Today I had the pleasure to meet Jyoti Mainali at the beautiful lobby lounge. I must say I was truly impressed by her service and her personality. She was super polite and her smile and attitude is just heartwarming

Spotless and cleaning service was extremely good. All staff were extremely attentive and helpful

What a lovely afternoon sipping tea, enjoying the ambience and chatting. Patrick and Nike were so attentive. We spent five hours in beauty and peace. We will definitely do this again

The hotel website doesn’t match up to what the hotel actually has. Restaurants and bars are not all open. Spa menu is not correct either.

Rooms are spacious, elegant, and convenient. Every request was met with enthusiasm and efficiency. The staff members demonstrated high professionalism and warmth. I loved their spa and beach with clear water

I enjoyed my stay with my family, it was really amazing. The food was great and the concept of full board was amazing specially once you have kids. The swimming pool was nice for the kids including the kids club

The pool area is lovely with a shallow area for little ones and a deep. The beach is lovely but the only issue I have is when there are boats or anything the waves are quite high

We stayed for a night and never imagined they have a massive outdoor pool I thought the pictures I saw from the internet were just photoshoped, thus one is for real. The room and toilet is huge and elegant

It is the best choice for a luxury stay with your family. My kids started to ask to go to visit Abu Dhabi frequently just to stay in the Ritz. The staff are friendly and they greet you with warm hospitality

The view is lovely and there's also a kids play area with splash pool

The whole place and service is awesome, from check in to room service which they grant our special request to set up the room in romantic way for our anniversary celebration and staff are very friendly, they gave us some free fruits and chocolates

The vacation was wonderful, we were charged with energy and positive emotions, I would really like to highlight the Animators, who are always nearby and ready to help with any questions

The territory is stunning, green and well-groomed, the beach is not large but there are always free places

There was everything you could wish for: from Eggs Benedict to hummus, hot and cold dishes, various yogurt options, a wide selection of breads, eggs in any variation, and an impressive array of fresh fruits

Also, the girls Varvara and Tomi held various events (karaoke, mini disco, competitions and games), we really loved playing darts, water polo

Where do I start! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, top of the line hospitality measures from the staff, everyone is so nice and cheerful even throughout hectic crowded times, all the staff no exception! Every person I have encountered has been exceptional

The rooms started to age and probably will require renovation soon. I requested connected rooms in my booking but unfortunately did not get it. The breakfast buffet is nice and full of options

The stay was great. It had a small beach, but it was still quite relaxing. I like the cluster of buildings it's in as well. Room's clean and spacious.

What I loved about this hotel, first and foremost, were the breathtaking views. I thoroughly enjoyed the view from my room on the 27th floor. Additionally, the incredibly fast service impressed me

This hotel is a gem! We were given a view of Hudayriat, where you can see the sun rise. I love how you can just push the “curtains open” button and you can enjoy the view in front of you

Apart from those, it's a fantastic hotel with greater pool area, access to a private beach with safeguard and bars with drinks and snacks. The gym is good and relatively big

Beach rotana has been amazing and my kids have loved it. I want to mention Priya in the reception and May and Shamsul in house keeping.

The connection with the mall is a great idea, you can go shopping or lunch almost anytime. The main entrance is super luxurious and gives you amazing impress about the hotel itself

But hey, you can always just go to one of the other pools or the sea! There is also a lot of very nice birds so if you sit still on your balcony you will get a lot of very curious and cute visitors! Sadly I can't possibly fit all the nice things about this hotel into one single review

The hotel is very beautiful and huge. The pools are very large and have a good temperature. From the food to the room to the service everything here is perfect

Probably my only downside is that there is a lot of wasps and bees near one of the pools which makes it a bit hard to relax in that area if you are scared of them (like me)

We had a tour around the hotel, introducing hidden gems about the hotel. A nice young man named Kaneeshk had shown us the ballroom, the auditorium and beautiful palace suites that are only for esteemed guests

Our stay in the hotel was exceptional! We appreciate the hospitality and the beauty of the building, you feel like a royal. The room was big with great balcony view, the bathroom incredible

We came to eat at the Broadway restaurant at the hotel and it was incredible. Our server was Ocean and we went out of his way to truly make sure we had a great experience

The facilities are good they do have 2 different pools and beach. There is kids club as well and pool with slide for kids

I just need to highlight that we are facing issues with swimming pools warm water temperature and some other miscellaneous issues since a while and we hope those be fixed ASAP to continue enjoying the place which we consider a second home :-)

I arrived not a while ago, i met Solomon who showed me around the hotel. With the explanation i got from him, the hotel is over 40 years old but well maintained

I was surprised with the high level maintenance and they operate. I highly recommend this hotel because they are doing a great job

Then when it comes to service I had a bad experience as I asked for water and it took them 2 hours to get me the water,though it was not a busy day! As I complained about it there was a proper follow up

First of all the check in was perfect and quick. The room had a nice view; it is big enough but needs some renovation as the bath's ceiling looked a bit old with paint on it to hide the flaws

they were nowhere to be found, and when we inquired - "they will be here in 5 minutes and I will bring them to you". if the towel issue is resolved, I really can't think of anything less than PERFECT

The St Regis is a delight! The hotel is excellent, quiet luxury - that's what it's all about! A very green and cozy area, despite its size - the hotel is very large, almost 400 rooms

Amazing location, we booked a premium suite and enjoyed our time here! The property was amazing, the F&B, housekeeping were also friendly! One member of the team Mirza really was amazing with interacting with my daughter, he gave her the binoculars that she forgot at the table, our teas were customised to our liking… near the beach is such a boon the beach was clean and our balcony (and from the bathtub...

The hotel is surrounded by greenery and looks like an Italian palazzo. The rooms are comfortable, the bath is gorgeous, the bed is very comfortable

We updated to gold lounge and it was a fantastic decision. We were well looked after and our needs were catered too. Room was first class and throughly cleaned twice a day by Bayani from housekeeping

Rotana has been the best in producing in-house croissants, danish, English cakes, etc. I guess these are now bought-baked and therefore don’t look / taste great

Each of the 5 stars are more than deserved at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi! We had big expectations when we booked our stay here, we arrived 2 days ago and so far our stay is just perfect and the hotel more than exceeded our expectations! We booked half board package and it was an amazing choice! The quality and variety of the buffets is really perfect

Also in the morning, the housekeeping gave us a compliment gift which was a Hermes body lotion it was a cute thing from them, in general The atmosphere and the room were so comfortable that we didn't even feel the need to go out; we simply relaxed and enjoyed everything

Finally, the beach and pool area were amazing as well. The staff was very attentive, and made us feel at home with anything we needed. The absolute best hotel experience we've ever had!

The sea-view room was amazing, the bed was really comfortable, and bathroom perfect! One of the best parts was the breakfast, don't stay there without having that awesome breakfast! Another great part was the beach area: soft white-sand beach, blue water

I was concerned that it might be loud and not baby friendly but my baby “ 2 years “ had a blast ! The pool temperature was perfect. Refreshment tasted really great. View from 44th floor os breathtaking 🫰🏽

They have almost everything in the menu and what they don't have in the menu, they try to prepare fresh and serve you. It was our wedding anniversary and they made us feel very special ( Some pictures are attached )

She also was very engaging and helpful in local knowledge and advice. The food was also first class, breakfast especially! We were able to enjoy food we were familiar with, as well as try some of the local cuisine

I'll start with the room, we were on the 42nd floor, and the view was spectacular! Plenty of room, lots of outlets, a refrigerator that had snacks and drinks (for a fee), and a very comfortable bed

the hotel is just super, everything is great. Everything is clean, tidy, every day when I come back from breakfast I see that the bed linen has been changed, everything has been cleaned and replaced with new ones

Just for improvement, waiting time for the parking must be lessened and the checking in time as well. Improved system must be enhanced still. I have to add, towels were not always available in the swimming pool area

Room has greatly improved post pandemic era. I would like to compliment the life guard on duty. They were very attentive and doing their job pretty well. Their dedication is remarkable

also just to add, the arrival was a bit unusual ! too chaos for my like it -) , but soon you forget and then you appreciate it all, the sandy beach if not too hot!, we will be back in winter time and enjoy the beach more, the swimming pool water temperature was fantastic, and Mr |Arun the keeper kept it very clean and extremely friendly

if I got something negative about it for us is the weekend pool beach bar, the music is too loud and, do get on your nerves, perhaps a compromise needs to be implemented

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to visit. They have thought of everything. On the beach there are stations with a supply of sun screen lotion and after sun cream

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort is on an island close to Abu Dhabi (10-15 EUR / 15-20 min. for a ride to the center) with probably the most beautiful beach in the entire UAE

My only comment would be that the main pool was a little too warm and not cooled enough. The adult pool, however, was perfectly cooled

The service is outstanding, food is super delicious, not only in the a la carte restaurants but also from the buffet restaurant (White) which offers a great variety of delicious international food, for every taste there is something available

The staff especially the manager Chandra, are fantastic so kind and going the extra mile. They really welcome my parents every year. The pool and beach area are really lovely with a relaxed vibe

Excellent hotel in a central location. My family and I stayed here during August 2024. Rooms were really nice and cleaned daily. The location is super central, less than 3 mins walk from Abu Dhabi Mall

I recently stayed at Le Meridien Abudhabi and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay

The staff were really pleasant and the breakfast was top notch. Definitely recommend and visit again
