Good but lots of hidden fees and costs, missing basic free amenities in rooms like water
Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)! Prive and reputation did not match the expectation
I stayed in this hotel with my family from April 11 to April 16 and overall the rating is 4 out of 5, we were satisfied with everything, although on the last day of our visit we noticed that my wife’s new shoes were missing. We filed report together with the security guard. We hope the hotel management will consider its reputation, accumulated over many years, important and will respond.
This is not a five star hotel; it’s a four star. The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. They have a ghastly picture of a chateau on one wall. The bathrooms are nice, and the rooms are quiet in the evening. We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the...
Absolutely loved our stay. Everyone in our group had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of dining options. The check in process was seamless and allowed us to check in early. Would recommend staying here!!
Nice place but they are all about charging you. A $38 drink is a robbery. $309 for a cushion by the pool is absurd. Nice place and well kept main areas. No coffee pot is a big deal. They never reloaded the room refrigerator.

Tasteful. Elegant. First Class. I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town. Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer.
We lucked out booking this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. We loved being helped by Ricardo both at the pool and at the beach. He was so engaged and interesting to talk to and had excellent restaurant recommendations. We were happy to find ourselves in his section at the...
Close to beach , good location , staff are so nice
Wonderful stay ever. The location, the staffs, let me start with Brad the reservation agent, who helped us to book this amazing accommodation room with food and beverage deal. i thank you so much well done. Neysha at the front desk, she was so sweet and she went beyond and above our expectation . she even recognized our anniversary sent us an Amenity. we appreciate the love. Awesome staff. The...
I love the Loews in Miamai and have been staying here for many years. It is well-run, with large, comfortable and quiet rooms, a beautiful boutique and central location with an easy walk to shops, Lincoln Road, and other hotels. It is beachfront with a large pool and access to its own stretch of beach. Beach chairs are usually included in your room rate (but ask first when you check in). It attracts...
To be quite frank, this is a nice 3 star hotel at best. Staff is nice. Food was very bland at restaurants. Was being dripped on while eating lunch. No working power outlets. I get you did/are doing renovations, but don't try and pass this off as a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in nicer 4 star hotels.

A hotel suitable for families or couples Service is relatively slow
We stayed in a small suite with two bathrooms and a small balcony with a harbor view. The beach was very quiet. The pink color was very pretty. It was very photogenic. The facilities were a bit old. Hotels in Miami are generally older.
Please note that it is far from South Beach, so it takes some time to get there, and the sand at the private beach in front is not very fine.
I had an amazing stay at the Grand Beach Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and luxury. The pool area is absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing with amazing drinks. The bar offers excellent drinks!! The food was equally impressive! What really stood out, though, was the VIP access to the beach. It made the entire experience feel extra special...
The lobby and pool are very nice however the rooms are very out dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom however, the main bedroom with a king size bed didn't have a door. One of the bathrooms didn't drain well. The floor caved in a little in different places. It just needs a major face lift.
Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated. Bed in room was very comfortable. Crisp linens. Balcony. Tranquility pool on 7th floor was fabulous. Breakfast outside on the patio, facing the ocean, was wonderful. Cable channels are limited but most folks aren't visiting to watch TV. Lobby coffee bar had delicious ice cream. Helpful gracious people working there.

Seems like it's closed for renovations. I could be wrong.
I love it there I can't wait to get back , I can't wait for my vacation .
I had a nice time staying here. I would go back. Nice people, staff and love that you can just go from the pool straight to the beach.
My experience here was special. Everything was perfect. The location was great and the service was amazing. I also ate there 3 times during my stay and the food was great.
The price for parking is ridiculous but its better than the other parking. The people at the front desk where VERY RUDE..... We had to call room service when we checked in because the toilet had hair on it an was nasty. The location is great an hotel nice just needs some adjustments. I spend 4 days at Miami beach resort & spa this week on 5-14-18 and I rate it 3.5 why I rated medium because they can do more better than what they have now just by upgrading a few things like changing them curtains they are really dated I understand that the hotel is old but curtains have to go as well the carpet they also have to go like now also they need room service and the hallways carpet they...

The hotel is in a very good location, right on Lincoln Avenue in South Beach. The rooms are nice and soundproof, but the room rates are high. The Greek restaurant in the restaurant should have been outsourced, the price/performance ratio is too poor, and the service is average.
As people who travel regularly, we place a lot of emphasis on other reviews when booking. I was rather concerned reading previous reviews of this property, but having stayed at multiple other Ritz Carlton’s (Singapore, Koh Samui, Dalllas, Melbourne etc) we hoped the brand would live up to expectations and great experiences at other properties. IT DID NOT! Strongly suggest avoiding this property at...
One of the affordable ritz carlton but it seems that the hotel is a little bit outdated. Great location tho
If you stay here, you can understand what i gave the all 5 stars to each criteria. very awesome and nice hotel. I really enjoyed.
Building was bit old and foods were ok. Not the best ritz carlton i have ever stayed
The room smelt damp, mouldy… not the best smell for a RC hotel. They shut the A/C down one night for maintenance and the room got uncomfortably hot. That then teamed with a fire alarm at 1am & then again at 5am (obviously caused by the work being carried out) was not a great night stay. After all a hotels basic fulfilment is for a place to sleep!! The staff at the hotel were great 5 star service from...

The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half. I complained to the hotel, but the mattress was not replaced in time. Later, I found that the sliding door lock on the first floor of the guest room could not be locked. It was not repaired that night. The lock was replaced the next morning...
I called twice and was told they would refund me because I was overcharged, but I never got a refund.
The room is a bit old, but the hotel lobby and breakfast are good. The service is average.
The hotel is very good and the service is very thoughtful
No coffee maker in rhe room Very poor soundproofing. I woke up because of iphone ringing in the next room. Just a few amenities available in the bathroom. Frontdesk smiling & friendly but with 0 effectiveness. So fake. The amount blocked on the credit card was 3 times more than the ammount they said they will block. Even so everyday they try to block 100-200$ more. All this with a prepaid booking...

Love this hotel! Just got back from our fourth visit. Didn’t have a great experience upon arrival, But Rachel from guest services made everything better. Highly recommend hanging out by the pool and ask for servers Kat or Daniel!! These two servers are amazing and made our time by the pool very enjoyable. I can’t praise Kat and Daniel enough. The best service we received during our stay 💯
Stayed here for 3 nights, and everything was top notch. I read the negative reviews but decided to stay anyways and glad I did. I expirebce nothing included in the negative reviews. Marcelo checked us in and he great. He explained everything and asked if staying for a special occasion. He also followed up via email and text each night to make sure our stay was nothing but perfect. All the other staff...
Fun place with hip vibe typical of W and perfect fit for Miami Beach - club music and adult atmosphere. Great location and phenomenal service (thank you Rita!) from staff. Nice new touches with available bikes and hotel SUV to drop you at dinner. Beach and pool are both awesome. Get there early for best seats. Rooms are super nice with cool decor, especially if you can get one on a higher level with...
I chose this hotel based on customer reviews, and we would give The W on South Beach 6 stars if we could! The service and hospitality were outstanding! From the valet to the front desk and security throughout the hotel and beach service, everyone is prepared to make sure you have an exceptional stay. Laura at the front desk offered to give us a personal tour of the property! The location is excellent...
The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they go above and beyond to cater to your needs/requests. Our room was beautiful, the hotel maids who cleaned our room every day were very thorough and detailed oriented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Beautiful hotel! Many things to do (pool, beach, bars, restaurants, etc.). Staff is extremely polite and ready to handle any problem. Always have a door open for you. Constant room service. My only complaint would be thin toilet paper ?

After a long travel day, that included a delayed flight and a 1AM arrival at the grand beach hotel, Sophie greeted us with a warm and gracious welcome. Even though our reservation via a 3rd party website was not in the system, she made the check-in process easy and seamless. Sophie was the silver lining we needed in an otherwise bleak day. My family and I stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside for three nights. Overall, great hotel experience. The staff were friendly, our room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were cool. Specifically, they have pools/hot tubs on the ground floor for families, and an adults only pool and hot tub on the roof, which was great (hot tub jets on the roof were broken hence 4 stars - I love hot tubs...
This is my second time staying at this hotel and it is absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. 100% my favorite hotel, the room is spotless, the staff are absolutely amazing, the beach is right behind the hotel, the rooftop pool is adults only and very relaxing. Great location, loved the beach and pool and the restaurant is very convenient for my kids. Excellent service from the pool attendants Augustine and Santiago really made my stay special, as well as the always reliable hotel staff. Special thanks to Ruben, who gave me great advice on where to have fun in the city and always greeted me with respect. Overall great staff and hotel.
My family and I love the Grand Beach Hotel. First of all, when you walk inside, the lobby is very interesting. It's like walking into an open-plan home. All the windows, nice seating, people coming and going, a small deli and a full restaurant that sits on site. The area is just as beautiful. Then of course the main attraction. Ocean. Log in now. We had a great stay at Nobu. Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee). Nobu restaurant was very good food, expect to pay $100+ per person. Service was very friendly and fast. Nobu shares a lobby with the Eden Rock hotel so they also share...
We are just finishing our stay here at Nobu and it was truly an amazing experience. The location, views, rooms, and amenities were all amazing. We were really happy about almost everything at Nobu. The area of Miami Beach itself is a little pricey and since we were using public transportation it was tough to get a good breakfast that didn't make you feel like you were paying for dinner. Their beach is really nice. The service was excellent. The pools were good, and atmosphere was great outdoors and indoors. The hotel was scented with lemon...
I stayed at the Nobu hotel after having had an awful experience at the Fontainebleau my last time in Miami. This 5 start review is due to the fantastic service that I received this past weekend. All around great experience staying here. Really beautiful resort. The spa was definitely on par with worldwide luxury standards. Rooms are small but well equipped. The staff was very attentive and great to deal with.
This place is heaven on Earth. We booked a room on the 8th floor and it had a stunning view. The lobby and bar have great ambiance and are conducive to intimate gatherings.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are as well. I only had 2 issues with my stay here at the St. Regis but I can honestly say the hotel front desk and staff made up for it in a nice way. Our phone wasn’t working once we got there and we couldn’t get into our room after a nice day out. Overall, our stay was here was pleasant.
Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I was surprised to see St. Regis as child friendly as this one, but you can tell they train their staff well to work with children. Don't worry, if you don't like kids, you won't even know about them because they have another pool that is just for adults. Classic Floridian beauty and class. The grounds by the pool /leading to the beach are stunning. The room is quaint, but spotless and decorated in a modern Miami style. Direct beach access with your beach keycard. Breakfast was excellent but pricey. Heads up - Parking costs $42 per day.
Great place to stay for vacation or to have your wedding reception. I attended my friend's wedding and they had their reception here (most of the wedding party and guests also stayed here or at their affiliate hotel). The hotel is very nice. It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small...
My first visit to The Palms was perfect and I will return. I needed a long weekend getaway from the snowy northeast. Very happy with our stay at The Palms. This was my first time booking a trip to South Beach and I was overwhelmed by all of the hotel options so even after all of my research I was still a little concerned that I've missed something. This is a very nice hotel with a few monetary surprises. First of all, the lobby is open and beautiful. There's a coffee and pastry shop in the lobby so it smells amazing every time you enter. The bed was very comfortable and they had the best shampoo, conditioner, and...
Wide bedroom, half modern, half art deco style but very comfortable. The atmosphere is querky, even if the hotel needs a refresh. Big swimming pool, where they make you pay to stay on a bed.... Perfect location for shopping.
I just returned from my second trip to Nautilus and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location, rooms, and service are all excellent. Beautiful hotel. Good service by the pool. My room was perfect. Clean, smelled nice. Even had a second bathroom? It looked like a small apartment. Loved the room and the grounds. They just stand and block the entrance while they loudly gossip, just ruins the whole entrance experience...
The place was nice, but not worth what I paid for it. First, the iron didn't work, it looked like it was from the 90s. My air conditioner never worked, they sent up a technician who literally just looked at the thermometer and stuck his hand in front of the vent and left. Some of the staff were rude, the vast majority of them were very pleasant though. The swimming pool area was great though, and there...

I stayed at the Mondrian for a work event. The catering staff was exceptional, however the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. (1) When I checked in around 4:30 pm, my room was not ready. Great views. On the 14th floor for example.
The Mondrian Hotel is beautiful however there is no clear sign in the front so it is a little bit confusing to figure out where it is from the street. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained especially when it does get busy and crowded of the staff is wonderful. They're currently doing construction so it can be noisy if you were in the spa or in the hotel rooms.

Poor cleaning, uncomfortable bed. Overprice hotel.
I had an incredible stay at the Faena Hotel in Miami Beach. The Living Room club was a vibrant and stylish spot to unwind in the evenings, and the restaurants were equally impressive. The service throughout the hotel was truly five-star. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and full of character. I’d absolutely stay here again.
Staff at front desk can be nicer and not so snobby. Noise at night around 2 am. The property itself is beautiful
From the moment of arrival, one is made to feel like a valued returning guest. It is uncanny how nicely they make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Being a Faena Rose member, I frequent the Faena Hotel quite often and am always glad to see the valet and hotel staff. They are all very welcoming and professional, especially Luis at the door. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we were sad to see how downhill the service has gone. First, the pros: the outside pool area is gorgeous and very relaxing (minus the construction noises next door), the breakfast and lunch food is delicious (we didn’t try dinner), the rooms are comfortable and a good size. We were very pleased with our stay last weekend. The service was friendly, fast, accommodating and overall top notch. The service on the beach was also very attentive, although the food was on the low side. We weren't impressed with the quality of their food, but the cocktails more than made up for it. Great view, clean rooms and eclectic decor. Loved the adults only beach.
Hotel is in a good location with restaurants, bars, convenience stores, liquor stores, etc. All within walking distance. The hotel seems well kept and has direct beach access. Was beautiful but the staff wasn't that friendly. mid day, mid week, took very long time to get Car as they park it 4 blocks away. great pool, beach access, would go again.
Overall nice/clean hotel and our room was clean. All the staff we interacted with was polote. The Pool was a nice size and beach access was convenient. Me and my wife got a basic room (king bed) but it was a bit on the smaller size from what we were expecting. Because of that I would give it a 4/5.
Very good hotel, really nice staff. Very well surrounded. The prices at the bar and restaurants are too high, could be lower. Excellent breakfast, rooms are comfortables and quiet, the swimming pool is beautifull. The beach is just by the fence, water blue and clean. I hope return. Very good. Congratulations.
For a South Beach hotel this place is very good value. Very large bed, large clean bathroom and a well stocked mini bar. Room was quite and it was an easy place to relax. Also has friendly valet parking staff. It has a really nice bar but very few people when I went, but a nice place to get a drink anyway.
Lovely hotel with a nice pool and private beach area. Big hot tub. Evening music at the cabaret (the bar inside) is phenomenal! Wish the singers could just concentrate on singing and didn't have to wait tables while doing it. I guess they're paid in tips. Food is decent and not at the expected resort prices. Recommend for a sunny getaway!
This place is so nice. I was there last December and it was so much fun but cold. The hotel is pretty and it does keeps that concept Art Deco. Breakfasts are expensive but ok. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon 😊 I was impressed with the quality of customer service provided by the staff. The facility was very clean and the aroma throughout the spa was calming. The restaurant at the stand was amazing too, everything was amazingly fresh and served hot to the table. I will plan another day at the beach at this place
Clean! Attentive staff! The beach and pool staff are great! Every dining experience included great food and choice. The long, tall windows offered a beautiful view of the ocean. The spa staff were knowledgeable and my first experience with touchless technology was amazing. The Prism Light Pod was perfect for refreshing my mind from the stresses of life!

I would like to start by saying this hotel staff really showed out for my birthday. I booked a room and a cabana on Easter Sunday and the staff in general were amazing. The pool staff were extremely good sports and wore the bunny ears for a short time. I really felt right at home and they treated me extra special on my special day. The cabana was very roomy and semi private it felt very exclusive....
I had an amazing experience at Kimpton Surfcomber with their Beach Day Pass! Andrea, our waiter, provided exceptional service with a warm and friendly attitude. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made our beach day even more enjoyable. Viviana, the pool attendant, was also fantastic. She ensured that we had everything we needed at the poolside, from fresh towels to refreshing drinks...
My wife and I had wonderful stay at this beautiful and relaxing hotel. We were greeted warmly by Evelyn at the front desk and everything just seemed to fall in place. Michelle and Ivanna prepared an amazing charcuterie board for our room and Manny was wonderful at the bar. Our room was well appointed and very clean. The hotel is exquisitely decorated and the pool area feels very private although it...
Enjoyed our two-night stay and would stay again. Staff are great-all are very friendly. Rooms are small-the room felt like an old European-sized one. We did not have a noisy AC unit in our room- it was fine. The pool heater was broken and staff told me I could use the heated pool at the resort next door. Went to that pool and found that pool was not heated! That was the only disappointment of the stay...
This hotel was perfect in every way for my stay. Beachfront property, pool, location, wonderful service and family friendly. I was in town for my daughter’s competition at the convention center but wanted to enjoy the remaining weekend having fun on the beach. From the moment we pulled into the front, valet was friendly. Wilson welcomed us warmly and explained how to retrieve the car when needed....
Booked a room for Saturday-Tuesday, not knowing it was Miami Music Week. When we got to the hotel Saturday it was utter chaos, but Chase at the front desk explained the situation and moved us to a quieter room away from the EDM pool party. If it wasn’t for him we probably would have sought out another hotel. Overall things were great; clean room, awesome beach access, and friendly service. We were...

For the price it was good. If your budget allows it aim higher, but if not, the view from the pool is the ocean and the famous beach. You probably won't find toilet paper or towels in the bathroom so come prepared. Location is spectacular. Unfortunately or fortunately, it sits over and around a very busy and loud party club that has a band going until late. If that is not your choice keep looking...

The atmosphere, service, and food was impeccable. The price was a bit higher than what I’m used to, but also not local to Miami. The food was 5* quality, and the drinks were flowing nonstop during their Saturday brunch. Highly recommend.
This is a review for the brunch. I live around the corner so I’ve had friends staying at the Setaï and I know from visiting them that the service and amenities are great 👍🏽 Also beach chairs are very spaceful And they provide nice extra add ons. That being said, as a neighbor I come here often and I always enjoy when I see ALEX FURRER The GM: he is always on top of things and I’ve noticed when he is...
I can only say that it is not bad...
Save your money and stay at the FEANA instead!! Way better designed, way more genuine staff, and insanely cooler atmosphere than here. As a luxury hotel designer myself, the design of the Setai could be way better. Service is terrible - rude and plays favorites based on who they think will tip. IE: My sister and I ate at the buffet one morning (very plain buffet, nothing special at all) and they didn...
I could stay here forever! Beautiful hotel with very courteous and professional staff. Great location close to everything and the brunch was fantastic! Brunch, a massage and a nap! Woo woo
It is one of the finest places Miami beach has to offer. Restaurant has amazing food. Try the truffle dumplings and the pecking duck.
