The location is very good, close to Waikiki Beach, free sunscreen and towels are provided. Guests can rent beach chairs for free. There is a free nighttime roadside parking nearby.

The view is nice but if you want to relax in the hotel I don't recommend it.

The room is not big, but it is very close to the beach and very convenient, on King Street in Waikiki. We have been there several times, and the facilities are much better than a few years ago, the service is also good, and parking is convenient.

The location is ideal, very convenient and well located. The view was magnificent, offering a really pleasant and relaxing setting. The service was impeccable, with very professional and attentive staff. An experience that I recommend without hesitation!

Nice stay in an awesome location. Beach is right across the street. Lots of dining options nearby.
Rooms are a somewhat worn, could use a coat of paint and some updates.
Front desk staff is terrific, everyone is very friendly.
Room refresh is unpredictable. They tell you: first is on the third day, then every other after that. Not sure what is defined as third day, but service is a bit hit and miss.

The location is about as perfect as you can get and the pricing on the rooms is absolutely hard to believe. Across the street from both kapiolani Park and the zoo as well as Waikiki Beach, I definitely recommend the third floor pool rooms with your own private Lanai and an incredible staff that is always willing to help. Close to everything, but with a great sense of privacy. This could be the most excellent, affordable option on Waikiki

We were in room 1710 we had a view of the ocean and the town, TBH you had to stretch to see the ocean ! But the room was clean, the A/C was cold, we could not even if we were looking find anything wrong. The pillows were bonkers good, we took the manufactures name down!
The coffee 0800-1000 was decent
Beware though there's a $40 a night tourist tax on top of the room price, it cost us $400 plus for our paid stay !
You do get bits and bobs for it. But still a Government rip off not the Hotel.
All in all we'd stay here again !

We stayed for 4 nights. Upon arrival to our room the low battery signal was going off on the smoke alarm. We had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it-not that long of a wait 1/2hr maybe. Rooms are small. Our refrigerator froze everything - adjusting dial did nothing. We had a HUGE cockroach in our room that we had to corral to try and kill. Dust all over the baseboards and don’t look behind beds. Mold in the bathrooms. Our room definitely needed an update and a good clean.
Front desk staff were amazing and the location is great…..if you can overlook the other issues. ABC and Starbucks are basically attached to the hotel.

Nice rooms, had to turn air conditioning to max all the time to keep room cool. TV was tricky to use wants you to cast/stream from your device which isn't easy to do for anyone over 17 years old, haha. Still nice place, has full size ABC store in lobby that is super convenient. Parking isn't great only option is valet at $55 a night or park at the zoo a block down. Zoo was okay $1.5 an hour and can extend via text by phone. Hotel is Right across from Waikiki sunset point so it's at the best spot in town.
