This is by far the best hotel ever!!!!! Me and my wife had the time of our life!!!! We don’t want to leave!!!! Very impressed with the restaurants, beach service, bar accommodations. Just an all around perfect time

Good but lots of hidden fees and costs, missing basic free amenities in rooms like water

One of the best choices we have made! I went to this hotel for my anniversary and the whole experience went perfect. The staff made us feel very special and would ALWAYS go above and beyond to help us

Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)! Prive and reputation did not match the expectation

Everyone in our group had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of dining options. The check in process was seamless and allowed us to check in early. Would recommend staying here!!

We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the place for you

We were happy to find ourselves in his section at the beach the following day; we loved him! We ate at Lure one night and were helped by the GM and waited on by Dennis who gave excellent suggestions and were lovely to deal with

Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer

We lucked out booking this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful

It attracts all age groups: families, couples, angles, girls weekends, etc. it has some of the best room prices on the beach considering it's oceanfront location and amenities

It is beachfront with a large pool and access to its own stretch of beach. Beach chairs are usually included in your room rate (but ask first when you check in)

My husband and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest!!! We visited there the week prior to Hurricane Irma hitting and I must say, Eden Roc's staff was on top of EVERYTHING and still managed to accommodate our needs!! We were in the Legendary King Tower and our view from the room was spectacular!!! The rooms were very clean and the bathroom is awesome!! Jetted tubs and walkin shower!!! Front desk concierge...

My girlfriend and I booked our anniversary trip here and it was the best thing we’ve ever done. Diego who works in reservations is one of the best employees working at this hotel

If your looking to book a trip ask to speak to him. Anything you need he is the person to speak to he made our trip so memorable

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Beach Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and luxury

The pool area is absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing with amazing drinks

Please note that it is far from South Beach, so it takes some time to get there, and the sand at the private beach in front is not very fine.

I highly recommend the Grand Beach Hotel for anyone looking to relax in style with fantastic amenities and a beautiful setting!

My experience here was special. Everything was perfect. The location was great and the service was amazing. I also ate there 3 times during my stay and the food was great.

The price for parking is ridiculous but its better than the other parking. The people at the front desk where VERY RUDE. We had to call room service when we checked in because the toilet had hair on it an was nasty

5 why I rated medium because they can do more better than what they have now just by upgrading a few things like changing them curtains they are really dated I understand that the hotel is old but curtains have to go as well the carpet they also have to go like now also they need room service and the hallways carpet they was clean but old but the walls and doors goes with the theme an old hotel old...

I was rather concerned reading previous reviews of this property, but having stayed at multiple other Ritz Carlton’s (Singapore, Koh Samui, Dalllas, Melbourne etc) we hoped the brand would live up to expectations and great experiences at other properties

IT DID NOT! Strongly suggest avoiding this property at all costs. Look at the low ranked reviews, they all make sense to me after staying. This property has us questioning if we would ever stay with this brand again

Amazing isn’t it, how one property can tarnish a brands reputation. We have been overcharged after checkout after settling the bill when leaving (unresolved at this point but will get to that later)

The first room we checked into had air conditioning so loud you could not hear the TV. It was also dirty with marks and dust/grime on every surface and excess dog hair on the floor

The majority of the staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than at the Ritz Carlton South, can’t say I blame them but really let the place down

He upgraded us, which was appreciated but not expected, just a room with a reasonable a/c would have been fine. Rooms are very average, worn and not clean

Other than that I didn’t have any problems. I was here for a conference so only enjoyed the pool and beach access one day. The location is also great walking distance to the beach, a mall and the conference center

The rooms are very comfortable; my only complaint is that it’s hard to get out of bed the next morning! The resort is within a very short walking distance to the beach and Ocean Drive, where you can find plenty of dining, drinks, and entertainment options

The staff, especially Christopher, was very helpful with me checking in and assisting me. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and I politely asked if my room was ready and they were able to get me in

My tv didn’t work when I got it so I went back down and they sent up the engineer immediately. I think I stayed in a renovated room. They even let me stay a couple hours after my checkout time when I asked nicely

We celebrated my wife’s birthday on our last day of our stay on the beautiful beach! The staff was awesome and were so happy to hear we could have food service right on the beach! Our server, Victoria was wonderful

I want to take the time to say the service in the hotel is absolutely incredible. We are here for a couple days during mandatory evacuation and the hotel staff has been more than generous and accommodating

I chose this hotel based on customer reviews, and we would give The W on South Beach 6 stars if we could! The service and hospitality were outstanding! The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they go above and beyond to cater to your needs/requests. Our room was beautiful, the hotel maids who cleaned our room every day were very thorough and detailed oriented

Rooms are super nice with cool decor, especially if you can get one on a higher level with ocean access. We loved our weekend away here. Areas of improvement - food at restaurant is just ok and very overpriced

The hotel rooms are spacious with modern decor. We loved the ocean view and were gifted an upgrade to a higher floor, along with some additional surprising gifts, which we found when we returned from dinner

The food and drinks are incredible. The atmosphere of the hotel is very artsy, with eclectic and tasteful elements. The room was beautiful with a great view of the ocean. I highly recommend and we will be back!

Great hotel, staff and service. Really enjoyed my stay here and as a Hyatt Globalist you get some added benefits of free breakfast and much more. To annexing pools and cabanas. There is a bar outside near the pool

Great service all the way to housekeeping - and beach crew. Throw in the resort superlatives-superior IPA served by Raymond at the lobby bar, and a custom cocktail by Thomas (ask for the rosemary/Orange whatnot)

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I brought my girlfriend here to celebrate her 29th birthday and it will be an unforgettable birthday! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome

Room is great, clean, bathroom is nicely updated. The hotel restaurant has some of the best hot chicken I have ever had. Limited beer menu at the bars, but all in all I would absolutely stay here again

The lock was replaced the next morning. The coffee cup was not cleaned. You can clearly see the coffee stains on the cup. The round table in the living room was not wiped clean

Full disclosure, I won a stay through a sweepstakes so I did not pay for my stay - however, I did pay for all of the extras, meals, etc

The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half

Adding a few bright lights in the room would pull this up! The restroom was reasonable, no complaints there. The last issue was the pillows. While long and not flat, they were less comfortable than in comparable hotels

I complained to the hotel, but the mattress was not replaced in time. Later, I found that the sliding door lock on the first floor of the guest room could not be locked. It was not repaired that night

Also, even if it's a tad older, it's still VERY clean and maintained excellently. Now, onto the pool and beach, because that's what you're hear for! The staff is SUPER sweet and accommodating around the pool

To be honest, the guys at the beach were never quite as friendly, and in fact, on Thursday, the guy who set us up around 3PM did so with a pretty big attitude, just plopping our towels down on the chairs and walking away to leave us to do his job

Jojo and Nicole did a great job each day for food + drink service. They were always present, but never in an overbearing way. After a day or two, they remembered personal preferences, which is really impressive

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and enjoyed a thoroughly warm reception by the staff who got us situated right away. We had a STUNNING room upgrade for our special birthday and the views were excellent

Listen, it's very clear that the entire Shore Club staff is aware the hotel structure itself may have seen better days, but they're working on some exciting decoration updates in the months ahead from what I hear

But, with that said, the hotel itself is VERY nice! Because who stays in the room on vacation! The pool area is amazing with seating all the way out by the gate, nice outside and inside bar area

Hotel on the beach, entrance from the sea using a room key, for some reason my card didn’t work sometimes. There are no particular cafes or restaurants nearby, but there is a store within a 5-minute walk

Room was fine. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. Dinner buffet was good too. A/C worked well and was comfortable. Hotel has secure storage for early arrival/late departure.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, and all that was available was a double room. The room itself is nothing special, beds were like a medium firmness and the room had a kind of mustiness

Very easy access to the beach, and the breakfast buffet was VERY good, big selection

My only suggestion would be in the bedrooms add a chest of drawers so that there is room for your clothes. For three of us sharing space was limited. Great for families, groups it’s not a party hotel like Fontaine Bleu

Great location right by the beach. Staff were really nice and helpful, the cafe in the lobby area is excellent. The pizza from the restaurant is delicious The pool area is wonderful and Jerry was great

We had three ocean view rooms and one of them was covered by trees so u saw no ocean that was disappointing. The locks on the doors on the two rooms had to be fixed but it was done pretty quickly

We booked the ocean view but was blocked by the building structure, so better not to take #10-06. no heating utensil such as kettle if you need hot water

The pool, beach, location, valet parking team were amazing. Service beyond that was mediocre at best. Rooms are ok - but not more than average.

Even though our reservation via a 3rd party website was not in the system, she made the check-in process easy and seamless. Sophie was the silver lining we needed in an otherwise bleak day

My family and I love the Grand Beach Hotel. First of all, when you walk inside, the lobby is very interesting. It's like walking into an open-plan home

The library is a great place to chill or work a bit on your laptop. The pool and is somewhat small, but beautiful nonetheless. Staff is very attentive, always asking if you need anything

Don't worry, if you don't like kids, you won't even know about them because they have another pool that is just for adults. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was always fresh and fast

Great place to stay for vacation or to have your wedding reception. I attended my friend's wedding and they had their reception here (most of the wedding party and guests also stayed here or at their affiliate hotel)

Classic Floridian beauty and class. The grounds by the pool /leading to the beach are stunning. The room is quaint, but spotless and decorated in a modern Miami style. Direct beach access with your beach keycard

It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small to average-size rooms but that's not a big deal

Their pool team helped us out 10/10 and made sure to provide us water for hydration but also kept the party going with amazing drinks and food. We ordered tacos post flight and they were the best tacos and guacamole

I just returned from my second trip to Nautilus and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location, rooms, and service are all excellent. We actually preferred the King room to the suite we had last time

This hotel is so beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms are so clean, the food is delicious, the chef is amazing, best key lime pie ever, the location with access to the paved boardwalk and beach is unbelievable, the entire staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make my first visit to Miami Beach a memorable one

A great place to stay. The staff, facility and food was great! The Caribbean Mahi dinner menu was delicious!

Hotel is located right on the sand with easy access to the beach. Nice pool area with hot tub and pool side bar with frozen drinks. I had a Jr suite with a balcony it was nice for the price and a nice view

The fitness room had no cups to use with the water cooler they provided and the hot tub was not hot at all. Other than those two things I had a great view and a nice short stay and would stay here again

Visiting this hotel on a recent trip to South Beach for a few days. Hotel needs some renovation and upkeep. Service here was lackluster and no one seemed to care you were a guest of theirs

We stayed in a beachfront suite and the room was spectacular. Very comfortable bed, one of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed in. The spa was beautiful, there are 3 pools with very comfortable lounge chairs

Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee)

Nobu restaurant was very good food, expect to pay $100+ per person. Service was very friendly and fast. Nobu shares a lobby with the Eden Rock hotel so they also share pools

Spa treatment was worth booking. I'd recommend a stay at this hotel

I can truly say Richard was absolutely exceptional and made our stay all the more special and seamless. In the mornings, we dined at Ocean Social and Mayelin always had the warmest smiles and greeting for us each day

All around great experience staying here. Really beautiful resort. The spa was definitely on par with worldwide luxury standards. Rooms are small but well equipped. The staff was very attentive and great to deal with.
