We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the place for you

However, you may suffer from hearing loss after the experience. The music was over the top loud. They have numerous employees around the pool area mostly keeping non hotel guests out

Everyone in our group had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of dining options. The check in process was seamless and allowed us to check in early. Would recommend staying here!!

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel is an iconic luxury resort located in Miami Beach, Florida. It is known for its grand architecture, upscale amenities, and stunning oceanfront location

This is not a five star hotel; it’s a four star. The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. They have a ghastly picture of a chateau on one wall. The bathrooms are nice, and the rooms are quiet in the evening

On the whole, the hotel isn’t luxurious, and thus, not a five star experience

Alex and Ana at the pool bar were our favorite part of our stay in Plymouth. Not only did they work together to create delicious and creative cocktails from the menu, but they were also incredibly welcoming and friendly

We have 2 towels and chairs on the beach and a free full breakfast every day! The location of the hotel was really perfect, right off the beaten path which was nice because it was quiet at night but just steps from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the Plymouth Hotel, we got a king terrace room which was amazing, the whole room was windows with a large terrace and 2 chairs. The blue ribbon restaurant was a really nice addition

The rooms are beautiful and clean. Amazing decor! The lobby smells so fresh and immediately makes you feel relaxed. The pool area has some of the best drinks! The atmosphere is relaxing and they put great lo-fi music

In fact one day as we were heading to the pool we showed up to it being closed, we inquired with the front desk and were told we should have received a note the night before as we were not part of the group attending the private event on the pool deck, no notices was received until 4pm that afternoon, 4 hours after the pool closed

The pool is nice here, the room is modern but the nice touches are missing from this boutique hotel

There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious! The waiters are great and charismatic. For only $45 you have valet parking, with in and out privileges. The people at valet are quick and very communicative

If I could give it more stars I would! This hotel meets ALL expectations. My partner and I come here every time we are in town and it has never let us down. They really make you feel cared for

Loved the feature to order room service, house keeping, extra towels, and not having to wait to speak to an actual person. This AI automated system was easier and convenient

We asked for a luggage cart when we checked in and they didn't provide us with one, we called for the car from the room and 15 min after they didn't pick up the key yet to pull it around! Overall nice hotel

Went to stay there in August 2021. The place was nice and clean, it's almost like a little apartment with a kitchenette. There is a security deposit and they have Beach towels for you to use

Suzy at the front desk (and her side-kick, Chi Chi the cat) were very friendly and hospitable. Housekeeping was great as well, tidied up the room everyday and even went the extra step to fold some clothes we had left out

Perfect location in South Beach - no frills, but comfortable for what you pay for. Stayed there for three nights during Art Basel weekend for a girls trip and we all felt very safe here

The lady there named Susy was so nice, make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you needed in regards to your room. She'll also let you know what's around the area

As for parking, there is a parking garage, but if you're visiting Maimi Beach it's best not to do a rental, saves a lot of hassle of finding parking and paying the parking fees

The rooms are clean and spacey, location is AMAZING and the people are the best - Suzie is super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

There is parking nearby for $35 per night. The hotel is small, cozy, with a partial view of the ocean from the balcony. There is a small swimming pool on the 4th floor

We did a Miami to key West road trip and stayed at 8 hotels in 10 days. Sense takes the prize as the best of them. Fantastic small boutique hotel space with a great room and the rooftop pool space it truly amazing

Our waiter I wish I knew his name was very attentive and recommended the Crab Cake Benedict which was delicious! I was in the mood for something sweet so I ordered the banana pancakes which were quite dreamy and melt in your mouth! I'm only going back to Miami for brunch! Oh, mimosas, you will definitely feel them, take your time

You can even see the ocean right from the balcony of our room (#3). However, I think my favorite part was the breakfast we had in the cafe downstairs. The food was amazing and every dish I saw looked amazing

A local home experience, yes the experience was amazing from top to bottom. We had a party of 7 people on Saturday morning. The owner was very kind and accommodating to our group

One of the best locations to stay on Ocean Dr, it's almost directly in the middle of the strip, giving you access to all the great bars and restaurants that line Ocean Dr

Cool hotel; see if the ocean view is available. It costs less than $50 more and is worthwhile. Check the wifi; it wasn't good when I was there. Still, a great hotel.

Also the windows were blacked-out, probably no view in this hotel anyway. But I really appreciated that they provide with an iron, ironing board, chairs and safe. I just wish the layout of the room was better planned

The closet was very small and full of stuff like ironing board, beach chairs. If you want to hang clothes, you have to take out half of the things but then it's hard to move around in the room

We stayed 7 nights at the end of February and had a lovely corner room with kitchenette & sitting area. Great amenities that we took full advantage of: bikes, pool, patio & lobby areas great for relaxing

There was a young man working the pool area who was equally helpful, and a young woman who was not so helpful (don't know their names)

It's a revamped old hotel so the walls are thin but we slept fine with a fan going. The kitchenette was a nice perk and we had a beautiful view from our window of the canal. The pool was its own oasis, private and comfy

We immediately checked out the pool and had a wonderful lunch in a happy peaceful patio and great drinks too. we were on our way to being happy again

Hotel location is between a waterway and the beach with convenient buses one block away on Collins Street. Quick and easy trip to Lincoln Road, South Beach & South Pointe

The pool is great and the rooms even have a small laundry machine and Nespresso machine

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and it smelled really nice and the rooftop pool was nice. The front desk staff were accommodating and friendly

The hotel is definitely above average. I would love to stay here on my next visit. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the rooms were well kept. The washer dryer combo made our extended stay convenient

Very impressive studio with modern design and complete tableware. There is a washing machine as well! Super convenient for the last day of our trip. Be aware that there is about $38 for resort fee.

This was a nice little getaway for me and my fiance and our son! We really loved it although the beds were so small. Other than that we had a great time and it was at a great location. The price was reasonable also

I guess the issue that it is right on collins ave. if you are facing the park on the back it is pretty quiet until garbage collection in the morning. the only walking distance you can go is the beach

however place is very decent and has very comfortable beds, very clean, free parking

It's cheap to book here and you have good parking space if you have a car with you. I also love how close it is to the beach, just a two block walk

You get what you pay for but if you want to be really close to the beach and save money by doing so, this is a great place to start

Also the window with ocean views had blinds that will not raise entirely, thus blocking the ocean view. They seem to be almost intentionally blocking the ocean views, which were quite nice

Our room had an ocean facing balcony unfortunately it was locked from the outside and we were not able to use it which was very disappointing

The location is a little tricky to find but it is a lovely little boutique hotel right off of south beach

but less so if you have to stand with your head inside the blinds to enjoy them

the downside is no real service, the weekend is better but no turndown so all wet towels from your day are there til the next day and asked for hangers 5 times

We enjoyed dining here along with pool and beachside cocktails. They have a rooftop pool area that overlooks South Beach its lovely at night

Lovely restaurant with sea views!! Great adult only pool on the roof ,rooms are good sizes and 2 bathrooms for a one bed

We also had some kind of mechanical malfunction our first night where water had soaked underneath the bed (presumably from the A/C closet to the right of the bed, but could have also been from some folks who flooded the hallway leading to the rooftop pool [see photos]) and saturated the floor between the bed and the balcony

Location was great - right by the beach and lots of places to eat. The facilities and pool area were brilliant! Really good set up for kids.

They take pride in this place. It was very clean and comfortable. The entire staff aims to please! The only way to go is to use the valet parking. The valets hustle and work very hard to get your car quickly

Excellent service from the pool attendants Augustine and Santiago really made my stay special, as well as the always reliable hotel staff

After a long travel day, that included a delayed flight and a 1AM arrival at the grand beach hotel, Sophie greeted us with a warm and gracious welcome

Even though our reservation via a 3rd party website was not in the system, she made the check-in process easy and seamless. Sophie was the silver lining we needed in an otherwise bleak day

Specifically, they have pools/hot tubs on the ground floor for families, and an adults only pool and hot tub on the roof, which was great (hot tub jets on the roof were broken hence 4 stars - I love hot tubs)

Special thanks to Ruben, who gave me great advice on where to have fun in the city and always greeted me with respect. Overall great staff and hotel

The friendly and accommodating staff is the reason we stay at the grand beach every time we travel to Florida

The hotel is in an excellent proximity to many things. The rooftop pool is warm and the offer towels, sunscreen and poolside service

It was a little quiet up there compared to other pools in the area (you could hear the music from the other pool) but definitely a nice place to relax

Speaking of the beach, it was only 2-3 blocks from Ocean Drive and the beach so it was very convenient to walk there for a bit. It also had a wonderful rooftop pool that was criminally underutilized by visitors

The balcony was spacious with a huge wicker seat to relax in. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to chill out after a long day biking around

They serves fresh chilled lemonade and water in the lobby and out by the pool

Extremely clean, plenty of things to do at the hotel including the two pools and hot tubs, games, and restaurants. We also had the opportunity to use bicycles as a part of our package

The ladies at front desk are the most kindest front desk people my partner & I have ever met. Their quick accommodations & kind hospitality reassured me during a very stressful & disgusting Airbnb stay disaster

We were told at check in that there was roof construction going on. Around 9:00pm we got a call to our room that with the heavy rain and construction, there was leak on the floor and we needed to move rooms

I asked if there was an upgrade, and they put us in an ocean front room for free. All of the staff were really friendly, and accommodating. Felipe, Andrew, and Dalton were some of the front desk staff that stood out

They were able to get us a clean room super last minute around 12-1am, offer us drinks & inform us on what this beautiful area & hotel offers

This hotel really deserves 5 stars! From check in the receptionist was extremely sweet and personable. I believe her name was Caroline. She made sure we got a good room based on our reservation

We lucked out booking this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful

We loved being helped by Ricardo both at the pool and at the beach. He was so engaged and interesting to talk to and had excellent restaurant recommendations

We were happy to find ourselves in his section at the beach the following day; we loved him! We ate at Lure one night and were helped by the GM and waited on by Dennis who gave excellent suggestions and were lovely to deal with

This hotel is right on Collins where everything is happening. Lincoln Road mall is right down the street and so is Ocean Drive. Overall, I had a blast and will definitely come back

I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town

It is beachfront with a large pool and access to its own stretch of beach. Beach chairs are usually included in your room rate (but ask first when you check in)
