Reviews for Hotel - Though we had Senior Citizens, we had the trouble to adjust in the bathtub which Is of very height, and seniors can't even climb for bathing. The hotel even didn't suggest or help us with the same

I think the concierge should pay more attention and not just give out incorrect information to travelers. The location is good, quite near to the airport and suitable for those taking early flights

The hospitality, warmth and receptivity was awesome. Special mention to *Satish* at the concierge, who was wonderful. He was more like a all-rounder to made our travel easy and comfortable

I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and waited another 45 minutes, but the shuttle never showed up. I ended up having to take a taxi to avoid missing my flight

The pool area is lovely with a shallow area for little ones and a deep. The beach is lovely but the only issue I have is when there are boats or anything the waves are quite high

We stayed for a night and never imagined they have a massive outdoor pool I thought the pictures I saw from the internet were just photoshoped, thus one is for real. The room and toilet is huge and elegant

I love the architecture design, seem like your in a small city. The staff are great and very helpful. Special thanks to Sabina for giving us a spectacular view room

As for me only drawback was chairs in the beach is little congested. Room had a city view which was very picturesque. It's very when the city was lit up during night time. Everything was nicely arranged

I stayed in this hotel for 14 days and I loved it! Perfect location and services. The swimming pool is awesome and has nice private beach

Khalidiya palace is one of the beautiful hotel we ever visited. Rooms and food service excellent. So many activities to keep the guest happy. Kids club is very nice place for the kids. Excellent activities for kids

There was everything you could wish for: from Eggs Benedict to hummus, hot and cold dishes, various yogurt options, a wide selection of breads, eggs in any variation, and an impressive array of fresh fruits

I recently stayed at the Beach Rotana hotel, and my experience was absolutely positive. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning sea views and offers a high level of service

Understandably I was panicking but I spoke with Charles on the Guest Services desk who was extremely helpful, on multiple occasions, who recommended a local GP clinic which would be able to treat me without having to overpay for care

The staff is always attentive and ready to assist with any request. I would like to particularly mention the housekeeping staff member, Gayan, who ensured our room was perfectly clean every day

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and we had an incredible experience! The buffet was another highlight. Every meal was delicious with a wide variety to choose from

Good place with super helpful staff and room service. The rooms need a bit of a refresh and maintenance. Also the location was a bit far from most of the places we wanted to go to in Abu Dhabi which was a bit of a bummer

My stay at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every detail was taken care of

They wouldn’t let me bring a friend because my reservation had only my name on it. While the front desk later clarified that I could simply have them add my friend's name, but it was too late

Starting from the reception, everything was great with us. They gave me a room with a very beautiful view! We had 4208. The balconies are not glazed, but the door is safe for those with children

Rooms are clean , automated Pool is temperature controlled. Normal rooms are also with balcony and u dont need to pay more for balcony. Many tourist places nearby Supermarket nearby

The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded my room to one with fantastic views. However, despite my overall positive experience, I was disappointed with the Grand Club staff

This newish hotel, delivered a spectacular stay. From the standard double to Grand Club Suite, the views are breathtaking. Make sure you stay on the side overlooking the palace

The dining experience had already been ruined, and it was an embarrassing situation. I hope the staff can be trained better to prevent this from happening again

A spectacular hotel that is the definition of luxury. I was a guest there so I don’t know how much the rooms cost but I do assume they’re pricey. Rooms are spacious and decadent. Direct and spacious beach access

One is gluten free so needed extra considerations to his diet. The service was amazing with Dino and Thuli being so attentive. This is the second time I have been but first for my friends and we all enjoyed it enormously

Everything is exceptional here. The room, the staff, the cleanliness, the beach, the view, and the food. You name it! It is the perfect place if you want to recharge your batteries

The food for our entire stay was just superb 👌 😋. There is a golf course close by, but please beware it has nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel will arrange tee times for you and kindly drop you there also

Regis, our room was upgraded to a suite on arrival, the staff couldn’t have been nicer! The little touches really do make a hotel, we had welcome drinks & cool towel on arrival, then escorted to our suite! The bed was so soft and comfy, the bathroom was spotless and had everything you needed

Normally never write reviews, but I’m absolutely amazed by the level of perfection at this hotel. Everything from amenities to staff is excellent. The staff was so helpful and respectful

The sandy beach area is not like your typical sea resort as it is man made but we found it be ok, just not with a great view. Again sunbeds are provided and if your into swimming lengths I estimated a 100 mtr clear run

Pool was never over crowded and the pool bar staff were wonderful. Lovely private beach with plenty of 4 posters day beds and sun loungers. There's a lovely lady who sings live aswell. Please book in to Captains aswell

For a lazy vacationer, they will spread out a deckchair and a towel. All the bartenders know what the customer will want before placing an order :-) Full professionalism

The rooms: clean but no consistent hot water for shower, the toilet bowl ran on, the television stopped working after the first day. Good air conditioning and good location

We had an amazing stay at Park Inn Radisson. The overall experience was great from rooms, check-in and check-out, average breakfast, shuttle service to all the attractions was convenient

The Mexican restaurant in this hotel had very good guacamole and very nice views of the water and sunsets. The Italian restaurant next door in the Radisson was good
