Tasteful. Elegant. First Class. I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town. Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer.

It is well-run, with large, comfortable and quiet rooms, a beautiful boutique and central location with an easy walk to shops, Lincoln Road, and other hotels. To be quite frank, this is a nice 3 star hotel at best. Staff is nice. Food was very bland at restaurants. Was being dripped on while eating lunch. No working power outlets. I get you did/are doing renovations, but don't try and pass this off as a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in nicer 4 star hotels.

We stayed in a small suite with two bathrooms and a small balcony with a harbor view. The beach was very quiet. The pink color was very pretty. It was very photogenic. The facilities were a bit old. Hotels in Miami are generally older.

Please note that it is far from South Beach, so it takes some time to get there, and the sand at the private beach in front is not very fine.

The lobby and pool are very nice however the rooms are very out dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom however, the main bedroom with a king size bed didn't have a door. One of the bathrooms didn't drain well. The floor caved in a little in different places. It just needs a major face lift.

I want to take the time to say the service in the hotel is absolutely incredible. We are here for a couple days during mandatory evacuation and the hotel staff has been more than generous and accommodating. Everyone from valet to front desk and food services. This is a great Starwood property in South Beach, with great views of the ocean and the nearby nightlife on Collins Ave and Ocean Drive. Decent enough hotel. Room was clean, the shower and TV had some maintenance issues. The beach front was absolutely lovely, the service was excellent. The check in process was great. We arrived early, and were told that we could go to the bar while they got our room ready early. They texted us at the bar when it was ready. I have been to many hotels, there is something to compare with. I expected better, I think the price is very high. The room is strange, the sinks are in the hallway, there is a glass door to the toilet that does not close or lock in any way (that is, not for the shy). We booked the ocean view but was blocked by the building structure, so better not to take #10-06. no heating utensil such as kettle if you need hot water. fridge is only intended for their inhouse drink so you can't put your drink inside their fridge to chill. but the concierge was friendly and great. The Mondrian Hotel is beautiful however there is no clear sign in the front so it is a little bit confusing to figure out where it is from the street. Surprise upgarde My sister and I were staying in Miami the night before catching a cruise ship. My sister's flight was delayed by three hours which started out the trip on the wrong foot. Was beautiful but the staff wasn't that friendly. mid day, mid week, took very long time to get Car as they park it 4 blocks away. great pool, beach access, would go again.

Overall nice/clean hotel and our room was clean. All the staff we interacted with was polote. The Pool was a nice size and beach access was convenient. Me and my wife got a basic room (king bed) but it was a bit on the smaller size from what we were expecting. Because of that I would give it a 4/5.

Very good hotel, really nice staff. Very well surrounded. The prices at the bar and restaurants are too high, could be lower. Excellent breakfast, rooms are comfortables and quiet, the swimming pool is beautifull. The beach is just by the fence, water blue and clean. I hope return. Very good. Congratulations.

For a South Beach hotel this place is very good value. Very large bed, large clean bathroom and a well stocked mini bar. Room was quite and it was an easy place to relax. Also has friendly valet parking staff. It has a really nice bar but very few people when I went, but a nice place to get a drink anyway.

Lovely hotel with a nice pool and private beach area. Big hot tub. Evening music at the cabaret (the bar inside) is phenomenal! Wish the singers could just concentrate on singing and didn't have to wait tables while doing it. I guess they're paid in tips. Food is decent and not at the expected resort prices. Recommend for a sunny getaway!

I would like to start by saying this hotel staff really showed out for my birthday. I booked a room and a cabana on Easter Sunday and the staff in general were amazing. The pool staff were extremely good sports and wore the bunny ears for a short time. I really felt right at home and they treated me extra special on my special day. Enjoyed our two-night stay and would stay again. Staff are great-all are very friendly. Rooms are small-the room felt like an old European-sized one. We did not have a noisy AC unit in our room- it was fine. The pool heater was broken and staff told me I could use the heated pool at the resort next door.
