Staff were incredible.
Hotel could use a good scrub. My main complaint was the fact that I booked this specific hotel for the indoor pool for our 9yr old. The pool was disgusting. Strange skim on the surface of the water and it was cold. So pool was a no go. Would I go back to this hotel, yes, if it was only me and my husband. Not a great hotel if you’re traveling with kids(we needed a rollaway bed and they never had one available) we made it work with the chase lounge and a bunch of extra bedding, but definitely wasn’t the plan. Plan to eat somewhere else than the restaurant in the hotel. No kids menu. The only thing we could find for her to eat was the lobster Mac n cheese-minus the lobster though we were still charged full price as if it had the lobster. I told my kid, I hope you enjoy your $25 Mac n cheese. Just some things to consider. It’s just not a kid friendly hotel, but you’d most likely be happy there with adults only.
