Grand Hyatt Nashville

I hate to do this because everyone has been verbally kind, but kindness just doesn't always cut it. I'm extremely disappointed in how an issue I had is being handled. I was very excited to go here but I unfortunately had to cancel- due to what I believe was a communication error between my third party site and the hotel I was charged anyway.

So... I called. And they (front desk and manager) were very sweet. I was promised a refund for an accidental charge not once, not twice, but three times and asked to wait two to four weeks each time. This refund never appeared, and employees and managers did not give me their last names, nor would they email me confirmation that I would be refunded. Now, six months later, I am beginning to suspect I was just being strung along and potentially even given fake names. I asked if my account could be credited instead and they said that was not possible. Now, that's fine, but promising a refund and not giving it in my opinion is rather shady. I'd be happy to update this review if my now six months overdue refund magically materializes, but I'm not holding my breath.
