2 blocks from Redding Market Place. About 5 blocks from Convention center. Many other great places and sites nearby
Walking distance to many places you will want to visit in Philadelphia. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and updated. The front desk was very nice and accommodating
Truly 5 stars! The staff here is great, everyone is kind and professional. The rooms are kept clean and are very comfortable. They have an awesome spa and fitness center, and they even have a hair salon
The location was perfect- right near many restaurants, shopping areas, and bars. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very helpful. The gym, wet sauna, and dry sauna are included with your stay
The wifi signal was strong and I did not have any issues with it. The bed was extremely comfy and the view from the 24th floor was gorgeous. The hotel bar was convenient as well
The breakfast was a great experience supported by a sweet staff member named Gigi. The digital/electronically experience could be updated within the rooms but none the less I slept like a baby in the comfy bed

The historic center and old city are at walking distance, and so is the Rocky statue if you fancy that. The room was bright and comfortable, with a coffee machine and nice bathing products
The hotel is on a commercial street, with plenty of stores, bars and restaurants nearby, and a small shopping center right across the street
This is easily my favorite hotel in the city. Whenever my parents or my grandmother comes to town, they always stay here and leave very well-rested. Apparently the breakfast is quite delicious as well
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is professional and nice. Overall great stay! Perfect location within walking distance of many stores, parking, and restaurants
We were celebrating our 1st anniversary and had a great time!!! The location was freaking awesome. we walked everywhere and a drugstore was literally right next door
My wife and I stayed there 2 years ago and we will be going back next month. Yes the rooms are small, but who cares when you are barely there

Great stay!!! Perfectly located in center city near many museums, restaurants and activities
room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a great view of the city! they were very accommodating! We were suppose to check in at 4 Pm but they allowed us to check in at 1! wonderful customer service and all staff were kind, especially Mark at the front desk and the valet staff!
The free breakfast and ability to prepare food in your room can save money and sanity for anyone who spends a lot of time on the road. The only minor complaint I have is the speed/availability of the elevators
I should also mention that the upkeep is impeccable and the cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms themselves is excellent. All of this, plus you are getting a million dollar location
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HoteIRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. They had plastic plates and utensils at breakfast
This location is above average in every way. From the customer service to the hot breakfast, this place delivers

The front desk is always busy but they make an effort to serve you with a smile. Room service is good and overall the staff are friendly. The renovated side closer to the convention centre leaves alot to be desired
Overall though the proximity to nice restaurants and shopping make this worth it. If I go again I would not want to be on this side of the hotel so I would ensure that I'm in the main area as those rooms are much nicer
I was most familiar with the building due to the FedEx inside (copies don't make themselves), but the rooms were nice enough, if a little dated. Considering the foot traffic the place gets, I was pleasantly surprised
They said these other rooms were newly renovated but the ceiling was peeling, the toilet broken and the light fixtures rusted. My colleagues had similar experiences in their rooms
I've stayed at this hotel in the past and was quite disappointed with these rooms. The other side of the hotel is more modern and the rooms are kept better
Love this hotel and the concierge lounge is amazing!! My only complaint is the air quality in my room

Stayed 1 night for Auto Show Black Tie. Received upgraded corner room overlooking convention center and city hall. The bathroom was new and modern, along with the rest of the furnishings
Overall for under $150, night I would stay again as its a nice value property especially if needing to be close to the convention center
Self parking $38 for 24hrs in front of hotel and near Chinatown and Reading Terminal Market, all within walking distance. No bath tub, standing shower only. Please stay in this hotel for Chinatown and surrounding area
Each of them should be in management! It seems like customer service is not common these days but the 3 of these ladies proved that it still matters to some! Thank you Marriott for hiring such a amazing staff!
As Elite members we had the option of getting the breakfast coupons from the restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't get that. We got the corner room with double views, which was great and spacious
But the best part was the girls at the front desk! Dalia, Rhonda and Asha could not have been more helpful and kind. They went out of their way to fulfill every request

The room was beautiful, the bed was comfy, and they were even able to work with Old City Flowers to have a gorgeous bouquet in the room when we arrived. We only stayed one night but I wish we stayed longer!
I enjoyed my stay at Penn’s hotel. Ayana went that extra step to get what I requested when I made the reservations on the phone, thank you plus she’s sweet, polite and friendly, in fact all the stuff were friendly nice
Don't miss out on the restaurant - we sat at the bar and had the most amazing pasta and personalized service (with so many great wine recommendations!). This hotel is truly a gem and I can't wait to stay here again
Close to Theater of the Living Arts (if you're going to a concert), right across the street from some places you can eat, there's a parking area you can use and it's $30 if you park overnight as guest of the hotel
The hotel is in a nice location, it’s clean, bright, with some nice furniture. I had a nice queen size room, with a sweet sort of balcony, that was partly over looking the waterfront and part of the city
I know they have larger rooms and with fireplaces also here. Definitely try their upscale, delicious restaurant next door, with a great selections of wines. Otherwise you can walk to the many local ones

The staff from the Hotel was extremely nice and helpful especially Selina who helped us and gave us many advices during our stay, she recommended to us an incredible Jazz Club where we had our best night in the city, she was joyfull and the warming heart of this place!!! Loved the place xx
Love this hotel and will def stay again!!!! Drawbacks: the tv is a little awkward (up high, no channel guide); the bedding is a little old and the bed kind of hard. But that’s it- Positives? Too many to list
It’s really beautiful, too, especially the wood features and WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!!! Hallelujah! But the best part was the front desk staff. , was a ray of sunshine, funny, and had great recommendations
I never needed to pay for breakfast; that was always more than enough for me. The afternoon reception was also generous
Big Thank You to the very sweet Chris who greeted us and the beautiful Selma who danced and sang with us. Also, thanks to the gorgeous mural outside of our room. This is a charming and historic hotel
Remember not to expect the same luxury as a hotel chain, but regardless the staff does the best they can to make your stay enjoyable and cozy

Good central location I can assume. The room was average for the type of hotel. Very nice entrance and I can only assume the restaurant was nice. As I said, I didn't stay for long
Awesome staff! Clean, spacious rooms, centrally located. Breakfast always served with a smile! Vivian, the manager was amazing! Beautiful views of the city.
Tiara (front desk staff) was very professional and friendly and as a Marriott titanium member, we were able to receive a complimentary suite upgrade during a 8 AM check in on a holiday weekend which made us extremely happy! I was very impressed with our suite and the staff at this property
We had the absolute best stay at the Notary Hotel in Center City Philly! The front desk let us check in a bit early to drop our bags off and the room was clean and modern! They even heard we were having a girls day and brought up robes, slippers, and treats for our spa night as a surprise! Breakfast was also delicious downstairs the next morning
Breakfast is solid here with great options and service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great property with a central location in downtown Philadelphia!
We arrived to a warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The room was clean and ready for us. We stayed 5 nights and explored the city. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was good

This is a phenomenal hotel in many ways. It is located in the city center, it has many restaurants and shopping stores nearby, and has plenty of accessible transportation (public bus, subway, and taxi)
Iconic old bank converted to a great lobby. In the night this converts into a lively bar space. Location of the hotel is great and within walkable distance to all the historic places. Rooms are big and comfortable.
He was so wonderful during the duration of our stay and made sure we were well taken care of each day. He was great from the beginning of our stay through the end when we requested him specifically to help send us off
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. This was our second time staying here, with both times using the club level certificates
Our room was clean, as was the furniture which we used to store our clothes. Large closet for hanging items and storage for luggage. Concierge was very friendly for check-in and check-out needs
The staff goes above and beyond for even the smallest requests and attention to detail. We are especially happy with the concierge for making arrangements for our dinner with minimal notice

If you are into your fitness, they have one of the best gyms I have seen in a hotel! Everything you can possibly need in the tips of your hands! Let’s not forget the amazing shower!!! I truly enjoyed everything about my stay
The staff and accommodations at the Sofetil Hotel were exceptional. I stayed there two nights while attending a family wedding and the service was outstanding. It was a very pleasant experience
This beautiful hotel is located in a great area where there’s plenty of shopping as well as amazing dining experiences. If you are not afraid to go on a little…long walks this is the perfect location
Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse is a great place to stay while in town. I was here for a long weekend and really enjoyed the room. Everything was clean and the front staff were pretty amazing
My stay at the Sofitel was exceptional and over met the expectations I had. Staff was wonderful and accommodating, super responsive with any need that we may have had
From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I had exceptional service! Taron, checked me in and made sure all my needs were met and answered any questions I had

The Monaco is an elegant and well appointed hotel, surrounded by the history of not only the city, but the country
From Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, to being able to see the USS New Jersey on the river, the views are something else
It’s a shame the hotel bar and restaurant were closed on Sundays, some basic features of a nicer hotel
The carpets and furniture are starting to look worn, something the hotel should start replacing to keep it the nice facility it is
The goal of our trip was to sight-see and the location of the hotel was great. But at the end of a long day of walking around the city it would have been nice to have a more welcoming and comfortable room
Nice hotel in a great tourist location. Lots of things to do and places to eat. We enjoyed the happy hour and views from our room

The size was great but it wasn't plush enough and it was located next to a service door so staff would slam the door and my room would actually shake. This a happened all night and I could not get a good night's sleep
Modern and fun lobby with restaurants open at varying times. Rooms are a bit older but spacious. I would stay here again if I was going to downtown events. Many restaurants are walkable in the area
And noticed the room was a little warm. We turned the air conditioner on as high as it would go and cold air was kind of trickling out. We gave it a little while but the room didn't seem to be cooling down
The service we recieved was outstanding, and we will definitely be back! The location is superior, as well! It is near an abundance of shopping and dining, and in walking distance to museums and historical sites
He insisted that not much could be done that night but he did everything he could to try and help. He removed the barrier in front of that which allowed for better airflow and told us to close the bathroom door
While I went to go park the car. He was very friendly and helped us however he could! Once we checked in, which was a very easy process, we are able to get right into our room around 1:00 p

I would definitely stay here again. I loved how close it was to the Kimmel Center and all of their facilities
The bathroom was clean as well, another plus. The price is a little higher than I usually like to pay for a hotel but the location and quality make it with it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it
Our room was clean and spacious with pretty up to date furnishings. A huge plus for me is that the beds are very comfortable! I usually don’t sleep well in hotels but slept great here
The plugs by the lamps between the beds were terrible and was unable to plug my phone in to charge. I wound think for what we paid, we'd feel hooked up. We made good with what we had

Very good omelet and the service was good too. Room was warm and cozy Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful
We loved our stay at Kimpton Hotel Palomar. The service and room were awesome. However, a word of advice if you want a cup of coffee in your room, you need to request a coffee maker and coffee pods be brought up. 😉
I only wish the room had a microwave and that they had actual room service, though we managed just fine placing pick up orders at the hotel restaurant
It's incredibly loud, as you can imagine, so we didn't really get much sleep. I told the desk when we were leaving, and they apologized and went on our way. Our last visit a few weeks ago was worse
Spent the weekend for our anniversary. Told them in advance we were celebrating and when we checked in there was a bottle of wine and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries waiting
There were blood stains on the carpet, a fingernail, blood and hair in the jacuzzi tub, and the plastic cover for the card scanner for the door popped off

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Rittenhouse and everything was first class. Every Rittenhouse employee we came in contact with was pleasant and engaging. The concierge really saved us Thanksgiving night
We had drinks in the Library Bar off the lobby and drinks were great. The service from the bar staff was excellent. We had brunch at Lacroix and while expensive, the food and service were fantastic
The restaurant where we had made a reservation was closed upon our arrival. We walked back to the hotel and he immediately got us in to another restaurant and even drove us over in the hotel car
It was well worth money and I can't say that about many restaurants. Overall, a we had a wonderful visit and we gladly stay there again. I would highly recommend the Rittenhouse to anyone
The section of town where the hotel is located is great, with many restaurants and shopping close by. For being in a busy city like Philadelphia, the neighborhood is busy, but quiet
My wife and I have stayed at some very nice hotels all over the world and I would put the Rittenhouse up against any of them in terms of a high quality experience

very nice Hotel, well located in a quiet place close to the historic center. very big room with all equipment
The hotel was great and even better were the people working there! The front desk staff were so lovely after I had a horrible airline delay and they made my stay amazing! The bartender was also amazing and made great cocktails + gave us recommendations to a really nice restaurant nearby
Arvel is the director of rooms and he stopped when he saw me at the brochure rack. I asked about any speakeasy bars he knew of. He didn't but sent me an email the next morning letting me know of a few that he found
My admin staff booked this place after could not find anything at our usual place. Hotel website says that there is no hair dryer, fridge and coffee/tea maker in the room nor complementary coffee in the lobby
After checked in, I discovered that there is fridge, coffee maker and hair dryer but still no coffee nor breakfast provided in the lobby. There is Starbuck and onsite restaurant though

Look no further! This is thee perfect hotel stay for family or business trips. It’s across the street from the convention center. The staff was nothing short of exceptional
Great experience with the folks at Home2. Great location right next door to the Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market in downtown Philadelphia. The rooms were large and accomdating and very well kept
The couches were severely stained, the bathroom walls don’t look like they have been wiped down this year, the shower needs to be cleaned thoroughly including taking apart the soap dispenser which haven’t been cleaned in months (mold)
The curtain separating the beds had residue on it that was clearly visible from the moment you walked in. I would expect more from a Hilton regardless of minimal staff
Both sides of the fridge need cleaning and the toilet is stained. I would think monthly deep cleaning would be done since families are eating and cooking in there

Bottom line if you're looking for a quiet getaway in walking distance of all Central City has to offer, I definitely recommend staying here!
The AC took a bit to cool down the room after we checked in, but was eventually able to get it to a comfortable temperature. The bed was a bit stiff for my taste, but not so stiff as to lessen my quality of sleep
The continental breakfast in the morning was simple, but tasty and was enough for us to eat quickly before checkout. If you want a more substantial breakfast, there are plenty of options within walking distance
Excellent Staff, Excellent Room, Excellent Location. Super quiet area despite being downtown in the city. Convenient parking right across the street so no worries there. Perfect place. I’ll be coming back here

Newly renovated hotel in old city. Decor isn't to my liking, unfortunately. Hotel staff are REALLY friendly and helpful, always greet me with a smile. I'm only here for work but there's some good people working here!
They valet parking guys were so nice. Buffet breakfast in the bar was very good
The old Omni with a new, funky, urban-inspired decor. ours had one king-sized bed in what must've been an old two-bed room. Odd leftover space could use some more furniture. maybe a loveseat? Nice new bathrooms
Some parts of the hotel were still under construction during our visit. but nothing that affected our stay. Lobby bar/restaurant had some good cocktails and beer choices, loosely-based French theme
Eventually, the bartender gave me some ice after I wandered the halls and finally made my way to the front desk. The lobby has spray-paint graffiti on the walls which makes you wonder about security
