I’ve been enjoying my stay at this hotel. I’m in town for my first work conference and valeted my truck because I had all of our team’s booth materials in it. Dani with the valet team at the hotel has been my savior. She has helped me and been SO helpful from the moment I pulled onto the valet drive. Every time I have to grab something from my truck for our booth, Dani is right there already unlocking my truck for me. She is awesome! The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee. Thanks again Dani!!!

If you like a view I recommend the king corner, if your lucky you get the room facing downtown. We came for a night alone for our anniversary. We had a great stay-cation.

We came to dinner at Ruth Chris and the restaurant mixed out parking tickets up with another party, Mateo and Justin explained everything and assisted while waiting for the correct car. They have the best customer

Amazing staff. Beautiful property, especially at night. It's just a little too family-friendly. If you want to take a relaxing vacation/stay-cation or a date night, this is not it. Which is a damn shame because there aren't many modern hotels in downtown San Antonio that are this nice. I wish they'd consider setting adult only hours at the pool and the outdoor rooftop patio. We were here for a nice weekend away and I ended up sleeping at home. They also put us in a room with 2 full size beds instead of a king even though I made these reservations way in advance.
For us, it was a waste of money and time. Would love to come back under different conditions.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptionally fantastic. I was having an episode at the same time I was trying to get into my room. Unfortunately the key did not work. I called the hotel and a lovely lady was at my room with a key within 2 minutes and then was so kind as to get me a bucket of ice. (A week later had to have an emergency surgery). Her fast action and kindness are greatly appreciated. The room was neat, clean, and ready for my stay. I look forward to returning!

Get hotel has a very professional feel to it. The interior and exterior of the building are modern and beautiful. In the lobby, there is a little cafe/breakfast area to buy lunch along with a bar equipped with alcohol. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Rooms are modern, clean, and appear to be well maintained. Location is great, downtown, next to the Riverwalk and convention center. Service is also very good. We did have an issue with the TV, a drawer falling out, and the phone, but they were quickly resolved. A little more proactive attention might avoid these issues, though. The fitness center has a lot of equipment and a wide variety of machines, and the pool is reasonably sized. I'd stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, as expected. The room is clean, the staff is friendly, the lobby is nice -- but what the heck is up with the breakfast situation here? Before 7 your only breakfast option is a small storefront with barely any options and there's nowhere official to eat, either. People are just spread out across the lobby eating random things because there isn't a restaurant to eat in. And the line gets like 30 people long because, you know, it's a 19 floor hotel with no real breakfast option. Why on Earth is this a thing, I have no idea. Other than that, I love this hotel. I really do. When you stay here pack a breakfast bar or something.

Great amenities and service is great! Not sure if it's the environment or hvac, but my one issue is that it is incredibly dry. The pool is great you can swim laps. It's in the heart of you're and directly connected to the river walk. Otherwise great place to stay.
