Pool area was beautiful and I liked the mix of vintage and modern architecture. Starbucks right across the street was a nice plus

I am only giving 4 stars and not 5 because our room was not ready until 5pm the day we checked in however, because of that, we received a $100 dining credit at the hotel and the staff made it easy for us to store our luggage and enjoy the pool and beach

We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the place for you

However, you may suffer from hearing loss after the experience. The music was over the top loud. They have numerous employees around the pool area mostly keeping non hotel guests out

Everyone in our group had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of dining options. The check in process was seamless and allowed us to check in early. Would recommend staying here!!

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel is an iconic luxury resort located in Miami Beach, Florida. It is known for its grand architecture, upscale amenities, and stunning oceanfront location

This is not a five star hotel; it’s a four star. The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. They have a ghastly picture of a chateau on one wall. The bathrooms are nice, and the rooms are quiet in the evening

On the whole, the hotel isn’t luxurious, and thus, not a five star experience

The restaurant have several good spots for taking cool pictures. Also you can book a room in the hotel if you wanna stay but is kind of expensive. The pool is one of my favorite parts

To walk thru and imagine the history of this mansion and the memories of those that have visited through out the years. The food was extremely delicious and expertly prepared. The beverages were the best I have ever had

If you are fan of Italian food and wanna go to a elegant dinner , one of the best options is Versace restaurant. Extremely romantic , elegant and gorgeous restaurant. The food and service is good

I went off the drink menu and requested a Rum Runner from scratch. It was a large glass but I still ordered another. This is an experience not to be missed. The atmosphere is very impressive

This place deserves my 5 stars because of Matteo’s service. Highly professional, courteous, very polite, and delivered with perfect timing for everything we needed

I really like the way the room was set up. My fav feature was being able to play music from the iPad on the wall. I would have given it a 5 if they had hand towels, complimentary stuff like Kleenex, and free parking

- very close to Lincon Rd (3blocks out) with several options for bars and restaurants (walking distance) - 15min walk to the beach

very convenient too always clean and tidy peolple/staff always willing to help and very friendly

Location was great and in walking distance to the mall and the beach. My other complaint is that it was hard to find. I had to call to get directions but the staff was patient and kind

We lucked out booking this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful

We loved being helped by Ricardo both at the pool and at the beach. He was so engaged and interesting to talk to and had excellent restaurant recommendations

We were happy to find ourselves in his section at the beach the following day; we loved him! We ate at Lure one night and were helped by the GM and waited on by Dennis who gave excellent suggestions and were lovely to deal with

This hotel is right on Collins where everything is happening. Lincoln Road mall is right down the street and so is Ocean Drive. Overall, I had a blast and will definitely come back

I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town

It is beachfront with a large pool and access to its own stretch of beach. Beach chairs are usually included in your room rate (but ask first when you check in)

Stepping away to buy 2 drinks in a coconut 🥥 which was under 10 minutes the staff removed our things from pool to give the spot to others. They tried to correct it but felt it could have been handled better

Like a Ritz Carlton around the Globe this is a special one. Its outstanding locatiin on the heart of south beach. Amazing rooms and a service is real fast. A Food also delicious and a pool is heated

I needed olive oil, more pepper and also some extra milk for the coffee and was not only willing to fulfil all this necessities, but also her kindness and professionalism made the real difference in my stay

We were upgraded to a partial ocean view room with a king bed upon check in and were pleasantly surprised to see the hotel staff had set up decorations to celebrate the purpose of our trip

The room was very comfortable, pool and beach were beautiful, and the service never disappointed. We ate most of our meals outside of the hotel, we like exploring, but the meals we did have at the hotel were all great

When I just checked in, the person who received me was not so welcoming, actually made me fill as I was not the Hotel's expectation by being a foreign language native speaker, but after that, and fortunately everything went better, and I must say that the most helpful stuff at the front desk became from Spanish people, they were really nice and helpful

The resort fee includes Beach chairs and towels with is a convenient, the pool towels and a pool

I loved my stay the staff is amazing. Michelle is the heart of this hotel. the only disappointed thing was the pool. they under construction but that was minor. will be coming back in August

Great room, large enough space, decent price. Excellent hang out space. Was excited because they had 3 pools advertised however when we checked in we were informed the pool we're closed due to rennovations.

Cons to the hotel will be the resort fee doesn’t include a simple breakfast and the room doesn’t include a mini refrigerator or microwave. The hotel pools are only 4 feet but are comfortable and relaxing

The first night we where at a room and the AC stopped working so we moved to the second floor after the second room we moved in a couple days later that AC stopped working and we had a maintenance guy look at it and moved again down the hall we were in that room for one night cause we thought we were moving back we ended up at another room on that floor and it was good till the 13th day and our beds...

Hotel rooms are very lovely and spacious with big attached bathrooms. My experience was outstanding.

very nice!! They have a total of 3 pools, but one is for adults only but I saw kids down there as well, which was a part of our view, the second pool view we had was from the hotel next door to us, but both were nice, including the terrace view with the adult pool as well

The only thing that I didn’t like was on arrival the desk clerk stated she needed a credit card on file, which is understandable, but she stated that they were going to charge my card a $300 block…I said why? She said for damages…I said who is going to make $300 worth of damages to a room? And second I did not see anything about this online when booking and reading the terms and policy! The only thing...

okay first of all not everyone needs a tan and want to sit directly in the sun so how long are you going to keep your guest from using the umbrellas? He said they were watching the weather and once the winds drop they will allow everyone to open them…

so be aware of that! Also I didn’t like the fact that on one day we went to the beach and the hotel provides two beach chairs and umbrella, however, that day the beach staff stated that we could not open the umbrella’s due to high winds…

so I asked for the manager – so when she returned she said the manger stated they would just charge my card a $150 block …even though I still did not want to except that after paying $1055 prepaid to stay at the hotel …

so I told my husband screw that lets go over to the contractor that was right next to the us renting out chairs and umbrellas to the public that were bigger and better anyway…

A hotel with the highest service and beautiful unusual interior. In the adjacent area is the skeleton of a mammoth. And the beach is 2 steps away. The food is delicious.

I had a nice time staying here. I would go back. Nice people, staff and love that you can just go from the pool straight to the beach.

My experience here was special. Everything was perfect. The location was great and the service was amazing. I also ate there 3 times during my stay and the food was great.

5 why I rated medium because they can do more better than what they have now just by upgrading a few things like changing them curtains they are really dated I understand that the hotel is old but curtains have to go as well the carpet they also have to go like now also they need room service and the hallways carpet they was clean but old but the walls and doors goes with the theme an old hotel old...

This was a nice little getaway for me and my fiance and our son! We really loved it although the beds were so small. Other than that we had a great time and it was at a great location. The price was reasonable also

I guess the issue that it is right on collins ave. if you are facing the park on the back it is pretty quiet until garbage collection in the morning. the only walking distance you can go is the beach

however place is very decent and has very comfortable beds, very clean, free parking

It's cheap to book here and you have good parking space if you have a car with you. I also love how close it is to the beach, just a two block walk

You get what you pay for but if you want to be really close to the beach and save money by doing so, this is a great place to start

However, Nobu has an adult only pool which was so peaceful and great amenity. The only two pools looked very kid friendly. The men's sauna and steam room was out of order in the spa which was disappointing

We stayed in a beachfront suite and the room was spectacular. Very comfortable bed, one of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed in. The spa was beautiful, there are 3 pools with very comfortable lounge chairs

Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee)

We are just finishing our stay here at Nobu and it was truly an amazing experience. The location, views, rooms, and amenities were all amazing

The pools were good, and atmosphere was great outdoors and indoors. The hotel was scented with lemon grass tea, which was subtle but really a big factor of feeling comfort of vacation. Positive vibes were plentiful

Nobu restaurant was very good food, expect to pay $100+ per person. Service was very friendly and fast. Nobu shares a lobby with the Eden Rock hotel so they also share pools

Everything Ok..Good facilities and departament very comfortable and clean. But unfortunately I lost one blouse and my new bra just bought. Spend great moment going to the beach. And the location is really nice.

Great Hostel! I stayed 6 days at Freehand Miami Hostel for holidays. The Pool and the terrace are very nice

It was okay, wish I would have tried the Chicken Sandwich as I have heard amazing things. Cool vibe by the pool! Hostel was only a couple blocks from the beach and only a block from a bus stop

One of the best hostels in the world. Amazing cocktails, fun atmosphere, clean rooms, and the people that stay here are always fun and easygoing. Grab a drink and make new friends by the pool

Unfortunately on my last day while hanging out at the pool and having a good time, we were forced 2 get up and move with no warning and no signs around for a private event of some sort

prob one of the best hostels in the area. plugs, enough bathrooms, friendly staff, gorgeous outdoor area, and affordable! only downside is the wifi isn’t great. but it’s such a cute spot, and right next to the bus stop

The beach and pool chairs are high end with towel and drink service. There's a lovely and safe boardwalk that runs directly behind the hotel so guests can walk and jog throughout the day

There's beach access by the pool area, which makes it very convenient to go to/from the beach. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. There's valet parking but it can be quite expensive

Great place to stay for vacation or to have your wedding reception. I attended my friend's wedding and they had their reception here (most of the wedding party and guests also stayed here or at their affiliate hotel)

It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small to average-size rooms but that's not a big deal

My first visit to The Palms was perfect and I will return. I needed a long weekend getaway from the snowy northeast. The Palms sits directly on the beach/ocean with fabulous views from the oceanfront rooms

Your stay includes beach chairs, towels, breakfast (not much for kosher consumers, kosher yogurt would have been fantastic), beach umbrella, beach bikes, and a glorious pool with a dj playing all day

I took my wife there for a much-needed stay-cation, and she felt rejuvenated and relaxed by the end of our stay. Breakfast was clean with many choices— I’d say it beats just about any hotel breakfast I’ve had

Had an outstanding stay on a Friday night. Designated parking spots for those with babies and strollers close to the lobby entrance were convenient, which we gratefully used

When I mentioned a light was out in our bathroom and the bathtub faucet dripped, they were there next day to repair! I can't say enough about the amenities

We literally made a full vacation just from the hotel amenities. This was a couples vacation with my husband, but I would definitely return with the kids

The manager is a professional, down-to-earth guy and personally gave us tips on enjoying the beachfront. My wife loved that particular stretch of beach

And the pool is my favorite on South Beach

Girls trip is off to an amazing start!! We arrived in the morning and while waiting for our rooms, we were taken care of incredibly. Belen and Julian have been so accommodating

Their pool team helped us out 10/10 and made sure to provide us water for hydration but also kept the party going with amazing drinks and food. We ordered tacos post flight and they were the best tacos and guacamole

Wide bedroom, half modern, half art deco style but very comfortable. The atmosphere is querky, even if the hotel needs a refresh. Big swimming pool, where they make you pay to stay on a bed. Perfect location for shopping

We didn't have time to use the pool, but can confirm that the area outside was gorgeous and led straight to the beach. This area will cost you $30 a day even if you don't want to use it

I just returned from my second trip to Nautilus and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location, rooms, and service are all excellent. We actually preferred the King room to the suite we had last time

Fantastic hotel for the price. Rooms were clean, pool was perfectly relaxing but the star of the show was Walter. He’s exceedingly attentive, makes a mean drink and always in a fantastic mood. Would recommend

Stayed here for a girls' trip and had an absolute blast. The Plymouth is tucked away from the South Beach craziness but close enough to walk to the beach within 5 minutes

My partner and I recently stayed here and we had the most magical stay! The pool is absolutely adorable! It is so pink, the pool is warm and their is a bar by the pool where the bartender makes great drinks! For lunch we had Blue Ribbon sushi which is the restaurant in the hotel -- it's also a great dinner spot! We had the perfect stay and an incredible day chilling by the pool! Highly recommend this...

The hotel was well-appointed and our rooms were absolutely spotless. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic and had a great happy hour selection. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Pretty overpriced because of location. It was nice, the orange blossom resturant was lovely. Problem is just not much to do, rooftop pool and Jacuzzi is pretty neat. The fuzball and ping pong was in a boring spot

What a great place to spend two nights in Miami. If you are into art, and the South Beach vibe - this is the place for you. Just minutes (walk) away from the beach, with a complimentary chair and towel

15 bucks for an umbrella, but the towel and chairs are free! The ocean was a bit fussy and cold, but in February is what to expect

Nice room, pool was also nice but hit tub could be hotter. Very close to beach with chairs supplied. Definitely would go back.

Rooms renovated at the old building but still like old-fashioned or retro, kinda old style! Beds are good and bathroom with good shower and space, but the frost glass door (that does not close at all) takes all the privacy of the room! There’s Public parking all around ($4 an hour) but way expensivier than the hotel valet that is still expensive for a day parking ($40/day - feb2018)

There was a small closet but no where to place items that you normally don’t hang like underwear. Lastly, this is an adult hotel, but the pool on the rooftop closes at 7 pm which is way too early

The housekeeping staff does a great job refreshing your room and making sure there are always clean towels by the pool. The pool area is amazing! Friendly staff greet you and make sure you are comfortable

The rooms are quite beautiful; stylishly decorated and comfortable as well. The roof top pool is a great way to wind down the afternoon, with excellent cocktail service

While we didn't have a chance to make it to the hotel bar, we walked through one and it was very cool. Big shout out to Jordan and the staff for accommodating our wonderful stay. We'll definitely be coming back

The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Joey. The only issue in the room is there are no cabinets/drawers to place clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases

They offer free breakfast outdoors in a lanai type area. with coffee, espresso, a variety of herbal teas (I had the hibiscus berry blend, delicious), a variety of pastries, plain croissants and hot ham & cheese croissants
