Weekend away. Staff were fantastic. Room was a bit small for the price. Bed was super comfortable, strong water pressure in shower. Being near elevators was annoying at times. Restaurant (Jams) was decent. Overall, good hotel. Would stay again

We absolutely love working here! We frequently do hair and makeup for guests staying at this wonderful hotel, and every experience is fantastic. Service is top-notch, the rooms have perfect lighting, and parking is a breeze. Highly recommend!

I will not stay here again for business travels. Front desk is extremely unwelcoming and did not seem to care about guests. We did not get an overview of amenities or anything about the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days, and throughout the entire stay the attitude of the hotel staff was just terrible. Everything you asked them seems like an annoyance. I noticed they treated some guests better than others and I just really cannot tolerate it. My partner made the simple request of not having anyone enter the room during certain hours due to work and was bothered 4 times. The restaurant staff of Jam is the same way. I was late to a meeting due to the staff slacking off and chit chatting. If you are a professional, please book somewhere else.

As good as it gets. The staff and customer service is second to none. Especially Gilbert! From the door he (as well as all the staff) did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were AMAZING and the eco friendly materials inspired us to decorate the house! 5 stars are not enough! We will return and stay at 1 Hotels in the future when given the opportunity!

Its so exceptional. Super clean rooms , great interior design and spacious room with good out look on level 11. Can see Central Park from the room, very quiet, large comfortable bed, excellent location with all amenities close by and Central Park a few meters away, great for exercising in the morning, 2 cleaners stores across the road to wash clothes, plus supermarket and many cafes and restaurants within 100 meters of the hotel. Reasonably priced for New York.
Free endless filtered water in the rooms and free apples at reception.
The television has many channels available.
The hotel has a personal boutique feel and a friendly atmosphere.
The staff are very nice and accommodating, nothing is a problem.
Can’t recommend this hotel any higher. Would definitely stay again.

A-MA-ZING! OUTSTANDING!
Our favorite hotel in NYC. 2 steps from Central Park and commodities.
Rooms with park view are stunning with their lovely cosy niche sofa by the large window and the glass shower - can see the park from everywhere in the room (curtains available).

This hotel is ideally located close to Central Park, and just a short walk to MOMA, the theater district, and the Madison Avenue bus up Museum Mile. The staff are accommodating, attentive, courteous, and most welcoming. This was my third stay. The hotel is green-conscious. Rooms could benefit from a tad more storage space, especially for a stay of more than three days for two people. The Park King rooms offer a nice partial view of Central Park and a window alcove. The bathroom and shower are roomy, with good water pressure. Jams, the hotel restaurant, serves very good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It can be a bit noisy at dinner. The Jams staff is also professional and welcoming. We look forward to our next visit.

This is an upscale, hip hotel just a block from Central Park. The rooms are beautiful, and our "city view" window gave us plenty to look at (including a little of the park off to our side). The staff was friendly and accommodating. Take a ride in their complimentary Tesla car service if you have somewhere to go in midtown!

My ex and her boyfriend stayed over Christmas. They were traveling from NYC to Paris and then back to Chile, where they're from, so they asked the hotel to ship their bags with FedEx back to Chile. The hotel said yes, then lost the bags. The hotel tried to blame it on FedEx, but Fedex immediately produced documentation showing the hotel had lied. Long story short: my ex and her boyfriend are out $27,000 in luxury clothes and gifts purchased in New York. The hotel, through their insurance, is only offering $500. I have never seen anything like this. It's theft, pure and simple. Really shocking. Don't trust this place with anything.
