My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Every time I made a request I was met with immediate resolution.

My baby loved being in a room in front of the deer and gazelles. We also enjoyed cooling off at the pool during the hot afternoon before visiting the animals in the evening.

We stayed in this resort to celebrate my son's 7th birthday. Very accessible to the zoo and perfect for kids. It's close to Yas Island also. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The Manager Mr. Saeed ensured we had a best stay.

Animal shows like Elephant, Birds and Sealions shoes;
Animal feeding includes Girraffe, Hippo, Goats are superb attractions.
Horse riding is adventurous too.
Cafes and restaurants with Lots of food and snacks options at various places. We dined at The Hide Restaurant.
The vibes natural waterfalls, stone stairs and grassland settings give feel surreal.
Guided tours are surely helpful.
Fun activities for kids too inside the zoo in different sections.
The zoo parking was full by afternoon, so we parked in the adjacent open parking.

If you love animals, this is a place you mustn't miss. We got upgraded to giraffe chalet for free. Unlimited access to park if you stay. All exotic birds walk with you in the passage. It was a great feeling.

Emirates Park Resort has a great location with direct access to the zoo, which is a unique and fun experience. However, the rooms were quite old and not up to standard. Housekeeping was a small team that only worked until 5 PM, which made it difficult to get the room cleaned if needed later in the day. The pool was also quite small and always packed with kids, leaving little room for adults to enjoy. Additionally, the walk from outside to the rooms was extremely hot with no air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable, especially in the summer heat.

We got free upgrade to suite when we arrived, It's great touch from reception.

Room was a big but it's a natural and expected to see some insects when you open the door or under it.

Furniture needs to change as it is outdated.

I would love to share my bad experience for all ,
First we came early from airport, I asked the receptionist I would love to check in early if that possible, he said okay 9:30 am ,
He keeps us for 5 hours !!!! Then left
His colleague came and see us sleeping on chair , he didn't even tried to help us
He came and said if you want I give you room now , you have to pay extra charge , which no one informed us before , I was recommending this resort for everyone, but believe me will be my last visit and my last good recommendation, zero management for handling the guests ,
For punish they gave us the most bad room in the resort , with this view in the photo , why you punish me even I paid 900 DHS !!!

We stayed during the covid pandemic. Got great rates . Stayed a couple nights. Took one of the villas facing the giraffe enclosure. Fab rooms . Great service . Really only one restaurant for us to eat at though then . All the shows were great . Especially the elephant show . Kids loved it .

Nice spacious rooms and service. We got a pool facing room which was so fun and great access to the zoo too. Fun place to stay for families and kids. Options also include dining with animals like birds, giraffes, and elephants.

I love this place. The idea of having a resort right next to a zoo is so awesome. This is the 5th time we're coming here as a family for a good vacation to spend time together. The zoo is really beautiful and really well maintained for a zoo. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Really good place and I hope more and more people come here. Good job Emirates Park Zoo and Resort
