We loved the hotel! It was very accessible to the beach, shops, and dining. We had an awesome view. We happened to be there during the tsunami warning and the hotel was awesome with communicating with us and keeping us safe. Gina did a great job with cleaning our room every day. Anything we asked for she did it. The only one star I would give is for parking. $72 per day id ridiculous to charge your...
This resort is HUGE! Neither me nor my husband hand any idea it was as large as it is prior to booking there. Anything you can possibly need can be found right on the grounds. Restaurants, shopping, a general store, you name it, all right in the property. My husband and I prefer sight seeing and mingling with locals, but had it not been for that we honestly didn't have a reason to leave the resort...
Got to the resort and had no water for a couple hours in the whole resort. Got into our room and noticed one of the pillows was dirty and had some kind of brown marks on it. The showers are terrible the water pressure is not it. The kalia tower is very old and needs some up keep and remodeling. The other towers look10x better. Location is great! Right on the Beach! They have a great 4 min firework...
Customer service was great, I had an issue with a 3rd party booking service that shorted me a day, and the front desk agent was able to get me an extra night in the same room despite zero notice. The rooms and resort area are amazing, the food and mini stores allow you to stay in the area without needing to drive somewhere for food or other basic necessities. Parking is pretty expensive, but it's probably...
Everything is nice in Hilton. We enjoyed our stay here. Please notice that check in time is at 4 pm.
Right at beach front, a great location for water playing. The hotel is a huge set of buildings that may be the largest in Honolulu. It’s a little far from the city center, about 20 minutes walk for groceries and restaurants. Good for family events.

Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Checking in super easy. Staff always nice and helpful. Security team jumps into action quick if you leave something valuable in a room at checkout, views of Waikiki beach are great if you pay for a room with a view of Diamond Head. Renting cabana and other things at the pools or beach are super expensive. Easy to get into and out of the property if you valet...
Overall this is a great place to stay in downtown Waikiki. The rooms are smaller and it is most definitely crowded… but the location is the key element with the Sheraton. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is perfect for relaxing and there’s beach access. Customer service was good, not over the top but you’ll will get the answers you need.
Great hotel with spotless rooms and extremely good service. Their housekeeping staff is outstanding. Our entire family enjoyed the 9 days we stayed in Sheraton Waikiki. Kids enjoyed the main pool, water slide, and hot tubs. Adults only Infinity Pool is a nice place to relax and watch the sunset. There are good restaurants in the hotel and there are enough places to eat within walking distance.
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort Spa and I must say that it was a 5 Star experience. The location of the hotel is superb, being one of the few true beachfront hotels in the heart of Waikiki 12. The hotel has a lot of resort amenities that cater to all your needs. The staff is very friendly and their service is great. I would like to give a special shout-out to Issac at the front...
This is the hotel you want to take your family. My kids greatly enjoyed the outdoor waterpark. Ice cream served right there too! We had room service delivered to our room for dinner, rolled in with fancy dinnerware big big platters and rolling tables. We had a diamond head and ocean front beach waves view. Absolutely stunning and the staff is incredibly friendly and warm and welcoming and you feel...

Excellent location just steps from the beach, with fantastic hotel amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on where to go and what to eat. Highly recommended for your trip!
Second time staying here, again everything is nice and winderful
the hotel is located at a super convenient location right at the heart of Waikiki Beach. Hotel staff was nice too.
Wonderful stay with memorable !
Awesome location and close to the beach. Need more details on the information for example where is the family pool direction etc.
Check in staff could have explained procedures better and let you know what amenities were available to use such as towels for the beach and beach chairs. Food at DK steakhouse was average but very expensive. Service at the pool was great. Location was good close to the beach. Be aware of the resort fee of $55 American.

Beautiful view and convenient location. Rooms were large and comfortable but in need of renovation. Common areas of hotel also could use some attention. Cushions on pool chairs were old, railings & floors in need of cleaning. Buffet breakfast while expensive, was good and service was attentive.
Elevators take a long time. Breakfast is crowded but decent: eggs, meat, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, etc. The breakfast staff were accomodating and work their butts off. The valet service is spot on and quick, the valet staff are the stars of this hotel, talkative, helpful and caring. Cost over $50 per day but worth it. Close to beach and get free rentals of towels, chairs, body board, flippers...
The hotel overall is convenient and in a great location. The rooms are decently sized, and the views (if ocean side) are great. I would not recommend paying $40 a person for the breakfast buffet as it is simply the type of food you can get at Denny's. There wasn’t anything remarkable about the food. The storefronts are nice, but they are pricey. Our biggest complaint was the parking garage, as many...
Title: A Mixed Experience at Hyatt Waikiki: Great Location, Good Prices, but Service Issues Rating: 7 out of 10 I recently stayed at the Hyatt Waikiki for 8 nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the location of the hotel was excellent, offering convenient access to the beautiful Waikiki Beach and nearby attractions, and the prices were reasonable, there were a few notable issues that impacted...
The room was beautiful and spacious. I appreciated that the vanity area was huge and separate from the bath and toilet. The best part—the toilet had a bidet! We were lucky enough to have a had an ocean view, overlooking the Waikiki beach, which is right across the street. The location is good, within walking distance of the Honolulu zoo and, further down, the Waikiki Aquarium. We stayed four nights...
This was one of the two best resorts my husband and I stayed at on Oahu. Our top floor ocean view room had a stunning view of the ocean and Waikiki Beach. The customer service was great and the room was clean. The main part of the beach is a 30 second walk away, but this also means there is some noise coming from the street at night. This is the only resort on the island that currently offers a breakfast...

Great location and reasonably priced compared to surrounding hotels.
Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff..!
Awesome location and services. Everyone was friendly and facilities looked decent. It's a bit old but most hotels in Wakiki are somewhat outdated so we could actually compromise this part.
Safe for solo travelers. Easy walk to all major tourist areas. Great bars in surrounding areas.
Heart of Waikīkī So comfortable accommodation I’ll be back here
Rooms very dated and need update, several mystery charges to my visa after we checked out too. Pool area and staff were very pleasant.

Loving this resort! Everything about this place has been renovated. This is a diamond if you are able to get a room. There is an infinity pool with a great view of Waikiki Beach. Food is great with multiple restaurants and a buffet. Rooms are spacious and everything is modern. I will be staying here again!
Beautiful hotel and great location! Check in was easy, rooms are good size and very clean. They have a great gym, two tennis courts and a baseball hitting cage that was fun. The breakfast buffet was pricey but worth it.The pool is a good size and overlooks the beach. The beach bar is very chilled and the food is really yummy. All the staff here are great
Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very professional and courteous. Super accommodating. They made our PCS departure a pleasant one. They offer great military rates and free parking for TLA. The only down fall is the buffet. The food was good but not $35+ tax good. There were not enough options for $35. Thank you again for all that you do. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
The hotel is nice they appear to be recently updated and everything seems top notch. The staff has been outstanding and super helpful I couldn't ask for more. The rooms themselves are out dated a bit but not too much in my opinion. The view if very nice if you have an ocean side view. The traffic around town can be a little noisy being from the county it takes some to get used to but that's not the...
Nice clean room. A safe in the room as well enough enough space to unpack if your staying for a few nights. The amenities were a bit badly signposted. The pool is on floor 5 and has a really nice view, sadly the main area was closed from 2pm for a wedding. You could still use the pools and drink service though. The fish tacos were really tasty. This hotel is just so beautiful! Located literally on the beach. It worked out for us since we brought our baby with us, whenever we needed to head back to the room for nap time, it was just a couple of steps away. The pool is small but the views are so stunning. The only thing I dislike was the towels on the pool chairs to make it known as it being “used” while nobody is near the chairs for hours...
Loved our stay at this hotel. They upgraded us to an ocean-view room. Make sure to book rooms inside the tower to ensure the rooms are not dated. The lobby area, restaurants and the access to beach were amazing. The only things we didn't appreciate were that the pool beds were all occupied (with towels!) from 7 AM, making it impossible to find a bed next to the pool. Also, the beach chairs and umbrellas...
We loved that we received an upgraded room, especially as we had travelled from Australia. The ocean and beach view was magnificent!
This hotel was beautiful. First we were given a room overlooking the roof of the next wing. My husband called to ask for a beach view and they had one for us the next day. It was amazing. The maid service was wonderful and very helpful. Fabulous water view with pool too. This hotel was wonderful.
What a beautiful hotel! My camera doesn't live up to expectations! If I could redo my holiday, I would choose to stay here. The location was perfect for an easy walk to all the best shops. Great location. The beach in front of the hotel is not impressive. The pool is too small and too crowded. Children splashing around. That’s ok but it really needs an adults only pool.
Good although a little busy vacation resort. Check in procedure a little stressful as desk systems seem not to work well.

Location is excellent.  There are electrical water pot and Microwave in the room.  Across the street, there is Target.  One block away from Waikiki beach. The swimming is kind of small.
The hotel locatio is so good and close to waikiki beach. The hygiene condition has room for improvement but in overall acceptable.
Perfect location where you can easily access to beach, restaurants and shops. The room is wide, clean and well-equipped. However, the staffs are not quite helpful so this should be much improved.
The room is clean and relatively new compares to other hotels newby. Just that the hotel seems to be under construction during our stay with some noise in the afternoon, night time were fine thou.
I use the Hilton Garden Inn for its location and facilities which suit my needs as a solo traveller. The access to shopping, transport and beach is its attraction. Staff are accommodating and rooms very comfortable.
The old lady with white hair was very rude and asked me to pay $500 more. When I asked why, she just said it was because of the rules. We protested and tried again. And she never apologized.

It is a really nice and friendly hotel, but some smaller gripes. They are valet only and have no real area to load/unload and that was before the construction which now has pedestrians in the way. Their elevators are security minded but take a while. The pool is the size you would see in a normal backyard. Excellent location. Good size rooms. Nice stores downstairs.
Exactly what we were looking for. Excellently located right in the city and right on beautiful beach. The price was reasonable for a day of fun and a place to sleep. However, I can feel the difference with a 5-star hotel. I'd like to use it again for a short stay.
The breakfast on the 21st floor, oceanfront, was amazing. You could choose from three main dishes every day, plus bread, pound cake, drinks, and fruit were buffet style. The hotel is also close to ABC Store, the Honolulu Cookies shop, and the beach, so it's recommended for those who want to relax during their stay.
The location is excellent, and you can reach Waikiki Beach right outside. The room is a bit small, but compared to other hotels, it is worth the money. There is only valet parking for parking, so you can prepare some change and give it to the parking guy. I won't give it to the parking front desk if you only collect and put the key.
The ocean view room had the best view! The room was spacious and clean, so I was very satisfied! However, I was a little disappointed that there was no kettle or microwave in the room, and the shower was weak.
This is not bad for a medium range - A pity of the way to hotel is designed only the balcony hallway outside the room faces toward the Waikiki Beach, so there is no view inside the room. Regardless, things are alright.

The hotel was in such a great location that we were able to tour Hawaii very efficiently!!! It has become such a favorite hotel that we will definitely book again the next time we come!!!
It's centrally located and convenient. There were no problems finding food or cafes.
The hotel is located on Waikiki Beach Commercial Street in Oahu Island. There are many commercial restaurants around it, and it is very convenient to travel. It is about 20 kilometers to the airport, Pearl Harbor, and Hanauma Bay. It costs about $30 to take a taxi. There are also buses. The room is large, very new, clean and tidy. It was upgraded to a sea view room, which is very good.
It's like a Hanting Home Inn opened downstairs in Qianmen... good location but low quality... n levels lower than the one in Big Island...
Everything went smoothly, except for the problem of extra charges during check-out. After the reservation service provider processed it, the hotel finally completed the refund. The hotel is in a great location.
Even though it was located in the middle of Kalakaua Avenue, which is a great place to go anywhere, it was quiet at night and I was able to relax. Access to the beach was also good. The Hawaiian Aroma Cafe next to the pool was stylish and I enjoyed happy hour there many times. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

First-class service, far exceeding the average American hotel
The best hotel on Waikiki Beach, with a great location and great service. I booked a room with two single beds. The sofa bed can also be opened into a single bed, which is suitable for families with children.
First of all, the location is perfect♪ The view and access are impeccable♪ I made the reservation for my son's family, and they really liked it, so it was worth it. I'd definitely like to use it again the next time I go♪ Thank you very much.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, the towels and slippers were thick and fluffy, and the small details were well thought out, which made my heart full. My children also said that the hotelier at the Halekulani was the kindest and most impressive, so it was the best. Next time, I want to stay from the first day.
Very good, but there are too many Japanese people, which makes it very quiet. But this is America! I still like the noisy feeling. But I am very happy and comfortable living here.
The facilities, service, and spa are all very satisfying. When we told them about a family celebration, they even gave us a surprise service. The pool and beach have a calming atmosphere and are geared towards adults.
