Pestana CR7 Times Square

I stayed here last weekend. Nice hotel with friendly staff. I can say they went above and beyond. Please remember this hotel is not fully operational yet, meaning the restaurant, bar, etc. are not open. The location is perfect, we only had to hop on the subway once to get to lower Manhattan. Everything else was within walking distance!

Great place, great people and above all new rooms with impeccable cleanliness!. I recommend to everyone. Two good employees, Joanna and Giovanni, helped us stay. We had 6 people and 3 rooms!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I had a king room, not huge but very clean and modern. Loved the touch control lights in the room. The shower is a bit tight, I am a small (5'2") woman and even I found myself bumping my elbows into the shower walls sometimes. The room has a smart TV, mini fridge (no microwave), complimentary Voss water bottles, tiny work desk and a safe tucked away in the nightstand. 2 minute walk to Port Authority Bus Station, ~10 minute walk to Times Square and tons of food, bars and shopping just steps away highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this beautiful hotel. It is very nicely located. The whole hotel, lobby,rooms, common areas are spotless. The cleaning ladies clean and tidy the rooms daily (they change the towels also). Marilyn at the reception is great, so welcoming and making you feel like home. Her smile and vibrant personality makes you happy to see her every time you go back to the hotel. All staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with anything you might need. I would totally recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful room at the heart of the most busy area of New York (Times Square). Congratulations !!!!

2/ the rooms are a bit small but very nice and there is everything u need. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable we had very good night sleeps!

Always available and more than happy to help and advise my clients, each knew exactly who we were /my groups details. It was so nice to have these amenities readily available, allowing us to refuel and recharge between our adventures in the city. It truly enhanced our stay and made us feel even more at home.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located, the staff are very friendly and the facilities are great. We were absolutely delighted with the free bagels, croissants and coffee in the morning as we don't usually eat breakfast so these were just perfect to start our day. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a great stay and if we ever return to NY, we will definitely look at this hotel option.

Really nice experience!! Loved the staff, they were very helpful and gave us everything we could need. Gave us mouthwash, toothpaste and bathroom supplies. Nice homey feel - just what I needed for a quick stay in NYC! Marilyn was great as was the rest of the staff. Great price for what we got, especially for NYC. Love love love

Me and my wife stayed here for seven days. The location is very good, the hotel is spotless clean and the service is excellent . The WiFi was always available. The reception team was excellent and really added to the experience by providing tips and help during our stay.
