The only problem I will say is we constantly had issues with our key cards not working and had to go to front desk multiple times to get new cards. Great place to layover for an early MIA AM flight. They gave me the Spire upgrade which is nice. The property is well maintained. They are right on the boardwalk and beach. I did live here in holidays in September to October 2016. I liked it, it was in silence and very relaxing. We got towels from the reception and seats for the beach. The people there where very friendly. The hotel is near the beach. I enjoyed it very much. The shopping streets are near the hotel and you can easily reach them by feet.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and the staff are like family. From check in to check out everything is handled stress-free at the front desk. The price was ok. WIFI was horrible, we didn’t get any service. However, their front clerk Diamond is amazing, respectful, patient and very pleasant. She was very polite and even gave us some ideas of what was good around the area.

This was a nice little getaway for me and my fiance and our son! We really loved it although the beds were so small. Other than that we had a great time and it was at a great location. The price was reasonable also. I only paid 100.00 through Groupon.

It's cheap to book here and you have good parking space if you have a car with you. I also love how close it is to the beach, just a two block walk. The room itself is not all that, our power went off in the middle of the night but it wasn't a big deal. You get what you pay for but if you want to be really close to the beach and save money by doing so, this is a great place to start.

I guess the issue that it is right on collins ave. if you are facing the park on the back it is pretty quiet until garbage collection in the morning. the only walking distance you can go is the beach. no food or drinks around. however place is very decent and has very comfortable beds, very clean, free parking. it is a deal for me.

Hotel is in the heart of city, and you park around the hotel on the road. It's okay-okay one. It have a nice pool though. Room is clean, good, and big enough, but the bathroom is very small and simple (basically below expectation), but it's clean. Clean and well-managed hotel. Has an onsite restaurant (seafood with a few other choices) that is open reasonably late so a weary, hungry traveler who arrives late can get some food on site itself. A bit pricey for what they offer, but compared to what other hotels in this area are charging it's not as pricey as it looks.

Given this place 4 only because it is very well used and dated inside. The staff all seem great and the location is great being right on the water. All in all if your not for a 4 or 5 star hotel but a clean place to sleep with a view this is your place.

The inn that I had the option to book for my movement is extraordinary. The rooms were perfect, entirely agreeable, and the staff was astounding. They went over and past to help make my visit charming. I energetically suggest this inn for anybody searching for the best spot to remain while an extended get-away.

I loved my stay at the hotel. We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms with ocean view?It's to die for. Room was clean and modern enough us. The hallways smelled awesome (I know it's weird.. I like this hotel, we were there in December. The rooms are not the best they are kind of old fashion but we got a view of the beach so that was great. The parking is super expensive so look for that. But other than that I like that is right by the beach and the view is great!

Although the pool was great in size water was always freezing, even colder than the ocean. The cleanliness of the pool was also a concern with leaves and de-bre. Staff is fantastic. Really above and beyond what is expected, especially for south beach. (Which seems to be full of bad service) Rooms arenta large but big enough with great beds, large TV and good size bathroom. Only down side is that there are alot of stairs and slow elevators. They lend beach towels, but no free chairs available. The hotel is mid - way between South Beach and North Beach. The trolley is free and about a 10 minute ride.
