Great place! Excellent location next to beach and friendly service. Midland, the woman working the lobby was extremely friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The hotel had an interesting style and the rooms were homey. You cannot beat this for the price and quality. Very good location with walking distance to bars and clubs. Food is around every corner.

Love the view and the location is amazing. The costumer service was amazing and the rooms are really clean new and beautiful. Overall love it 10 out of 10. The manager gave us an insight into the history of the hotel and was really kind to give us what we needed.

This was a nice little getaway for me and my fiance and our son! We really loved it although the beds were so small. Other than that we had a great time and it was at a great location. The price was reasonable also. I only paid 100.00 through Groupon.

It's cheap to book here and you have good parking space if you have a car with you. I also love how close it is to the beach, just a two block walk. The room itself is not all that, our power went off in the middle of the night but it wasn't a big deal. You get what you pay for but if you want to be really close to the beach and save money by doing so, this is a great place to start.

I guess the issue that it is right on collins ave. if you are facing the park on the back it is pretty quiet until garbage collection in the morning. the only walking distance you can go is the beach. no food or drinks around. however place is very decent and has very comfortable beds, very clean, free parking. it is a deal for me.

Hotel is in the heart of city, and you park around the hotel on the road. It's okay-okay one. It have a nice pool though. Room is clean, good, and big enough, but the bathroom is very small and simple (basically below expectation), but it's clean. Overall okay-ish, bur definitely not worth 120$/night (the price around Thanksgiving)

The bathroom has a frosted glass door that doesn't lock and you can partially see into, so there is virtually no privacy when using the toilet next to it. The shower doesn't have any shelving in it so I was forced to put my shower items on the floor. Great situation. Lovely restaurant with sea views!! Great adult only pool on the roof ,rooms are good sizes and 2 bathrooms for a one bed....the downside is no real service, the weekend is better but no turndown so all wet towels from your day are there til the next day and asked for hangers 5 times ...never got them and heard others moaning about the same and a few saying they need better management...

Contemporary decor. They take pride in this place. It was very clean and comfortable. The entire staff aims to please! The only way to go is to use the valet parking. The valets hustle and work very hard to get your car quickly. We enjoyed dining here along with pool and beachside cocktails. They have a rooftop pool area that overlooks South Beach its lovely at night. I'll definitely be back.

For my first time in Miami, I couldn't have gone to a better place. I came in for work, and the room is absolutely gorgeous, and beautiful. You have access to the main building across the street with a bar and dining hall. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommend as a place to stay.

I loved my stay at the hotel. We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms with ocean view?It's to die for. Room was clean and modern enough us. The hallways smelled awesome (I know it's weird.. I noticed this but some places smell musky). Everything worked as it should (ice machine and all)and the razors provided saved me a trip to the store! All and all the husband and I had an awesome time.

Beautiful property! The room was very nice, with an ocean view that was spectacular. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a little difficult to locate, if using GPS, and there are many one way streets. Parking is off site and was about a 10 minute walk. Overall, we would be happy to stay there again!

Lovely little hotel tucked away in a quiet area not far from ocean boulevard. Rooms are bigger than average hotel rooms and have a well equipped kitchen. Staff is lovely and there is a small continental breakfast offered in s whimsical tea room. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the hub of ocean boulevard is only 5 minutes away.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding. It is beautiful inside and out. We had an issue with our restroom and they fixed it within ten minutes! The "backyard" has a pool, cabana rentals, a bar, food service, hammocks and so much more. The backyard leads right out to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a really great hotel. My room is nice - sea and city views, big, comfy bed, walk-in wardrobe with proper ironing board. The hotel itself is small not alot of elbow room the elevator is tiny best idea is send 1 person up then luggage by itself. I really enjoyed my stay! My husband and I were just married on Sat. and the staff did everything possible to make our stay special. We had a wait for check in because the staff double checked and perfected our room. They put in us in a corner unit that was cozy and spacious. However, in terms of hotel service, they could do better that make a room for luggage storage, saving customers money. This was my second time staying at this hotel and the staff are like family. From check in to check out everything is handled stress-free at the front desk. The location is perfect and in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Its my home away from home! Will definitely be staying here again and again!

Quaint, Old Fashioned, Historic. A bit MiMo looking, especially pool area, but in a good way. More"basic" or old fashioned than newer, hip hotels, but that's what makes it stands out.

Not sure about ins and outs of the hotel but the waitress and cooks in the outdoor restaurant were fantastic. Had such a great time here. Literally each and every one of the staff members were so friendly and accommodating. The location is great, maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach and close enough to walk to ocean drive (~10 minutes) but not close enough to hear people yelling at night.

Everything was so easy and a seamless experience. There were tiny little things such as the lack of amenities (would have been great to have some sort of outdoor space at least) and small bathroom basics like body wash were missing. The walls are thin so you hear everything so recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise it was a great experience!

I had a great time. The place is very clean and the employees were great. The only thing is that there are only 3 washer and dryers for the whole hotel. There are only on certain floors and were always busy being used.

The price was ok. WIFI was horrible, we didn’t get any service. However, their front clerk Diamond is amazing, respectful, patient and very pleasant. She was very polite and even gave us some ideas of what was good around the area.

I had a beautiful view. You could see that the hotel is a bit old, yet my room was comfortable and quite large. The breakfast was not sufficient and poor. No parking possibility in the hotel. Parking across the street from the hotel for a fee.

Hotel is located right on the sand with easy access to the beach. Nice pool area with hot tub and pool side bar with frozen drinks. These guys were great. Our original hotel lost our reservation and everywhere else we called wouldnt even talk to us. Lewis at the front desk got us in to a room pretty late at night and was so nice and gracious about it. Plus the restaurant downstairs is great!

The location is great and near everything! Couldn't ask for better! Just be able to walk the stairs! Very clean! Had a slight murky smell but that can be taking care of with febreeze fabric spray! keep it in my suitcase at all times considering I have such a sensitive nose! Clean and well-managed hotel. Has an onsite restaurant (seafood with a few other choices) that is open reasonably late so a weary, hungry traveler who arrives late can get some food on site itself. A bit pricey for what they offer, but compared to what other hotels in this area are charging it's not as pricey as it looks.

The most amazing Hotel I'm staying in many many years. They have the restaurant stuck them downstairs best food you can eat on the beach. Well one of the best. As far as dining outside. For fish steaks and incredible liquor bar management is great staff is amazing very uppity people I definitely recommend this place hotel and the restaurant downstairs amazing place to stay.

Given this place 4 only because it is very well used and dated inside. The staff all seem great and the location is great being right on the water. All in all if your not for a 4 or 5 star hotel but a clean place to sleep with a view this is your place.

The inn that I had the option to book for my movement is extraordinary. The rooms were perfect, entirely agreeable, and the staff was astounding. They went over and past to help make my visit charming. I energetically suggest this inn for anybody searching for the best spot to remain while an extended get-away.

Overall, for the amount we paid, it was definitely below our expectations. The staff was as expected, but as we were there, they were seen arguing and we generally unprofessional.
