Tasteful. Elegant. First Class. I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town. Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer.

To be quite frank, this is a nice 3 star hotel at best. Staff is nice. Food was very bland at restaurants. Was being dripped on while eating lunch. No working power outlets. I get you did/are doing renovations, but don't try and pass this off as a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in nicer 4 star hotels.

The lobby and pool are very nice however the rooms are very out dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom however, the main bedroom with a king size bed didn't have a door. One of the bathrooms didn't drain well. The floor caved in a little in different places. It just needs a major face lift.

I loved this hotel! The service is amazing thanks to Sandra and Vanessa at the front desk for all their help. The hotel have great amenities to have fun and the pools are really clean. The a Miami Beach Resort & Spa is phenomenal. This is a great place to host your venue and be amongst a great staff that is commited to customer service. We are here for a couple days during mandatory evacuation and the hotel staff has been more than generous and accommodating. Everyone from valet to front desk and food services. This is a great Starwood property in South Beach, with great views of the ocean and the nearby nightlife on Collins Ave and Ocean Drive. The check in process was great. We arrived early, and were told that we could go to the bar while they got our room ready early. They texted us at the bar when it was ready. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained especially when it does get busy and crowded of the staff is wonderful. They're currently doing construction so it can be noisy if you were in the spa or in the hotel rooms.

One of my fave new hotels in South Beach. The rooms are spacious and the service is impeccable. After a mixup with our reservation, Tamara went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. We also did a cabana rental, which was totally worth the cost. I will definitely be returning. Thanks for the hospitality!

This hotel was wonderful. We had not expected to get our room until the afternoon, and thankfully our room was ready early. Staff was nice, the hotel and the rooms smelled so nice. It's very close to the beach and many stores and restaurants. They provide free beach chairs. The pool looks nice as well.

Welcoming and accommodating staff! Felipe was an absolute pleasure. Very pleasant, fresh, and inviting environment. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Small but nice pool area. Hotel is located a short distance from the beach with convenient access to the beach club area (shared with the Loews hotel).

We had an awesome trip with our 4 year old to south beach, Miami, and loved our all around experience at The Berkeley Shore Hotel. Huge shoutout to Priscilla, Felipe and Nicole for going an extra mile and ensuring that our girl had the best time. In fact, I was on vacation for a week here in Miami, and I tried several hotels, all of which were normal, until I met Mr. (Victor) here. He was very good in dealing, to a great extent. Love the place. Rooms were clean, service was great. It was the last minute booking but yet they managed to get me in fast and easy with no problems. Caesar at the front door was spectacular. Anything I needed for me and my 7-year-old boy he made sure we had. Can't say enough about Cesar Rooftop pool beautiful 360 view from South Beach to downtown Miami. Was beautiful but the staff wasn't that friendly. mid day, mid week, took very long time to get Car as they park it 4 blocks away. great pool, beach access, would go again.

Overall nice/clean hotel and our room was clean. All the staff we interacted with was polote. The Pool was a nice size and beach access was convenient. Me and my wife got a basic room (king bed) but it was a bit on the smaller size from what we were expecting. Because of that I would give it a 4/5.

Very good hotel, really nice staff. Very well surrounded. The prices at the bar and restaurants are too high, could be lower. Excellent breakfast, rooms are comfortables and quiet, the swimming pool is beautifull. The beach is just by the fence, water blue and clean. I hope return. Very good. Congratulations.

For a South Beach hotel this place is very good value. Very large bed, large clean bathroom and a well stocked mini bar. Room was quite and it was an easy place to relax. Also has friendly valet parking staff. It has a really nice bar but very few people when I went, but a nice place to get a drink anyway.

Lovely hotel with a nice pool and private beach area. Big hot tub. Evening music at the cabaret (the bar inside) is phenomenal! Wish the singers could just concentrate on singing and didn't have to wait tables while doing it. I guess they're paid in tips. Food is decent and not at the expected resort prices. Recommend for a sunny getaway!

This place is so nice. I was there last December and it was so much fun but cold. The hotel is pretty and it does keeps that concept Art Deco. Breakfasts are expensive but ok. Beach area clean and safe. I did not have an ocean view but neither a bad one. Staff seems nice. It’s location is great I have to admit.
