There were some issues with preparing our room, but they were resolved quickly. The food was amazing, and the location was very convenient — the beach and the airport were both nearby.

I took a promotional upgrade to suite and it was a great deal. The staff arranged treats my child to make the experience memorable. The view from the room and balcony is amazing , overlooking the f1 race course

When we were in the hotel, we spent most of our time on the Wet Deck (rooftop bar & pool on Floor 9) and the attentiveness, the friendliness and the professionalism meant we could not ask for more

I booked this hotel for a duration of 2 nights, and the experience was truly remarkable. We were assigned upgraded rooms located on the 2nd floor, offering either a sea or lake view

Highly appreciate the surprise too!! Rooms are spacious and neatly designed. My favourite part were the calming colours used. Common facilities are adequate and in good conditions

The bathrooms were also very clean, equipped with all the essential toiletries, and included a bathtub. Breakfast was part of our package and was served on the ground floor

We were very surprised and impressed at the selection and quality of food on display considering the very reasonable price - only 155aed per person! We had dinner at the Italian restaurant Verso, unfortunately most of the pastas contained egg, so I asked if they could mix the pasta with the sauce I wanted, they simply just reinvented a new dish for me which was so tasty I came back for more

The hotel is nice and very big, our experience there when we check in is not too busy in the lobby and the warm greeting from the staff is not too warmed just like they treated us like just only the guest that payed for the room

The toilet seat in the room had no soft close, and the tissue holder was poorly placed, making the tissues fall out easily. In the morning, the hot water came out yellow and only cleared up after running for a long time

Then we are fine, since we have a small kid and need some food to put in the fridge we requested to the FO staff in the evening that we don’t need the minibar and they can removed it so that we can used it

They didn't even make up the sofa bed, and when I asked the front desk for an extra set of bedding, I had to put on the duvet cover myself. Bottled water wasn't provided for three people either

We stayed already from bab al qasr we just transfer in Hilton to Experience how was it here. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We know already Hilton Branches from Germany

The staff said he will send someone to remove it,we waited till next day because Nobody come. We go again to the lobby to follow up

Buffet was also good but shining star was the Marco's Italian Stayed here 10 years ago and the rooms are almost identical, its still a great room layout but they need to be refurbished as its a lot of ware and tear Check in was amazing, pool service can be a bit better and restaurant is top notch

The hotel has several pools, but this is standard on Saadiyat Island. The toiletries were LE LABO, which I liked. Many hotels use BYREDO and Aqua, which I dislike because they smell unpleasant

During the Christmas season, I spent several delightful days at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, the very same Park Hyatt where Liu Yifei once stayed, and it turned out to be my favorite place where I lingered the longest during this trip

Regis, our room was upgraded to a suite on arrival, the staff couldn’t have been nicer! The little touches really do make a hotel, we had welcome drinks & cool towel on arrival, then escorted to our suite! The bed was so soft and comfy, the bathroom was spotless and had everything you needed

I stayed here for my trip to Abu Dhabi because of Musical. Hotel has a beautiful bright lobby and long stairs. I was happy to stay at newly renovated bright room with everything I needed for a short stay

The place is amazing and had all the amenities we needed. Rajbee was also a great help during our visit. We needed to extend our stay and weren’t sure if we could keep the same room, but she managed to arrange it for us

2 disadvantages of the hotel: it is big and long, if you get a room far from the elevator, there is a bit of a walk. The pool tries to cool the water but fails, so the water is warm (month of August)

What an exceptional member of staff Kalindu was who cleans the rooms. He was so helpful and had such lovely manner. Rooms were always super clean. Hotel staff were lovely and hotel was central

The location of the hotel is near to city center. The hotel had a indoor gym, restaurants, spa, pool and beach side. The pool is fabulous and can relax. The staff are very supportive. Car parking is available (Free)

Great hotel in a great location, clean, spacious, good rooms. The beach is great but it were too many people by the pool.

Pool was never over crowded and the pool bar staff were wonderful. Lovely private beach with plenty of 4 posters day beds and sun loungers. There's a lovely lady who sings live aswell. Please book in to Captains aswell

Staying all inclusive, in general all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool area with sunbeds on surrounding grass lawned areas and pool bar

The terrace rooms offer beautiful views of the hotel pool and beach, and from a distance, you can even see a mosque. April mornings are delightful for sunbathing on the beach

We recently stayed at Staybridge Suites at Yas Island. We arrived at 3am after many hours travelling. We had some trouble with our taxi driver and the IHG staff did everything possible to fix the problem
