Not impressed, should have 3 stars at most. Terrible front desk check-in service, severely understaffed, painfully long wait times. Waited until 6pm (official check-in time is 4pm) to get a phone call about a booked room becoming available. Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning...
Great location. Acceptable service levels. Amenities can be better.
Next to Reading Terminal Market
The hotel's right in the middle of everything, which is great. The rooms are modern, which is good. Unfortunately, the 4,000 person conference here this weekend is clogging the elevators and on site restaurant. There's been 10-15 min waits for the elevator on the 13th Street side. There was a 15-20 wait to be seated for the buffet brunch at 13. It's probably not always like this, but the chaotic...
Super nice hotel with a great location right near the market. Other restaurants are nearby, as is the convention center. Great lobby and social meeting area. The room was nice and special thanks to Fajah for ensuring I had a room with a view. Fajah was very professional and laughed at my dumb jokes I used to relax myself after dealing with foot and vehicle traffic to get to the hotel. Highly recommend...
hotel is in a good position. the rooms could use some revamping.

Clean, updated room. I was in a quiet alcove but my neighbors were exceptionally loud and slamming doors late at night and early in am. I’ve stayed here before and enjoy the accommodations.
Initially wanted and double bed room but at the time of my booking they only had kind size with an option of a roll away. When I checked in they had a last minute cancellation and put us in a a beautiful double room with amazing city views!
It was exciting to stay in a building of historical architectural significance. Nice art deco details in the rooms. The king bed is lovely though surprisingly short. Good thing my 6'3" husband didn't come along because he'd be flush to the head board! The hotel is a block away from Reading Terminal and there are many very nice restaurants and pubs withing walking distance.
The room is modern but a bit small. It is difficult to compare American hotels with Asian hotels where amenities like shaving and toothbrushing needs are also met. No re-usable paper slippers are available in the room as well, not to mention free bottled water. The price is not highly competitive though. One good thing is that extension of my checkout time to 4pm only required me to pay an extra small...
Great Hotel right in downtown. Walking distance to many places you will want to visit in Philadelphia. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and updated. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. 2 blocks from Redding Market Place. About 5 blocks from Convention center. Many other great places and sites nearby.
Excellent hotel. The location was perfect- right near many restaurants, shopping areas, and bars. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very helpful. The gym, wet sauna, and dry sauna are included with your stay. The wifi signal was strong and I did not have any issues with it. The bed was extremely comfy and the view from the 24th floor was gorgeous. The hotel bar was convenient as well...

Great location, close to everything. Reasonable price for parking. Nice stay for us.
Was a good experience. A little disappointed on room service as it closes at 10pm .. The welcome cookies were awesome !!! Over all it was a good experience
We loved our stay and would gladly come again! This was a very last minute trip, and we managed to get a very good rate for this hotel. We had no idea what to expect, and we found it to be one of the nicer hotels in its price range that we’ve stayed at! Our room was very clean and cozy with a beautiful panoramic view. While the furnishings weren’t brand new, they feel clean and definitely updated...
My only complaint about my room was that it was so close to the elevator, and I could hear some metallic sound from it. Not really a big deal, but worth noting. Room was otherwise nice, staff was courteous (even with a booking issue, though that was my fault honestly). Super close walk to the convention center, and plenty of food options close by.
We inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, "it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm." We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that "because...
Stayed 11/29/24 for what was our 1000 Hilton night and made my husband a lifetime diamond member. We arrived and there were no upgrades however sometimes that happens. In the profile it says away from elevator. We were one room away. Called down and they said yes we have some in other locations but at that point we didn’t want to move. Room itself was decent however Tony bathroom that is in desperate...

The hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK. You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite. Recommended
Adequate service, stunning view, outrageous geographical location.
Excellent service from all staff, including valet, bellhop, concierge, check in and cocktail bar. Great view from well-appointed and spacious room.
Review of the Ritz Carlton, Broad Street, Philadelphia From the moment I stepped into the Ritz Carlton on Broad Street, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and warmth. My stay on the 30th floor was a highlight...
Stayed at The Ritz for a work a work conference. Room #1817 was big and clean with great views of the city and City Hall. The bath products were nice. The lobby was impressive. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was perfect. Easy to get around the city. Can't wait to go back. I recommend The Ritz in Philadelphia, PA. The evening receptionist was terrible. We registered two people when we made the reservation, and the room only had one free bottle of water. We asked for another, but the receptionist said they don't offer free water! We asked her about the bottle of water in the room, and she said it might have been left by another guest or the waiter! Don't they clean up after other guests? The next day, we ran...
There was no microwave in the room, no phone charger outlets and parking garage was in a creepy alley
The best person in the hotel is the lady who cleans the room. The African American at the front desk has a terrible attitude. She is racist and laughs at customers. The hotel deducts money for no reason and steals the customer's credit card and refuses to admit it. It's a very bad experience.
The front desk staff Robert and house keeping staffs are incredibly nice and friendly. They solved many problems during my stay, but unfortunately this hotel is old
Everyone is friendly and helpful good location they take good care of your vehicle at the valay parking
Very nice hotel, the room is big, very good location. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Although only one night this time , I enjoyed very much. The front desk helper is very helpful. What a delightful experience. Location is in the heart of historic Philly. You can walk almost all the “sites to see”.The staff at check in were friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee and water available at main area. Very clean and the decor is so fun. Our room was fantastic. Love the extra amenities like the lavender towelettes. Quiet room despite being next to a busy area. A really lovely stay. I would...
This would have been 5 stars but I had a few issues. First off, this is a great location. Decor and rooms are really nice. Customer service is good. Why no coffee makers in the room? I was on west coast time, it was really difficult to get up and out for coffee in the lobby before 9am. I missed it everyday. The club upstairs plays music until late. If you are on the upper floor you’ll hear it. Overall...
My husband and I came into Philly for a long weekend to enjoy some live music at the Linc. We wanted to stay near some history, while still being close to restaurants and entertainment. This location was impeccable! We had a wonderful stay…this was also our early anniversary present for ourselves, and Kimpton spoiled us with a custom framed photo with our love song printed inside, yummy treats, and...
Very nice hotel in a great location if you’re doing the city tour thing. Rooms were on the small size, as advertised, and the bathroom had a vent box which took up a bit of space. The decor was funky but fun. The big downside for us was no bell service when we drove up. There were 4 or 5 valets, but we were self parking around the corner, but no one to help us with our bags. We found someone after...

Late check in, we got there at 3 but we wait an hour for our room. Staff not in a good attitude.
The hotel is excellently located for exploring downtown Philly—just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-priced, with all the essentials I needed for a short stay. While the space—especially the bathroom—was on the smaller side, it was functional. The only major downside was an unexpected fire alarm at 4am, which was quite disruptive...
Excellent place to stay in Philadelphia
Nice rooms, not too big not too small. Great location, and not far from a Metro stop. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very modern.
Some equipments are outdated. In general, it’s a fair hotel if the price is competitive.
Door lock in the main entrance is broken. There is hair in the bathroom. No body wash, just soap. Anyway, the room is still confort to stay. With a gym room and free coffee all the time.

The 6-person room is a bit small, but the bathroom has a strong water pressure. There is a kitchen for cooking, with knives, kitchenware, coffee machines and toast. A paid laundry service is provided. There is a bus to Union Station and attractions at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient.
The room is very large and well-equipped. The surrounding area is clean and looks safe. The restaurant on the first floor provides all meals. Walgreen and Street Market opposite meet your daily needs.
Overall our stay was very nice. The location was perfect for attending a swing dance event at the nearby City Winery and it is close to the Jefferson regional rail station (our transportation), the Reading Terminal Market (we purchased pastries for an after dance snack), as well as, many Philly attractions. Vanessa and Emily are absolutely amazing! We had some issues (our end) with checking in and Emily and Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure we not only were able to check-in but check-in early to rest after a long travel day. Super thankful for such a kind staff and clean space!
In the old town, the location is perfect. You can walk to Liberty Bell Park. There are many parking lots nearby. The front desk was very enthusiastic and recommended a cheap parking lot, which was only a few hundred meters away. It was very convenient. Shuttle was a long wait.. but otherwise fine hotel close to airport
Far from the airport, the shuttle bus had to be booked by phone, the counter service was indifferent, there was no microwave in the room, which was not convenient, almost no guests ate breakfast, probably because the fee was high, the room was new, the bathroom bathtub was clogged, maybe the bathroom had not been redecorated, the shuttle bus driver was very friendly, there were no restaurants or shops...
Don't hesitate! It is very nice. I did not hear any planes. I had the fan on. The pantry option is well worth the 24 hour convenience store free options of drinks, great coffee machine, cereal and milk, sodas chips, chewy bars and ice creams. The room was very comfortable and we slept well! They also had an airport shuttle every half hour.
Philadelphia Airport Hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and convenient for travel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the service is thoughtful, very good, I will continue to come here next time
4.5 ⭐️I only stayed 1 night, and it was really good. The front desk was super friendly. Multiple places to grab snacks/drinks or a meal/drink at the lounge. The location was right near the airport, but I didn't hear any of that noise. However, the reason I gave the room only 4 was that I could hear through the wall pretty easily. I expected the normal door opening and shutting noise, but hearing...
The room is very big, probably about 25-30 square meters. The amenities include body lotion, shampoo, shower gel and facial cleanser. Just wait at the door downstairs ten minutes in advance, and tell the driver which terminal you want to go to after getting on the bus...
The hotel is near Philadelphia International Airport. The hotel itself is very comfortable and has a pleasant restaurant, but my main reason for staying there is to take the airport shuttle for early morning flights. Everything was fine. Very clean. No problems.

I got in earlier than I expected and several hours before check-in. It was very cold out and I was tired from the flight. Last time we stayed here was about 2 to 3 weekends ago and the lady at front desk went beyond the expectation of great customer service. She was someone we haven't seen before but she was such a gem. Also we had some small issues in the room and the gentlemen they sent up to help were so nice and cordial. Seems like the staff there is focusing on customer experience and doing great job !
So far the stay is great. The front desk attendants are quick and polite. The location is pretty close to a few good places to eat and in a good neighborhood. Rooms are clean and the service is great.
First: the staff were stellar. They were not just there for a job; they were dedicated and kind and focused on the client. Most excellent service! The facility was clean and very nice. It was a great place to attend a book signing. And then the food! Fantastic! Really first-class. There was nothing that could have been better!
I had very good service from Evelyn at the front desk. There was a problem with my key and she addressed me by name while taking care of another customer and took care of it without blinking. The room was clean. It is not the newest hotel but I was satisfied with my stay.
The room I stayed in was pretty basic. If the bar was nicer I would have spent money there. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the service I received by Wister. He was amazing. Give that man a raise ! ?

I had a really good stay at The Rittenhouse. The staff were extremely attentive, professional, and kind, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable visit.
I was disappointed after my first trip back in 30 years. The location and staff are terrific, but… There was no brochure in my room to inform me of their services. Accordingly, I had no idea if they served any food or drink or when. The first morning my shower did not work, and now it is almost 4 pm and my room has not been made up.
Amazing stay. Friendly staff and a wonderful facility. I felt taken care of the moment I walked in.
Sunday Brunch Three couples met to celebrate a birthday. The Sunday brunch is a must if you stay there!
Excellent hotel but at an out the door price of about $800/night, should be. Good gym and heated pool. Price ends up with about 1/3 in taxes and fees. Philadelphia!

The property is very clean and well appointed. I appreciate the safety of secure elevators requiring a room key. Parking is expensive and the hotel.should consider validation. We enjoyed our short stay. We would consider this hotel again based on proximity to the university.
The room is quite nice, the space is large, very comfortable, and the surrounding area is safe. The tableware and pots are fully equipped, and the service is good, but it lacks necessary toiletries.
The night view is charming! Great location! If we forgot to bring our suitcase, we were reminded to go back and get it! I will choose to stay here next time! My family is all satisfied. The parking lot is very crowded. Fortunately, a car came out.
This hotel is great. It is spacious, comfortable, and the decoration is very sophisticated and has a sense of design. Recommended.
Facilities: Complete facilities, very new Hygiene: It is clean and tidy. American waiters will not take the initiative to clean the room and disturb your rest. Environment: The environment is first-class, very close to Penn State and the city center, with convenient transportation and good scenery. Service: Good service attitude, polite greetings, and not excessively intrusive
The room is in a very good location, a serviced apartment with a kitchen, spacious and bright. Highly recommended.

Location is fabulous for the sites. It is a good hotel, nothing extravagant. Room was nice and had everything you need. Wish the dining options within the hotel was more varied. But again, location is fabulous.
Very convenient area, close to major attractions, dining, shopping. Very walkable to most areas. Staff were incredible. Hotel could use a good scrub. My main complaint was the fact that I booked this specific hotel for the indoor pool for our 9yr old. The pool was disgusting. Strange skim on the surface of the water and it was cold. A great location just a block away from Independence Hall! Easy parking at the garage next door. The hotel is clean, modern, and within walking distance of great bars, restaurants, and landmarks. I’ll be sure to stay here again next time I am in Philly!
The best hotel location in the center of Philadelphia, within walking distance of various attractions and museums. However, the parking fee is expensive, $60 per night.
The location of the hotel was perfect. The pool was warm and big enough for my two boys (9&11) to swim. There was no hot tub/sauna which was a downfall for me. They also do not have a microwave on-site that you can usewhich was tough because we wanted to bring our breakfast and eat it in the hotel instead of Going Out. The breakfast was not very good and the location is confusing because it connected from behind to a Hilton hotel and shares the same address. My entire stay was amazing. From the comfort of my room to checking out when I left. I really didn’t want to check out but I had to head back down to Florida. The front desk staff was amazing as well!
Very nice and big, includes a kitchen, bathroom, desk, bed and pullout couch. The bed is fine and there is plenty of space, but the pullout couch is as thin as a pancake. Mediocre. Yes, location is good, but then plenty of other hotels in a block radius. Nothing really exceptional about the place.
