Great location, close to everything. Reasonable price for parking. Nice stay for us.

We loved our stay and would gladly come again! This was a very last minute trip, and we managed to get a very good rate for this hotel. We had no idea what to expect, and we found it to be one of the nicer hotels in its price range that we’ve stayed at!

Our room was very clean and cozy with a beautiful panoramic view. While the furnishings weren’t brand new, they feel clean and definitely updated in recent years. Air and water purifiers in the room was a plus, as well as a very secure door lock — provides much peace of mind to solo travelers.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods and was good! Not the best hotel breakfast we’ve had, but one that we felt very much satisfied with.

A warm cookie at check-in was also a plus!🙂 We had a great time here and hope to come again.

My only complaint about my room was that it was so close to the elevator, and I could hear some metallic sound from it. Not really a big deal, but worth noting. Room was otherwise nice, staff was courteous (even with a booking issue, though that was my fault honestly). Super close walk to the convention center, and plenty of food options close by.

We inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, "it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm." We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that "because you're third party....." Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were "third party." I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were "third party." Well, the "guaranteed" time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were "third party" and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were "third party", apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The rooms could use updating and our bath tub drain was very slow. Front desk service was nice and you can’t beat the location. We stay here often when coming to Eagles games. Quick ride on the subway into the stadium and plenty of food options within walking distance.

OK, I may not be a regular, but I’ve stayed here at least 4 times in the last 10 years or so, for conferences and for overnight theater stays, and it’s my favorite hotel. The standard has been maintained the entire time. You can’t beat the location. The rooms are clean, well lit, well furnished. Loads of pillows, fluffy duvet. Two USB ports next to the bed. The convenience store/coffee shop has more variety than the usual grab-n-go market in most hotels, including fresh pastries. The folks at the desk and market and bar are all pleasant & helpful. I did checked in in the app, but still stopped at the desk to get my key card (needed for parking) and of course my cookie.

Highly recommend choosing one of the end rooms overlooking Broad St (as long as you don’t mind a few city noises). They have a ton of room in their quirky shapes. In the parking garage, don’t bother searching for parking on level 2 or 3; you have to go up to 6 to get out anyway, so go on up & get a spot right near the elevator.

Room at the hotel was clean and well cared for. Room service did a good job taking care of the room everyday. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, though getting coffee there is a bit of a challenge.

Hotel lobby is unimpressive and not particularly well maintained. The lounge prices are high, I recommend taking a quick walk to the Capital Grille down the street.

The location is excellent. Quick walk to City Hall and all of the downtown area. Nice views of downtown from the hotel rooms.

Great stayed!! But front desk staff not friendly no human touch. Unfriendly check in and check out time not flexible at all.. Room water 500ml 2bottles no replacement. If you stay more days, need to pay for it.
