The atmosphere and all the staff were pleasant and polite. I Room was beautiful, enjoyed the pool and beach. The food in the restaurant was not very good, but overall I really enjoyed it

We have 2 towels and chairs on the beach and a free full breakfast every day! The location of the hotel was really perfect, right off the beaten path which was nice because it was quiet at night but just steps from the beach

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous South Beach location. The pool area was great and Walter at the pool bar was fantastic. The restaurant is excellent and always buzzing. great staff. Comfortable rooms, a little small.

Alex and Ana at the pool bar were our favorite part of our stay in Plymouth. Not only did they work together to create delicious and creative cocktails from the menu, but they were also incredibly welcoming and friendly

We really enjoyed our stay at the Plymouth Hotel, we got a king terrace room which was amazing, the whole room was windows with a large terrace and 2 chairs. The blue ribbon restaurant was a really nice addition

Loved the feature to order room service, house keeping, extra towels, and not having to wait to speak to an actual person. This AI automated system was easier and convenient

Whenever housekeeping did stop by in person by knocking, and I asked them to return in a few mins as we were stepping out, they seemed to ignore the service those days

We asked for a luggage cart when we checked in and they didn't provide us with one, we called for the car from the room and 15 min after they didn't pick up the key yet to pull it around! Overall nice hotel

But the Stanton does! This boutique hotel is run by a Mike Manzari, General Manager who truly takes pride providing his guests the absolute best stay one can have. Don't blow your money on the other fancy hotels

We were told at check in that there was roof construction going on. Around 9:00pm we got a call to our room that with the heavy rain and construction, there was leak on the floor and we needed to move rooms

I asked if there was an upgrade, and they put us in an ocean front room for free. All of the staff were really friendly, and accommodating. Felipe, Andrew, and Dalton were some of the front desk staff that stood out

They were able to get us a clean room super last minute around 12-1am, offer us drinks & inform us on what this beautiful area & hotel offers

Everyday there was complimentary gelato and at arrival we have complimentary sangria. The beach access was perfect and all the beach staff was so friendly. They made sure we got a good spot

We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms with ocean view?It's to die for. Room was clean and modern enough us. The hallways smelled awesome (I know it's weird. I noticed this but some places smell musky)

Everything worked as it should (ice machine and all)and the razors provided saved me a trip to the store! All and all the husband and I had an awesome time

Parking is off site and was about a 10 minute walk. Overall, we would be happy to stay there again!

A hotel with the highest service and beautiful unusual interior. In the adjacent area is the skeleton of a mammoth. And the beach is 2 steps away. The food is delicious.

It is one of the finest places Miami beach has to offer. Restaurant has amazing food. Try the truffle dumplings and the pecking duck.

The only negative is the outdoor grill food (which you will be eating if you order pool or beachside) is mediocre in taste and grossly overpriced

Every member of staff seemed to be really focused on ensuring we had the best time, without every having to wait for anything. Loved this place and would definitely stay again

Service and amenities are wonderful (but expensive!) The staff will accommodate your ever request and the room is just stellar with a personal bath and great speaker system

(The expensive drinks are quite delicious though, I recommend the Coconut cocktails). Overall I would stay there again but would try and avoid the outdoor food

We celebrated my wife’s birthday on our last day of our stay on the beautiful beach! The staff was awesome and were so happy to hear we could have food service right on the beach! Our server, Victoria was wonderful

Great hotel for a good price! I really enjoyed my stay here. The food is a little pricey, and you have to pay for many 'extras', but I must say this hotel is worth it. Service and security is pretty good as well.

Location is A+, directly on the beach and close walk to everything. The pool area in the back is great. Service and staff were beyond helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable but nothing to write home about

My room is nice - sea and city views, big, comfy bed, walk-in wardrobe with proper ironing board. The pool is lovely, and the backyard bar is great, with hammocks and games to play, and a gate out onto the beach

We had an issue with our restroom and they fixed it within ten minutes! The "backyard" has a pool, cabana rentals, a bar, food service, hammocks and so much more. The backyard leads right out to the beach

Plenty of Palm Trees (gotta have Palm Trees in Miami!) add to the vibe and decor. Free cocktails at the outside bar from 6-7! Every member of staff I have dealt with has been unfailingly cheerful and helpful

Location is perfect if you like quiet and to be close to ocean drive. Staff is so sweet and each penny was worth it. Valet parking staff always nice and on time and available. Umbrella, towels and chairs are included

Don’t believe all the negative reviews!! Our stay was very nice. The resort staff was very nice and the food was great!!! My husband, son and I spent most of our time at the beach

We ended up getting the King Suite with pool view, but we got more than just a pool view, we had the beach, Bay and two pool views

very nice!! They have a total of 3 pools, but one is for adults only but I saw kids down there as well, which was a part of our view, the second pool view we had was from the hotel next door to us, but both were nice, including the terrace view with the adult pool as well

so be aware of that! Also I didn’t like the fact that on one day we went to the beach and the hotel provides two beach chairs and umbrella, however, that day the beach staff stated that we could not open the umbrella’s due to high winds…

We stayed in a beachfront suite and the room was spectacular. Very comfortable bed, one of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed in. The spa was beautiful, there are 3 pools with very comfortable lounge chairs

For the amount you pay to stay here you shouldn't have to call to get your room cleaned. And getting ice was challenging. The pools were great and excellent service in the beach and pool areas.

All around great experience staying here. Really beautiful resort. The spa was definitely on par with worldwide luxury standards. Rooms are small but well equipped. The staff was very attentive and great to deal with.

High level gym and spa round off the complete package offered here. The Miami suite was amazing even tho it faced away from the beach, I still got a partial beach view. Can highly recommend that place

The beach and pool chairs are high end with towel and drink service. There's a lovely and safe boardwalk that runs directly behind the hotel so guests can walk and jog throughout the day

It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small to average-size rooms but that's not a big deal

My first visit to The Palms was perfect and I will return. I needed a long weekend getaway from the snowy northeast. The Palms sits directly on the beach/ocean with fabulous views from the oceanfront rooms

This was my first time booking a trip to South Beach and I was overwhelmed by all of the hotel options so even after all of my research I was still a little concerned that I've missed something

There's beach access by the pool area, which makes it very convenient to go to/from the beach. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. There's valet parking but it can be quite expensive

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and enjoyed a thoroughly warm reception by the staff who got us situated right away. We had a STUNNING room upgrade for our special birthday and the views were excellent

The young lady and gentleman who set up our chairs each day always did so with a smile, and never complained about putting up an umbrella or getting additional towels

Because it was for an annual trip to celebrate his birthday, I wrote ahead to GM Jesper who was EXCELLENT in his follow-up and helping me plan a few special surprises

To be honest, the guys at the beach were never quite as friendly, and in fact, on Thursday, the guy who set us up around 3PM did so with a pretty big attitude, just plopping our towels down on the chairs and walking away to leave us to do his job

Housekeeping took care of our room early each day, but sometimes they didn't refresh certain towels and I had to call down to receive more. Shore Club is no different than other hotels in that the pillows are pretty bad

Also, even if it's a tad older, it's still VERY clean and maintained excellently. Now, onto the pool and beach, because that's what you're hear for! The staff is SUPER sweet and accommodating around the pool

The property sits on expansive piece of Ocean. The hotel is set back from the beach. The gardens and pools & palm trees come first before you get to the beach

When you walk into the gorgeous lobby, it feels like a museum: the arches, the tile, the plants and palm trees… the vibe is just perfect and of course the scent! Smells like heaven ❤️ The service and staff, the rooms, the gym, the house car service (Thank you Sebastian!), the beach, the pool all perfection! The rooms are very quiet and the bed/linens are a dream

That means on a typical day you won’t be fighting for a seat at the pool or waiting 10 minutes for an elevator or seated five rows back from the shore at the beach. Rooms are well laid out, with fabulous views

Nespresso Coffee maker and water are provided “free”. Mini bar also has a decent selection. The breakfast buffet is back and it’s great. And there are gluten free options and a dedicated gluten free toaster!

We were not hotel guests instead were attending an evening reception at the outdoors pool bar. Service was exceptional along with the appetizers. Pools side dinner was salads, sliders, fish etc

You know the old joke: “why is divorce so expensive? Because it’s worth it”. And that’s why it’s worth it. Very very many attentive wonderful staff members making your stay excellent

Great location and beautiful design. Stayed a few nights before a cruise and really enjoyed the stay. The free shuttle that takes you all around Miami Beach area stops right in front of the resort

If your budget allows it aim higher, but if not, the view from the pool is the ocean and the famous beach. You probably won't find toilet paper or towels in the bathroom so come prepared

We won't stay there again but we like to spend the day on the beach and South Beach is as famous for the night life as the beach itself

Our room size and amenities were great, but it was poorly maintained and they knew about a leaking sink before we arrived but it leaked a large puddle in our kitchenette just the same

Unfortunately or fortunately, it sits over and around a very busy and loud party club that has a band going until late. If that is not your choice keep looking

There were two pools and a hot tub available and one pool attendant named Wendy was exceptional in supporting guests, cheerful and always polite, carried out her duties professionally, and seemed to clone herself supporting everyone throughout! Even at closing time, she retained the same enthusiasm and politeness that was evident at the beginning of the day

Great affordable place to stay, nice and clean facilities with one pool on the 3rd floor and one on the ground floor. Hotel is in a great spot close to all

The hotel staff were exemplary when entering the site and ensured we checked in quickly. The employee named Miguel was very friendly and helpful

This Hilton hotel was also spotless, the lobby smelled nice and my room was comfortable and very comfortable

The receptionist was gracious and awesome and since we’ve arrived 2am she gave us a complementary to stay until 1:30 instead of checkout at 11
