I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Miami Beach EDITION for a friends' 40th birthday weekend. The service was awesome, from the front desk to housekeeping to the pool to the restaurant and bar

An exclusive location, crazy expensive, but luxurious with courteous and customer-oriented staff. Very close to the beach, good amenities

The room was spacious and clean. The location was also great, close enough but yet far away enough from the hustle of South Beach. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Miami

A certain mishap with my room service was corrected in a gracious and courteous way

Pool area was beautiful and I liked the mix of vintage and modern architecture. Starbucks right across the street was a nice plus

We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the place for you

Everyone in our group had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of dining options. The check in process was seamless and allowed us to check in early. Would recommend staying here!!

They even surprised us with some champagne to celebrate! We chose the pool/ocean view room of course and we are not really morning people but the sights made us want to go out , explore and do more! Most of our time was spent at the beach and pools

To walk thru and imagine the history of this mansion and the memories of those that have visited through out the years. The food was extremely delicious and expertly prepared. The beverages were the best I have ever had

If you are fan of Italian food and wanna go to a elegant dinner , one of the best options is Versace restaurant. Extremely romantic , elegant and gorgeous restaurant. The food and service is good

I went off the drink menu and requested a Rum Runner from scratch. It was a large glass but I still ordered another. This is an experience not to be missed. The atmosphere is very impressive

The restaurant have several good spots for taking cool pictures. Also you can book a room in the hotel if you wanna stay but is kind of expensive. The pool is one of my favorite parts

This place deserves my 5 stars because of Matteo’s service. Highly professional, courteous, very polite, and delivered with perfect timing for everything we needed

I didn’t have to ask for a single thing or track him down. High end restaurants need employees like him

Everything was so easy and a seamless experience

There were tiny little things such as the lack of amenities (would have been great to have some sort of outdoor space at least) and small bathroom basics like body wash were missing

To my surprise, this is a awesome hotel. Picture posted are exactly they were like that. This is as good as any big hotel like Hilton brand. i will definitely come back again

The location is great, maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach and close enough to walk to ocean drive (~10 minutes) but not close enough to hear people yelling at night

Staff was on point. Great place to stay (all Sonder properties are) in a historic bulb walking distance from the beach and shops. Parking is not on-site.

The walls are thin so you hear everything so recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise it was a great experience!

Stayed here for two days during Thanksgiving season. It's close to the beach but still a small hike. I guess I can't complain much because it's Miami and parking is limited here

When management found out we were celebrating a birthday, they gifted us a champagne bottle! a very nice gesture, that only made our trip better! We had to check out by 11 and our flights were not till the end of the day, and they let us keep our luggage there so we could enjoy the last day! Definitely staying with Hotel Belleza next time I'm in town!

We had a great experience with the hotel and management! The suite was spacious, modern looking and clean for a great price. It exceeded our expectations! Check in was very easy, and the room was ready for us

Hotel Bellaza is an experience. Located in the street right opposite to Miami South Beach. Suites are great and well maintained. The decor of the hotel and surroundings look great

Lucky, there were road works opposite of the hotel causing a road block, management lowered the prices of the suites. Would like to visit again soon or later

The middle of our king size bed sunk in, which made it a little hard to sleep. Location wise, it was a nice walk from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Also, there is a free trolley nearby that can be very helpful

We were happy to find ourselves in his section at the beach the following day; we loved him! We ate at Lure one night and were helped by the GM and waited on by Dennis who gave excellent suggestions and were lovely to deal with

Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer

We lucked out booking this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful

It attracts all age groups: families, couples, angles, girls weekends, etc. it has some of the best room prices on the beach considering it's oceanfront location and amenities

It is beachfront with a large pool and access to its own stretch of beach. Beach chairs are usually included in your room rate (but ask first when you check in)

We were upgraded to a partial ocean view room with a king bed upon check in and were pleasantly surprised to see the hotel staff had set up decorations to celebrate the purpose of our trip

When I just checked in, the person who received me was not so welcoming, actually made me fill as I was not the Hotel's expectation by being a foreign language native speaker, but after that, and fortunately everything went better, and I must say that the most helpful stuff at the front desk became from Spanish people, they were really nice and helpful

The room was very comfortable, pool and beach were beautiful, and the service never disappointed. We ate most of our meals outside of the hotel, we like exploring, but the meals we did have at the hotel were all great

I needed olive oil, more pepper and also some extra milk for the coffee and was not only willing to fulfil all this necessities, but also her kindness and professionalism made the real difference in my stay

Like a Ritz Carlton around the Globe this is a special one. Its outstanding locatiin on the heart of south beach. Amazing rooms and a service is real fast. A Food also delicious and a pool is heated

The service at the beach is really good but they must review the time they close, because they do so too early. For people who like to go to beach after 4 a o'clock possibilities are restrained

The only thing that I didn’t like was on arrival the desk clerk stated she needed a credit card on file, which is understandable, but she stated that they were going to charge my card a $300 block…I said why? She said for damages…I said who is going to make $300 worth of damages to a room? And second I did not see anything about this online when booking and reading the terms and policy! The only thing...

very nice!! They have a total of 3 pools, but one is for adults only but I saw kids down there as well, which was a part of our view, the second pool view we had was from the hotel next door to us, but both were nice, including the terrace view with the adult pool as well

okay first of all not everyone needs a tan and want to sit directly in the sun so how long are you going to keep your guest from using the umbrellas? He said they were watching the weather and once the winds drop they will allow everyone to open them…

so be aware of that! Also I didn’t like the fact that on one day we went to the beach and the hotel provides two beach chairs and umbrella, however, that day the beach staff stated that we could not open the umbrella’s due to high winds…

so I asked for the manager – so when she returned she said the manger stated they would just charge my card a $150 block …even though I still did not want to except that after paying $1055 prepaid to stay at the hotel …

so I told my husband screw that lets go over to the contractor that was right next to the us renting out chairs and umbrellas to the public that were bigger and better anyway…

A hotel with the highest service and beautiful unusual interior. In the adjacent area is the skeleton of a mammoth. And the beach is 2 steps away. The food is delicious.

My experience here was special. Everything was perfect. The location was great and the service was amazing. I also ate there 3 times during my stay and the food was great.

5 why I rated medium because they can do more better than what they have now just by upgrading a few things like changing them curtains they are really dated I understand that the hotel is old but curtains have to go as well the carpet they also have to go like now also they need room service and the hallways carpet they was clean but old but the walls and doors goes with the theme an old hotel old...

Seems like it's closed for renovations. I could be wrong.

The a Miami Beach Resort & Spa is phenomenal. This is a great place to host your venue and be amongst a great staff that is commited to customer service

I had a nice time staying here. I would go back. Nice people, staff and love that you can just go from the pool straight to the beach.

We stayed in a beachfront suite and the room was spectacular. Very comfortable bed, one of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed in. The spa was beautiful, there are 3 pools with very comfortable lounge chairs

Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee)

Nobu restaurant was very good food, expect to pay $100+ per person. Service was very friendly and fast. Nobu shares a lobby with the Eden Rock hotel so they also share pools

Spa treatment was worth booking. I'd recommend a stay at this hotel

I can truly say Richard was absolutely exceptional and made our stay all the more special and seamless. In the mornings, we dined at Ocean Social and Mayelin always had the warmest smiles and greeting for us each day

All around great experience staying here. Really beautiful resort. The spa was definitely on par with worldwide luxury standards. Rooms are small but well equipped. The staff was very attentive and great to deal with.

Everything Ok..Good facilities and departament very comfortable and clean. But unfortunately I lost one blouse and my new bra just bought. Spend great moment going to the beach. And the location is really nice.

Great place to stay for vacation or to have your wedding reception. I attended my friend's wedding and they had their reception here (most of the wedding party and guests also stayed here or at their affiliate hotel)

Classic Floridian beauty and class. The grounds by the pool /leading to the beach are stunning. The room is quaint, but spotless and decorated in a modern Miami style. Direct beach access with your beach keycard

It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small to average-size rooms but that's not a big deal

Your stay includes beach chairs, towels, breakfast (not much for kosher consumers, kosher yogurt would have been fantastic), beach umbrella, beach bikes, and a glorious pool with a dj playing all day

I took my wife there for a much-needed stay-cation, and she felt rejuvenated and relaxed by the end of our stay. Breakfast was clean with many choices— I’d say it beats just about any hotel breakfast I’ve had

Had an outstanding stay on a Friday night. Designated parking spots for those with babies and strollers close to the lobby entrance were convenient, which we gratefully used

When I mentioned a light was out in our bathroom and the bathtub faucet dripped, they were there next day to repair! I can't say enough about the amenities

Girls trip is off to an amazing start!! We arrived in the morning and while waiting for our rooms, we were taken care of incredibly. Belen and Julian have been so accommodating

Their pool team helped us out 10/10 and made sure to provide us water for hydration but also kept the party going with amazing drinks and food. We ordered tacos post flight and they were the best tacos and guacamole

The cabanas are amazing and comfortable - and close to the beach! John and Oscar were the first faces I saw and they were so helpful in introducing us to everyone

Wide bedroom, half modern, half art deco style but very comfortable. The atmosphere is querky, even if the hotel needs a refresh. Big swimming pool, where they make you pay to stay on a bed. Perfect location for shopping

I just returned from my second trip to Nautilus and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location, rooms, and service are all excellent. We actually preferred the King room to the suite we had last time

Stayed here for a girls' trip and had an absolute blast. The Plymouth is tucked away from the South Beach craziness but close enough to walk to the beach within 5 minutes

My partner and I recently stayed here and we had the most magical stay! The pool is absolutely adorable! It is so pink, the pool is warm and their is a bar by the pool where the bartender makes great drinks! For lunch we had Blue Ribbon sushi which is the restaurant in the hotel -- it's also a great dinner spot! We had the perfect stay and an incredible day chilling by the pool! Highly recommend this...

Although the room size was rather small, the shower pressure was fantastic. I believe the pool area closed too early it would be nice to relax and unwind if it stayed open to at least 9pm

Last weekend my best friend wanted to take me out to cheer me up. I had been having a rough week and she recommended The Good Time Hotel and the Strawberry Moon Restaurant because The Good Time Hotel is not to be missed

The hotel was absolutely stunning upon entering. I was greeted immediately and shown to the front desk. I was able to check in early which is always a plus. The staff is great and knowledgeable

The library is a great place to chill or work a bit on your laptop. The pool and is somewhat small, but beautiful nonetheless. Staff is very attentive, always asking if you need anything

Our room was ready by 11am when check-in is usually 4pm. Absolutely beautiful! One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The service was phenomenal! We ate at Baia the first night. I can’t rave enough about this place

Even had a second bathroom? It looked like a small apartment. Loved the room and the grounds. Only downside was the douche valet guy with the pony and beard and the people who are supposed to hold the front door open

The guy was so needing to gossip that he opened the door as I walked in with all my luggage, didn't hold the door (stood in front of the door gossiping) then let the door slam in my face, luggage fell

The negative reviews are absolutely FALSE. I have never written a review but felt it was extremely necessary in this case. From the moment we checked in my husband and I had an incredible experience

He still just stood there talking, didn't even notice. If they aren't going to open the door and greet guest in a professional manner then please just remove them from the front door

They just stand and block the entrance while they loudly gossip, just ruins the whole entrance experience

We stayed in a cabana room overlooking the pool with a side view of the ocean and would stay here again

I didn’t catch their names since my husband was doing the check in, but she noticed my daughter’s uniform and wished her good luck. Even the host at the restaurant smiled and greeted us daily as we walked past

The pool heater was broken and staff told me I could use the heated pool at the resort next door. Went to that pool and found that pool was not heated! That was the only disappointment of the stay

She ensured that we had everything we needed at the poolside, from fresh towels to refreshing drinks. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor added to the overall great vibes of the day

Enjoyed our two-night stay and would stay again. Staff are great-all are very friendly. Rooms are small-the room felt like an old European-sized one. We did not have a noisy AC unit in our room- it was fine
