Loving this resort! Everything about this place has been renovated. This is a diamond if you are able to get a room. There is an infinity pool with a great view of Waikiki Beach. Food is great with multiple restaurants and a buffet. Rooms are spacious and everything is modern. I will be staying here again!

Beautiful hotel and great location! Check in was easy, rooms are good size and very clean. They have a great gym, two tennis courts and a baseball hitting cage that was fun. The breakfast buffet was pricey but worth it.The pool is a good size and overlooks the beach. The beach bar is very chilled and the food is really yummy. All the staff here are great

Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very professional and courteous. Super accommodating. They made our PCS departure a pleasant one. They offer great military rates and free parking for TLA. Nice clean room. A safe in the room as well enough enough space to unpack if your staying for a few nights. The amenities were a bit badly signposted. The pool is on floor 5 and has a really nice view, sadly the main area was closed from 2pm for a wedding. You could still use the pools and drink service though. The fish tacos were really tasty. We stayed here having booked through the Fine Hotels Collection with AX Platinum. As such, we got an upgraded room overlooking the ocean, free daily breakfast and some cash credit to use on the property. Excellent experience at the Royal Hawaiian-- the location is wonderful with perfect views of diamond Head and best beach access. The rooms are good, and the food (especially breakfast) is great. The best hotel on Waikiki Beach, with a great location and great service. I booked a room with two single beds. The sofa bed can also be opened into a single bed, which is suitable for families with children.

The Kahala is a very nice place to stay if you are looking for a resort on Oahu. I loved the beach front access and the balcony in the room. Beautiful hotel with great accommodations My husband and I came here on our honeymoon the service was phenomenal! Dolphins are literally right next 2 the pool! It was absolute paradise!! The location of the hotel is ideal: there are many good restaurants; Ala Moana Shopping Center, one of the largest in world; beaches; and interesting places.

The service for breakfast was terrible We waited over 30 min for our breakfast although there were only 3 other families there 2 of which came after us# They charged a almost as much for separating Eggwhites as they did for the egg - never informed us there was such an extravagant charge for ordering eggwhite versus the egg Felt like they were nickel and diming us

This resort is HUGE! Neither me nor my husband hand any idea it was as large as it is prior to booking there. Anything you can possibly need can be found right on the grounds. Overall this is a great place to stay in downtown Waikiki. The rooms are smaller and it is most definitely crowded… but the location is the key element with the Sheraton. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is perfect for relaxing and there’s beach access. Great hotel with spotless rooms and extremely good service. Their housekeeping staff is outstanding. Our entire family enjoyed the 9 days we stayed in Sheraton Waikiki. This hotel is just so beautiful! Located literally on the beach. It worked out for us since we brought our baby with us, whenever we needed to head back to the room for nap time, it was just a couple of steps away. The pool is small but the views are so stunning. Loved our stay at this hotel. They upgraded us to an ocean-view room. Make sure to book rooms inside the tower to ensure the rooms are not dated. I use the Hilton Garden Inn for its location and facilities which suit my needs as a solo traveller. The access to shopping, transport and beach is its attraction. Staff are accommodating and rooms very comfortable.

It is a really nice and friendly hotel, but some smaller gripes. They are valet only and have no real area to load/unload and that was before the construction which now has pedestrians in the way. There is a wonderful employee by the name of John Thompson that greets you as you are entering and exiting your car. John is a wealth of information and a great person. I stayed in a club room. I was very grateful that a room was prepared for me even though it was the morning. I was able to use the lounge immediately after checking in, and was able to spend a relaxing time while looking at the wonderful view.

The price was reasonable for a day of fun and a place to sleep. However, I can feel the difference with a 5-star hotel. I'd like to use it again for a short stay.

The breakfast on the 21st floor, oceanfront, was amazing. You could choose from three main dishes every day, plus bread, pound cake, drinks, and fruit were buffet style. The hotel is also close to ABC Store, the Honolulu Cookies shop, and the beach, so it's recommended for those who want to relax during their stay.

The location is excellent, and you can reach Waikiki Beach right outside. The room is a bit small, but compared to other hotels, it is worth the money. There is only valet parking for parking, so you can prepare some change and give it to the parking guy. I won't give it to the parking front desk if you only collect and put the key.

The hotel was in such a great location that we were able to tour Hawaii very efficiently!!! It has become such a favorite hotel that we will definitely book again the next time we come!!!

The hotel is located on Waikiki Beach Commercial Street in Oahu Island. There are many commercial restaurants around it, and it is very convenient to travel. It is about 20 kilometers to the airport, Pearl Harbor, and Hanauma Bay. It costs about $30 to take a taxi. There are also buses. The room is large, very new, clean and tidy. It was upgraded to a sea view room, which is very good.

It's like a Hanting Home Inn opened downstairs in Qianmen... good location but low quality... n levels lower than the one in Big Island...

Even though it was located in the middle of Kalakaua Avenue, which is a great place to go anywhere, it was quiet at night and I was able to relax. Access to the beach was also good. The one bedroom is a nice size. Comes equipped with just about everything that you need, including a waher/dryer, which is handy. The location is very good, close to Waikiki Beach, free sunscreen and towels are provided. Guests can rent beach chairs for free. There is a free nighttime roadside parking nearby.
