Hotel Greystone - Adults Only

A stylish, modern hotel set in an art deco building. We loved our stay here — the neutral decor is simply stunning, giving the whole place a relaxed yet artful atmosphere. Our Standard King room had a sleek, minimalist vibe, and the bed was incredibly comfy. The blackout curtains were a huge plus, letting us sleep in with ease. The location is prime, just a short walk from the beach! ️ The staff were happy to store our bags at reception upon arrival while waiting for check-in

The Hotel is at a great location on the Collin’s Ave, very close to restaurants, CVS and small shops, as well to Ocean Drive. The front desk was absolutely knowledgeable, polite and competent. The room was for our needs good sized, very clean, the bed was amazing, they have a fridge, TV, hair dryer, soap, shampoo etc. from a very good quality brand. The cleaning staff was discreet and diligent. They have a beach access just down the street, and you can get your towels at the front desk. The valet service was quick and reliable, for the Miami parking rates on the cheaper end. The only thing I was missing da a woman was the full length mirror and a makeup mirror.

The hotel has an amazing atmosphere, intimate space, beautiful interiors, wonderfully rendered art deco style. Excellent service, which solves all your problems, is a real support, they do not treat you like an anonymous tourist, one of many. The hotel was very clean, and this is what I always pay close attention to. A great advantage is also a beautifully decorated, sunny patio with a swimming pool. However, the biggest advantage is the Serevene restaurant run by a recognized and extremely talented chef - Pawan Pinisetti. The restaurant is the beating heart of this hotel. Be sure to stop here for a meal, and even if you do not decide to stay overnight, eat dinner here. I spent 3 nights at the Greystone hotel during a business trip. I will definitely come back! I highly recommend it.

A fine hotel with a wonderful and welcoming staff. We were only there for two nights but if I had plans for longer then staying at the Hotel Greystone would be thoroughly enjoyable. The public areas are sleek, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. The rooms themselves are equally modern and well-suited for a real Miami Beach experience. Much of what MB has to offer is very close -- three minutes to the beach, blocks away from good restaurants, and Lincoln Road has lots of shops ranging from drugstores, to tourist needs, to upscale outlets of national brands. Ocean Ave is close by to see the great and historic Art Deco hotels of the past that just barely escaped demolition.

The hotel staff is extremely warm and will take pains to ensure that your time in MB is a great experience. The rooftop pool was fun, as was the terrace room we had with its spiral staircase up to the private sunbathing area and hot tub. A real gem. The only downside for me was across the whole of Miami Beach and that is the incessantly loud music. But the Greystone provided a nice oasis from this vibrant and active area.

Hotel Greystone exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the superb staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality were unmatched.

The drinks at the bar were absolutely amazing—crafted to perfection and bursting with flavor. As for the rooms, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay.

The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Miami, close to everything you could want. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the unbelievable dining experience. Chef Pawan’s culinary creations were nothing short of extraordinary—every bite was a masterpiece.

I went to Adobe Max 2024 and stayed at Hotel Greystone. I have had a wonderful relaxing stay with them. All the staff (concierge/front desk and cleaning staff) has been so helpful and friendly. When I ask them for anything, given that it's my first time in Miami, they were thoughtful with their answers and recommendations. I love how conveniently close it is to the convention center, about 10 minute walk. I also love how they furnished the room, it's quite bohemian, yet modern. Thank you Hotel Greystone for a wonderful stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Greystone Miami, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! Located just a few steps away from the vibrant South Beach, this hotel is a gem in the heart of Miami.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the beautiful ambience that fills every corner of this boutique hotel. The decor is stylish and modern, with a touch of elegance that makes you feel like you're in a luxurious oasis.

But what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service, particularly from Fernando, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His warm smile, attentive nature, and genuine desire to make me feel welcome made all the difference.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to relax and unwind. And with South Beach just a stone's throw away, you're never far from the action.

Good location next to the beach, very friendly staff, Pedro & his team are amazing and helpful, very clean, rooms are nice but minimalistic, pool is cozy with view on Collins Avenue, at the beach you get sun-beds but umbrellas are available at $22 extra charge, bathroom amenities are nice, rooms in Courtyard are quite - no party noise. This hotel is a 9 out of 10. We will come back. Well done!
