I loved the live music in the lobby bar at night.
Walking in the door - the place was amazing. The front desk was friendly. The room was nice. But ... there is always a but. I was told nit to park on the street because cars had been burglarized. I was told to park in the garage. This was a $30 charge. The gates did not work. There were no cameras and anyone could walk in. Why did i need to pay $30? Then, I learned that Marriott puts a $50 hold on the credit card ... for incidentals. But ... four hours later they (The Hotel) charged $40 to my credit card. I called customer service and between representative and his boss they have no idea. So. No. This has not been a great trip.
I specifically requested the pasta *without* bacon due to dietary restrictions, as I have not consumed pork in over a decade. Rather than informing me that the bacon could not be omitted, the kitchen chose to simply remove the larger pieces and serve the dish anyway. This was not only misleading but also deeply irresponsible. As a result, I became extremely ill and spent the entire night dealing with the consequences. I find this level of negligence unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that those responsible reflect on the potential harm their decisions can cause. This experience was profoundly disappointing and has left a lasting negative impression.

We have a long standing reputation with Hilton, never had to cancel until this time. That was not taken into account, at all. I spent about an hour on the phone with Hilton Customer Service, and they told me that this is up to Hotel management, and there was nothing they could do to soften the punishment.
Other than that, Hilton Green Hills is a good place, clean and close to everything. Only next time we are likely to book our vacation stay elsewhere in Nashville, where management is more friendly to their old customers.
Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Large, convenient parking lot. We had breakfast there. Food was delicious. Excellent service.
