Tourist spot, that's all! Wife & I were in Miami on a business trip, stopped by just to have a drink. $50 for 2 mixed drinks, insane! Drinks were good but not worth that price. Place is over the top, definitely cool to see but not worth the money. I can't imagine what they charge for dinner
If you are fan of Italian food and wanna go to a elegant dinner , one of the best options is Versace restaurant. Extremely romantic , elegant and gorgeous restaurant. The food and service is good . The restaurant have several good spots for taking cool pictures. Also you can book a room in the hotel if you wanna stay but is kind of expensive. The pool is one of my favorite parts . Last time we sat...
AMAZING EXPERIENCE. To walk thru and imagine the history of this mansion and the memories of those that have visited through out the years. The food was extremely delicious and expertly prepared. 5 star service. The beverages were the best I have ever had. I went off the drink menu and requested a Rum Runner from scratch. Nothing artificial was added. It was a large glass but I still ordered another...
This place deserves my 5 stars because of Matteo’s service. Highly professional, courteous, very polite, and delivered with perfect timing for everything we needed. I didn’t have to ask for a single thing or track him down. High end restaurants need employees like him. Promote this man.

Great room, coffee machine, couldn't figure it out. Parking :) service awesome. Darrell
Clean, modern yet cozy, and great location
I really like the way the room was set up. My fav feature was being able to play music from the iPad on the wall. I would have given it a 5 if they had hand towels, complimentary stuff like Kleenex, and free parking. Location was great and in walking distance to the mall and the beach. My other complaint is that it was hard to find. The sign is being replaced. I had to call to get directions but the...
The hotel is nice and very well located. The rooms are big but they were very dirty. We found body hair on the couch and after 5min walking barefoot my feet were completely black of dust.
- very close to Lincon Rd (3blocks out) with several options for bars and restaurants (walking distance) - 15min walk to the beach... very convenient too always clean and tidy peolple/staff always willing to help and very friendly

Tasteful. Elegant. First Class. I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town. Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer.
We lucked out booking this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. We loved being helped by Ricardo both at the pool and at the beach. He was so engaged and interesting to talk to and had excellent restaurant recommendations. We were happy to find ourselves in his section at the...
Close to beach , good location , staff are so nice
Wonderful stay ever. The location, the staffs, let me start with Brad the reservation agent, who helped us to book this amazing accommodation room with food and beverage deal. i thank you so much well done. Neysha at the front desk, she was so sweet and she went beyond and above our expectation . she even recognized our anniversary sent us an Amenity. we appreciate the love. Awesome staff. The...
I love the Loews in Miamai and have been staying here for many years. It is well-run, with large, comfortable and quiet rooms, a beautiful boutique and central location with an easy walk to shops, Lincoln Road, and other hotels. It is beachfront with a large pool and access to its own stretch of beach. Beach chairs are usually included in your room rate (but ask first when you check in). It attracts...
To be quite frank, this is a nice 3 star hotel at best. Staff is nice. Food was very bland at restaurants. Was being dripped on while eating lunch. No working power outlets. I get you did/are doing renovations, but don't try and pass this off as a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in nicer 4 star hotels.

Definitely a nice hotel I won’t lie I was at the hotel for 15 days and as weird as this review may sound to others and seem like it’s sketchy over all it’s a nice place to stay. The first night we where at a room and the AC stopped working so we moved to the second floor after the second room we moved in a couple days later that AC stopped working and we had a maintenance guy look at it and moved again...
I loved my stay the staff is amazing.. Michelle is the heart of this hotel.. the only disappointed thing was the pool.. they under construction but that was minor.. will be coming back in August.. only if Michelle is there. I will be telling all my friends about this little nugget in Collins Ave..
If you planning a short vacation and plan to be by South beach this hotel is great. I stayed 4 nights and enjoy every night, the accommodation are good for the price you are paying. The resort fee includes Beach chairs and towels with is a convenient, the pool towels and a pool. Cons to the hotel will be the resort fee doesn’t include a simple breakfast and the room doesn’t include a mini refrigerator...
Hotel rooms are very lovely and spacious with big attached bathrooms. My experience was outstanding.
Small ,nothing fancy, but it serves the purpose. The hotel is very clean which was a plus. The lady at the desk was very polite and switched us to a bigger room the next day as promised because the cold water in the shower wasn't working. Great location ?. Didn't like that there was no fridge, microwave or even a coffee maker in the room but they did provide tea, coffee and small muffins for breakfast
The television didn't work. Plus our room was on the side of the building where there was a scooter rental place which was loud morning noon and night. Don't use their public Wi-Fi as you will get hacked. There was no fitted sheet on the bed the flat sheet slid off during the night and we ended up on the mattress. Ugh. John at the front desk was awesome.

Don’t believe all the negative reviews!! Our stay was very nice. The resort staff was very nice and the food was great!!! My husband, son and I spent most of our time at the beach. Our room was nice and clean. We ended up getting the King Suite with pool view, but we got more than just a pool view, we had the beach, Bay and two pool views ....very nice!! They have a total of 3 pools, but one is for...
Such beautiful place. Location is perfect if you like quiet and to be close to ocean drive. Very updated. Staff is so sweet and each penny was worth it. Valet parking staff always nice and on time and available. The backyard is the bomb. Umbrella, towels and chairs are included
Elevators and restaurants are not enough to accommodate the people when the hotel is full. Rooms are so so.
Good place at good price, the parking cost is $42 a day and the food is good. What I didn't enjoy was that the hot tub was closed to public by 5.30 pm!!! I hated it, same with the pool. They had a great view and respected my reservation king size bed with ocean view. I would definitely come back, the people at the front desk were respectful but the valet was rude
The ratio of price and quality is good.
My sister and I loved the room, lovely balcony, pools, beach access, and the shrimp cocktail ? Yummy ?. Staff was kind and very helpful, location wasn't very close to the popular spots, but taxis were readily available. The local bus and trolley service seemed to be working regularly also. All in all we had a great time.

Perfect place! Very convenient and close to the beach and all interesting places. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ludovika went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and quickly responded to my questions and requests. I look forward to coming back and staying at Villa Italia again soon!
Great relaxing stay, I had a great time, quiet room and equally A/C. Spacious and clean room has a smart TV with my Netflix account and Google Home. Staff 10 and praise, Jairo is truly a gem of recommending restaurants, tours, places to visit in Miami and more. Excellent price quality. I forgot, they also have a valet parking service.
Great place to stay centrally located great people at the front desk very accommodating I will go again.
Great location, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The ladies at the front desk wonderful.
Great boutique Hotel in SouthBeach! Excelent staff and location, in the peace of South of 5th Street just a few blocks away from the heart of SoBe and the Art Deco district.

I had a nice time staying here. I would go back. Nice people, staff and love that you can just go from the pool straight to the beach.
My experience here was special. Everything was perfect. The location was great and the service was amazing. I also ate there 3 times during my stay and the food was great.
The price for parking is ridiculous but its better than the other parking. The people at the front desk where VERY RUDE..... Classic Floridian beauty and class. The grounds by the pool /leading to the beach are stunning. The room is quaint, but spotless and decorated in a modern Miami style. Direct beach access with your beach keycard. Breakfast was excellent but pricey. Heads up - Parking costs $42 per day.
Great place to stay for vacation or to have your wedding reception. I attended my friend's wedding and they had their reception here (most of the wedding party and guests also stayed here or at their affiliate hotel). The hotel is very nice. It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small...
My first visit to The Palms was perfect and I will return. I needed a long weekend getaway from the snowy northeast. There's a lovely and safe boardwalk that runs directly behind the hotel so guests can walk and jog throughout the day. I...

Happy Hour. Cocktails and Appetizers
Very happy with our stay at The Palms. This was my first time booking a trip to South Beach and I was overwhelmed by all of the hotel options so even after all of my research I was still a little concerned that I've missed something. This is a very nice hotel with a few monetary surprises. First of all, the lobby is open and beautiful. There's a coffee and pastry shop in the lobby so it smells amazing every time you enter. The bed was very comfortable and they had the best shampoo, conditioner, and...
Wide bedroom, half modern, half art deco style but very comfortable. The atmosphere is querky, even if the hotel needs a refresh. Big swimming pool, where they make you pay to stay on a bed.... Perfect location for shopping.
Good enough
I just returned from my second trip to Nautilus and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location, rooms, and service are all excellent. We actually preferred the King room to the suite we had last time. The cafe they added to the lobby makes for a relaxing morning sipping espresso in the back yard. The back yard area with ping pong table and other games is also a welcome addition to the...

Stayed here for a girls' trip and had an absolute blast. The Plymouth is tucked away from the South Beach craziness but close enough to walk to the beach within 5 minutes. The hotel was well-appointed and our rooms were absolutely spotless. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic and had a great happy hour selection. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Fantastic hotel for the price. Rooms were clean, pool was perfectly relaxing but the star of the show was Walter. He’s exceedingly attentive, makes a mean drink and always in a fantastic mood. Would recommend
Great location, rooms are nice. Nothing is free here so bring a loaded bank card. No balcony The pool is beautiful, with a great pool bar. The barman Walter is the best! He is great at mixing drinks, always happy and smiling definitely made us feel welcome. Thank you!!
Our first visit to Miami and Plymouth was in a great location to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, our flight arrived very early in comparison to check in and the reception staff were very accommodating for us to check in earlier than 4pm. Although the room size was rather small, the shower pressure was fantastic. Room service was excellent. I believe the pool area closed too...
My partner and I recently stayed here and we had the most magical stay! The pool is absolutely adorable! It is so pink, the pool is warm and their is a bar by the pool where the bartender makes great drinks! Excellent location in South Beach! Walking distance to many places day and night. What a great place to spend two nights in Miami. If you are into art, and the South Beach vibe - this is the place for you. Just minutes (walk) away from the beach, with a complimentary chair and towel. The people that work here are nothing but friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. Hopefully their hot tub is working next time! Also if you have a vehicle, be prepared to pay...
Pretty overpriced because of location. It was nice, the orange blossom resturant was lovely. Staff was friendly. Problem is just not much to do, rooftop pool and Jacuzzi is pretty neat. The fuzball and ping pong was in a boring spot. Had to pay for everything inside the room, not too much amenities. Wifi kept cutting out. Its close to the beach which is nice.
location good, rooms okay, but very poor insulation. my next door bitches kept me awake untill iput my ear buds. leaky shower place No valet parking No unlimited breakfast.
Really nice hotel at South Beach, located and really close to the beach. Rooms are very nice, quite and complete, daily cleaning of the room. Pros: Great breakfast and beach beds are included. Cons: Parking is excluded ($40 each day at the hotel, $20 each day at a 10 minute walk). Overall I would really recommend this hotel to my network.

Beautiful hotel. Good service by the pool. My room was perfect. Clean, smelled nice. Even had a second bathroom? It looked like a small apartment. Loved the room and the grounds. Only downside was the douche valet guy with the pony and beard and the people who are supposed to hold the front door open. They just stand and block the entrance while they loudly gossip, just ruins the whole entrance experience...
The place was nice, but not worth what I paid for it. First, the iron didn't work, it looked like it was from the 90s. My air conditioner never worked, they sent up a technician who literally just looked at the thermometer and stuck his hand in front of the vent and left. Some of the staff were rude, the vast majority of them were very pleasant though. The swimming pool area was great though, and there...
The negative reviews are absolutely FALSE. I have never written a review but felt it was extremely necessary in this case. From the moment we checked in my husband and I had an incredible experience. I stayed at the Mondrian for a work event. The catering staff was exceptional, however the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. (1) When I checked in around 4:30 pm, my room was not ready. Great views. On the 14th floor for example.
The Mondrian Hotel is beautiful however there is no clear sign in the front so it is a little bit confusing to figure out where it is from the street. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained especially when it does get busy and crowded of the staff is wonderful. They're currently doing construction so it can be noisy if you were in the spa or in the hotel rooms.

We did not stay the hotel. But we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. I took beef steak medium rare grilled, green salad and fruity red wine. By the way, we visited Miami Beach in the beginning of March. It was very warm and sunny in day time. But it became chilly in night time. You should wear any jacket or cardigan.
It was an amazing trip. Went to see depeche mode for a show. Booked this hotel kinda last minute. My husband and I feel in love with the place we can't wait to visit again. The roof top pool and poolside bar were my fave. Walking distance to south beach stuff. Clean and extremely friendly staff. Over all it was amazing. Not to mention it was only s few days after effected by a major hurricane.
Tiny room with frosted window. Don't be in a hurry if you need elevator. Good service though the man at the bar by the pool gets no stars. The women who were there were good and all other service was top notch. Rooms were clean and good WiFi. Not a luxury hotel, but good and decent pricing for the area.

We were very pleased with our stay last weekend. The service was friendly, fast, accommodating and overall top notch. The service on the beach was also very attentive, although the food was on the low side. We weren't impressed with the quality of their food, but the cocktails more than made up for it. Great view, clean rooms and eclectic decor. Loved the adults only beach.
Hotel is in a good location with restaurants, bars, convenience stores, liquor stores, etc. All within walking distance. The hotel seems well kept and has direct beach access. The property has a restaurant and multiple bars. We stayed in a cabana room overlooking the pool with a side view of the ocean and would stay here again.
Overpriced party hotel. Get a room high up for less outside noise.
I just have dinner at the Restaurant. It was a relaxing atmosphere with a great tasting, fresh, well presented food. The prices were reasonable. Among the different choices of plates, there is a dinner menu for $39 with a starter, a entre, and a desert (for each selection you can choose between 3 different plates) I love the decoration, lights, and view in the terrace. It also offered live music

I would like to start by saying this hotel staff really showed out for my birthday. I booked a room and a cabana on Easter Sunday and the staff in general were amazing. The pool staff were extremely good sports and wore the bunny ears for a short time. I really felt right at home and they treated me extra special on my special day. Booked a room for Saturday-Tuesday, not knowing it was Miami Music Week. When we got to the hotel Saturday it was utter chaos, but Chase at the front desk explained the situation and moved us to a quieter room away from the EDM pool party. If it wasn’t for him we probably would have sought out another hotel. Overall things were great; clean room, awesome beach access, and friendly service. We were...

We had a great experience here. The location is perfect and they have a friendly staff. No complaints!
This hotel has a great location right in the centre of Miami Beach. It's near the party areas, restaurants and beach. Everything is well within walking distance so if you are looking for a close location to the centre of it all, this is a great place to stay. The art deco decor is consistent with the area which is nice to have while staying in the area. The room is clean and well designed with a large...
Average small rooms but clean with nice beds and bathroom. Could improve their pillow game. Walls are thin but service and amenities make up for it. You get complimentary access to the bar and sun roof of their property next door facing the sea. Bad breakfast (toast muffins limited cereal, fruit and bad coffee)
My husband and I just recently stayed at this hotel. Great location and and helpful staff. The free continental breakfast definitely exceeded my expectations.. probably one of the best I've had offered by a hotel. The rooms were adaquete, although noisy. Understandable though being an older hotel and thin walls. There was no counter space in the bathroom, just a few glass shelves, but at least somewhere...
The stay was just okay but the location would be ideal if you want to be close to the beach. I was here on business and this would not have been my choice to stay. The room was clean but very old and had a damp smell. The bathrooms are small and the shower pressure was good. But my coworkers on that stayed on the other side of the hotel said the pressure of the water was a trickle. So 3 stars for the...
Nice hotel, friendly staff, large and comfortable beds. At the reception there is a computer and printer, we printed out the tickets for the next flight. Convenient. Wifi is not fast 4/2 megabit, but enough to Get video. The lack of one - the total lack of soundproofing. I can hear voices in the next room.
