was a nice room with good views on the top floor and free drinks/small snacks
The hotel was in a good area, a 3 minute walk to the beach and on the end of the main strip of shops and restaurants in Waikiki. The staff were friendly and helpful
It was helpful to have a fridge in our room

The Infinity Pool was incredible!!! the best sunsets daily 🍹
Staff always nice and helpful. Security team jumps into action quick if you leave something valuable in a room at checkout, views of Waikiki beach are great if you pay for a room with a view of Diamond Head
Renting cabana and other things at the pools or beach are super expensive. Easy to get into and out of the property if you valet. Rooms, even the biggest/most expensive, are super small and you’ll always be cramped up
Kids enjoyed the main pool, water slide, and hot tubs. Adults only Infinity Pool is a nice place to relax and watch the sunset
The beachfront rooms have spectacular views. The infinity pool that blends into the ocean horizon was very cool. They also have a regular pool, plenty of lounge chairs, some table games like billards and a spa
Overall this is a great place to stay in downtown Waikiki. The rooms are smaller and it is most definitely crowded… but the location is the key element with the Sheraton

The place looked nice but when we got in the room it was dirty, dust everywhere and crumbs on the floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of noise from the road. Pool was nice but looked dirty.
2nd night party around pool unable to sleep. 3rd night couple having a fight, slamming doors, yelling at each other. Only good thing was light in bathroom
The room is not new, but it's clean and has everything we need. One thing to mention: the street side may be noisier than the pool side
The girls at the front desk are very friendly. When we need anything, we feel very comfortable to ask, and they always tried their best to help. The location is close to everything, super convenient
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Really nice & spacious rooms. Wonderful staff. I Highly recommend this hotel to families. Love it here. Thank you Gloria & Yu Jin. Thank You, Jackie Mara
The building needs abit of refresh. Recommend you update your bus guide you shared when I asked how to get to Diamond Head. The bus on your list don't get you to diamond head national Monument at all

There were two pools a spa a really nice Fitness Center lots of beach towels so you can go out on your own
The beach is across the street, so who need a pool? ? The staff treated us very well and acknowledge our Marriott status. All in all, if I come back to Hawaii, I will stay here again
The restaurants on property were very good and there are a couple other places one block away. The pool is not huge but of decent size, and it was clean
The experience at this resort area was great the location is downtown Honolulu plenty of shopping food and Recreation within walking distance it does offer valet parking and a self parking garage but arrive early it gets full the room was with two double beds Linens were clean and the bathroom was fine
The rooms are good size and clean. The balcony is of good size with 2 chairs, a drink table and a lounge chair. The elevators are fast, so I never had to wait long for a ride up to the 24th floor
The rooms are nice and all of my other dealings with the staff were pleasant. The gym was great and I also got great exercise walking up five flights of stairs again and again in the parking garage

Loving this resort! Everything about this place has been renovated. This is a diamond if you are able to get a room. There is an infinity pool with a great view of Waikiki Beach
The pool is on floor 5 and has a really nice view, sadly the main area was closed from 2pm for a wedding. You could still use the pools and drink service though. The fish tacos were really tasty
The pool is a good size and overlooks the beach. The beach bar is very chilled and the food is really yummy
The staff are very professional and courteous. They made our PCS departure a pleasant one. They offer great military rates and free parking for TLA. The only down fall is the buffet
The food was good but not $35+ tax good. There were not enough options for $35. Thank you again for all that you do. Would definitely recommend and stay there again
Food is great with multiple restaurants and a buffet. Rooms are spacious and everything is modern. I will be staying here again!

Cushions on pool chairs were old, railings & floors in need of cleaning. Buffet breakfast while expensive, was good and service was attentive
Close to beach and get free rentals of towels, chairs, body board, flippers. Front desk staff was not very accommodating nor informative
I would not recommend paying $40 a person for the breakfast buffet as it is simply the type of food you can get at Denny's. There wasn’t anything remarkable about the food. The storefronts are nice, but they are pricey
Once, we were given a piece of paper asking us to go to another parking garage three blocks away due to the possibility of no available parking. Overall, I don’t have anything significant or wrong about the hotel
Our biggest complaint was the parking garage, as many individuals not associated with the hotel can use it, which takes up the already limited space
The hotel overall is convenient and in a great location. The rooms are decently sized, and the views (if ocean side) are great

Great amenities like water, coffee, no resort fee, beach towels and light breakfast. We used the Valet parking with no issues. All staff was friendly and full of smiles
Thumbs up to Coconut Waikiki! Location close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Our room's mirror was broken, they offered to move us to a different room but we decided to stay. Maintenance guy came right away to clean
Our room was perfect for our needs, with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink with a set of plates and even utensils! Small boutique hotel, which was a perfect relief after battling the crowds of people at Waikiki Beach
Make sure it was in the room when they arrived and even upgrading room for their honeymoon. Can’t say enough, how much they enjoying your hotel and how wonderful your staff is! Thank you again!
Customer service was very good. Rooms and lobby were in good shape, clean, and had good amenities. They have a microwave, medium refrigerator, and offer complimentary breakfast in the morning
Everyone was apologetic and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Nice clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Free yummy breakfast with coffee, tea to start our day

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. There are many restaurants, at least 3 pools, private lagoon, beach access. Our room is a 2 bedroom suite with a gorgeous ocean view off the balcony
The only problem I had was with the fellow who cleans the swimming pool, who is not an actual employee of the hotel, (the Lagoon Tower)!
Nice pools and beaches. Great for kids. Expensive parking
It even has a fancy toilet/bidet with heated seat. 3 TVs with 2 PlayStation/DVD sets. They have a free DVD and game library in the lobby. The room is equipped with just about anything you'd need for a great vacation
Took my family here a couple of weeks ago. Rooms were cleaned and ready for our stay. What a nice place! Kids had fun, lots to see and shops. Friday's is fireworks show by the lagoon
Beautiful facility. Lush, Hawaiian landscapes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place for families.

other than that the only downfall is the location, there is a park right behind me but it is mainly used for canoeing, you are centrally located so you're no more than a 10 to 15 minute drive away from anything that island has to offer, who comes to Hawaii to hang out at a hotel
The state park behind it was sketchy at best and full of leering homeless people. That's not the fault of the hotel, but I wouldn't call it out or even mention that it's nearby as a perk of staying there
it is not the Marriott room is small, bed is still okay, only has a shower no bathtub. The staff is polite, they have a Chinese restaurant and a bar on the premises
Rooms were very dated but comfortable and clean for the most part. Nice Chinese restaurant and pool attached. Parking is free but hard to find at night. Close to waikiki, yet away from crowds and traffic
The rooms are basic, with shower/bathroom, somewhat dated with a funny smell from cleaning chemicals that persisted after airing out. Staff was amazing! Had a few interactions and every time they went above and beyond
Outside neighborhood a little sketchy. Would not leave the immediate grounds once sun goes down. Internet access is pretty much non existent. Customer service tried to get it working but could not

We didn't swim in the pool because it was rainy most of free time we had. It's in an interesting location at the front of the hotel, but looked nice. The location of the hotel itself is pretty ideal
Best customer service I have ever had! The staff is so nice and accommodating. Christina went above when helping me book my room. She also had a slice of cake delivered to our room for my birthday
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them at HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. Very clean, hospitable staff everywhere around hotel
Such a great location in the middle of all local hot spots one block from the beach and shopping mall restaurant's, bars, groceries. Even within this place everything is taken care of and great
Very clean, hospitable staff everywhere around hotel. (SPLASH BAR) IS AWESOME Debbie,Dana, Rocky,Herbert Super!! local advice from them, service

From check in to our sad check out this hotel has customer service and a luxurious ambience down. Our room was beautiful, opening up to a gorgeous courtyard, pool, and ocean view
Particularly the House Without A Key staff at breakfast, the pools staff and Auntie Melba who leads the Friday morning Back of the House tours. This hotel is an oasis amidst the chaos of Waikiki with direct beach access
Absolutely everything. It was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the pool area was beautiful. The restaurants and the pool food was amazing.
There was champagne chilling for my husbands birthday and the ice bucket was full each evening. The bed and bath were immaculate and elegant
We dined twice at House Without a Key and had a lovely dinner and sunset with fabulous live entertainment- different groups each night
They were doing construction on some of the rooms so it was noisy and not as polished looking as usual while we were there and we ended up getting stuck in an elevator

My husband is a Pilot and we have traveled extensively, and the attention that the staff gives each guest, is top notch. I was asked if they could do anything to make our stay better, all I need was extra tea
If it were possible to rate this hotel higher than 5 stars, I would. Excellent location, great people, management is flawless right down to the small details. It was truly a pleasure to stay here.
My husband jokes that it was the highlight of our honeymoon and being in Hawaii, but it is not far from the truth. The cleaning staff/maids cleaned our room everyday while we were out (including our dishes, etc
Trump Waikiki was absolutely amazing. My husband and I just stayed there for a week for our honeymoon and it was incredible. They accommodated us in every way possible
The staff our very passionate about what they do and it shows. They are so friendly, caring, and accommodating without being too "gimmicky" or as if they're being forced to care
We got to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and relaxing on the deck during our stay and it felt luxurious, especially with the view of the city

This family owned boutique hotel honestly has one of thee most COMFORTABLE beds we have slept on and is conveniently located in Waikiki! Friendly staff and definitely our place to stay when we go to Oahu.
we made a quick call downstairs because we were about to leave again. the staff made it up to our room in no less than five minutes and were glad to clean up our room they must've accidentally skipped
There was parking for $25 which is pricey for me! But the parking attendant was wonderful! The room was nicely air conditioned and the bed was so amazingly comfortable!!! We had a great nights stay!! We loved it!
it's a about a five to ten minute walk to the beach from the front office and that was very convenient for us. we had left one morning very early, we came back around 3pm and our room wasn't clean
this was a little hidden gem of a hotel. it was a steal for the price, comfort and great attitude from the staff here
if i were to return to this island, i would check this hotel for availability, i was very pleased
