Everything is nice in Hilton. We enjoyed our stay here. Please notice that check in time is at 4 pm.
We loved the hotel! It was very accessible to the beach, shops, and dining. We happened to be there during the tsunami warning and the hotel was awesome with communicating with us and keeping us safe
Gina did a great job with cleaning our room every day. Anything we asked for she did it. The only one star I would give is for parking. $72 per day id ridiculous to charge your hotel guests
Right at beach front, a great location for water playing. The hotel is a huge set of buildings that may be the largest in Honolulu
Paying the resort fee and parking fee for 6 days was an extra $700. Be aware if you are renting a car and staying here
Restaurants, shopping, a general store, you name it, all right in the property

The Sheraton Waikiki delivered everything. The location was perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pools provided fun and relaxing space for everyone with great views to Waikiki beach.
Renting cabana and other things at the pools or beach are super expensive. Easy to get into and out of the property if you valet. Rooms, even the biggest/most expensive, are super small and you’ll always be cramped up
Great hotel in the middle of Waikiki Beach ! Amazing swimming pools, direct access to the beach and the shopping malls. Be sure to book an oceanfront room, the view from the balcony is incredible.
Lastly how can i forget the swimming pool and water sports area that is like the icing of the cake if you stay with your family
Best hotel on Waikiki. Location, rooms, and pool all the best on the *****.
Wonderful pool and perfect location!

There were two pools a spa a really nice Fitness Center lots of beach towels so you can go out on your own
Excellent location just steps from the beach, with fantastic hotel amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on where to go and what to eat. Highly recommended for your trip!
Check in staff could have explained procedures better and let you know what amenities were available to use such as towels for the beach and beach chairs. Food at DK steakhouse was average but very expensive
The restaurants on property were very good and there are a couple other places one block away. The pool is not huge but of decent size, and it was clean
Wonderful stay with memorable !
The pool is small, but that wasn't too bad as the hotel is across the road from the awesome beach. It was also a nice stroll away from shops and restaurants in Waikiki, so it was a super convenient location

Cushions on pool chairs were old, railings & floors in need of cleaning. Buffet breakfast while expensive, was good and service was attentive
Close to beach and get free rentals of towels, chairs, body board, flippers. Front desk staff was not very accommodating nor informative
I would not recommend paying $40 a person for the breakfast buffet as it is simply the type of food you can get at Denny's. There wasn’t anything remarkable about the food. The storefronts are nice, but they are pricey
Once, we were given a piece of paper asking us to go to another parking garage three blocks away due to the possibility of no available parking. Overall, I don’t have anything significant or wrong about the hotel
Our biggest complaint was the parking garage, as many individuals not associated with the hotel can use it, which takes up the already limited space
The hotel overall is convenient and in a great location. The rooms are decently sized, and the views (if ocean side) are great

Rooms very dated and need update, several mystery charges to my visa after we checked out too. Pool area and staff were very pleasant.
The hotel is in the center of Waikiki. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby. I The beaches are 100 meters away. The famous hotels Moana Surfrider and Hyatt Regency are across the street
Awesome location and services. Everyone was friendly and facilities looked decent. It's a bit old but most hotels in Wakiki are somewhat outdated so we could actually compromise this part.
Royal Waikiki Center is a beautiful mall nearby. There are a lot of luxury retail stores and restaurants in the mall
Safe for solo travelers. Easy walk to all major tourist areas. Great bars in surrounding areas.
Good experience in Honolulu Nice sea view and excellent service Good location Will be back

In addition, the pool/bar area closed at 10pm each night, including weekends, and the site stated midnight. Lastly, Saturday night at the bar area on the 5th floor, there were large roaches crawling around
When we checked in, there were some stains on the sheets and the floor was not cleaned very well. For a few days they would run out of towels. The staff treated us well though and the location was nice within the city.
Nice live performance by the pool and good location
The hotel is very convenient. I will book it again if I have the chance to go to Hawaii again! ☺️ The staff are polite and friendly. I am very satisfied!
Love the design of the hotel and excellent location.
The beach was right in front of the hotel and they even lent us bodyboards for free, so we were able to enjoy the ocean to the fullest!

The pool is small but the views are so stunning. The only thing I dislike was the towels on the pool chairs to make it known as it being “used” while nobody is near the chairs for hours. I wish there was a rule on this
The only things we didn't appreciate were that the pool beds were all occupied (with towels!) from 7 AM, making it impossible to find a bed next to the pool
Hotel staff very friendly, nice, maintained cleaned, lots of people coming and going. Pools close at 6pm Feet away from actual beach. ocean water very WARM, FRESH feeling
Fabulous water view with pool too
This hotel is just so beautiful! Located literally on the beach. It worked out for us since we brought our baby with us, whenever we needed to head back to the room for nap time, it was just a couple of steps away
Lots of food spots and stores near by. Also, the rooms were a bit dated. We stayed on the tower (newer building) and the balcony was closed sadly. Everything was so close as this hotel is centrally located

Hotel is right on the beach with a nice pool and hot tub. Great location close to many shops and restaurants and on Fridays you can see the fireworks from their beach
Great location. The beach in front of the hotel is not impressive. The pool is too small and too crowded. Children splashing around. That’s ok but it really needs an adults only pool.
Location is great! Hotel is quite new. There’s a Starbucks and ABC stores at the lobby. Staff are friendly. Pool is great too.
The rooms were spacious and clean. They have a really nice and large pool. It has it's own private access to the beach. The beach itself is really nice
We enjoyed spending the day by the pool and the gorgeous beach situated behind the hotel
We had a great stay at the hotel. I was traveling for business and was able to bring my wife on this trip. Since I would be gone during the day this was a great location for her to be able to be right on the beach

On the downside, the pool area was a bit underwhelming, and unfortunately, the infinity pool was closed for the entirety of my stay. The breakfast buffet was just average
Nice hotel. Took a while to get served at reception for check in. Pool area nice and has a nice view. Rooms decent but the shower is over the bath.
The infinity pool was open, and our cabana rental was private and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. We also loved the views of Waikīkī and the island, especially from the elevators it was breathtaking
The valet team deserves a special mention. They were fast, friendly, and professional every single time—always greeting us with a warm smile and making sure our car was ready without delay
They made coming and going completely stress-free. Always gave amazing recommendations and without their help we wouldn’t have tried the food they love to have themselves
Coffee downstairs was great as well especially when we wanted to start beach hopping early! We had read great reviews before booking, and now we can confidently say they were all spot on

I use the Hilton Garden Inn for its location and facilities which suit my needs as a solo traveller. The access to shopping, transport and beach is its attraction. Staff are accommodating and rooms very comfortable.
Perfect location where you can easily access to beach, restaurants and shops. The room is wide, clean and well-equipped. However, the staffs are not quite helpful so this should be much improved.
I got a double bed with a partial view, but I have a balcony with an ocean view! I recommend the high floor because of the traffic and people. They are fully booked so I was not allowed late check out
Location is excellent.  There are electrical water pot and Microwave in the room.  Across the street, there is Target.  One block away from Waikiki beach. The swimming is kind of small.
Our room was on the 15th floor, with a lovely partial view of the ocean. The bed was comfy, and we had a walk in shower. The pool on the third floor was not the greatest, but nonetheless it was a nice place to relax
We were able to upgrade our room by another $7 and loved the place. Waking up to the sun and mountains every morning is AMAZING. Everything is within walking distance (a mile or less)

The woman who leads that tour is a state treasure! So much aloha spirit and much information and facts about the hotel's history as well as the surrounding areas. It was a highlight of the trip!
Very good! It is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Although it is not so luxurious, the people and environment here make you feel very comfortable. It is very suitable for vacation
There are shops and a private swimming pool right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The valet parking staff were very nice
Guests here can share space with the Sheraton Hotel, which is a nice bonus. It's a popular spot, so beach and pool lounges can be tricky at times, but the staff will try to accommodate
The hotel and grounds are stunning. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated with fresh towels and beds made daily
We stayed here having booked through the Fine Hotels Collection with AX Platinum. As such, we got an upgraded room overlooking the ocean, free daily breakfast and some cash credit to use on the property

This time we came straight here and added the advantage of a nice pool deck just steps from the ocean. The rooms are comfortable, and even our limited ocean view has a lovely balcony with a nice view
Last time we stayed at Outrigger on the Reef and found ourselves always walking down to this beach anyway because of how much nicer it is
Bonus points to housekeeping for keeping up with the sand and dirt that inevitably gets in after beach and waterfall treks. And the biggest boon this place gets is it's partnership with Duke's restaurant, which we love
Exactly what we were looking for. Excellently located right in the city and right on beautiful beach
We were unhappy with our room and they made it right by moving us and giving us free breakfast vouchers. Would stay here again for sure
It is a really nice and friendly hotel, but some smaller gripes. They are valet only and have no real area to load/unload and that was before the construction which now has pedestrians in the way

The amenities were endless from a 24 hour bar downstairs, around the clock room service, an open bar by the poolside and a relaxing jacuzzi tube. For anyone traveling to the Waikiki area please stay at this hotel
The man in the front desk wear different cloths is very great. He is very handsome and humorous. But not only he is great, all the staff are nice. Especially the views and bathroom The elevator door is closing very fast
This property is beautiful!! 1 block from Waikiki Beach. The Pool side bar is EXCELLENT and the bartender Blake, is the most hospitable person I met!
I'm in love with this hotel. Such a great atmosphere, very friendly and caring staff. Great breakfast lunch and dinner menu. Beautiful view outta your window. Defiantly booking again next time!!
They have a collection of items significant to the history of "the prince" with some history to go along. The restaurant is quite nice, with several happy hours from early to late
The rooms look like they've been recently updated and look nice. We stayed in an executive room so had access to the executive lounge. The offerings there were decent

This was a last minute booking because our flight got delayed so we wern't expecting that much, but he hotel was very clean and nice, and the staff were very kind. Very good for the price!!
There is only valet parking for parking, so you can prepare some change and give it to the parking guy. I won't give it to the parking front desk if you only collect and put the key
The location is excellent, and you can reach Waikiki Beach right outside. The room is a bit small, but compared to other hotels, it is worth the money
The ocean view room had the best view! The room was spacious and clean, so I was very satisfied! However, I was a little disappointed that there was no kettle or microwave in the room, and the shower was weak.
The hotel is also close to ABC Store, the Honolulu Cookies shop, and the beach, so it's recommended for those who want to relax during their stay
This is not bad for a medium range - A pity of the way to hotel is designed only the balcony hallway outside the room faces toward the Waikiki Beach, so there is no view inside the room. Regardless, things are alright.

Very few hiltons still make diamond members feel valued but at this hotel the opposite is true. Diamond status at this hotel still means something. A hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of waikiki
Our family are here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we were gifted a beautiful bottle of prosecco. Additionally, the team congratulated us throughout our stay and made us feel like real VIPs
So many great things to share about Ka La'i Waikiki. An amazing welcome from Ami and the team. We were made to feel like we were being welcomed home and nothing was too much trouble
Our front desk check in persons KATHY and Alex went above and beyond to make us feel welcomes and cared for. She got us checked in early and to a beautiful room
Arriving at hotel was a experience in customer service excellence. from valet to the front desk there was smiles and courtesy shown at highest levels
Our room is well appointed, large and clean with a luxurious bathroom and amazing Byredo amenities

We walked up to the pool door to see some tools and pool hours, with no visible closure signage in sight. We were joyed the pool as intended
The hotel was in such a great location that we were able to tour Hawaii very efficiently!!! It has become such a favorite hotel that we will definitely book again the next time we come!!!
It's centrally located and convenient. There were no problems finding food or cafes.
The hotel is located on Waikiki Beach Commercial Street in Oahu Island. There are many commercial restaurants around it, and it is very convenient to travel
Nice and laid back Hotel with a beautiful garden within and direct access to a wonderful beach. Walking connection to all other hotels and the Whalers market area. Very nicely located within the Ka’anapali Beach Ressorts
It is about 20 kilometers to the airport, Pearl Harbor, and Hanauma Bay. It costs about $30 to take a taxi. The room is large, very new, clean and tidy. It was upgraded to a sea view room, which is very good

The facilities, service, and spa are all very satisfying. When we told them about a family celebration, they even gave us a surprise service. The pool and beach have a calming atmosphere and are geared towards adults.
The only drawback is that there is no direct access to the beach. The swimming pool is relatively small and the distance between the lounge chairs is tight. It is very close to the restaurant
Check-in and check-out were smooth, the towels and slippers were thick and fluffy, and the small details were well thought out, which made my heart full
Perfect design, room, service, view and food. There are kettles, bottled water, coffee machines, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. It is quiet and atmospheric, and it is a hotel worth staying in again.
Very good, but there are too many Japanese people, which makes it very quiet. But this is America! I still like the noisy feeling. But I am very happy and comfortable living here.
The hotel is a small but beautiful hotel. The rooms are not big and relatively new. The facilities are very convenient. Although it is small, it has all the essentials

I like the little extras like the DVD rentals and the lounge. You have access to the village pools which are nice as well. My only real complaint was the bathtub had hairs in it
We've been to Hawaii many times. This time we stayed in the Grand Islander and were very happy about it. The hotel manager, Tianya, was very kind, professional and helpful. She made our stay very enjoyable.
Speaking of pools, they'll a bit modest for such a luxury resort. Considering every storefront is a designer boutique, every light fixture is extravagant, and the toilets have heated seats, you'd expect a bit better pool
I felt relieved because the anti-corona measures were also firm. I was particularly impressed with the room cleaning. There were inconveniences in restaurants, shops and premises because it was a corona disaster
However, this was inevitable, and even so my stay in Waikiki was quite satisfactory. Hoping to return to a proper Hilton after the Corona disaster, I would like to plan my next stay again
This is a really good place. The room was clean and everything needed was provided for a temporary stay away from home. We definitely had a good time there.
