Philadelphia Marriott Downtown
Philadelphia, 1201 Market Street 🧭 Map
Classy hotel in a good location, they even have a car rental stand in the lobby. If you're on a budget there's a 7 eleven across the street and a market place in the nearby terminal. Also Chinatown is 2 blocks north
Overall, the experience at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown was a good one. Returning to Philly for a visit (having previously lived there for a decade), I booked the hotel due to a great deal online
The front desk is always busy but they make an effort to serve you with a smile. Room service is good and overall the staff are friendly. The renovated side closer to the convention centre leaves alot to be desired
Good location near Reading Market, convenient to the Convention Center. Also near the Independence Center. Starbucks and Hertz desk onsite. Front Desk helpful when asked to recommend car service
Would definitely stay here again! The only downside is that the valet/parking is expensive. It’s about $52 to park overnight. I would recommend parking at the nearby garage instead. Other than that everything was great!
Stayed for one night from Saturday-Sunday. It was nice to have a bathtub instead of a stand-in shower and the room was reasonably spacious. Plus, it was in a convenient location, close to pretty much everything

Philadelphia, 1200 Market Street 🧭 Map
Room was fine and bed comfortable. The restaurant downstairs had excellent breakfast but dinners were, for us, a bit pricey. Easy walk to Reading Terminal Market and many restaurants
Walking distance to many places you will want to visit in Philadelphia. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and updated. The front desk was very nice and accommodating
Excellent experience, highly recommend staying here
2 blocks from Redding Market Place. About 5 blocks from Convention center. Many other great places and sites nearby
The location was perfect- right near many restaurants, shopping areas, and bars. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very helpful. The gym, wet sauna, and dry sauna are included with your stay
The elevators are a bit confusing at first, but definitely check out the top floor because this hotel has the best view of Philadelphia you can get!

Philadelphia, 237 South Broad Street 🧭 Map
Our room was clean and spacious with pretty up to date furnishings. A huge plus for me is that the beds are very comfortable! I usually don’t sleep well in hotels but slept great here
My only complaint about my room was that it was so close to the elevator, and I could hear some metallic sound from it. Not really a big deal, but worth noting
The bathroom was clean as well, another plus. The price is a little higher than I usually like to pay for a hotel but the location and quality make it with it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it
Room was otherwise nice, staff was courteous (even with a booking issue, though that was my fault honestly). Super close walk to the convention center, and plenty of food options close by
37 minutes out of bowls no cups for a while and they were plastic. Just not well run at all! Very good location and enjoyed the area restaurants and walking around
Room at the hotel was clean and well cared for. Room service did a good job taking care of the room everyday. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, though getting coffee there is a bit of a challenge

Philadelphia, Ten Avenue of the Arts 🧭 Map
I also appreciated the complimentary amenities, which included a well-stocked mini-bar and thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and high-quality toiletries. One of the standout features of the Ritz Carlton is its staff
My stay on the 30th floor was a highlight, offering panoramic views that left me breathless. The sight of the bustling city below, with its iconic skyline, was a constant reminder of how vibrant Philadelphia is
The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the plush furnishings to the exquisite decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city
As the sun set, the city transformed into a sea of twinkling lights, creating a magical backdrop that made my evenings unforgettable. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and sophistication
Will highly recommend for others looking for a good safe hotel to stay at in Philly

The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia, Philadelphia1 / 35
8.6
Philadelphia, 220 South 17th Street 🧭 Map
Around the Warwick is perfect for shopping and bars and downtown Philly. I consider this a great location
Modern and fun lobby with restaurants open at varying times. Rooms are a bit older but spacious. I would stay here again if I was going to downtown events. Many restaurants are walkable in the area
And noticed the room was a little warm. We turned the air conditioner on as high as it would go and cold air was kind of trickling out. We gave it a little while but the room didn't seem to be cooling down
The tub had cracks in it with rust and again the air conditioning in the refrigerator in the room were not functioning properly. The king size bed pretty much took up the whole room so don't expect anything large
He insisted that not much could be done that night but he did everything he could to try and help. He removed the barrier in front of that which allowed for better airflow and told us to close the bathroom door
While I went to go park the car. He was very friendly and helped us however he could! Once we checked in, which was a very easy process, we are able to get right into our room around 1:00 p

Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia, an IHG Hotel
Philadelphia, 433 Chestnut Street 🧭 Map
An excellent example of Kimpton hospitality and style. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many of Philly's best attractions
Stayed for a Saturday and Sunday night for a weekend getaway to Philly for some sightseeing. The location is perfect for visiting the historic district, and there are a number of excellent restaurants in the area
Likewise an odd area is that tea/coffee facilities for the room had to be requested. The thing that absolutely stands out though was the staff. Every single one of them was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help
The common areas are beautiful, from the ship chandelier in the entrance way, to the furniture around the reception area. The rooms are comfortable and look amazing
The showers are okay and while not stand out, they shouldn't be marked down on them. However in 2/3 rooms we stayed in we had baths, and one was fantastic while the bath/shower in the suite was incredible
A smart TV or any provided ability to use streaming services (whether through a wireless phone connection or signing into the service on the TV) would have been much better

Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

This is easily my favorite hotel in the city. Whenever my parents or my grandmother comes to town, they always stay here and leave very well-rested. Apparently the breakfast is quite delicious as well
I think he was calling her to hook up again because I then heard him turn the phone off after several rings and say, "Well, that was good while it lasted
The historic center and old city are at walking distance, and so is the Rocky statue if you fancy that. The room was bright and comfortable, with a coffee machine and nice bathing products
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is professional and nice. Overall great stay! Perfect location within walking distance of many stores, parking, and restaurants
We were celebrating our 1st anniversary and had a great time!!! The location was freaking awesome. we walked everywhere and a drugstore was literally right next door
My wife and I stayed there 2 years ago and we will be going back next month. Yes the rooms are small, but who cares when you are barely there

Good amenities for the price and easy to get around. Lots of food options nearby as well as shopping. It's literally your second home with a full kitchen inside. Great overall stay can't say anything bad! 5 stars
I've stayed at this hotel many times and would love to come back again. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good with quite a lot of options.
The staff at the home 2 suites Philadelphia Convention center was beyond amazing. They are kind and helpful whenever approached. The cleanliness however was not acceptable
Look no further! This is thee perfect hotel stay for family or business trips. It’s across the street from the convention center. The staff was nothing short of exceptional
Felicia, who checked me in, was the sweetest making sure I was taken care of at all times. Philip, the manager, was proactive while short staffed to make sure I was helped to hold my bags
The couches were severely stained, the bathroom walls don’t look like they have been wiped down this year, the shower needs to be cleaned thoroughly including taking apart the soap dispenser which haven’t been cleaned in months (mold)

But more importantly, some of the nicest staff and best customer service I’ve ever received
The Hampton Inn at the Convention Center is in a good location. At the convention center any near Broad Street. The rooms in this location are newly renovated and in near perfect condition
And the rate at this hotel is often an excellent value. Something to consider at this location is the preponderance of people living on the streets
Looking for a good place to eat? Try the Prohibition Tap Room just up the street. You won't regret it.
The level of customer service here is incredible. I have never had such s great experience at a hotel before. From the management team to the guest service agents - every interaction was a pleasant one
Our plane was delayed and she worked with us to make sure we got the most out of our experience. Even with all of the construction going on we had such a great time. We will be coming back for sure!

We had drinks in the Library Bar off the lobby and drinks were great. The service from the bar staff was excellent. We had brunch at Lacroix and while expensive, the food and service were fantastic
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
The Rittenhouse lived up to it's reputation. Between the complimentary pretzel and root beer, and the outstanding service in the Library bar, the Rittenhouse felt like home. Would highly recommend a stay there.
The hotel is excellent, five stars no question, the bar /lounge on the first floor is what pulls this rating down as it does not convey or share the excellence a d quality of the hotel
We spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Rittenhouse and everything was first class. Every Rittenhouse employee we came in contact with was pleasant and engaging. The concierge really saved us Thanksgiving night
The restaurant where we had made a reservation was closed upon our arrival. We walked back to the hotel and he immediately got us in to another restaurant and even drove us over in the hotel car

Philadelphia, 401 Chestnut Street 🧭 Map
Newly renovated hotel in old city. Decor isn't to my liking, unfortunately. Hotel staff are REALLY friendly and helpful, always greet me with a smile. I'm only here for work but there's some good people working here!
They valet parking guys were so nice. Buffet breakfast in the bar was very good
Some parts of the hotel were still under construction during our visit. but nothing that affected our stay. Lobby bar/restaurant had some good cocktails and beer choices, loosely-based French theme
Great location! We were able to walk to Independence Hall, The Museum of the American Revolution, Penns Landing waterfront and area and to many fun restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable
The old Omni with a new, funky, urban-inspired decor. ours had one king-sized bed in what must've been an old two-bed room. Odd leftover space could use some more furniture. maybe a loveseat? Nice new bathrooms
Many of the hotel amenities were not available to customer service. The bar and restaurant were closed. Our television is defective with a streak going down the screen

The staff were extremely helpful in accommodating my request which made this my wife's best birthday ever. Room was clean, the views were beautiful and the location was close to everything
The pool area is absolutely gorgeous though not heated, which was a little bit of a disappointment but did not put a damper on the experience at all. plenty of areas to lounge around in or for an event
Apartments equipped with every comfort and convenience, and if you are still not happy, then ask Carla, the manager, who will be able to satisfy you and satisfy you in all your requests
Great location with amazing views of Philadelphia. The business center was quiet and well designed and the coffee machine was a definite perk
I would love to leave a 12 star review if possible. It was my wife's birthday and I wanted to do something special for her
Anytime I come to Philly I am staying here. Forget about 4 seasons or whatever else is out there and stay with AKA

Great place to stay... Jackie gives excellent service she works at night... Toni and Bree at the front during the day awesome... Marlon from the kitchen very very sweet and the cleaning staff awesome as well
We told the staff in advance we would use the pullout couch, but had to ask twice for the bedding needed. Other than that the room is good and at
The breakfast was not very good and the location is confusing because it connected from behind to a Hilton hotel and shares the same address
My entire stay was amazing. From the comfort of my room to checking out when I left. I really didn’t want to check out but I had to head back down to Florida. The front desk staff was amazing as well!
This place was amazing! The staff were so sweet and made sure we always had a taxi. Stayed in a suite with a kingsized bed that comfortably housed three people. The kitchen had everything we needed
I will definitely be returning

The staff is professional, excellent, friendly, and patient. All of them would bend over backwards to give us what we needed no matter how trivial. The rooms are clean and unique; not cookie-cutter, chain hotel rooms
Excellent Staff, Excellent Room, Excellent Location. Super quiet area despite being downtown in the city. Convenient parking right across the street so no worries there. Perfect place. I’ll be coming back here
Amazing boutique hotel with excellent customer service. You are taken care of from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Very personal service.
All of the staff were extremely professional & so nice! The manager in particular was such a nice person! The hotel is in a great area of Philly to walk around, especially with the beautiful Rittenhouse park so close
This may be one of the best kept secrets in Philly. This hotel has charm, character and absolutely beautiful rooms. The staff here is excellent and its located central to everything. Skip the big hotels and stay here
We also loved that they actually accept guests who aren’t 21 yet. We are still 20 & 19 so it’s always nearly impossible to find a hotel that will have us

We went to Chestnut Grill (the attached restaurant) for brunch. The food was excellent and not typical in a good way
I was there as a best man in a wedding. The bridal party stayed in one building and we stayed in the Post Office building. What a great area with a nice brewery out back
They truly went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect, and it truly was! Thank you to each of you at the front desk, house keeping and to the guy that serves breakfast in the morning! I will always remember my stay at the chestnut hill hotel! THANK YOU!!!
I had dinner at the restaurant with some friends. The food was very delicious and prepared correctly. The wait staff was very polite and courteous. The menu prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place to everyone
I truly had the greatest experience at this hotel. The hotel atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. The room was awesome, could not have asked for more. But what made this experience exceptional was the staff
Elegant carefully prepared cuisine with a definite international flair. Super attentive waitstaff and impressive selection of renowned wines , liquors , and brews to appease any upscale palette
