Experience was terrible. Walls are super thin. The lady next door to next unit 610 was getting beat up by her partner. We were in unit 609. Staying one night for cruise next day. We barely slept. Call front desk 3 times so they can call the cops. What horrible experience. My sons and I birthday celebration go to cruise. I never stay at this hotel again.

Was extremely happy with the service. Our flight was moved up to a red eye so we got in at 7 am. Alexander was able to get us checked in early and we were able to rest up from the flight. Other than that they were overpriced for what they are won't be staying there again. Their restaurant although good, was overpriced, the only place to fill a water bottle was with the front desk who took it to the bar to get it filled, the ice machine was missing on our floor, etc...

Stayed here for 4 days never had a working room phone and the toilet was broke for 80% of the trip. I initially asked for a room change and was told that I could change the room the next at 1 am because it was “all they could do”. The overnight manager told me that I had to use the lobby bathroom and was rude. So I left a review. After leaving a review I was mysteriously charged 70$ for parking but I didn’t even have a car. I had to go back and forth with the front desk to remove the charge because she didn’t want to. Then she initially removed 57$ so I had to go back and forth with her again to get the full 70$ back. She kept lying and saying she did remove 70$.

I had the absolute worst experience at this hotel! Not only did they steal something incredibly valuable of mine, but the staff were completely unhelpful. When I discovered my expensive item missing, they seemed disinterested and didn't want to report it. I had to take matters into my own hands and call IHG guest relations, who were more helpful than the hotel staff.
To make matters worse, when I tried to report the missing item to the maids through the voicemail box, it was completely full! It's clear that this hotel has a serious problem with theft and a lack of accountability. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to risk losing your belongings and dealing with uncooperative staff. Absolutely terrible experience!

Excellent place to stay! It has an excellent location, wonderful customer service from all the staff (they helped me solve a work issue), the premises are very clean, the bed is very comfortable and a very artistic and modern vibe.
The only thing I would recommend is that the shower didn't have enough hot water.
But, I totally recommend this place! Definitely coming back on my next visit!

This hotel followed all of the required procedures to ensure the welfare of their guests. They made certain that we all had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I was struck by the team's friendliness. It was a very fun and soothing atmosphere. This prestigious hotel presented me with a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone and everything.

Very Nice hotel with excellent location. They gave a smaller room than I got but still was good. They don't give water at the room so You can't do your coffee

The receptionists and the rest of the service staff were very friendly and supportive. Our third-floor beachfront room had a balcony with a spectacular view of the pool area, the bay, and the sunrise. I liked the room we slept in because it was warm and inviting. Thank you once again for all of your efforts and consideration. You've all been so good to us!
