Had a wonderful that at the Joseph while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Short walk to Broadway great location.
Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant was incredible. The staff beyond friendly. I did have a few small issues with my room cleanliness which the hotel remedied via compensation towards bill at checkout. This showed they cared about my business.
I will stay here for all future stays in Nashville.
Rooftop bar was fun, didnt get to experience the spa this time.

Love this luxury hotel especially for their hospitality!! I encountered another guess at the bar who happened to be a regular, he said he felt like home whenever he comes to this hotel. The presentation of their dinner is superb (I have a picture of here). The rooftop pool might need little touch up tho.

Yes, this place is pretty cool. Great location. Great service. Great atmosphere. Great rooms. But a quick word to the wise... If you're hesitant about the price or struggling to meet it, understand your financial situation for what it is and stay somewhere else. You won't be happy here if you're constantly worrying about how much the valet is costing or skimping on your concierge tips. Not to mention the whole area is pretty expensive. Don't get me wrong - I love this hotel. It's excellent. The service was great. The rooftop pool was a blast. My future wife loved the spa (even with Covid restrictions). At this point in my life, it was worth every penny, but I know a younger, less affluent version of me would have been constantly stressed while staying here because I hadn't factored in all the outside expenses.

Fantastic staff! Great hotel. Central location. Great service. Made our stay enjoyable and fun. I wish the pool was a little bigger. I will definitely return to this hotel when I am in Nashville.

My husband and I stayed here on our way through town. What a unique place! Comfortable and chic with exceptional attention to detail. Loved the rooftop pool. The rooms were immaculately clean and modern in style and electric. Would definitely stay here again! Love it!

I am one of many Drivers that frequently pick up clients at the Sidewalk due to limited room to accommodate a 14 Passenger Sprinter Van. But on October 19 our client whom had booked several Rooms with this Hotel that filled a 30 passenger bus and 3-14 passenger sprinter vans was told that she was not priority nor did her transportation mattered at the moment of having 1 Super Coach bus for the Redwings NHL Team. I am saddened to see that this staff member of your Hotel does not know how to choose his words wisely and lacks the professionalism to be able to handle multiple clients whom chose your Hotel to hold their conferences with better care. I won’t be surprised if our current client decides to take their business elsewhere in their future. But also gives me a insight as to what Hotel I shouldn’t recommend to other future clients. Please teach you staff to handle themselves more professional and not give one high end client a preference over others. This client we had in common also had vocal Artists staying at your Hotel.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was THE BEST hotel experience that I've ever had. The service was unbelievable. We were upgraded not once but twice and stayed in the most beautiful hotel room I've ever seen. My wife and I were celebrating an anniversary and staying as part of the Amex Fine Hotels program, and they treated us like a king and queen. I believe a front desk worker named Asia made our stay so special, and the concierge and another front desk worker went out of their way to make it the stay of a lifetime. This is such a beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location. I've stayed in 7 or more Nashville hotels and this takes the cake. Thank you!

We had booked our stay months ago -- and I panicked the week before, seeing a few poor service reviews. Am I glad we continued with our stay! Service-wise, I'm hard pressed to recall a friendlier, more helpful and welcoming experience anywhere. We arrived straight from visiting our kids at sleepaway camp in Maine -- having just found out our daughter had lost a tooth. Wanting to continue our "Tooth Fairy" tradition, I needed assistance typing up and printing a letter in a specific format and font. When I asked the front desk where I might be able to go in town to do this -- Jenny at the desk went above and beyond, taking the information from me and recreating the letter... which was then delivered to our room so swiftly. She is my hero! The bar was wonderful, service/housekeeping responsive, the hotel itself was immaculate and the bathrooms are awesome. The location could not be better -- a short walk to many destinations and the whole Broadway area, plus the Listening Room Cafe the other direction. Lisa Tall, the concierge, was knowledgeable about touristy info and had great non-touristy recommendations as well. My only request would be to add more fish/vegetarian options to the pool/bar menu for those who don't eat meat. But wow -- this property delivered. We had a fabulous stay and cannot wait to return.

This is a great hotel - great location close to all the action but also quiet enough for a great nights sleep. Extremely attentive staff. Nice clean room - great restaurant and fab food. Roof top pool with loungers. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff, the environment, the scenery… just perfect!! There was always someone by the elevator to help you if needed and someone in the lobby to make sure your check in services were up to par. If you were standing there too long they would offer you water or anything else to make you comfortable. The staff were so helpful, warm, welcoming and willing to make any adjustments to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms were updated, clean and spacious. The rooftop was gorgeous as my fiancée proposed to me on the rooftop of this hotel. The staff were amazing and took photos for us as our family was not there. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is worth every penny. You will not be disappointed.
