Reviews for Hotel - Though we had Senior Citizens, we had the trouble to adjust in the bathtub which Is of very height, and seniors can't even climb for bathing. The hotel even didn't suggest or help us with the same

I think the concierge should pay more attention and not just give out incorrect information to travelers. The location is good, quite near to the airport and suitable for those taking early flights

I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and waited another 45 minutes, but the shuttle never showed up. I ended up having to take a taxi to avoid missing my flight

The breakfast at club lounge was marvelous, especially the Benedict! But light lunch and light supper were too light! I would never feel full. I really enjoy the view from my room window

Great view, comfortable bed, very, very kind staff, but the sink and shower room didn‘t drain well.It was a pity that the shower also had water coming out.

The pool area is lovely with a shallow area for little ones and a deep. The beach is lovely but the only issue I have is when there are boats or anything the waves are quite high

We stayed for a night and never imagined they have a massive outdoor pool I thought the pictures I saw from the internet were just photoshoped, thus one is for real. The room and toilet is huge and elegant

Unlike other brunches that bring you the food its more of a a buffet style brunch where you can pick what you want. The food was extremely good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I'll be going back again soon

As for me only drawback was chairs in the beach is little congested. Room had a city view which was very picturesque. It's very when the city was lit up during night time. Everything was nicely arranged

The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded my room to one with fantastic views. However, despite my overall positive experience, I was disappointed with the Grand Club staff

The pool is large and faces over the beach. The gym is large and has an amazing sauna. We enjoyed also the Italian restaurant “Verso” - very authentic Italian cuisine

We had a pleasant stay at Crown plaza, Staff were very supportive I would like to mention about Mr. Tulasi (room service guy) who provided us great service. Rooms and amenities are top notch and are well maintained

I got upgraded to “only” sea view twice now which even then the rooms are stunningly big and the bed is absolutely comfortable! Breakfast is insanely big. Only thing I’d wish was a “quieter” breakfast room

An adult section here as well would be amazing as this hotel attracts also loads of families with kids they are running around at breakfast and parents usually don’t care if they misbehave and scream

After a few days there, I went to Dubai and stayed at Raffles because wanted to try that chain. After I came to Abu Dhabi, was so happy to spend next few days at my favorite hotel

I left my pair of prescription sunglasses in the hired transport to hotel, and the hassles that Michael, the most fabulous and wonderful concierge, had helped me made half a dozen of calls to finally locate it, and it was arranged to be brought back to hotel for me the very same day

La Terraza may offer fewer options compared to other buffet restaurants, but the quality of each dish truly stands out. I do wish there were more dessert selections during the dinner service

During the Christmas season, I spent several delightful days at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, the very same Park Hyatt where Liu Yifei once stayed, and it turned out to be my favorite place where I lingered the longest during this trip

Regis, our room was upgraded to a suite on arrival, the staff couldn’t have been nicer! The little touches really do make a hotel, we had welcome drinks & cool towel on arrival, then escorted to our suite! The bed was so soft and comfy, the bathroom was spotless and had everything you needed

We got invited to a champagne reception before dinner which was so lovely! The breakfast was incredible, so much choice and everything was delicious. We used to pool and beach everyday

2 disadvantages of the hotel: it is big and long, if you get a room far from the elevator, there is a bit of a walk. The pool tries to cool the water but fails, so the water is warm (month of August)

What an exceptional member of staff Kalindu was who cleans the rooms. He was so helpful and had such lovely manner. Rooms were always super clean. Hotel staff were lovely and hotel was central

Food was great, good variety with the kitchen/chefs really going out their way to explain dishes and offer support. Children are safe in the pools plenty of life guards around to keep children safe

The staff were helpful and friendly and accommodated all our requests. The location and beach were excellent. The rooms are a little dated but overall would definitely recommend.

The hotel is nice overall. Room is probably 8 out of 10. Unfortunately we were placed into a smoking room and were too tired to change it. We do not smoke and the you could smell the ciggarette hint in the room.

The terrace rooms offer beautiful views of the hotel pool and beach, and from a distance, you can even see a mosque. April mornings are delightful for sunbathing on the beach

We had a fantastic stop over in Abu Dhabi staying at the Shangri-La. The staff were friendly and the hotel was just what we needed. I would recommend the Shangri-La again for others looking to stay.

The level below is the infinity pool onto the creek with bar and sun loungers and to the right is a little man-made beach

Beach activities including kayak and jetski. Bicycles offered for each villa to ride around the island. You can arrange for special events and they will decorate the room as per request

A great place to go for a staycation when you don’t feel like flying to the Maldives. Would recommend the one bedroom beach villas over the two bedroom ones (have stayed in both)

Loved it! Stayed for one weekend there in the beach villa. It was one night to remember. Thank you Zaya Nurai for the amazing hospitality. The breakfast buffet was also one of the best i have ever enjoyed by the way.

The advantage over the one bedroom villas might be space and proximity to the island’s beach bar, ‘the smokin’ pineapple’, but they just don’t seem to have the same feel as the one bedroom villas

Ambient is calm and it has access to beach front and big pool. Also, the food selection is great and it does justice to its reputation. Don't forget to go for a Boat ride if you stay in the hotel
