I stayed in this hotel with my family from April 11 to April 16 and overall the rating is 4 out of 5, we were satisfied with everything, although on the last day of our visit we noticed that my wife’s new shoes were missing. We filed report together with the security guard. We hope the hotel management will consider its reputation, accumulated over many years, important and will respond.

This is not a five star hotel; it’s a four star. The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. They have a ghastly picture of a chateau on one wall. A great place to relax at any time of the year!

Tasteful. Elegant. First Class. I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town. Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer.

To be quite frank, this is a nice 3 star hotel at best. Staff is nice. Food was very bland at restaurants. Was being dripped on while eating lunch. No working power outlets. I get you did/are doing renovations, but don't try and pass this off as a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in nicer 4 star hotels.

Had a issue at the pool. Stepping away to buy 2 drinks in a coconut 🥥 which was under 10 minutes the staff removed our things from pool to give the spot to others. They tried to correct it but felt it could have been handled better. Hopefully our next trip there will be better.

Elevators and restaurants are not enough to accommodate the people when the hotel is full. Rooms are so so.

Good place at good price, the parking cost is $42 a day and the food is good. What I didn't enjoy was that the hot tub was closed to public by 5.30 pm!!! I hated it, same with the pool. They had a great view and respected my reservation king size bed with ocean view. I would definitely come back, the people at the front desk were respectful but the valet was rude

My sister and I loved the room, lovely balcony, pools, beach access, and the shrimp cocktail ? Yummy ?. Staff was kind and very helpful, location wasn't very close to the popular spots, but taxis were readily available. The local bus and trolley service seemed to be working regularly also. All in all we had a great time.

A hotel with the highest service and beautiful unusual interior. In the adjacent area is the skeleton of a mammoth. And the beach is 2 steps away. The food is delicious.

Stayed here for a girls' trip and had an absolute blast. The Plymouth is tucked away from the South Beach craziness but close enough to walk to the beach within 5 minutes. It is so pink, the pool is warm and their is a bar by the pool where the bartender makes great drinks! The Mondrian Hotel is beautiful however there is no clear sign in the front so it is a little bit confusing to figure out where it is from the street. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained especially when it does get busy and crowded of the staff is wonderful. They're currently doing construction so it can be noisy if you were in the spa or in the hotel rooms.
