There were some issues with preparing our room, but they were resolved quickly. The food was amazing, and the location was very convenient — the beach and the airport were both nearby.

We had a pleasant stay at Crown plaza, Staff were very supportive I would like to mention about Mr. Tulasi (room service guy) who provided us great service. Rooms and amenities are top notch and are well maintained

Irrotating detail was that the TV Mirrroring of Netflix didnt work and we could not watch movies on TV. Also the closet sliding doors did not close and the light was on all night

Im lucky getting an amazing view in this hotel , beside all facilities that you can find on it , The size of the pool and beach is quite sufficient, specially if you have kids with you , all the rooms was really clean with smart gadgets to control the lights and curtains

This is a nice hotel close to the Al Mariyah island. They share the same building with Abu Dhabi mall which is great. Another awesome mall Galleria is 20 mins walk with bunch of places to eat and shop.

I recently stayed at the Beach Rotana hotel, and my experience was absolutely positive. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning sea views and offers a high level of service

The staff is always attentive and ready to assist with any request. I would like to particularly mention the housekeeping staff member, Gayan, who ensured our room was perfectly clean every day

Actually, Brendon arranged my stay there with upgraded suite and breakfast. I would come back there next week but 12 hour flight and 9 hours jet lag are a challenge

The view from the window was obscured by water streaks or something? Reception were nice but check in was a bit bothersome asking to put money on Hilton Honors, if I had a card for luggage collection, and when they asked if I would use the mini bar and I said no, they actually sent someone to the room to lock it

Food was good quality but expensive and Rays Steakhouse was also closed for the summer. The adult pool is only waist height, good for people lounging around but not for actually swimming

I had previously stayed at the Conrad before and eagerly awaiting coming back to it. However, the room was not as nice as I remembered

Buffet was also good but shining star was the Marco's Italian Stayed here 10 years ago and the rooms are almost identical, its still a great room layout but they need to be refurbished as its a lot of ware and tear Check in was amazing, pool service can be a bit better and restaurant is top notch

The room feels warm and inviting, though the ceiling in the bathroom and entrance is a bit low. Guests who are quite tall might find the space slightly tight in those areas. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing

La Terraza may offer fewer options compared to other buffet restaurants, but the quality of each dish truly stands out. I do wish there were more dessert selections during the dinner service

Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip

Stayed at Radisson Blu and had a lovely experience. The amenities are great, especially the steam room and sauna. The beach area is peaceful and perfect for a quiet escape

The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient

Beautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great

Please visit if you enjoy top quality dining (make sure you book at least 24 hours beforehand). The hotel has a small private beach with very comfortable sunbeds. Thank you Sheraton, we'll be back 🥰

Simply the best hotel in Abu Dhabi!!!! I loved the gym which is so spacious and professional (and brownie points to the sauna in the shower/changing room) Food was also excellent, had breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel when I felt lazy and didn’t want to go out

Friendly helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you, clean, well presented hotel with loads of services available. The food was fantastic with lots of choice for all pallets and we didn't have a bad meal there

Also I have forgotten my optical eyeglasses which they have found and informed me. As a frequent traveler and Google local guide, I can say that it was one of the nicest stays that I had during past 2 years

The hotel is bright and clean, decorated nicely and well equipped. I received very nice support from Mr. Mina( Reception manager) and Mr, Sakr( Receptionist) on my dates adjustment and early check out

Rooms were lovely with plenty of facilities and we managed to get a pool and sea view (in a club level room). We will definately be returning here when we can and we highly recommend it

The location of the hotel is near to city center. The hotel had a indoor gym, restaurants, spa, pool and beach side. The pool is fabulous and can relax. The staff are very supportive. Car parking is available (Free)

Great hotel in a great location, clean, spacious, good rooms. The beach is great but it were too many people by the pool.

Pool was never over crowded and the pool bar staff were wonderful. Lovely private beach with plenty of 4 posters day beds and sun loungers. There's a lovely lady who sings live aswell. Please book in to Captains aswell

Staying all inclusive, in general all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool area with sunbeds on surrounding grass lawned areas and pool bar

The hotel has several pools, but this is standard on Saadiyat Island. The toiletries were LE LABO, which I liked. Many hotels use BYREDO and Aqua, which I dislike because they smell unpleasant

The food is great and the beach is a dream

Although there wasn't any Chinese food, it was generally very good. The pastry section was especially good. The freshly baked bread was fragrant, and the croissants were amazing

During the Christmas season, I spent several delightful days at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, the very same Park Hyatt where Liu Yifei once stayed, and it turned out to be my favorite place where I lingered the longest during this trip

Regis, our room was upgraded to a suite on arrival, the staff couldn’t have been nicer! The little touches really do make a hotel, we had welcome drinks & cool towel on arrival, then escorted to our suite! The bed was so soft and comfy, the bathroom was spotless and had everything you needed

2 disadvantages of the hotel: it is big and long, if you get a room far from the elevator, there is a bit of a walk. The pool tries to cool the water but fails, so the water is warm (month of August)

May 2025 5* Amazing hotel on the beach side. I stayed for 3 nights on business trip. It is good family or couple hotel. The view is amazing and has many pools to relax. Right on beach side and you can relax and swim

Breakfast was the best however their pastries and desserts could be way better than they were. The beach was beautiful with fish however be advised when swimming as there are jellyfish

The hotel is nice overall. Room is probably 8 out of 10. Unfortunately we were placed into a smoking room and were too tired to change it. We do not smoke and the you could smell the ciggarette hint in the room.

Stands out grandly next to sister hotel, Traders Hotel. Beautifully decorated corridors that lead to the rooms which can be converted into a 2 room suite. Bathrooms in red marble showed opulence in its time

I visited here around 5times to eat the lunch or dinner. Today, I met amazing staff named “Mohammad”. He is a manager of the buffet. He helped me and asked it is good. Thanks for great service always

Rooms are amazing and luxurious. Washrooms are well designed and has bath tub. Take rooms on upper floor and enjoy scenic view. Breakfast area is amazing and nice. There are so many food options
