President Hotel

My family and I stayed one night after returning from a cruise. We absolutely loved it. We got in super early and the gentleman at the check in counter was amazing! Henry, helped us and although our rooms weren’t ready, he took our bags and allowed us pool access as well as gave us some great suggestions for food in the area. We had 2 first floor rooms, and although the walls are a little thin, the “noise level” was no different than being at home and hearing muffled conversations in the next room. The bartender was very nice and courteous and the complementary drinks were amazing. Breakfast was included and that was pleasant as well. The rooms are a little too small for an extended stay in my opinion, but with 2 queen size beds, it’s good for a weekend. I would definitely book again for a quick trip. *our room looked exactly as pictured *

Extremely clean and modernized rooms (unfortunately no balconies or views of the beach), lovely lobby and dining area, with breakfast buffet included. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The doorman, "kevin", was a real gentleman. We arrived hours early and waited in the outdoor seating, with him keeping us amused with his commentary and jokes.

Had a pleasant stay in general. The location is very prime! The food is okay. Love the art deco outer facade and clean white interior design

The hotel is in an excellent location for accessing the beach and bus stops to/from the airport. The customer service we received was excellent, particularly from Henry and Malik. They were very helpful and friendly and provided us with suggestions for dinner and travel. You have to pay a "resort fee" which we weren't quite expecting, but this includes bottled water on demand, beach towels to take to the beach or up to the rooftop pool, breakfast and more. The breakfast was good quality and offered a range of choices. I would highly recommend the President Hotel!

Couldn't have picked a better hotel for multiple reasons. Firstly, the staff are great, they make sure everything is going well for you. Secondly the facility itself is fantastic, it's in a great spot on Collins, and is close to some excellent food and a block from the beach. Lastly, the room itself was a spot where I had no issues staying in for periods of time (during the rain). The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was modern and classy. Would easily book here again.

Very educated employee. The bartenders are very nice and always ready to serve you. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is okay.

It's very well located. You can walk to the beach and lincoln av. without any kind of problem.

But, the lack of porters is an issue. I've arraived with too much luggage to be carried by myself and everything they did in order to help was give me a cart.

I would come back, for sure.

Hotel was great. Location was great. No parking and their valet service is expensive. Street parking is available but expensive at around $4/hour. Municipal car park available around 1 block away (3 min walk) where you can park for $1/hour or max $20/day. I was in Room 104 which is ground floor and directly next to the street and was fairly noisy with traffic and passers by. As such my sleep was interrupted many times. Sound proofing needed in this room for sure.

Location is the perfect area. Right behind Ocean Drive where everything happens at. Was given a 2 queen bed room when I booked for a king size. Went back to them and theu fixed it to what I want. The rooms are nice with the mural on the wall a long with the mirrors. The bathrooms are small though. The bed not the most comfortable but was okay. Was happy to find that there was a plastic cover over the mattress. The breakfast was good and the complimentary drinks they gave was great. I was expecting the drinks to be watered down but was strong. Overall great place.
