I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Miami Beach EDITION for a friends' 40th birthday weekend. The service was awesome, from the front desk to housekeeping to the pool to the restaurant and bar

An exclusive location, crazy expensive, but luxurious with courteous and customer-oriented staff. Very close to the beach, good amenities

The room was spacious and clean. The location was also great, close enough but yet far away enough from the hustle of South Beach. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Miami

Every single staff member that I encountered was super nice and helpful. I ordered room service two nights and both times it was excellent (pepperoni pizza and cheeseburger)

We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the place for you

The hotel also boasts an impressive array of amenities, such as multiple pools, a spa, fitness center, beach access, and lively nightlife venues

Everyone in our group had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of dining options. The check in process was seamless and allowed us to check in early. Would recommend staying here!!

However, you may suffer from hearing loss after the experience. The music was over the top loud. They have numerous employees around the pool area mostly keeping non hotel guests out

The restaurant have several good spots for taking cool pictures. Also you can book a room in the hotel if you wanna stay but is kind of expensive. The pool is one of my favorite parts

To walk thru and imagine the history of this mansion and the memories of those that have visited through out the years. The food was extremely delicious and expertly prepared. The beverages were the best I have ever had

If you are fan of Italian food and wanna go to a elegant dinner , one of the best options is Versace restaurant. Extremely romantic , elegant and gorgeous restaurant. The food and service is good

I went off the drink menu and requested a Rum Runner from scratch. It was a large glass but I still ordered another. This is an experience not to be missed. The atmosphere is very impressive

This place deserves my 5 stars because of Matteo’s service. Highly professional, courteous, very polite, and delivered with perfect timing for everything we needed

I didn’t have to ask for a single thing or track him down. High end restaurants need employees like him

We lucked out booking this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful

We loved being helped by Ricardo both at the pool and at the beach. He was so engaged and interesting to talk to and had excellent restaurant recommendations

We were happy to find ourselves in his section at the beach the following day; we loved him! We ate at Lure one night and were helped by the GM and waited on by Dennis who gave excellent suggestions and were lovely to deal with

Close to beach , good location , staff are so nice

Stepping away to buy 2 drinks in a coconut 🥥 which was under 10 minutes the staff removed our things from pool to give the spot to others. They tried to correct it but felt it could have been handled better

My husband and I stayed here back in May for our Anniversary. Overall it was a good experience. We had fun, enjoyed the property and the beach

The room was very comfortable, pool and beach were beautiful, and the service never disappointed. We ate most of our meals outside of the hotel, we like exploring, but the meals we did have at the hotel were all great

Like a Ritz Carlton around the Globe this is a special one. Its outstanding locatiin on the heart of south beach. Amazing rooms and a service is real fast. A Food also delicious and a pool is heated

When I just checked in, the person who received me was not so welcoming, actually made me fill as I was not the Hotel's expectation by being a foreign language native speaker, but after that, and fortunately everything went better, and I must say that the most helpful stuff at the front desk became from Spanish people, they were really nice and helpful

I needed olive oil, more pepper and also some extra milk for the coffee and was not only willing to fulfil all this necessities, but also her kindness and professionalism made the real difference in my stay

The resort fee includes Beach chairs and towels with is a convenient, the pool towels and a pool

I loved my stay the staff is amazing. Michelle is the heart of this hotel. the only disappointed thing was the pool. they under construction but that was minor. will be coming back in August

Great room, large enough space, decent price. Excellent hang out space. Was excited because they had 3 pools advertised however when we checked in we were informed the pool we're closed due to rennovations.

Cons to the hotel will be the resort fee doesn’t include a simple breakfast and the room doesn’t include a mini refrigerator or microwave. The hotel pools are only 4 feet but are comfortable and relaxing

If you planning a short vacation and plan to be by South beach this hotel is great. I stayed 4 nights and enjoy every night, the accommodation are good for the price you are paying

The first night we where at a room and the AC stopped working so we moved to the second floor after the second room we moved in a couple days later that AC stopped working and we had a maintenance guy look at it and moved again down the hall we were in that room for one night cause we thought we were moving back we ended up at another room on that floor and it was good till the 13th day and our beds...

We ended up getting the King Suite with pool view, but we got more than just a pool view, we had the beach, Bay and two pool views

very nice!! They have a total of 3 pools, but one is for adults only but I saw kids down there as well, which was a part of our view, the second pool view we had was from the hotel next door to us, but both were nice, including the terrace view with the adult pool as well

so be aware of that! Also I didn’t like the fact that on one day we went to the beach and the hotel provides two beach chairs and umbrella, however, that day the beach staff stated that we could not open the umbrella’s due to high winds…

Don’t believe all the negative reviews!! Our stay was very nice. The resort staff was very nice and the food was great!!! My husband, son and I spent most of our time at the beach

The only thing that I didn’t like was on arrival the desk clerk stated she needed a credit card on file, which is understandable, but she stated that they were going to charge my card a $300 block…I said why? She said for damages…I said who is going to make $300 worth of damages to a room? And second I did not see anything about this online when booking and reading the terms and policy! The only thing...

even the contractor said that was BS of the hotel to do that when the winds were not as high has the hotel stated, if that were the case he wouldn’t be renting them out, but he was nice as well and gave us a discount and we ended up paying $50 and it was well worth it, but over all our trip was nice and besides the $300 block …

A hotel with the highest service and beautiful unusual interior. In the adjacent area is the skeleton of a mammoth. And the beach is 2 steps away. The food is delicious.

Pool area was good and been given beach towels was an extra bonus

5 why I rated medium because they can do more better than what they have now just by upgrading a few things like changing them curtains they are really dated I understand that the hotel is old but curtains have to go as well the carpet they also have to go like now also they need room service and the hallways carpet they was clean but old but the walls and doors goes with the theme an old hotel old...

I spend 4 days at Miami beach resort & spa this week on 5-14-18 and I rate it 3

My experience here was special. Everything was perfect. The location was great and the service was amazing. I also ate there 3 times during my stay and the food was great.

I guess the issue that it is right on collins ave. if you are facing the park on the back it is pretty quiet until garbage collection in the morning. the only walking distance you can go is the beach

It's cheap to book here and you have good parking space if you have a car with you. I also love how close it is to the beach, just a two block walk

You get what you pay for but if you want to be really close to the beach and save money by doing so, this is a great place to start

Location is great with open air park near by which has access to the beach however the location drives up the price

This was a nice little getaway for me and my fiance and our son! We really loved it although the beds were so small. Other than that we had a great time and it was at a great location. The price was reasonable also

however place is very decent and has very comfortable beds, very clean, free parking

However, Nobu has an adult only pool which was so peaceful and great amenity. The only two pools looked very kid friendly. The men's sauna and steam room was out of order in the spa which was disappointing

We stayed in a beachfront suite and the room was spectacular. Very comfortable bed, one of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed in. The spa was beautiful, there are 3 pools with very comfortable lounge chairs

Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee)

I can truly say Richard was absolutely exceptional and made our stay all the more special and seamless. In the mornings, we dined at Ocean Social and Mayelin always had the warmest smiles and greeting for us each day

The pools were good, and atmosphere was great outdoors and indoors. The hotel was scented with lemon grass tea, which was subtle but really a big factor of feeling comfort of vacation. Positive vibes were plentiful

The area of Miami Beach itself is a little pricey and since we were using public transportation it was tough to get a good breakfast that didn't make you feel like you were paying for dinner

Everything Ok..Good facilities and departament very comfortable and clean. But unfortunately I lost one blouse and my new bra just bought. Spend great moment going to the beach. And the location is really nice.

Reception service was excellent, you can have free beach towels and go to the beach from the hostel in 3 minutes. I will come for sure and definitely recommend this place to stay in Miami Beach

Great Hostel! I stayed 6 days at Freehand Miami Hostel for holidays. The Pool and the terrace are very nice

The best place to live if you don't wanna spend a lot! The location is pretty amazing too, 1 mile north of south beach. The bar downstairs is very famous and a perfect place to hangout! Amazing place!

One of the best hostels in the world. Amazing cocktails, fun atmosphere, clean rooms, and the people that stay here are always fun and easygoing. Grab a drink and make new friends by the pool

Unfortunately on my last day while hanging out at the pool and having a good time, we were forced 2 get up and move with no warning and no signs around for a private event of some sort

Classic Floridian beauty and class. The grounds by the pool /leading to the beach are stunning. The room is quaint, but spotless and decorated in a modern Miami style. Direct beach access with your beach keycard

There's beach access by the pool area, which makes it very convenient to go to/from the beach. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. There's valet parking but it can be quite expensive

The beach and pool chairs are high end with towel and drink service. There's a lovely and safe boardwalk that runs directly behind the hotel so guests can walk and jog throughout the day

It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small to average-size rooms but that's not a big deal

My first visit to The Palms was perfect and I will return. I needed a long weekend getaway from the snowy northeast. The Palms sits directly on the beach/ocean with fabulous views from the oceanfront rooms

Great place to stay for vacation or to have your wedding reception. I attended my friend's wedding and they had their reception here (most of the wedding party and guests also stayed here or at their affiliate hotel)

Your stay includes beach chairs, towels, breakfast (not much for kosher consumers, kosher yogurt would have been fantastic), beach umbrella, beach bikes, and a glorious pool with a dj playing all day

The manager is a professional, down-to-earth guy and personally gave us tips on enjoying the beachfront. My wife loved that particular stretch of beach

It's across the street from the beach that includes chairs and towels. Rooms were all nice, staff was all very friendly

Had an outstanding stay on a Friday night. Designated parking spots for those with babies and strollers close to the lobby entrance were convenient, which we gratefully used

Breakfast was a zoo every morning, but the hotel can't ban rude guests so that's unavoidable. Free bike rentals, hammocks on the roof, roof pool was pretty nice, too

That hotel gave me tranquility I felt safe, location Was great. The beach is less than 5 min walk. The hotel provided bicycles,also everything You need for a day at the beach. The staff: they are really nice people.

The cabanas are amazing and comfortable - and close to the beach! John and Oscar were the first faces I saw and they were so helpful in introducing us to everyone

Girls trip is off to an amazing start!! We arrived in the morning and while waiting for our rooms, we were taken care of incredibly. Belen and Julian have been so accommodating

We didn't have time to use the pool, but can confirm that the area outside was gorgeous and led straight to the beach. This area will cost you $30 a day even if you don't want to use it

Their pool team helped us out 10/10 and made sure to provide us water for hydration but also kept the party going with amazing drinks and food. We ordered tacos post flight and they were the best tacos and guacamole

Wide bedroom, half modern, half art deco style but very comfortable. The atmosphere is querky, even if the hotel needs a refresh. Big swimming pool, where they make you pay to stay on a bed. Perfect location for shopping

Fantastic hotel for the price. Rooms were clean, pool was perfectly relaxing but the star of the show was Walter. He’s exceedingly attentive, makes a mean drink and always in a fantastic mood. Would recommend

My partner and I recently stayed here and we had the most magical stay! The pool is absolutely adorable! It is so pink, the pool is warm and their is a bar by the pool where the bartender makes great drinks! For lunch we had Blue Ribbon sushi which is the restaurant in the hotel -- it's also a great dinner spot! We had the perfect stay and an incredible day chilling by the pool! Highly recommend this...

Stayed here for a girls' trip and had an absolute blast. The Plymouth is tucked away from the South Beach craziness but close enough to walk to the beach within 5 minutes

The atmosphere and all the staff were pleasant and polite. I Room was beautiful, enjoyed the pool and beach. The food in the restaurant was not very good, but overall I really enjoyed it

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous South Beach location. The pool area was great and Walter at the pool bar was fantastic. The restaurant is excellent and always buzzing. great staff. Comfortable rooms, a little small.

The library is a great place to chill or work a bit on your laptop. The pool and is somewhat small, but beautiful nonetheless. Staff is very attentive, always asking if you need anything

Very well decorated, excellent vibes. The pool is great. The staff is always helpful. Tuesday night karaoké was a lot of fun. Internet works well, no issue doing video conferences.

Last weekend my best friend wanted to take me out to cheer me up. I had been having a rough week and she recommended The Good Time Hotel and the Strawberry Moon Restaurant because The Good Time Hotel is not to be missed

The whole experience was phenomenal! As soon as you walk in you are greeted at the front door with a warm welcome and inviting smiles. The atmosphere was fantastic from the start

The entrance to the hotel reminded me of old Miami, but that was just the entrance. when we took the elevator up to the Strawberry Moon Restaurant my jaw dropped

The hotel is very well located, close to great restaurants, beaches, supermarket and shopping, you do not have to use Uber to get around

Even had a second bathroom? It looked like a small apartment. Loved the room and the grounds. Only downside was the douche valet guy with the pony and beard and the people who are supposed to hold the front door open

Rooms, lobby, pool area all stunning. Very expensive valet but you can find street parking. Nice area whole foods, Starbucks and Joe the Juicer nearby

The guy was so needing to gossip that he opened the door as I walked in with all my luggage, didn't hold the door (stood in front of the door gossiping) then let the door slam in my face, luggage fell

Some of the staff were rude, the vast majority of them were very pleasant though. The swimming pool area was great though, and there was a great view of the ocean

He still just stood there talking, didn't even notice. If they aren't going to open the door and greet guest in a professional manner then please just remove them from the front door

Went to see depeche mode for a show. Booked this hotel kinda last minute. My husband and I feel in love with the place we can't wait to visit again. The roof top pool and poolside bar were my fave

Thank you for the free daily towels and beach chairs!!! One recommendation would be to open up the pool bar next to the Tiffany's side of the rooftop. Its an amazing space for a potential dj and party atmosphere

Manager Sharon was awesome and made our Christmas vacation amazing. We really enjoyed the top pool bar, and great location around the beach, Wet Willies, Mangos, Voodoo Lounge and other locations

Don't be in a hurry if you need elevator. Good service though the man at the bar by the pool gets no stars. The women who were there were good and all other service was top notch. Rooms were clean and good WiFi

But we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. I took beef steak medium rare grilled, green salad and fruity red wine. By the way, we visited Miami Beach in the beginning of March
