Our bold and beautiful Old City home, an adaptive reuse project of an historic building located on the country’s most historic mile, expertly melds the old and the new. The globally-inspired venue features 268 guest rooms, 13,000 square feet of meeting space, a stunning ballroom with soaring ceilings and natural light, a lauded restaurant (Red Owl Tavern) and a rocking rooftop reprise. We've created a welcoming and inspiring space of which we know our forefathers would surely approve.

What a delightful experience. Location is in the heart of historic Philly. You can walk almost all the “sites to see”.The staff at check in were friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee and water available at main area. Very clean and the decor is so fun. Our room was fantastic. Love the extra amenities like the lavender towelettes. Quiet room despite being next to a busy area. A really lovely stay. I would absolutely recommend.

This would have been 5 stars but I had a few issues. First off, this is a great location. Decor and rooms are really nice. Customer service is good. Why no coffee makers in the room? I was on west coast time, it was really difficult to get up and out for coffee in the lobby before 9am. I missed it everyday. The club upstairs plays music until late. If you are on the upper floor you’ll hear it. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

My husband and I came into Philly for a long weekend to enjoy some live music at the Linc. We wanted to stay near some history, while still being close to restaurants and entertainment. This location was impeccable! We had a wonderful stay…this was also our early anniversary present for ourselves, and Kimpton spoiled us with a custom framed photo with our love song printed inside, yummy treats, and a complimentary bottle of wine! Wow! We are lucky! Highly recommend this stay! Thank you Hotel Monaco!

Very nice hotel in a great location if you’re doing the city tour thing. Rooms were on the small size, as advertised, and the bathroom had a vent box which took up a bit of space. The decor was funky but fun.

The big downside for us was no bell service when we drove up. There were 4 or 5 valets, but we were self parking around the corner, but no one to help us with our bags. We found someone after checking in, but not good to have two older folks have to lug their bags around. Otherwise it was very nice.

Generally poor experience.

Hotel not particularly clean and in need of a revamp.

Check-in took a long time because the system was down. Check out in the morning was by an unfriendly member of staff.

The vallet took over 20mins to bring me my car… which was then the wrong car. Had to wait a further 15mins for the correct car and was nearly late for my flight.

All round fairly poor. Would not stay again

Lovely place!!!! Unique decor, wine at 5, friendly staff. We stayed in 2 different rooms (we added a day), and the first bathroom was WAY better (I don't understand the "half glass" door in the shower. You need to step in and get all cold and wet to turn on the shower before you start!). Otherwise, I am so impressed with this place!!!
