Tasteful. Elegant. First Class. I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town. Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer.

To be quite frank, this is a nice 3 star hotel at best. Staff is nice. Food was very bland at restaurants. Was being dripped on while eating lunch. No working power outlets. I get you did/are doing renovations, but don't try and pass this off as a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in nicer 4 star hotels.

The lobby and pool are very nice however the rooms are very out dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom however, the main bedroom with a king size bed didn't have a door. One of the bathrooms didn't drain well. The floor caved in a little in different places. It just needs a major face lift.

I loved this hotel! The service is amazing thanks to Sandra and Vanessa at the front desk for all their help. The hotel have great amenities to have fun and the pools are really clean. The service at the beach is amazing they close a little bit early but it was fine. We also went to the bar at the lobby and the drinks are super tasty. The a Miami Beach Resort & Spa is phenomenal. This is a great place to host your venue and be amongst a great staff that is commited to customer service. I want to take the time to say the service in the hotel is absolutely incredible. We are here for a couple days during mandatory evacuation and the hotel staff has been more than generous and accommodating. Everyone from valet to front desk and food services. This is a great Starwood property in South Beach, with great views of the ocean and the nearby nightlife on Collins Ave and Ocean Drive. The check in process was great. We arrived early, and were told that we could go to the bar while they got our room ready early. They texted us at the bar when it was ready. I travel quite a bit for work and vacations, and took the family here for a week. Overall very good, but with some issues: 1) noise. The Mondrian Hotel is beautiful however there is no clear sign in the front so it is a little bit confusing to figure out where it is from the street. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained especially when it does get busy and crowded of the staff is wonderful. They're currently doing construction so it can be noisy if you were in the spa or in the hotel rooms.

For a South Beach hotel this place is very good value. Very large bed, large clean bathroom and a well stocked mini bar. Room was quite and it was an easy place to relax. Online pictures are different, more nicer than the real image. But can’t complain, it’s cheapest in the area and has beach access which was perfect if you don’t wanna walk too much. We recently rented a 2 bedroom suite with another couple. The bedrooms were spacious as was the living areas. The downstairs is old and vintage Miami while the rooms were very white and clean, very much as the pictures portrayed. The other Seacoast tower was being renovated. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will return to stay here again soon!

Great location near Miami but get ready to pay $30 a day for underground parking or $45/day for valet on top of $22/day property fee. The apartment had very basic amenities and lacks room service. I wish they had washed their windows more frequently and replaced carpet but overall cleanliness was OK. Great pool and great beach access!

We were very pleased with our stay last weekend. The service was friendly, fast, accommodating and overall top notch. The service on the beach was also very attentive, although the food was on the low side. We weren't impressed with the quality of their food, but the cocktails more than made up for it. Great view, clean rooms and eclectic decor. Loved the adults only beach.

Hotel is in a good location with restaurants, bars, convenience stores, liquor stores, etc. All within walking distance. The hotel seems well kept and has direct beach access. The property has a restaurant and multiple bars. We stayed in a cabana room overlooking the pool with a side view of the ocean and would stay here again.

I just have dinner at the Restaurant. It was a relaxing atmosphere with a great tasting, fresh, well presented food. The prices were reasonable. We were given a complimentary "upgrade" to a room by the pool. Unfortunately, it was an "accessible" room with a smaller bed than originally requested (queen instead of king).
