Not impressed, should have 3 stars at most. Terrible front desk check-in service, severely understaffed, painfully long wait times. Waited until 6pm (official check-in time is 4pm) to get a phone call about a booked room becoming available. Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning...

Clean, updated room. I was in a quiet alcove but my neighbors were exceptionally loud and slamming doors late at night and early in am. I’ve stayed here before and enjoy the accommodations.

Initially wanted and double bed room but at the time of my booking they only had kind size with an option of a roll away. When I checked in they had a last minute cancellation and put us in a a beautiful double room with amazing city views!

It was exciting to stay in a building of historical architectural significance. Nice art deco details in the rooms. The king bed is lovely though surprisingly short. Good thing my 6'3" husband didn't come along because he'd be flush to the head board! The room is modern but a bit small. It is difficult to compare American hotels with Asian hotels where amenities like shaving and toothbrushing needs are also met. This is easily my favorite hotel in the city. Whenever my parents or my grandmother comes to town, they always stay here and leave very well-rested. Apparently the breakfast is quite delicious as well. And given the location, the price is very reasonable as well.

Large suite hotel right next to the market hall. My room was spacious. However, the furnishings were a bit outdated. The bed was not particularly comfortable. The bathroom was quite small. Don't hesitate! It is very nice. I did not hear any planes. I had the fan on. The pantry option is well worth the 24 hour convenience store free options of drinks, great coffee machine, cereal and milk, sodas chips, chewy bars and ice creams. Last time we stayed here was about 2 to 3 weekends ago and the lady at front desk went beyond the expectation of great customer service. She was someone we haven't seen before but she was such a gem. Great location with amazing views of Philadelphia. The business center was quiet and well designed and the coffee machine was a definite perk. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous though not heated, which was a little bit of a disappointment but did not put a damper on the experience at all. plenty of areas to lounge around in or for an event. The location of the hotel was perfect. The pool was warm and big enough for my two boys (9&11) to swim. There was no hot tub/sauna which was a downfall for me. They also do not have a microwave on-site that you can usewhich was tough because we wanted to bring our breakfast and eat it in the hotel instead of Going Out. Overall it was great and I would stay there again.

The breakfast was not very good and the location is confusing because it connected from behind to a Hilton hotel and shares the same address. We ordered food and twice the delivery person went to the Hilton around the corner. Also if there was a way to heat the pool water that would be great. The water was freezing cold.

It’s a great hostel! The sheets are already on the bed when you arrive, which is really wonderful. The 10 PM to 10 AM quiet hours make it hard to get a shower if your day is full (I would suggest 7 AM morning stop to quiet time, or an option to wash away from the sleep areas.) This was my first experience at a hostel, and I enjoyed every moment of it! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the check- in and out process was so easy. I met so many awesome people who were also staying at the hostel. K, one of the staff members, hosted a pier crawl and we all had an amazing time. Amazing staff, great people. Free towel, TV, utensils use, fridge, and cooking arrangements. Clean bathrooms, clean beds. Will come back 100% and I would recommend it to other people as well. I was in 12 bunk bed room. They have no alcohol, no noise after 10 pm policy. The night was pretty quiet, but it did get noisy in the morning because people upstairs we're moving around.

This was my first time living in a hostel. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The staff is friendly. Every evening they have Happy hours or something new for the guests. Clean. The staff makes sure that everyone maintains quite hours from 10pm to 10 am, to get a good night's sleep. You'll definitely make friends here.

The hostel is OK, the rooms are clean and they are comfortable. The only problem with the beds is that they don't have any shelf to put the glasses or the mobile phone where you go to sleep and the lockers are a bit tiny (some of them where broken in my room too). But the best thing is the staff, specially Diego who was amazing all time. I'll always great memories of this place.
