While the staff was quite friendly and the lobby area was very nice, I was quite disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the rooms for the price I paid. The room smelled damp and musty and Housekeeping did not vacuum my room the entire stay. The elevators, areas in front of the elevator, and hallways were full of sand daily. It seems there was minimal effort in terms of cleanliness. I wiped...
When we checked in, there were some stains on the sheets and the floor was not cleaned very well. For a few days they would run out of towels. The staff treated us well though and the location was nice within the city.
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location was central and it was easy to access tourist spots. The beach was right in front of the hotel and they even lent us bodyboards for free, so we were able to enjoy the ocean to the fullest!
The hotel is very convenient. I will book it again if I have the chance to go to Hawaii again! ☺️ The staff are polite and friendly. I am very satisfied!
Nice live performance by the pool and good location
Love the design of the hotel and excellent location.

Very good! It is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Although it is not so luxurious, the people and environment here make you feel very comfortable. It is very suitable for vacation. There are shops and a private swimming pool right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The valet parking staff were very nice. Highly recommended.
The ambiance at check in was very nice, since it is a fancy hotel, but it had a lot of historical features, items and artwork. The place kind of felt more like a nursing home in that it was a bit old fashioned, but the engraved doors, beautiful room setup and professional attitude of the staff was a refreshing experience overall.
The hotel and grounds are stunning. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated with fresh towels and beds made daily. Guests here can share space with the Sheraton Hotel, which is a nice bonus. It's a popular spot, so beach and pool lounges can be tricky at times, but the staff will try to accommodate. We enjoyed the early mornings at the coffee bar...
We stayed here having booked through the Fine Hotels Collection with AX Platinum. As such, we got an upgraded room overlooking the ocean, free daily breakfast and some cash credit to use on the property. Our room was small (as is generally the case in Waikiki), but well maintained. The beds were comfy, and the amenities were nice. The only issue we had in our room was that the a/c had a hard time...
We stayed at the Royal Hawaiian during our wedding week, and the experience was exceptional! Special thanks to Melody Swan, the manager, who went above and beyond to help with important wedding details. Her care and attention truly made our stay unforgettable. The hotel’s service, stunning location, and thoughtful staff made everything feel seamless. We highly recommend the Royal Hawaiian for anyone...
Everything was perfect. There are so many activities every day. Maitai bar offers delicious foods.
Awesome gracious historic hotel with lovely amenities and traditional style. I stayed in the historic building which was a buz of activity but inside the rooms, were spacious, beautifully appointed with nice amenities and very quiet out of the fray of tourist noises and convenient base of operations for the guests. Super clean and the maid staff was polite and gracious when asked for additional water...

An absolutely lovely Hotel, staff from the minute we arrived have been outstanding. Food, facilities and location are all first class
Arriving at hotel was a experience in customer service excellence...from valet to the front desk there was smiles and courtesy shown at highest levels. Our front desk check in persons KATHY and Alex went above and beyond to make us feel welcomes and cared for. She got us checked in early and to a beautiful room. Very few hiltons still make diamond members feel valued but at this hotel the opposite...
So many great things to share about Ka La'i Waikiki. An amazing welcome from Ami and the team. We were made to feel like we were being welcomed home and nothing was too much trouble. Our family are here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we were gifted a beautiful bottle of prosecco. Additionally, the team congratulated us throughout our stay and made us feel like real VIPs. Our room is...
Second time we’ve stayed here, absolutely amazing stay in every way. Service is spectacular and incredible attention to detail. Everyone is super kind and attentive without being overbearing. If it were possible to rate this hotel higher than 5 stars, I would. Excellent location, great people, management is flawless right down to the small details. It was truly a pleasure to stay here.

First-class service, far exceeding the average American hotel
The best hotel on Waikiki Beach, with a great location and great service. I booked a room with two single beds. The sofa bed can also be opened into a single bed, which is suitable for families with children.
First of all, the location is perfect♪ The view and access are impeccable♪ I made the reservation for my son's family, and they really liked it, so it was worth it. I'd definitely like to use it again the next time I go♪ Thank you very much.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, the towels and slippers were thick and fluffy, and the small details were well thought out, which made my heart full. My children also said that the hotelier at the Halekulani was the kindest and most impressive, so it was the best. Next time, I want to stay from the first day.
Very good, but there are too many Japanese people, which makes it very quiet. But this is America! I still like the noisy feeling. But I am very happy and comfortable living here.
The facilities, service, and spa are all very satisfying. When we told them about a family celebration, they even gave us a surprise service. The pool and beach have a calming atmosphere and are geared towards adults.

Kahala exceeded our expectations. The staff were immediately responsive and friendly; we went during the off season and found everyone very happy to help us with everything from best excursions to laundry. The pool has a nice feature for ordering food or drinks, which is a button system - it also allows for flagging for the check to cash out. It keeps things moving and you'll rarely wait more than...
Loved the resort and everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you are just wanting to go and relax the resort has everything you need. Beautiful beach, pool, hot tub, dining (nothing inexpensive though) sauna, work out room, light shopping and great places to just sit and watch the world go by. There is a small shopping center with some fast food about 2 miles from the resort you can go to without...
Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Kahala. The staff, the location, the vibes, all were incredible and it was such a treat to stay here for the week. I was here for a mix of business and pleasure and this place did not disappoint. Big shoutout to the concierge, who went out of their way to provide me with great service and accommodations, and overall just did a fantastic job of making me feel...
The Kahala is a very nice place to stay if you are looking for a resort on Oahu. I loved the beach front access and the balcony in the room. The room had a bit of a smell, almost like the carpet needed to be cleaned, but everything else in the room was great. Being able to open up the door to the balcony helped air things out. The dolphin pond was definitely cool even if you don't partake in swimming...
Very accommodating staff. Beautiful landscape. Delicious food for the price. Crystal clear water. Lots to do, and see. They have dolphins!!
Beautiful hotel with great accommodations My husband and I came here on our honeymoon the service was phenomenal! Dolphins are literally right next 2 the pool! It was absolute paradise!! Their concierge were very informative and helpful they booked most of our excursions the evening prior with no issues would highly recommend staying here!!

Close to Wakiki Beach, public transport and restaurants, walking distance to the shopping centre, fast WiFi, highly recommended 👌 👍

The service for breakfast was terrible We waited over 30 min for our breakfast although there were only 3 other families there 2 of which came after us# They charged a almost as much for separating Eggwhites as they did for the egg - never informed us there was such an extravagant charge for ordering eggwhite versus the egg Felt like they were nickel and diming us
The room was beautiful and the staff were proficient, professional and very attentive.
Trip to Honolulu Every staff was so helpful & kind for us to had comports while we were there for our vacation. We will definitely going back when we visit in Hawaii
The hospitality of the staff was the most valuable and memorable aspect, arrival, departures, attention and courtsey.

There were many Japanese speaking staff, the service was very good, the rooms were clean and the layout was easy to use, and the location was excellent! I stayed for 4 nights, but it was a little disappointing that no new amenities were provided each time (such as cotton swabs).
The open lobby and the delicious welcome drink were great. The room was equipped with a variety of kitchen utensils, so it's perfect for long-term stays.
I first stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach Hotel for one night and was very satisfied, so I stayed for another 3 days, for a total of 4 days.
Check-in is usually at 4pm, but when I went there in the morning to drop off my luggage, I was told that my room would be ready within an hour, so I was able to check in around 12:30pm. There were many Japanese staff members, so I was able to stay comfortably even though I couldn't speak English. Also, all the staff were smiling and full of hospitality, and it was clear that they put the customer first...
The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki, Hawaii, is classified as a five-star hotel on Ctrip. The suite is over 60 square meters and costs 6,800 yuan, excluding breakfast. In addition to its good location, the hotel's lobby facilities, decoration level, and service staff quality are only three stars of Japanese hotels. We booked a sea-facing suite, and the bed and sofa bed were surprisingly soft. We called the guest...

This resort is HUGE! Neither me nor my husband hand any idea it was as large as it is prior to booking there. Anything you can possibly need can be found right on the grounds. Awesome location and close to the beach. Need more details on the information for example where is the family pool direction etc.
Check in staff could have explained procedures better and let you know what amenities were available to use such as towels for the beach and beach chairs. Food at DK steakhouse was average but very expensive. Service at the pool was great. Location was good close to the beach. Be aware of the resort fee of $55 American.

Beautiful view and convenient location. Rooms were large and comfortable but in need of renovation. Common areas of hotel also could use some attention. Cushions on pool chairs were old, railings & floors in need of cleaning. Buffet breakfast while expensive, was good and service was attentive.
Elevators take a long time. Breakfast is crowded but decent: eggs, meat, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, etc. The breakfast staff were accomodating and work their butts off. The valet service is spot on and quick, the valet staff are the stars of this hotel, talkative, helpful and caring. Cost over $50 per day but worth it. Close to beach and get free rentals of towels, chairs, body board, flippers...
The hotel overall is convenient and in a great location. The rooms are decently sized, and the views (if ocean side) are great. I would not recommend paying $40 a person for the breakfast buffet as it is simply the type of food you can get at Denny's. There wasn’t anything remarkable about the food. The storefronts are nice, but they are pricey. Our biggest complaint was the parking garage, as many...

This hotel is just so beautiful! Located literally on the beach. It worked out for us since we brought our baby with us, whenever we needed to head back to the room for nap time, it was just a couple of steps away. The pool is small but the views are so stunning. Loved our stay at this hotel. They upgraded us to an ocean-view room. Make sure to book rooms inside the tower to ensure the rooms are not dated. The hotel locatio is so good and close to waikiki beach. The hygiene condition has room for improvement but in overall acceptable.
Perfect location where you can easily access to beach, restaurants and shops. The room is wide, clean and well-equipped. However, the staffs are not quite helpful so this should be much improved.
The room is clean and relatively new compares to other hotels newby. Just that the hotel seems to be under construction during our stay with some noise in the afternoon, night time were fine thou.
I use the Hilton Garden Inn for its location and facilities which suit my needs as a solo traveller. The access to shopping, transport and beach is its attraction. Staff are accommodating and rooms very comfortable.

It is a really nice and friendly hotel, but some smaller gripes. They are valet only and have no real area to load/unload and that was before the construction which now has pedestrians in the way. Their elevators are security minded but take a while. The pool is the size you would see in a normal backyard. Excellent location. Good size rooms. Nice stores downstairs.
Exactly what we were looking for. Excellently located right in the city and right on beautiful beach. The price was reasonable for a day of fun and a place to sleep. However, I can feel the difference with a 5-star hotel. I'd like to use it again for a short stay.
The breakfast on the 21st floor, oceanfront, was amazing. You could choose from three main dishes every day, plus bread, pound cake, drinks, and fruit were buffet style. The hotel is also close to ABC Store, the Honolulu Cookies shop, and the beach, so it's recommended for those who want to relax during their stay.
The location is excellent, and you can reach Waikiki Beach right outside. The room is a bit small, but compared to other hotels, it is worth the money. There is only valet parking for parking, so you can prepare some change and give it to the parking guy. I won't give it to the parking front desk if you only collect and put the key.
The ocean view room had the best view! The room was spacious and clean, so I was very satisfied! However, I was a little disappointed that there was no kettle or microwave in the room, and the shower was weak.
This is not bad for a medium range - A pity of the way to hotel is designed only the balcony hallway outside the room faces toward the Waikiki Beach, so there is no view inside the room. Regardless, things are alright.

The hotel was in such a great location that we were able to tour Hawaii very efficiently!!! It has become such a favorite hotel that we will definitely book again the next time we come!!!
It's centrally located and convenient. There were no problems finding food or cafes.
The hotel is located on Waikiki Beach Commercial Street in Oahu Island. There are many commercial restaurants around it, and it is very convenient to travel. It is about 20 kilometers to the airport, Pearl Harbor, and Hanauma Bay. It costs about $30 to take a taxi. There are also buses. The room is large, very new, clean and tidy. It was upgraded to a sea view room, which is very good.
It's like a Hanting Home Inn opened downstairs in Qianmen... good location but low quality... n levels lower than the one in Big Island...
Everything went smoothly, except for the problem of extra charges during check-out. After the reservation service provider processed it, the hotel finally completed the refund. The hotel is in a great location.
Even though it was located in the middle of Kalakaua Avenue, which is a great place to go anywhere, it was quiet at night and I was able to relax. Access to the beach was also good. The Hawaiian Aroma Cafe next to the pool was stylish and I enjoyed happy hour there many times. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

There were inconveniences in restaurants, shops and premises because it was a corona disaster. However, this was inevitable, and even so my stay in Waikiki was quite satisfactory. Hoping to return to a proper Hilton after the Corona disaster, I would like...
Nice view, nice beach, nice staff
I stayed in both one room and two room suites. While everything is very perfect and polished, it is missing a lot of, what I consider, important conveniences. Not just the hotel, but the surrounding area. There's no real supermarket anywhere nearby, besides little souvenir shop convenience stores, so just remember to bring even the small things like tea bags, salt and pepper, and ketchup. There's also...

We stayed here for 7 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The view from out room was exactly as it was showed online. The coffee shop is excellent! I signed up for surf lessons through the shop located in the building. The instructors were fun and informative. The location is great. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Absolutely wonderful 4-star hotel booked through Costco Travel. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. Our room was the city view king with balcony, and it was super clean and spacious. We still got a view of the ocean from a side window! The room came with complimentary beach slippers and cute water bottle. The bathroom came equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Room...
My wife and I had debated for years on visiting Hawaii and finally opted to book a trip. We went through Costco because of the amazing deal we could not pass up. We loved that the hotel was right across from the beach and had a view of Diamond Head crater. I have to stay, we were not disappointed one bit! The service was outstanding, rooms were always clean/tidy, and the amenities were perfect...
Great location. We got balcony room facing diamond head and it was totally worth it. The rooms were clean and was just pure bliss to sit in balcony facing zoo. You might some animals too. It's 2 min walk from Queen's beach and is surrounded by good breakfast options. The best part about hotel was the Knotts Coffee Roasters, we absolutely loved coffee and their banana toast. Would definitely recommend
The second hotel on Oahu Island. It is much more lively than Prince's. The hotel has Chinese guides. The environment is very fashionable. The service is good. It is next to the zoo. Transportation, dining, shopping, and the beach are all very convenient.
Debated on staying here or right on Waikiki beach with my family. Glad we stayed here. It was away from the crowds but walking distance to the beach. It wasn’t as noisy and woke up to birds chirping since we were next to the zoo. We made leis on our last day which was a cool way to send us back home. Front desk were pleasant. They were able to hold our backs for $2 per bag at check out since our flight...

Good option for family. A sofa bet was not comfortable as it was not flat.
I always go there with my family😊 It's great that breakfast is included, but the menu is almost the same every day, with only one or two items changing, so it gets boring🤣
Everything was perfect. I'm really glad I changed hotels at the last minute. The cocktail service and breakfast buffet were great, and it was convenient to go anywhere.
There were few amenities, and hand soap, body cream, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided in the room. On the second day, the room was not cleaned, so bath towels were not replaced. Breakfast was included, which was convenient, but the menu was a bit disappointing apart from the omelettes made by the chef in front of us. An evening party was held by the pool for about two hours in the...
It was my first time in Hawaii (the last time was 25 years ago), so I was a bit worried, but it was the best choice. Good points 1. Free breakfast and evening cocktail service 2. Location: Although it's not oceanfront, it's close to the beach. The trolley, which you can ride for free with a JCB card, and the Rakuten Lounge are within walking distance. The location is much better than I expected 3...
Except it's a bit old, the experience is good. Good location. Breakfast is provided. Free cocktails are endless. It's convenient to take children to play. Parking can be parked at the pier. Hotel parking is too expensive.

Very kind and very clean. Good location near waikiki beach and shopping streets.
Planned a very special vacation with my two kids and my brother and his wife. Booked a reservation online and needed to extend it and arrive a day earlier. Called reservations and spoke to Lauren and she was very polite, helpful, and solution based. Due to my specific request being beyond her scope she transferred me to the reservation manager Kelly who greeted me exceptionally well, listened, and...
Very courteous and professional Staff. Daily housekeeping is excellent. Very clean rooms, lobby and amenities areas. Delicious bakery next door. Comfortable beds and pillows. Love the electric blinds with option between sheer and blackout. Love the modern toilet with remote. :-). Location is perfect. Can walk to restaurants and shops. Next to the Hawaiian Center Mall with food court. Adjacent to the...
My wife and I stayed here for our staycation anniversary trip from Maui and were very impressed. The kamaaina rates were very affordable compared to neighboring hotels. Our room was so clean it blew me away. Not only that, the staff is so darn sweet. The hotel is so quiet and relaxing. I swam in the pool every day of our week-long stay there because it was so mellow and not like the majority of hotels...
We were looking for a refuge of sorts before tying the knot. A quiet, elegant and minimalist hotel that would keep us calm before we got married. This hotel was just that and more. The three high-speed elevators ensured people did not bombard us; in fact, we often felt alone. The hotel is elegant, intimate, minimalist, artistic and extremely clean, making it even more thrilling to be in a heavenly...
Stayed here for a week. This place is terrific. Location is great. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The entire building is clean, quiet and well taken care of. Rooms are well outfitted. The pool/bar is awesome and the staff there go above and beyond. We will without a doubt be staying here again on our next trip back!

Came here for a week of relaxation. The hotel is beautiful, 2 bedroom suite was great BUT all we heard the entire time we were here was yelling and chanting and drumming of the employees on strike. I never could go out on the balcony to read or relax. It was constant. Service was poor. Had to call several times for items over the time of several hours. The staff who were working were wonderful...
The one bedroom is a nice size. Comes equipped with just about everything that you need, including a waher/dryer, which is handy. You, unfortunately, are away from the Hawaiian Village resort area and beach. The hotel itself is very nice, with friendly staff, that's doing an amazing job with the strike going on. Outside of all the racket, you hardly notice that there's anything going on.
The complex is a little dated but kept in very good condition. Extremely clean and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. The Hilton lagoon was loved by the children. The apartment we stayed in was well set up and very comfortable - full kitchen and modern washer and dryer.
The apartment and view, and staff were amazing. Highly recommend. Absolutely delightful place to stay
Beautiful complex close to the beach. Our room view wasn't the best, but still had a lovely view of the mountains. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hospitality was on point, and covered all of our needs. The kids loved it. Would definitely go back again!
We had a two room suite which was great. The staff was wonderful and the location is right in the heart of Waikiki.

Staff was great! Location is decent! Hotel and rooms are horrendously dated. The elevators? Prep an extra 10 minutes every time you leave as they are the slowest and smallest ones I’ve ever been in. I tried to use the soap pumps and they just fall off the wall as they’re just hot glued on. Sink area is TINY. Barely any room to get ready. Elevator issue is especially true at breakfast, lunch, and...
Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay. The building is always clean, and the staff is respectful whether they're at the front desk, cafeteria, or valet guys. Valet parking is available to all guests who stay. The valet guys are some of the coolest staff who work here and always show up with a smile on their face. One thing I would say, is I had a package for a flight and hotel stay, and I thought breakfast...
It is surely concortable and cozy. The atmosphere made me feel at home in Hawai. Its location emphasizes the hotel's brilliant architectural looks and importance. There is also a park just across and several restaurants nearby. Its own restaurant is phenomenal since the staff awesome and courteous attitude makes you feel at home. All in all, this hotel will not disappoint any visitors to the great...
Friendly staff. Close to conventional center. Outdated, small elevator. No bathroom fan. Moldy smell in the room. Barely acceptable with 50000 points/ night without any tax/fees. Parking is $55.5/day. Dining credit will cover around half of the breakfast.
The location is excellent. The hotel breakfast tastes good, the egg rolls are rich in ingredients, the restaurant has a good view, there is a gym and swimming pool, and it takes less than half an hour to get to the airport.
This place was OK, nothing out of the ordinary. It was close to where we needed to go so I would stay here again if the price is right.

The location is very good, close to Waikiki Beach, free sunscreen and towels are provided. Guests can rent beach chairs for free. There is a free nighttime roadside parking nearby.
The view is nice but if you want to relax in the hotel I don't recommend it.
The room is not big, but it is very close to the beach and very convenient, on King Street in Waikiki. We have been there several times, and the facilities are much better than a few years ago, the service is also good, and parking is convenient.
The location is ideal, very convenient and well located. The view was magnificent, offering a really pleasant and relaxing setting. The service was impeccable, with very professional and attentive staff. An experience that I recommend without hesitation!
The location is about as perfect as you can get and the pricing on the rooms is absolutely hard to believe. Across the street from both kapiolani Park and the zoo as well as Waikiki Beach, I definitely recommend the third floor pool rooms with your own private Lanai and an incredible staff that is always willing to help. Close to everything, but with a great sense of privacy. This could be the most...
Nice stay in an awesome location. Beach is right across the street. Lots of dining options nearby. Rooms are a somewhat worn, could use a coat of paint and some updates. Front desk staff is terrific, everyone is very friendly. Room refresh is unpredictable. They tell you: first is on the third day, then every other after that. Not sure what is defined as third day, but service is a bit hit and miss

The place was AMAZING!! spacious room, great for the family and good location!
2 bedroom with 2 baths and kitchen suites our family of 5 very well. Liked that the area is much quieter than where we have stayed in other towers.
Beautiful facility. Lush, Hawaiian landscapes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place for families.
A wonderful and beautiful place to stay! The staff were all friendly and eager to help. The only problem I had was with the fellow who cleans the swimming pool, who is not an actual employee of the hotel, (the Lagoon Tower)!
It was a great resort. Staff was so friendly. The rooms were clean.
Only got a tour of the place, it is very nice but I'm not into time shares so I can't really give my honest opinion on the matter.
