Fajah was very professional and laughed at my dumb jokes I used to relax myself after dealing with foot and vehicle traffic to get to the hotel. Highly recommend this location
Next to Reading Terminal Market
The hotel's right in the middle of everything, which is great. The rooms are modern, which is good. Unfortunately, the 4,000 person conference here this weekend is clogging the elevators and on site restaurant
Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning as they clearly need more workers
Great location. Acceptable service levels. Amenities can be better.
It's probably not always like this, but the chaotic environment and long waits have been kinda frustrating. If you don't need all the services, the Residence Inn and Courtyard are around the corner

Awesome gym on the 5th floor. Heavy bag, lap pool, sauna, steam room, fresh fruit, and fruit infused water on tap.
Clean, updated room. I was in a quiet alcove but my neighbors were exceptionally loud and slamming doors late at night and early in am. I’ve stayed here before and enjoy the accommodations.
Good thing my 6'3" husband didn't come along because he'd be flush to the head board! The hotel is a block away from Reading Terminal and there are many very nice restaurants and pubs withing walking distance
Well I was very impressed with how clean and modern the room was with amazing city views! The hotel restaurant had a unique yet pricey menu for dinner, definitely not for a picky eater
It was exciting to stay in a building of historical architectural significance. Nice art deco details in the rooms. The king bed is lovely though surprisingly short
I was close to everything, and within walking distance from the hospital. The hotel is not focused around conveniences for young children( no pool or play area), but I would use this hotel again to stay with family

We had no idea what to expect, and we found it to be one of the nicer hotels in its price range that we’ve stayed at! Our room was very clean and cozy with a beautiful panoramic view
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods and was good! Not the best hotel breakfast we’ve had, but one that we felt very much satisfied with
We loved our stay and would gladly come again! This was a very last minute trip, and we managed to get a very good rate for this hotel
Air and water purifiers in the room was a plus, as well as a very secure door lock — provides much peace of mind to solo travelers
While the furnishings weren’t brand new, they feel clean and definitely updated in recent years
A warm cookie at check-in was also a plus!🙂 We had a great time here and hope to come again

He went above and beyond for us and made our experience better than we imagined! Housekeeping was wonderful with turn down service, fresh towels daily, replenished water bottles, etc
The hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK
I also appreciated the complimentary amenities, which included a well-stocked mini-bar and thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and high-quality toiletries. One of the standout features of the Ritz Carlton is its staff
You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite
My stay on the 30th floor was a highlight, offering panoramic views that left me breathless. The sight of the bustling city below, with its iconic skyline, was a constant reminder of how vibrant Philadelphia is
The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the plush furnishings to the exquisite decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city

Location is in the heart of historic Philly. You can walk almost all the “sites to see”. The staff at check in were friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee and water available at main area. Very clean and the decor is so fun
Love the extra amenities like the lavender towelettes. Quiet room despite being next to a busy area
This location was impeccable! We had a wonderful stay…this was also our early anniversary present for ourselves, and Kimpton spoiled us with a custom framed photo with our love song printed inside, yummy treats, and a complimentary bottle of wine! Wow! We are lucky! Highly recommend this stay! Thank you Hotel Monaco!
Lovely place!!!! Unique decor, wine at 5, friendly staff. We stayed in 2 different rooms (we added a day), and the first bathroom was WAY better (I don't understand the "half glass" door in the shower
My husband and I came into Philly for a long weekend to enjoy some live music at the Linc. We wanted to stay near some history, while still being close to restaurants and entertainment
You need to step in and get all cold and wet to turn on the shower before you start!). Otherwise, I am so impressed with this place!!!

The room is very large and well-equipped. The surrounding area is clean and looks safe. The restaurant on the first floor provides all meals. Walgreen and Street Market opposite meet your daily needs.
The location was perfect for attending a swing dance event at the nearby City Winery and it is close to the Jefferson regional rail station (our transportation), the Reading Terminal Market (we purchased pastries for an after dance snack), as well as, many Philly attractions
The room was clean, large (we practices dancing a little) and well equipped. The room furnishing were a little on the cheap side, but it was all in good shape and worked well. The bed was confortable but maybe not plush
The shower was prefabricated plastic but it worked really well - the shower floor was not slippery, there was a good grab rail and there was plenty of water pressure and hot water
The room also had a fully equipped kitchen! The hotel staff was uniformly very pleasant and cheerful. The free breakfast was just pretty good but we had no complaints
Overall our stay was very nice

Philadelphia Airport Hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and convenient for travel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the service is thoughtful, very good, I will continue to come here next time
Don't hesitate! It is very nice. The pantry option is well worth the 24 hour convenience store free options of drinks, great coffee machine, cereal and milk, sodas chips, chewy bars and ice creams
The room was very comfortable and we slept well! They also had an airport shuttle every half hour
The hotel is near Philadelphia International Airport. The hotel itself is very comfortable and has a pleasant restaurant, but my main reason for staying there is to take the airport shuttle for early morning flights
Shuttle was a long wait.. but otherwise fine hotel close to airport
The hotel has an elegant environment, a pond, wild ducks, clean and comfortable rooms, and good service. Although my English is poor, the other party sent a car to pick me up after understanding

I got in earlier than I expected and several hours before check-in. It was very cold out and I was tired from the flight. The front desk checked me in early and invited me to breakfast with hot coffee
Rooms nice, love the bed!!!!! But, the pool was dirty and had a bandaid floating in it. Informed front desk, nit sure if anything was done.
The room I stayed in was pretty basic. If the bar was nicer I would have spent money there. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the service I received by Wister. He was amazing. Give that man a raise ! ?
They were not just there for a job; they were dedicated and kind and focused on the client. Most excellent service! The facility was clean and very nice. It was a great place to attend a book signing
Amazing stay. we were there for 5 days it was so good. good food. no breakfast. very clean rooms. worth the money promise and good location good friendly staff. Its just a overall over good place.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Super friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice bathrooms and the most comfy hotel bed I've ever seen!! Excellent value for the price, highly recommend.

Excellent hotel but at an out the door price of about $800/night, should be. Good gym and heated pool. Price ends up with about 1/3 in taxes and fees. Philadelphia!
It is yesterday’s best hotel in Philly. It needs remodeling. Not just new paint. The gym is awesome! The pool and steam room great! Rittenhouse Square is lovely. Personnel very attentive
In any event, when you stay at the Rittenhouse house, along with the location and room size, the impeccable service all around is what you're paying for which is why this place gets 5 stars in my book even though the property needs slightly updated
From the valet, to the front desk, and housekeeping, everyone has been outstanding to deal with. Also, even the standard rooms here are fairly large. The room feels almost like a studio suite, which is great
While The Rittenhouse is very nice, the property definitely does need to be freshened up some in the lobby area, hallways, and rooms. With all that being said, the service here is absolutely fantastic
I had a really good stay at The Rittenhouse. The staff were extremely attentive, professional, and kind, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable visit.

The pool area is absolutely gorgeous though not heated, which was a little bit of a disappointment but did not put a damper on the experience at all. plenty of areas to lounge around in or for an event
The staff were extremely helpful in accommodating my request which made this my wife's best birthday ever. Room was clean, the views were beautiful and the location was close to everything
Apartments equipped with every comfort and convenience, and if you are still not happy, then ask Carla, the manager, who will be able to satisfy you and satisfy you in all your requests
Great location with amazing views of Philadelphia. The business center was quiet and well designed and the coffee machine was a definite perk
I would love to leave a 12 star review if possible. It was my wife's birthday and I wanted to do something special for her
Anytime I come to Philly I am staying here. Forget about 4 seasons or whatever else is out there and stay with AKA

Very convenient area, close to major attractions, dining, shopping. Hotel could use a good scrub. My main complaint was the fact that I booked this specific hotel for the indoor pool for our 9yr old
The location of the hotel was perfect. The pool was warm and big enough for my two boys (9&11) to swim. There was no hot tub/sauna which was a downfall for me
A great location just a block away from Independence Hall! Easy parking at the garage next door. The hotel is clean, modern, and within walking distance of great bars, restaurants, and landmarks
The best hotel location in the center of Philadelphia, within walking distance of various attractions and museums. However, the parking fee is expensive, $60 per night.
I’ll be sure to stay here again next time I am in Philly!
Plan to eat somewhere else than the restaurant in the hotel. The only thing we could find for her to eat was the lobster Mac n cheese-minus the lobster though we were still charged full price as if it had the lobster

We ordered food and twice the delivery person went to the Hilton around the corner. Also if there was a way to heat the pool water that would be great
HOWEVER the pool area had green mold/slime/algae on the walls and windows. For all the events & meetings being held there, I hoped it would have been more appointed
Great place to stay... Jackie gives excellent service she works at night... Toni and Bree at the front during the day awesome... Marlon from the kitchen very very sweet and the cleaning staff awesome as well
My entire stay was amazing. From the comfort of my room to checking out when I left. I really didn’t want to check out but I had to head back down to Florida. The front desk staff was amazing as well!
This place was amazing! The staff were so sweet and made sure we always had a taxi. Stayed in a suite with a kingsized bed that comfortably housed three people. The kitchen had everything we needed
Great service. Excellent rooms. Wonderful amenities.

It's not the absolute best, but for the price, is well located, well appointed, and has a generally friendly/helpful staff. UPDATE: I believe they raised the price for the bag check to $2-3 per bag
Good price for location and service! Here's a few things, valet parking only ($38) so that's an added expense. Also, you can "check in early" but you won't be able to get to your room until 3 pm
If you have questions as to how far the car service goes, be sure to ask when you are booking the room. I asked and after a few minutes, they verified they would take us there. Overall, check this place out
I recently had to venture to Philly due to eye cancer and had care at the Wills Eye Institute. Obviously not a trip for pleasure but the hotel staff here made this unfortunate situation incredibly better
We arrived around 1 and they kept our bags for free and we were able to get exploring around Philly
Bags, you say? For $1, I repeat, ONE DOLLAR/bag, they will store your luggage safely until you are ready to depart. As for the room, we've always had a clean and well-appointed room
