Loews Vanderbilt Hotel

We stayed at Loews Vanderbilt and absolutely loved it. The rooms were perfect. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting to the Xmas decorations to the complementary tea and water. The valet staff was the best anywhere. Although we didn’t have a car they drove us to our places we wanted to go and would pick us up when we called. Joe Day and I wish I remembered all their names were the best.

We hosted an event at Loews Nashville and had a great experience overall! The service was wonderful all around. The hotel team was incredibly hospitable. The bellmen who work in the lobby are exceptional. The event services and banquets team were very friendly and on top of things. The front desk team was lovely. The meeting space is very nice and looks freshly renovated. The gym is state of the art. The restaurant and bar are really nice and served great southern food and beverage options. My only critic is that the sleeping rooms and hallways were dated and worn. The sleeping room floors (including club levels) could use a refresh and renovation.

Wow talk about service! We booked the Loews as our wedding block hotel and we could not be more impressed with the service we received and the service our guests received. From check in to check out it was such an easy process! Every employee of the Loews was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. I travel for work almost weekly and I am constantly in different hotels and this is the best service I have had in years! In particular, Marc was incredible! We had a ton of items that needed moved up, down and between rooms throughout the wedding weekend as we moved from regular rooms to suites and then eventually down to go to the wedding! Marc helped every time with a smile on his face and an amazing attitude.

We will 100% be staying at the Loews any time we are in Nashville moving forward.

The Asian lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) who helped us check in. Very patient and friendly.

The bed is very comfy.
But the room has no fridge or microwave, which is inconvenient for a 6-night stay. I did request one fridge, but it only came after my third request, and my milk/yogurt was sitting at room temperature waiting for hours, I had to get ice to keep them cool while waiting.

Because most of the time I have to rest in my room during the daytime as my work starts at night, I called and requested housekeeping when I was out eating around noon. I was promised someone would come right away, but the turnout no one comes when I had to start rest time in my room.

The gym is great.

Breakfast is not included.

Everything was excellent. We stayed for one night on our honeymoon and everyone was very nice and helpful. The restaurant recommended by the concierge was excellent as well. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing experience. Nicest hotel I've ever been in. The concierge was very helpful in finding us several fine restaurants on short notice. All the service was excellent and the rooms were very nice.

The only thing that is better than the food and the ambience here is the service! Couldn't have asked for a person that was more knowledgeable about the menu and enthusiastic to provide the best dining experience. Wish I wasn't so bad with names so that I could remember what our server's name was. A great fusion between southern and other cuisines.

This hotel has excellent service and a very comfortable stay. We loved Tony who drives the shuttle to where you need to go nearby. Such a great service to offer guests! We will continue to stay at this hotel if ever in Nashville.
