Hotel Indigo - Brickell, an IHG Hotel

Customer Service is top tier, and accommodations are comfortable

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows.

Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean.

Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night.

Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling.

Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

The room was not very clean, there were biscuit crumbs stuck in the gaps of the sofa, a lot of dust accumulated on the wooden board at the head of the bed, obvious dirt on the floor of the shower room and toilet, etc. So it was not that comfortable to live in, but the location of the hotel is really good - you can walk to the most lively area, but the neighborhood where the hotel is located is also very quiet and safe, so it is very quiet to sleep.

It was nice to stay for a night. The desk chair by the window was quite unstable though would be great if you guys check that out. Other than that it had great view and spacious room.

The location is great and convenient for travel! The hotel staff is also very nice. There was a problem with the room's circuit that couldn't be repaired immediately, so the hotel helped to change the room.

Nice hotel room, but the view is average

Nice welcome at the valet parking and reception.
We had to prepare sofa bed ourselves, although stated during booking that we will use it.

Showering without flooding the bathroom was not possible. The dinner in hotel’s restaurant was good.
The balcony was quite spacious but is flooded if it rains. Fitness room and outdoor pool too small.
You hear the metro rail quite well and the construction noise and the fire department unit alarms.
