I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Miami Beach EDITION for a friends' 40th birthday weekend. The service was awesome, from the front desk to housekeeping to the pool to the restaurant and bar

An exclusive location, crazy expensive, but luxurious with courteous and customer-oriented staff. Very close to the beach, good amenities

The room was spacious and clean. The location was also great, close enough but yet far away enough from the hustle of South Beach. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Miami

Great place, close to South Beach. The Craft Cafe has excellent coffee, hot or cold. So great that they were being filmed for TV while we were there. Rooms are older and current construction keeps it from being 5 stars.

Ive had breakfast lunch and dinner here, all those times food has been more than satisfying and tasty. Great location close to everything but far enough from the hectic parts of ocean. Cvs around the corner and Walgreens

Walking distance to laundry and Collins street shopping behind the hotel. The hotel is under renovation but they’ve made it really workout for everyone and still very pretty out in the front dining area

George checked us in, he is very accommodating and helpful. An easy person to deal with, great energy all the time, and always welcoming. Thanks for making our week stay a home away from home

Location is perfect if you like quiet and to be close to ocean drive. Staff is so sweet and each penny was worth it. Valet parking staff always nice and on time and available. Umbrella, towels and chairs are included

We ended up getting the King Suite with pool view, but we got more than just a pool view, we had the beach, Bay and two pool views

Its little construction going on right now but it won't be in the way though. I will stay here again when I visit Miami again soon??????❤️

very nice!! They have a total of 3 pools, but one is for adults only but I saw kids down there as well, which was a part of our view, the second pool view we had was from the hotel next door to us, but both were nice, including the terrace view with the adult pool as well

so be aware of that! Also I didn’t like the fact that on one day we went to the beach and the hotel provides two beach chairs and umbrella, however, that day the beach staff stated that we could not open the umbrella’s due to high winds…

A hotel with the highest service and beautiful unusual interior. In the adjacent area is the skeleton of a mammoth. And the beach is 2 steps away. The food is delicious.

I spend 4 days at Miami beach resort & spa this week on 5-14-18 and I rate it 3

5 why I rated medium because they can do more better than what they have now just by upgrading a few things like changing them curtains they are really dated I understand that the hotel is old but curtains have to go as well the carpet they also have to go like now also they need room service and the hallways carpet they was clean but old but the walls and doors goes with the theme an old hotel old...

We stayed in a beachfront suite and the room was spectacular. Very comfortable bed, one of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed in. The spa was beautiful, there are 3 pools with very comfortable lounge chairs

Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee)

All around great experience staying here. Really beautiful resort. The spa was definitely on par with worldwide luxury standards. Rooms are small but well equipped. The staff was very attentive and great to deal with.

However, Nobu has an adult only pool which was so peaceful and great amenity. The only two pools looked very kid friendly. The men's sauna and steam room was out of order in the spa which was disappointing

She offered us amazing tables with beautiful views and such pleasant conversation. This resort experience is built with exceptional staff and amazing people and Nobu absolutely delivers the best

Nobu restaurant was very good food, expect to pay $100+ per person. Service was very friendly and fast. Nobu shares a lobby with the Eden Rock hotel so they also share pools

Classic Floridian beauty and class. The grounds by the pool /leading to the beach are stunning. The room is quaint, but spotless and decorated in a modern Miami style. Direct beach access with your beach keycard

The beach and pool chairs are high end with towel and drink service. There's a lovely and safe boardwalk that runs directly behind the hotel so guests can walk and jog throughout the day

It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small to average-size rooms but that's not a big deal

My first visit to The Palms was perfect and I will return. I needed a long weekend getaway from the snowy northeast. The Palms sits directly on the beach/ocean with fabulous views from the oceanfront rooms

This was my first time booking a trip to South Beach and I was overwhelmed by all of the hotel options so even after all of my research I was still a little concerned that I've missed something

There's beach access by the pool area, which makes it very convenient to go to/from the beach. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. There's valet parking but it can be quite expensive

We have 2 towels and chairs on the beach and a free full breakfast every day! The location of the hotel was really perfect, right off the beaten path which was nice because it was quiet at night but just steps from the beach

Stayed here for a girls' trip and had an absolute blast. The Plymouth is tucked away from the South Beach craziness but close enough to walk to the beach within 5 minutes

What a great place to spend two nights in Miami. If you are into art, and the South Beach vibe - this is the place for you. Just minutes (walk) away from the beach, with a complimentary chair and towel

Really nice hotel at South Beach, located and really close to the beach. Rooms are very nice, quite and complete, daily cleaning of the room. Pros: Great breakfast and beach beds are included

Our room size and amenities were great, but it was poorly maintained and they knew about a leaking sink before we arrived but it leaked a large puddle in our kitchenette just the same

Unfortunately or fortunately, it sits over and around a very busy and loud party club that has a band going until late. If that is not your choice keep looking

Windows way too dirty to enjoy the view

moment we walked in I witnessed them literally running to get water bottles, chairs and a cooler that they filled with ice giving to guests!!! I found out that they not only do this daily whenever you want but they also give you free bikes to enjoy the awesome paved trails by the beach daily

Location: Our choice of accommodation was influenced by its strategic position on Ocean Boulevard, situated at the far end. It's merely a 2-minute walk from the beach. Room: We were pleasantly surprised

William and he was someone we will never forget. If you want a beautiful experience right across from the beach with everything nearby, this is the hotel you want

In addition to that there is complimentary champagne everyday at 5pm and a complimentary continental breakfast with coffee, fresh orange juice and delicious croissants!! To top it off they have a wonderful roof top pool with jacuzzi with amazing ocean views!! Our beds were comfy, great shower, and kitchen and TV's!! Very chic and modern space!! Upscale feeling hotel in a very walkable area of Miami beach. They have two decent sized pools (one chill and one with music). Rooms were nice but the bathrooms are small. Nice views and good location.

Stayed at the SLS while in town for Art Basel Miami 2017 and it was amazing. they gave us an amazing room with all the amenities and the concierge was amazing at getting us into restaurants and clubs we wanted to go

This place prices itself as it is the greatest hotel in the planet. There are almost no complimentary ammenaties. The decor is strange and eclectic. The staff and their katsuya restaurant are their saving grace

Two of the male concierge staff ignored me and did not even say hello upon my arrival and after my standing at the front desk for several minutes. A third helped me and was somewhat friendly

Hotel is located right on the sand with easy access to the beach. Nice pool area with hot tub and pool side bar with frozen drinks. I had a Jr suite with a balcony it was nice for the price and a nice view

Visiting this hotel on a recent trip to South Beach for a few days. Hotel needs some renovation and upkeep. Service here was lackluster and no one seemed to care you were a guest of theirs

The fitness room had no cups to use with the water cooler they provided and the hot tub was not hot at all. Other than those two things I had a great view and a nice short stay and would stay here again

Love this hotel and it's customer service. They are right across the street from the beautiful Miami beach, but if you want to Lounge in the hotel, they have a pool, outside cabanas, a bar, and restaurant

Beach is about 100ft away from front door and is very private and you can bring food and drink and not be bothered. The rooms were decorated nice and everything you need

Once the construction across the street is done and all the heavy equipment moved out, this will not disappoint the south beach traveler

It's a bit aged but perfectly clean and elegant. We booked a king bed room and ended up with a free upgrade to a penthouse. Not to oversell it, the penthouse is essentially a one bedroom suite with a balcony

We choose it because of SoBe's reputation for nightmarish parking and we didn't want to move the car any more than absolutely necessary

Tip: Avoid the valet parking charge ($35) by parking in public garage G4, which is a block away and charges $16 for 24 hours

I have stayed at different hotels in South Beach but this one is the best yet. We stayed there for 3 days and 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel provides free chairs and towels so that saved a ton of money if you go to the beach every day. Definitely will come back when I visit the town again

Excellent stay. Very attentive staff, the room was wonderful with a very comfortable bed. I went as a birthday present and I had never been there before and I will definitely come back. Very good area ideal for resting.

One potential area of improvement is probably allowing guests to select their own AC temperature, as it was locked during our stay. It seemed to be controlled for the whole building. Other than that, 10/10 recommend

Don't worry, if you don't like kids, you won't even know about them because they have another pool that is just for adults. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was always fresh and fast

Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Regis as child friendly as this one, but you can tell they train their staff well to work with children

It is one of the finest places Miami beach has to offer. Restaurant has amazing food. Try the truffle dumplings and the pecking duck.

The only negative is the outdoor grill food (which you will be eating if you order pool or beachside) is mediocre in taste and grossly overpriced

Every member of staff seemed to be really focused on ensuring we had the best time, without every having to wait for anything. Loved this place and would definitely stay again

Service and amenities are wonderful (but expensive!) The staff will accommodate your ever request and the room is just stellar with a personal bath and great speaker system

(The expensive drinks are quite delicious though, I recommend the Coconut cocktails). Overall I would stay there again but would try and avoid the outdoor food

The ladies at front desk are the most kindest front desk people my partner & I have ever met. Their quick accommodations & kind hospitality reassured me during a very stressful & disgusting Airbnb stay disaster

We were told at check in that there was roof construction going on. Around 9:00pm we got a call to our room that with the heavy rain and construction, there was leak on the floor and we needed to move rooms

I asked if there was an upgrade, and they put us in an ocean front room for free. All of the staff were really friendly, and accommodating. Felipe, Andrew, and Dalton were some of the front desk staff that stood out

They were able to get us a clean room super last minute around 12-1am, offer us drinks & inform us on what this beautiful area & hotel offers

Everyday there was complimentary gelato and at arrival we have complimentary sangria. The beach access was perfect and all the beach staff was so friendly. They made sure we got a good spot
