This is by far the best hotel ever!!!!! Me and my wife had the time of our life!!!! We don’t want to leave!!!! Very impressed with the restaurants, beach service, bar accommodations. Just an all around perfect time
Good but lots of hidden fees and costs, missing basic free amenities in rooms like water
We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the place for you
The hotel also boasts an impressive array of amenities, such as multiple pools, a spa, fitness center, beach access, and lively nightlife venues
Everyone in our group had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of dining options. The check in process was seamless and allowed us to check in early. Would recommend staying here!!
The Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel is an iconic luxury resort located in Miami Beach, Florida. It is known for its grand architecture, upscale amenities, and stunning oceanfront location

The lobby isn't grand, but it's quite unique, with numerous palm trees adorning the entrance driveway. There's also a palm-lined staircase leading down to the pool, giving it a very Miami-style feel
It's located next to the Marriott Royal Palm Hotel, making it a prime location. It's not far from the shopping district, and a short walk to the Italian food street. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants nearby
I recommend it to travelers who love a nice view from the balcony, good breakfasts, and the ocean. The hotel is located in the heart of Miami Beach, but it's very quiet and peaceful
They said the renovations were on the lower floors when I was checking in and therefore wouldn't impact me. But on saturday and sunday, it felt like the construction work was happening in my room so that wasn't great
The seaside view is better, the city view is nothing special. If you are going to the beach, you still want the seaside view. The shower head leaked, but it was repaired immediately
A great accommodation experience! I will stay here again when I come to Miami. The location is good, close to the beach, you can go there from the back door of the hotel, and the swimming pool is also good! !

The hotel should be a 5 star hotel it’s clean, the beach is beautiful and the rooms/views itself are immaculate. The hotel is LGBTQIA+ friendly which was a big plus for us
My husband and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest!!! We visited there the week prior to Hurricane Irma hitting and I must say, Eden Roc's staff was on top of EVERYTHING and still managed to accommodate our needs!! We were in the Legendary King Tower and our view from the room was spectacular!!! The rooms were very clean and the bathroom is awesome!! Jetted tubs and walkin shower!!! Front desk concierge...
My girlfriend and I booked our anniversary trip here and it was the best thing we’ve ever done. Diego who works in reservations is one of the best employees working at this hotel
Highly underrated gem and my new favorite hotel in Miami Beach :) There were a lot of people checking in when I arrived, but front desk staff were on top of it and super attentive making it a quick and painless process
We ordered food with the servers at the pool which was great! We did a 1 hr couple massage it was amazing! Over all would love to come back its more north of where all the fun is but it was an amazing experience!
There really is no where to eat but a small cafe that's good and there's 1 restaurant by the pool

The bar offers excellent drinks!! The food was equally impressive! What really stood out, though, was the VIP access to the beach
I highly recommend the Grand Beach Hotel for anyone looking to relax in style with fantastic amenities and a beautiful setting!
I had an amazing stay at the Grand Beach Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and luxury
It made the entire experience feel extra special, with comfortable seating and easy access to the water
The pool area is absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing with amazing drinks
Please note that it is far from South Beach, so it takes some time to get there, and the sand at the private beach in front is not very fine.

This room type is relatively old, and the view is worse than the more expensive rooms. You also need to buy water in the room, but you can use a water bottle to get water downstairs.
Eden Rock is located in the same building as Nobu, but for the twice cheaper price offers waaaaay better rooms and condition. So I liked it a lot/
The room was OK, Japanese style, clean, good environment, but the service was not good. No one was serving at the front desk at night
The hotel is located in the Nobu Hotel building, and the two hotels share the same building
Pool area was good and been given beach towels was an extra bonus
They charged us mini bar fee which we didn’t use. Thanks trip.com help us for refund.

Like a Ritz Carlton around the Globe this is a special one. Its outstanding locatiin on the heart of south beach. Amazing rooms and a service is real fast. A Food also delicious and a pool is heated
The hotel is in a very good location, right on Lincoln Avenue in South Beach. The rooms are nice and soundproof, but the room rates are high
Such an epic disappointment from this brand. I am hoping this property reaches out as promised but it holding my breath. Do better Ritz Carlton South Beach! Not wanting to end on such a sour note
The Greek restaurant in the restaurant should have been outsourced, the price/performance ratio is too poor, and the service is average
I was rather concerned reading previous reviews of this property, but having stayed at multiple other Ritz Carlton’s (Singapore, Koh Samui, Dalllas, Melbourne etc) we hoped the brand would live up to expectations and great experiences at other properties
If you stay here, you can understand what i gave the all 5 stars to each criteria. very awesome and nice hotel. I really enjoyed.

The hotel has a high character ratio, good facilities and services, valet parking is very good, the beach is right outside the swimming pool, and the South Beach commercial street is also close. It is worth choosing.
Excellent location and they had their own beach lounge chair, umbrella, people who were excellent and on top of things
It is very close to the beach, and the small door at the back can go directly to the beach. The room is quite big, the breakfast is average
The proximity to the beach was also a plus. Very walkable area with plenty of things around the hotel. Time to update some of the furniture. At first we thought the table was dirty but it was just old and scratched up
Other than that I didn’t have any problems. I was here for a conference so only enjoyed the pool and beach access one day. The location is also great walking distance to the beach, a mall and the conference center
Highly recommend this place :) I only did a 4 rating because the pool was a little small and became shaded from other hotels around 3pm, plus the drinks at the pool were under poured and over priced (to be expected all over South Beach though)

All the other staff were also great and very accommodating. The rooms are nice, clean, and are comfortable. Food is expensive but they are in hotels in the south beach area so no surprise
Very satisfied. The sea view is beautiful. The balcony is large and comfortable. The hotel service facilities are also complete.
Booked during the Thanksgiving holiday, the price is generally high, not worth the price. The room is on a high floor, but the balcony is facing the sea, you can see the sea, the view is quite open
Excellent cocktails in the lobby bar with a terrace. Well maintained beach and a quick Butler service, convenient Parking and pedestrian access to all attractions of South beach
The overall evaluation is satisfactory, but there was an authorization limit problem when checking in, which was finally resolved after negotiation
The staff's service attitude is very good, the breakfast is also very rich, and the location is excellent

Great hotel and great service! Own beach area and pool with parties.
Room was clean, the shower and TV had some maintenance issues. The beach front was absolutely lovely, the service was excellent
I thought drinks from the bar at the pool were overpirced at $15 per and up before tax! Breakfast was good. Food quality and selection was above par
The pool and beach areas are also lovely, I felt like I didn’t want to leave the hotel! I loved the Confidante and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit Miami Beach
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I brought my girlfriend here to celebrate her 29th birthday and it will be an unforgettable birthday! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome
Great hotel, staff and service. Really enjoyed my stay here and as a Hyatt Globalist you get some added benefits of free breakfast and much more. To annexing pools and cabanas. There is a bar outside near the pool

The lock was replaced the next morning. The coffee cup was not cleaned. You can clearly see the coffee stains on the cup. The round table in the living room was not wiped clean
Full disclosure, I won a stay through a sweepstakes so I did not pay for my stay - however, I did pay for all of the extras, meals, etc
The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half
The hotel is very good and the service is very thoughtful
I complained to the hotel, but the mattress was not replaced in time. Later, I found that the sliding door lock on the first floor of the guest room could not be locked. It was not repaired that night
Overall amazing stay and great orchestration for the wedding I was attending. Would stay again! 9/10, but I'm rounding down

Because it was for an annual trip to celebrate his birthday, I wrote ahead to GM Jesper who was EXCELLENT in his follow-up and helping me plan a few special surprises
Also, even if it's a tad older, it's still VERY clean and maintained excellently. Now, onto the pool and beach, because that's what you're hear for! The staff is SUPER sweet and accommodating around the pool
To be honest, the guys at the beach were never quite as friendly, and in fact, on Thursday, the guy who set us up around 3PM did so with a pretty big attitude, just plopping our towels down on the chairs and walking away to leave us to do his job
Music around the pool was decent (would love some more recognizable pool music, like classic rock or 80s, or the kind of pop music the DJ on Sunday plays, but that's a personal preference)
A+++ to the overall pool staff!!! Chairs go very fast. 60-something chairs around the pool, not including the beds, so you have to get down by 9AM to get one
It feels more like a resort and not a typical South Beach boutique hotel

But, with that said, the hotel itself is VERY nice! Because who stays in the room on vacation! The pool area is amazing with seating all the way out by the gate, nice outside and inside bar area
Gorgeous view from rooms above the 7th floor! We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, 5*. We also had dinner at the restaurant, very tasty! The beach is gorgeous!
Very easy access to the beach, and the breakfast buffet was VERY good, big selection
The air conditioner does not correspond to the degrees, it is either very cold, or you can turn it off and it becomes stuffy. There is a mini coffee maker and some coffee in the room, but this is everywhere in the USA
Breakfast is a buffet, the choice is standard, no frills, but quite large. The problem is the number of people, the tables are always full, you even have to wait for a cup of coffee, the staff does not help with this
The room is strange, the sinks are in the hallway, there is a glass door to the toilet that does not close or lock in any way (that is, not for the shy). There was no hot water in the shower, I don’t know why

Great location right by the beach. Staff were really nice and helpful, the cafe in the lobby area is excellent. The pizza from the restaurant is delicious The pool area is wonderful and Jerry was great
The saving grace for the hotel being the open pool area, large loungers and direct links to the beach a matter of moments away. While I wouldn't necessarily say it was a bad stay, there wasn't much to draw me back
Unfortunately this hotel does not offer shower rooms if you have a late flight and want to spend the day at the beach. They only have “changing rooms” which are equivalent to a changing room at a mall
Great hotel otherwise, but very inconvenient for those looking to make the most of their time
The pool, beach, location, valet parking team were amazing. Service beyond that was mediocre at best. Rooms are ok - but not more than average.
It was wonderful everyone friendly and respectful. I will be back in april

Poor service when checking in, very abrupt woman that checked us in. Room was very very small, with a very poor view, the beds at the pool were filthy. And the walk way between the pools was scruffy too
The library is a great place to chill or work a bit on your laptop. The pool and is somewhat small, but beautiful nonetheless. Staff is very attentive, always asking if you need anything
Very well decorated, excellent vibes. The pool is great. The staff is always helpful. Tuesday night karaoké was a lot of fun. Internet works well, no issue doing video conferences.
Lovely hotel stayed here last year as well! Just made need a little tidying up near the pool and rooms but couldn’t fault anything else!
Beautiful hotel, Amazing location, and very helpful and friendly staff! Francesco was amazing at the front desk. Very informative, helpful, and friendly. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated
Love the aesthetic of the hotel! Jose at the front desk was super friendly. Enjoyable stay! Would definitely be back!

The soaps and shampoos in the shower and bath had pumps that don’t work. They charge $77/night for a resort fee and yet the pool was not accessible because of a “chemical imbalance”
Cool hotel! And the beach is like in the Caribbean)
Most amazing place. Customer service was remarkable.
Pool and beach staff offered amazing services. Housekeeping is not as good, rooms are not cleaned well, we found our bathroom rugs and shower area to be uncleaned and still dirty after housekeeping
Although the sea view balcony of the room is diagonally facing the coast, the view is still good. Most of the service staff are very welcoming and can call me by my name accurately

The environment is very good, the decoration facilities are very beautiful, it is very close to the sea, and the food in the restaurant is also delicious
A very cost-effective hotel in the core area of Miami. It has everything you need, including a restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and spa
Very good hotel 👍👍The room is clean and comfortable, and the beach is just outside the garden 🌹
The service is also good, especially the uncle who is in charge of luggage storage is very enthusiastic, always greets us with a smile, and takes the initiative to ask if we need to call an Uber
It's just that our room is at the elevator entrance, and the elevator is very loud, starting at 6:30 every morning and very frequent, which really affects sleep
The room is not small, the bed is big and comfortable, and the shower and toilet are in two rooms, which is very good

The cabanas are amazing and comfortable - and close to the beach! John and Oscar were the first faces I saw and they were so helpful in introducing us to everyone
And the pool is my favorite on South Beach
Girls trip is off to an amazing start!! We arrived in the morning and while waiting for our rooms, we were taken care of incredibly. Belen and Julian have been so accommodating
We didn't have time to use the pool, but can confirm that the area outside was gorgeous and led straight to the beach. This area will cost you $30 a day even if you don't want to use it
Their pool team helped us out 10/10 and made sure to provide us water for hydration but also kept the party going with amazing drinks and food. We ordered tacos post flight and they were the best tacos and guacamole
Wide bedroom, half modern, half art deco style but very comfortable. The atmosphere is querky, even if the hotel needs a refresh. Big swimming pool, where they make you pay to stay on a bed. Perfect location for shopping

The room faces the sea, and the view is very comfortable. The hotel beach is not big and is shared with the hotel next door. The beach chairs are collected by the staff at about 5 or 6 pm
📌Good location, with hotel beach and swimming pool 📌The restaurant is delicious, we had two meals in the two days we stayed in the hotel 📌The hotel service is also good, the cleaning staff also helped to tidy up the table, etc
If you want to lie on the beach, you need to go early
The curtains let the sun shine directly into your bed at 6:00 AM. The beach closes at 5:00 PM, and you'll have to vacate your lounger even if it's sunny until 8:00 PM
The room type I booked on Ctrip was the worst room type in the hotel. The conditions were very poor and uncomfortable. Fortunately, the hotel service was good

Beautiful always, a spot worth experiencing. Very nice staff in hotel, restaurant and bar closest to beach entrance. Lobby bar is intimate and inviting - bar tender takes the job quite seriously but drinks are top notch.
A few times he lived in, this large historic hotel on Collins Avenue with great views from the rooms on the sea and the beach is a great Japanese restaurant Umi. Friendly staff, large rooms and a stylish interior design
And then some employees were just curt and straight up rude. Once we were told we had to leave the pool at 2PM, and then we come back down at 4PM and people were still there! Which we found very upsetting
The hotel was built in the art Deco style exactly 70 years ago,the main attraction of hotels South beach. named in honor of President Roosevelt. Here you can touch history of architecture Miami
It is an Argentinian BQQ with Japanese Fusion and I am still thinking about the meals I had there. My biggest complaint/concern was the service at the pool and the clueless employees
Great Agua Spa with full treatment and a small piece of public beach with sun beds,as with all the neighboring hotels

The valet was great! Much appreciated to grab our car several times a day because we had an infant and errands to run
Room was small & outdated but generally pretty clean. Bed was comfortable & shower large & good pressure. Valet service was great, gentlemen were quick to retrieve & friendly
If you don't want over spending for a beach front hotel, this one is a great choice. I walked to the Lincoln Revenue too. But you can take free bus to there also
We are well traveled and appreciate clean, upscale yet affordable hotels. This exemplifies all of the above! The rooms were clean and updated. Yeah, a little small but okay
They have a pool and hot tub that overlook the water, a free shuttle to the beach, and just an overall good atmosphere
Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay on Miami Beach
